0.93km from KellyO'sYes, Hilton is a big brand. The room is a bit small, the breakfast is not very rich, and the variety is relatively small. The hotel is a bit old and the kitchen equipment is hard to use. American hotels are more environmentally friendly than providing slippers. You must bring your own next time you stay.

1.56km from KellyO'sThe twin beds are large with children no problem, there is a paid parking lot, the hotel is located in the center of the city and the view is very good
1.57km from KellyO'sThe hotel is located in the city center, with convenient transportation, nearby companies, more famous universities, safer during the day, and more black people at night. Hotel swimming pool, bar, you can feel the culture inside without going out. It is not safe to swipe the card without losing the password.
1.64km from KellyO'sStayed here in a suite for a very reasonable price, especially given that's it's in the middle of the City of Pittsburgh. After taxes and all the ridiculous fees cities charge, it was only a tad over $160. The rooms were huge and the ceilings were really high. The bathroom was a separate room and very large. While you can only do so much to make a hotel room nice or even opulent, such as sheets, mattress, bathroom, TV, size is a factor for me. When you have a small room with just a bed and bathroom, you sort of feel like you need to get out of your room and do something or go somewhere. With a couple of rooms like this, it feels fine to say in and not have to go out. Anyway, this place was very clean and very quiet as well and required a key to get in the front entrance, in the elevator and the room, of course. I'd definietly stay here again. Parking was an inconvenience as we parked on Liberty Ave, a block away. Still, a great hotel at a great price.
1.79km from KellyO'sMy room was busted so we walked back down to the lobby to get sent to another room. The second room was much better but the floor itself had a strange smell. I told management and it seemed like someone just sprayed febreeze then went back to work. No pool. No room service. No ice or vending machines. The 7-11 connected to the hotel used to be open 24/7 but now it closes at 8pm. Nothing was open within walking distance of the hotel due to the protests/rioting that happened a couple weeks ago. I was there with my 5yr old so I guess I was looking for a bit more to do other than watch tv in my room. I’ve paid less for this same hotel and gotten way more out of it then we did this time. But I can’t blame anyone it’s this pandemic making things hard for people to enjoy anything.
1.86km from KellyO'sHotel room is quite big, location is very good
1.97km from KellyO'sService is not available, overcharge of $140 deposit does not explain

2.01km from KellyO'sThe core location of the new town, the landscape is also very good, and the parking is convenient, the waiter is relatively good. The sound insulation of the room is not good, the poor stay experience
2.05km from KellyO'sThe advantage is that it is close to downtown and it is convenient to travel. The downside is that there is an elevated road outside the room window, and there are many vehicles at night, which is very noisy. In addition, the air conditioning noise is too loud

What a great hotel and great service !!! Perfect Location!!! Went for my girl friends birthday and with the location right at the point and Old Fort Pitt, it was great for pictures and for night walks !!! Had a slight issue upon arriving that didn't hinder our travel at all and the service of the front desk was beyond superb, they actually upgraded our room to a jr suite with no additional charge !!! The on site 24 hr restaurant/bar was more than expected and provided a great menu!!! (During COVID rules and regulations) this was an all around great trip and stay would recommend!!!
Spent the weekend here with my family and we all had a lovely time. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating, and the house is so charming, you almost feel like your a character in downton abbey. We hosted a memorial service and it was truly beautiful. Everyone was so sympathetic and compassionate it really made you feel like you were staying with a close relative. The included breakfast were out of this world as was the brunch they provided for the memorial. The beds.....you melted into them, which made it really hard to want to get out of because they were so comfortable. For most of my family it was their first B&B experience and I was so glad that this is where we chose to stay. You don’t get the pampering and the quality of service when you stay in other hotels like you do here. And lastly the cleanliness- everywhere you went in this house was spotless clean including the rooms. I want to thank them again for such a wonderful weekend and our family will surely be coming back.
The hotel is good. At the University of Pittsburgh campus, Carnegie Mellon University and the University of Pittsburgh are 3 minutes walk. The hotel has its own paid parking lot. It is necessary to check with the hotel front desk. If it is self-driving, it is convenient. There is a bus stop in the school. It's very convenient to go anywhere, and this price is quite cost-effective in the US this season.
I and my colleagues at the company stayed at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in South Pittsburgh. The environment is beautiful and clean. For breakfast, we booked a room without breakfast. The hotel is close to the client company we are visiting. If it is traffic, because of us I rented a car at the airport, so it is very convenient wherever I go.
Good location, convenient transportation, and a big shuttle bus, good service attitude, enthusiasm to introduce the surrounding traffic, although there is no laundry room, introduce the surrounding service facilities, the room is clean
Breakfast is good, the hotel is slightly off, but there is a car. Parking is charged, the waiter is lazy, some are enthusiastic, some are not enthusiastic. Overall, it is not bad. The room is large, the bed is comfortable and quiet.
Had a really good two night stay at this Holiday Inn. Front desk was pretty attentive, room was nice and clean. Only problem we had was the bathroom had no vent. Other than that room service was quick, complimentary breakfast was pretty nice. Indoor pool was family friendly fun. Would stay here again another time and recommended for others!
The location is very good, close to the university, the parents are coming with their children during the school season, some are sending students to study, some are taking children to study, both at home and abroad. The hotel is very clean, it is a bit strange, this is not a quilt cover, but a piece of sheet between the two sheets is sandwiched by a core, which is a bit 尴尬😅 fell asleep and was slipped out by the core, directly covered on the body, However, in general, even if the guest leaves the store, it is just a change of the sheets and not the core! Breakfast is OK, American-style light meal, milk coffee, egg bread, fruit and cereal, basically.
The hotel is not far from the city, but the room facilities are somewhat old, the room environment is general, the night desk attendant is a black girl, some blunt, not good communication.

The airport shuttle was not running the evening I checked in due to an issue with the airport. The airport was not letting any of the local hotel shuttles on their property or so I was told. I had to take a Lyft to the hotel. Lauren was at the front desk when I checked in along with a maintenance guy that was super nice. He offered to help me with my luggage. Lauren was super apologetic about the shuttle issue and I told her that I understood and that it wasn’t her fault. I was not upset. The general manager gave me Marriott points for my trouble which was a very nice surprise. I stayed in a studio suite that you could tell that it had just been renovated. Everything in there was practically brand new. It was much nicer than the Residence Inn on the Pittsburgh North Shore. The bed was super comfy and I loved the fact that it had a full kitchen with a real stove and not just a cooktop. Lauren called me to give me an update on the shuttle for my return back to the airport. She stated that if they were still restricted, they would cover the expenses of a cab, Lyft or Uber. I was so happy to hear that and it was a perfect example of great customer service along with taking care of your guests. Caitlyn was at the front desk when I checked out. She was very nice as well she took care of my cab and called back to check on the status. I will definitely stay there again. If you are driving or do not mind taking Lyft or Uber, there are plenty of restaurants, shopping centers, a mall, Target and Walmart that are very close by. Thank you, Residence Inn Pittsburgh Airport for making my stay so pleasant.
My wife and I, along with our two kids came to stay at the Renaissance Pittsburgh in downtown Pittsburgh recently. The hotel is perfectly situated in downtown Pittsburgh, near the stadiums, and so many other downtown attractions. The corner executive king room was spectacular with an absolutely stunning view of the water/stadiums. The customer service, from the people at the front desk, to the Director of the Front Office, Tom Hardy were superior. We could not have asked for nicer people to interact with at this hotel. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pittsburgh if they are looking for outstanding customer service, a luxury property and views to die for!!
The room is small, but the facilities are very complete, there is a small refrigerator, the heating is very good! ! There is a parking lot next to the hotel, the kind of valet parking, it feels very casual, but it is very cheap, 6 knives a night. There are also two garages, one 18-knife one night, one 10-knife one night, the environment is not bad... next to 711, there are subways, there are small supermarkets.

Stayed over Valentine's Day weekend and I must say this is one of my favorite hotels in Pittsburgh now! Eric was so nice an accommodating (Ocassionally I can be a bit picky), he was patient and ensured comfort during our stay. All the staff members were friendly, helpful and made us feel important during our stay! The bed was so comfortable, I didn't want to leave. I slept the best I've slept all year! We got drinks from Over Eden and the bartender was so nice. They were closing early due to it being so slow but they stayed opened so we could enjoy a night cap after I had gotten off work from the Pittsburgh Auto Show. It's in a convenient location to trendy bars and restaurants and a short drive to downtown. I would definitely recommend this hotel! Only thing I'll say is don't get bamboozled and book the fitness room. It's not worth the extra money, there is only a bike a yoga mat in the room.
The twin beds are large with children no problem, there is a paid parking lot, the hotel is located in the center of the city and the view is very good
Inside the University of Pittsburgh, walking to the school is very convenient, the room is too small, the air conditioning sound is too loud, the air conditioner sleeps when it is cool at night, otherwise it is difficult to sleep, the parking is too expensive 25 dollars / day, but the parking service is OK, there are special personnel Responsible for parking and picking up cars. The price is more expensive because there are more parents in the school.
Very very good hotel, very new and new, relying only on the PPG building, the real downtown, and the environment is very good. The rooms are tall, clean, hygienic and well-heated. The kitchen supplies are good. Will choose this hotel next time, the price is very high, I strongly recommend everyone to choose.
No breakfast in the hotel, no comment, but it is very user-friendly, there is a menu in the room can be called room service at any time; there is capsule coffee in the room, you can drink at any time, toiletries are also very good!
Good location, free parking, breakfast included. Overall very good experience.
It's really level one invincible! Highly recommended! It's really a legacy. I'm at least better than the king of orange crystal
Overall, it feels OK, specifically: the free breakfast is good, you can make waffles by yourself. The location is relatively general, the overall environment and service hardware are good.
The hotel's American breakfast pattern is OK, because there are many people to eat, you can get the room. The front parking lot is free, and there is a coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave in the room. The room is big enough. The downside is that the air conditioner has a loud sound and the wind direction cannot be adjusted. Because it is too late to stay, I don't know if the hotel can solve this problem.
My visit was short but very enjoyable - I loved the carefully restored interiors of this mansion. The location is ideal with free street parking nearby and sights such as the Andy Warhol Museum are within easy walking distance. Overall a stay in this interesting and lovely home is definitely worth the premium over a standard business hotel. Good points: + Beautiful property and rooms + Friendly and helpful welcome + Free on street parking nearby + Convenient location for walking the city Not so good points: - W North Ave is a fairly busy road, the morning traffic didn't bother me even though I am quite sensitive to noise but very light sleepers might wish to choose a room at the rear of the property

Hotel room is quite big, location is very good
I preface this by saying it was a sad and teen daughter making a stop on a road trip. The hotel is really great and I highly recommend it. Rod was the front desk worker and he was amazingly personable and more than helpful. There is free parking behind the hotel so you can feel safe leaving your car. The room was clean and air conditioned. We had a quiet night. The shower was great too! There is no safe in the room, however we felt safe leaving our goods. One interesting thing in the room was a light shade to pull over the window which had tree tops on it, creating a nice vibe. The location is great and we recommend walking across the bridge and taking the tram up the mountain. Overall, it was a great stay and we highly recommend this hotel.
Hotel location is next to a bridge, the hotel has a car, you can go to the airport and bus station, give them a tip, breakfast can also be, bread and milk and eggs, the room is very large, very clean hotel is recommended, but How do black people always feel uncomfortable with the Chinese, and they are not very polite to our Chinese compatriots. The white people inside are still very good for us Chinese.
