Get a family room which is good to have that room for 2 nights with same amount as we paid before. But, the cleanness needs to be improved since the odd smell from toilet a bit disturbing. We are disturbed by late night chit chat from the corridor by the staff or others guests which is too loud. Overall, for short stay can be considered.

Fast check in and out. If you drive, car can park at the front of the hotel, just inform the reception staff and they are friendly to assist you. Room is clean but can be improved. Room also provide a kettle, tv and wardrobe. Room is just nice with window facing shoplots behind. Overall satisfied with the staff service and the room.

The hotel is located just opposite ampang point shopping centre. Usually the hotel provide elevator but during my current visit, the elevator broke down and I had to climb 3 storey to my room alongside my luggage 🥲

We had problem with the condo parking door where the sensor at level 10 wasn’t functioning well, so we had to wait with our baby for 30 minutes to get in.
The staff handling the whatsapp chat was fast, so kudos to them for helping me out the entire time im there.
However, i still think the management can be improved in my experience of checking in and checking out. I don’t think the communication was that well with the person in charge but thank you for trying.
Also if u are staying here, please look out for the colourful cockroaches poison laying around if u have an infant or toddlers who still pickup whatever and put in their mouth. My son almost died ! But fortunately we saw him before he put it in his mouth.

Got hot water n hair dryer, body soap n shampoo n electric kettle. No cofee, tea toothbrush or shower cap. The tv is okay got general chanel. Kalau takde chef, boleh je hotel beli makanan gerai dan letak dari hidangkan tasteless food macam ni or please exclude breakfast from room package much better.

The air-conditioning is cold enough, the toilet is clean, the waiter is smiling and there is a 24-hour counter. There is food next door.
Except that the overnight stay is not good and it is a little dirty and the room has a damp smell (which disappeared after a while), I can't choose anything else.
I will come back to stay here. High performance 😉
