For the first time in Vladivostok, came to study. The room in this hotel booked through Bucking. Выбрали этот отель из-за места положения и цены. Находиться на 2 речке, около парка и кинотеатра, в центр по пробкам добираться не нужно. Парковка бесплатно. Приехали на выходные развеется с ребёнком. Номер взяли полулюкс, огромная удобная кровать, 2 взр и ребёнок поместилисъ. Горничные принесли доп. комплект на случай если ребёнка хотим положить на диван. Доплату не требовали, как например в Москве. В ванной все есть. Халаты, тапочки, вешала в шкафу. Завтраки приятно удивили: сосиски, яйца, блины фаршированные 3 вида, фрукты, овощи - все свежее. Каша молочная, кофе 1 вид, а чая много, около 6 видов (пакетированный), сок 2 вида. Все не перепробовал, но что ели-вкусно.

Stopped in the luxurious room with sea view at the end of September. For 3 stars the hotel shows a very high level. The decoration and all the equipment is new, very clean. Гостиница очень далеко от центра. С учетом пробок и ожидания транспорта 2 часа в день будешь тратить только на дорогу туда и обратно. В номере нет чайника, для проживающих не предусмотрена питьевая вода. Ничего нет для приготовления еды. Нет посуды. В номере и на этаже ковры - грязесборники, постоянный запах грязи. До смешного короткий кран в раковине ванной, струя воды течет очень близко к раковине, руками туда упираешься, когда моешь. И не получится что-либо помыть, например, стакан. Вай фай в номере не работает, слишком слабый сигнал. Чтобы ловился, надо выходить в коридор. Гостиница находится немного в отдалении от оживленной трассы, выхлопы прямо в окно не идут, но если открыть окно, будет очень шумно. Нет москитной сетки. Захочешь проветрить - внутри будут насекомые. На обоях кое-где мушиные пятна. На полотенце было въевшееся пятно. В ТВ 20 основных каналов. Зеркало только в лифте. Слышимость такая, как будто стены из картона. В оформлении нет никакой идеи, атмосферы. Чайник на всю гостиницу один стоит возле администратора. В туалете нет вытяжки. Плохо помытый унитаз с чьим-то волосом. Ершик от унитаза разваливался на части.

Во Владивостоке был по работе, поэтому выбирал, что ближе к месту работы. На первый взгляд всё довольно не плохо, только везде указанно что это отель 4 звезды, а на главном входе табличка с 3 звездами. Номер(419) стандартый, постельное вполне чистое, хоть и в некоторых местах сожженое утюгом. В ванной комнате, один гигиентический набор, шампунь/гель/мыло, видимо его нужно было растянуть на оба дня. Полотенец тоже пожалели, одно большое, среднее и маленькое. Завтрак в ресторане на первом этаже, много всего и очень вкусно. Самое большое разочарование было во вторую ночь. Учитывая, что прилетел я с Москвы, и разница составляет 7 часов, ночью поспать особо не получалось, тут то и вылез мой юный друг, под названием постельный клоп. Не очень приятно познакомиться, учитывая как они опасны, и как от них сложно избавиться, если привезти их домой, из такой поездки. Оставшуюся часть ночи, просидел с включённым светом на кровати. Очень жаль, что всё начиналось так хорошо, а закончилось так плохо.

A cool, new hotel. Big lobby, big rooms.. in the room a cool column where you can charge any devices, in the bathroom warm floors - both showers and bathtubs. As they say, on any taste. Забронировала капсулу в капсульном отеле Глубина, заранее. Оплатила. Бронировала через островок. Там предлагалось выбрать вариант, прилагалось фото к варианту. В итоге на месте мне говорят что у меня забронирована не капсула, а койка в общем номере, где стоят просто двухъярусные кровати. И мне, девушке, в этом общем номере, предлагается ночевать в компании мужчин, потому что, как говорит администратор ”ну это же общий номер...”. Испытала дикий стресс, хорошо что смогла быстро найти замену. Позвонила в службу поддержки, островок вроде бы обещал вернуть деньги. Администратор, спасибо за то что помог составить письмо в службу поддержки островка. Не первый раз бронирую отель. До этого всегда фото совпадало с тем что бронировала. Мне сказали что это я ошиблась, а у них всё правильно, ну знаете... это ... плохо, если вы считаете что это правильно. Может вам ещё матрацы в коридоре постелить и туда предлагать брони :( Настоятельно рекомендую администрации хостела Глубина и сайту островок более детально оформлять странички отелей. Так как заявленные там фотографии не все соответствуют действительности.

Мина на Посьетской расположена на вершине сопки, подъезд загорожен шлагбаумом. Подъем вверх не самый сложный в городе, но и не самый простой т.к. нужно будет еще подняться по ступенькам ко входу и потом еще по лестнице на второй этаж. Такси вызывать к дому 38. Гостиница представляет из себя входную зону со стойкой ресепшн, диваном и шкафом для обуви. Здесь вам нужно будет снимать уличную обувь и надевать либо одноразовые тапочки, которые вам выдадут, либо свои домашние, если возьмете. Переобувание всегда обязательно. Далее длинный черный коридор с номерами и в начале коридора кухня-столовая. Общий вид коридора, кухни и номеров соответствует тому, что на сайте. На кухне с 8:30 до 10 сервируют завтрак шведский стол. Можно готовить или подогревать еду в течение дня, пользоваться холодильником, посудой. Стандартный номер маленький, подходит для ночевки. Мне одной было достаточно места, вдвоем будет некуда деться т.к. кровать занимает бОльшую часть пространства и больше сесть некуда. Для вещей есть подоконник (не удобно тянуться), напольный шкафчик на два ящика и четыре вешалки (включая вешалки для верхней одежды). Матрас слишком мягкий. На окнах ролл-жалюзи, что удобно т.к. вид на чужие окна. Зеркало во весь рост есть на ресепшене, в ванной комнате для лица. В межсезонье отапливают помещения кондиционером, который сжигает весь кислород, но оставляет ледяным пол и ванную комнату. Ванная комната совмещена с санузлом. Бачок унитаза отделяется шторкой от душа с дыркой в полу. Если стелить полотенце для ног у унитиза, то вода никуда не течет. Есть шампунь, гель для душа, зубная щетка с пастой и туалетная бумага. Выдают по четыре полотенца на номер плюс ножное, меняют ежедневно. Есть фен. Пять розеток в номере. Вай-фай без пароля, переподключаться нужно ежедневно. Питьевая вода из-под фильтра на кухне. Круглосуточный ресепшн. Соседей не слышала, но хорошо слышно открывание-закрывание дверей и приготовление кофе на кухне. Везде чистота, будто никто не живет. В номере уборка ежедневно. До Светланской ул. 2-3 минуты, 5 до Арбата, 7 до жд вокзала или Спортивной набережной, 15 до Корабельной.

Были одну ночь в этой гостинице. Из плюсов место расположение гостиницы и прекрасный вид. Больше нет плюсов. По моему мнению гостинице требуется капитальный ремонт или химчистка.Кондиционеры отсутствует. При выходе из лифта на этаж в нос бьёт неприятный запах какой-то ”немытости” или грязных носков. По дороге к номеру на ковре присутствует множество грязных пятен и каких то неровностей. В номере также присутствовал данный стойкий запах. Вспомнилась студенческая общага. Купили освежитель воздуха, переодически пшикали.Обстановка в стандартном номере честно признаться уставшая и не опрятная.На стенах в нескольких местах были прикручены саморезы на которых, судя по отпечаткам, ранее висели часы и картины. Тапочек не было в номере и по ковру, требующему химчистки, ходить даже в носках было не совсем комфортно. Светильник стоящий на прикроватной тумбочке не ясно как включать. А тот что включался, при повороте регулятора, гаснул и требовалось ловить положение при котором он горел. В номере душно, спасал вентилятор, который работал всё время пока мы находились в номере. Не было воды в бутылочках, которые есть всегда в других гостиницах, не говоря про чай в пакетиках и сахар. Ванная это отдельный разговор. Шампуня и геля в пакетиках тоже нет.В районе ванны и умывальника к стене прикручены диспенсеры с какой-то не понятной пенящейся жидкости. Ванная тоже поразила своей неопрятностью.Хорошая стальная ванная со следами ржавчины на поверхности и не успешных попыток её чистки в виде полос и разводов. Помылся, но с трудом. Подвожу итог, номер не тянет на стоимость в 8000 руб за ночь. Больше не буду снимать номер в этой гостинице.

Гостиница очень далеко от центра. С учетом пробок и ожидания транспорта 2 часа в день будешь тратить только на дорогу туда и обратно. В номере нет чайника, для проживающих не предусмотрена питьевая вода. Ничего нет для приготовления еды. Нет посуды. В номере и на этаже ковры - грязесборники, постоянный запах грязи. До смешного короткий кран в раковине ванной, струя воды течет очень близко к раковине, руками туда упираешься, когда моешь. И не получится что-либо помыть, например, стакан. Вай фай в номере не работает, слишком слабый сигнал. Чтобы ловился, надо выходить в коридор. Гостиница находится немного в отдалении от оживленной трассы, выхлопы прямо в окно не идут, но если открыть окно, будет очень шумно. Нет москитной сетки. Захочешь проветрить - внутри будут насекомые. На обоях кое-где мушиные пятна. На полотенце было въевшееся пятно. В ТВ 20 основных каналов. Зеркало только в лифте. Слышимость такая, как будто стены из картона. В оформлении нет никакой идеи, атмосферы. Чайник на всю гостиницу один стоит возле администратора. В туалете нет вытяжки. Плохо помытый унитаз с чьим-то волосом. Ершик от унитаза разваливался на части.

Расскажу Вам о проживании в отеле «Корона» 3* в прекрасном городе Владивостоке. Приезжала сюда в апреле 2023 в отпуск и жила здесь четыре ночи. Итак, «заселение в 14:00». Наглая ложь! Прибыв к указанному часу и уверенная, что уж точно сейчас попаду в свой номер, заселиться я смогла только после 20 минут ожидания в коридоре под дверью комнаты (ходить с чемоданом туда-сюда не хотелось). О том, что номер не готов, администратор не посчитал нужным предупредить. Как и не было предложено подождать внизу в холле (А вот странный и непонятный «залог» в размере 2000 взять с гостя не забыли) Мой номер располагался на 7 этаже, при этом лифта там нет: он доезжает до шестого этажа, а дальше пару маршей нужно топать пешком. И вот комнату привели в порядок… И действительно было чисто, однако в номере всё время стоял неприятный запах, избавиться от которого было невозможно даже при открытом окне! Шумоизоляция плохая: всё происходящее за дверью было прекрасно слышно. Да ещё окно выходило на стройку. В номере имеется электрочайник, посуда, исправно работающий ТВ с хорошим выбором каналов. А вот торшер на прикроватной тумбочке не работал. В ванной комнате и гель для душа, и шампунь, и мыло, и пара полотенец , и фен имеются. И даже похабные искусственные голубые розы стоят в вазочке. Номер кажется неуютным: чувствовалось какое-то «недо-». Хотя, конечно, в номере я не сидела целыми днями напролет: уходила рано и возвращалась в гостиницу поздно вечером, но всё же…Уборку провели на следующий день. Точнее, выбросили мусор. Ещё я имела неосторожность заказать завтраки. О, это отдельная и очень грустная песня! О времени и месте завтрака мне сообщил администратор. И нет, не при заселении и далеко нелюбезно, ибо здесь на гостей плюют. На следующее утро я, получив на рецепции талон на завтрак, прошла в указанное «кафе «Шахерезада», где собственно и подаются завтраки. Если у Вас, как и у меня, при слове «Шахерезада» в памяти всплывают восточные сказки Тысяча и одной ночи, то Вы будете ... хм… сильно разочарованы, оказавшись в кафе. Близ отеля стоит металлическая «ракушка», без каких-либо опознавательных знаков. Внутри оной и находится вышеназваннное «кафе». В полутемном помещении стоят несколько столов, покрытых клеенкой, а возле каждого стола – по паре диванов, обтянутых чехлами, на которые просто страшно садиться. . Находиться в этой «едальне» было неприятно, а уж как здесь можно принимать пищу, я не знаю. Просто омерзительное место! Причём рядом с гостиницей есть ресторан «Пхеньян». Почему бы не организовать завтраки там? Ну ладно. При выезде спросила про возврат залога. Тут у админитратора снова случился провал в памяти («Да? Вы платили? А сколько?») Всё , правда, вернули без проблем. Общее впечатление: цена сильно не соответствует качеству предоставляемых отелем услуг! Владивосток – изумительный город, куда очень хочется вернуться. Вот только при очередном визите в этот приморский город выберу другое жильё. В «Корону» же – ни за какие коврижки не вернусь! P.S.: Возможн

Хорошая гостиница. Очень удачно расположена. Рядом Спортивная набережная, где можно прогуляться вечером и посидеть в одном из баров с видом на море. В номере есть все необходимое: халат, тапочки, гигиенические средства, чайник (чайные пакетики и сахар тоже имеются). Куллер для воды расположен на этаже. В отеле есть отдельная гладильная комната, а также можно воспользоваться услугами прачечной, в которой вам за малые деньги испачканную одежду быстро приведут в норму. Завтрак по системе шведский стол вполне приличный, блюда постоянно пополняются и не убирают сразу по истечении времени, а ждут когда все позавтракают.

Отель очень достойный: и удачное расположение, и его камерность, и внимательный персонал - все выше похвал. Видно, что пытались учесть все «мелочи» для комфортного пребывания. Очень хороший завтрак, вкусный кофе круглые сутки из кофемашины, все гигиенические мелочи предоставляются в номере вплоть до тапочек. Удобная кровать, все чисто. У нас был ранний выезд, но нам предложили завтрак в 5 утра!! Девчонки все большие молодцы!! Одно «но»: нам достался очень крохотный номер, где даже к кровать нужно было подходить боком (номер 16). Так как чемодана у нас не было, а только сумка и мы оба стройны, мы все-таки более-менее нормально разместились. Для более габаритных людей будет прям тесно. Отель рекомендую, но выбирайте номер более комфортный.

One of the best hotels at a moderate price in Vladivostok. Excellent location (center near but quiet!!), rooms are clean, beds are very convenient, excellent staff! On the next arrival, I would like to stay in the same hotel. Many wrote that there are no slippers and brushes-paste-haircuts, for me it is not a minus of the word at all, I would better take the paste and brush with me than I would live in a poorly decorated room. To the word about cleaning, I changed the towels and cleaned up on the second day of my arrival.

Отзыв для гостей нашего города. Данный отель просто позорище сети Лотте и Владивостока в целом! Максимум 3* . Начнем с территории отеля 5* парковка с раздолбанным асфальтом приветствует гостей. На территории отеля есть небольшое здание – частная школа, так вот если вы приедете во время учебного года, то крики детей, которые по всей видимости пытаются ежедневно вызвать сатану будут «приятным бонусом» ко всем остальным прелестям. Центральная система отопления/кондиционирования это визитная карточка отеля! Зимой жутко холодно, а летом ты находишься как в бане! Ее никто не чистит и не обслуживает от слова совсем, нахожусь в отеле постоянно с 2012 года. Не представляю сколько там микробов. А уже как 2 недели данная система ВООБЩЕ вышла из строя! При 30 жаре+ влажность нашего города, это такое комбо! Просто нечем дышать, вообще. На жалобы получили ответ – нууу, у всех так, ну не справляется система, постарайтесь не открывать окна, видимо чтоб все сварились и больше их не беспокоили. Если вы или ваши родители в возрасте, или у вас проблемы с давлением, то вы попадаете в филиал ада на земле! Из пятизведочного тут только цены, на этом все! Ничего общего нет с отелями ЛОТТЕ в Москве, СПБ и Корее. Первые 6 этажей – это офисные помещения, а это означает что это проходной двор, в отель может зайти кто угодно, вы будете ехать в лифте в халате и тапочках, и к вам свободно зайдут люди в пуховике и в ботинках в грязи. Если какая то конференция( а они тут часто, то лифт вы будете ждать минут 15) Рестораны это отдельная история, просто помоишный кофе за дорого в Рандеву, и не вкусная еда в корейском ресторане. Из плюсов только расположение и персонал лобби (ресепшн, служба безопасности, посыльные) приветливые и вежливые. В общем что бы у вас не испортилось впечатление от Владивостока, настоятельно рекомендую выбрать другие отели, и рестораны благо на данный момент в нашем городе появились места подобной категории. Владивосток очень красивый город, и мы всегда рады гостям! Фото прилагаю.

Во Владивостоке был по работе, поэтому выбирал, что ближе к месту работы. На первый взгляд всё довольно не плохо, только везде указанно что это отель 4 звезды, а на главном входе табличка с 3 звездами. Номер(419) стандартый, постельное вполне чистое, хоть и в некоторых местах сожженое утюгом. В ванной комнате, один гигиентический набор, шампунь/гель/мыло, видимо его нужно было растянуть на оба дня. Полотенец тоже пожалели, одно большое, среднее и маленькое. Завтрак в ресторане на первом этаже, много всего и очень вкусно. Самое большое разочарование было во вторую ночь. Учитывая, что прилетел я с Москвы, и разница составляет 7 часов, ночью поспать особо не получалось, тут то и вылез мой юный друг, под названием постельный клоп. Не очень приятно познакомиться, учитывая как они опасны, и как от них сложно избавиться, если привезти их домой, из такой поездки. Оставшуюся часть ночи, просидел с включённым светом на кровати. Очень жаль, что всё начиналось так хорошо, а закончилось так плохо.
