The location of the hotel is very good, the traffic is convenient, the room facilities are simple and clean, suitable for travel choices, to the central station (about 500 meters walk) to buy a public transport magnetic card for taking the subway and bus, walking around the Manhattan neighborhood is also very suitable. You can also choose to take the bus and subway at any time. It is better to choose the SBS line (such as M15 and M15SBS).

I don't know if the hotel in Manhattan is just this price level. It is very expensive but it is really an apartment building. There are two households and eight households. That's it, just come back to sleep at night. Breakfast bread yoghurt with bacon or sausage and coffee with drinks. It's very simple. There are no places to sit for a long time. If you go to the Fifth Avenue area of Times Square, it is recommended to stay at the Central Park store, a little closer.

No breakfast included, breakfast directly next door. The taste is very good, the room is big, there are no problems in the two big two small, the decoration materials are very good. The location of the hotel is particularly good, and you can walk to Times Square, the United Nations, Fifth Avenue, and there is a gap shop next to it. I thought the minibar was in the refrigerator and didn't move the refrigerator. Looked at the outside of the table, could not help but pick up the water to see if there is a price tag, only to find out that this is the minibar, and quickly take a photo to keep the time to explain to the staff. The checkout verified the cost and the staff removed the water fee for this dispute.

This is a New York 4 star review. Most hotels are overpriced and rubbish in NYC. This hotel is good friendly and helpful service. On the top floor was a nice Lounge, balcony with decent coffee. The room was an okay size with desk and good furniture. No air con. Open the window at night and put up with horns. Shower room was okay. I couldn’t really fault the stay. An uninspiring hotel anywhere else in the world. But for New York pretty good.

Told me they had no 2 bedroom available but when I told them in the website it showed 2bedroom suit available they told i had to pay the difference of the current rate for the room i paid for . I ended telling them I would pay the difference because I really needed the room . But i called trip the before check out it wasn't resolved still after check out . I know Covid has decimated the world and destroyed the tourism/hospitality sector world wide. Staffing issues and the ‘restart’ will likely impact the world for at least another 12+ months However - this accommodation venue markets itself as a 5* boutique destination with many unique and ‘special’ benefits. We had the Conservatory ‘suite’. A ‘spacious, unique ‘one off’ bedroom and seperate ‘sitting room’ overlooking the NYC skyline. No concierge, no room service, paper cups, an ancient coffee pod machine that as a tea drinker I can say with 100% certitude needed descaling and cleaning, holes in the few towels we were allowed and surly uncooperative front desk staff who were clearly overwhelmed and discouraged. Our highly anticipated, 2+ years delayed (Australia had the borders closed for a long time!) ‘retirement with a bang’ explore NYC before heading on to Europe started with a whimper. The bathroom IS marble and so small that 2 people simply can’t use it. Would I recommend the Marriott Lexington to someone who expects the Marriott quality with extra shine - never!! Go across the road to 48Lex - at least they have a restaurant and staff who imply they care Probably the most disappointing accommodation we’d ever had…until we got to the Marriott Renaissance in Amsterdam

I stayed for three nights and paid $1,000. This was not worth that price. I think it was cheap to have the breakfast only from 7-9am, that the bottles of water in the room were $9 (without a price indication). That being said, the staff were so kind and really went out of their way.

No breakfast at the hotel. The hotel is an express hotel next to the airport. The price is too expensive, that is, for the morning shift night flight. The twin beds are all 1.3 m beds. We passed the check in at 2 o'clock in the middle of the night, took the airtrain to the memorial circle, called the hotel front desk, and arrived in 20 minutes. Fortunately, the phone number of Ctrip's note is correct. Since it is a fast hotel, if the conditions are similar, it is recommended to choose the Holiday Inn directly, their car has been waiting there.

Minimalist breakfast. Because I had to leave for Chicago for two days in the middle of the road, I was able to leave my luggage here after I had a feeling of trying and talking with the front desk. I agreed very quickly. So I decided to live here after I returned to New York from Chicago.

It's okay to stay alone for one night, the room is not large, the breakfast is not much, and it can barely cope. This hotel is not suitable for a few days; the security is OK [Advantages]: Very close to the airport, there is a microwave in the room! !! !! !! And a kettle! !! The hotel provides a free bus to take you to the airport, every 4 hours from 4 am to 11:30 am; every hour from 12 noon to 2 pm. However, there are many black people in this hotel. Among the five or six hotels I have stayed in, there are more black people. The composition of the people in the hotel is about 70% to 75% white Asians and 25% to 30% blacks. I only stayed for one night. It feels safe for me, but it is best not to stay for a long time. no problem

The hotel is very good, about 5-10 minutes walk from the subway station, near the NW line, a little farther away from the E, NQRW line. The overall style of the hotel was old and retro. At the beginning, I was afraid of noisy on the second floor (actually soundproofed). The hotel helped me to switch to a 12-room room with a balcony. Finally, when checking out, the average weekly service tax of about 20 knives is collected every day.

The room facilities are complete and pleasant. Free yoga mats and foam shafts are provided. Morning and evening workouts can be played on the TV. Everything is related to the concept of fitness. However, the service of the restaurant electric lemon was really bad. When the breakfast was taken, the waiter gave the menu and left. No one came to ask for coffee or tea. After a few minutes to prepare the order, I couldn't find the waiter ... … Finally stopped a waiter passing by, I said I was ready to order, and she was still unhappy to ask me Are we in a rush? (Is it in a hurry?) This attitude and tone really made me doubt myself Not a five-star hotel.

Times Square
There are not many people who comment on it. The hotel is on 49th Street between 7th and 8th Avenues. The roads in Manhattan are easy to recognize, just right and street. Start on Fifth Avenue and then sixth, seventh, Broadway and eighth. In the middle is the street. The Port Authority's main station (that is, the coach station) is on 42nd Street, Times Square is on 47th Street, and the subway can be a 50th Street station, very close. A lot of food nearby (Ichiran Ramen, Shake Burger, Michelin Steak House). The hotel is not a well-known brand in the chain, it is relatively small and not luxurious, but the price is not cheaper than the surrounding Marriott or the like. Last year, I stayed at Marriott very large. The exterior looks larger and more luxurious than this. After all, his infrastructure is very early. But this good place is closer to Times Square than the quiet Marriott there, rooms have microwaves, coffee machines, free fruit and apples, bananas, potato chips, ice water for 24 hours downstairs. There is coffee and tea on the second floor, and friends can sit there. There are slippers, umbrellas and toiletries in the room. L'Occitane. These are not available in American hotels. Dental appliances are not. I booked an agent's twin room at Ctrip at first, which was 500 yuan cheaper than the official website. There are two types of twin beds on the official website. One is ordinary and the other is a barrier-free room with a handrail. The difference between these two types is 500. The double bed marked on Ctrip did not say that it was an accessible room. I booked Ctrip for a small farmer. The fact that I got the room was a barrier-free room, and that 500 was not bad. And it was very low on the third floor. It was super dark in high-rise New York. I went to the front desk to upgrade the suite. The front desk gave me a good discount and added me 50 dollars a day. Hall, bedroom with double bed, double sofa bed in the hall, both bath and shower, and 3 cloakrooms with bathrobe hangers. Ctrip's hotel booking is really very metaphysical, the price and official website are not bad, the room type is difficult to determine, I have learned lessons before. Anyway, the hotel location is convenient and the facilities can be serviced or not. The price is not bad. People do not look at their choices. There is a parking lot on the side of the hotel, and you can also park on behalf of the guests. On the side is the Ambassador Theater staged by Ryoko Micura of Chicago, which is opposite the Mormon Theater.

We stayed here during our trip for five days. This was our first time in New York City and it was exceptional. Since it was the first time visiting, I spent weeks researching hotels looking at neighborhoods, reviews, room types, everything! I’m so happy we decided on The Gotham! From the front desk to the restaurant there were no issues. Everyone was very helpful, attentive, and kind. The pictures are exactly like the rooms. We stayed in the king balcony room on the back side of the building which was really cool and quiet. We also stayed in the queen balcony room because we didn’t do our dates correctly lol and thankfully they had a room open. Looking out on the balcony in the queen room was awesome. We are returning over Christmas and have rebooked the queen balcony room and I can’t wait! This room is noisier but it’s not to the point of not being able to sleep. My husband and I live in the country surrounded by cow fields so if I can sleep with the noise level anyone can!

I read a lot of comments and chose this hotel. I really didn't choose the wrong one. The location is very good, whether it is a long-distance bus or subway, or take the airport bus to the airport, or want to go to the Grand Central Railway Station, very close. . . There is also Times Square. . . At the intersection of 41st Street and Madison Avenue, the door is small, mainly the name on the door is written in a special font, which made us not notice when we first went there. 200 meters away from the New York City Public Library, which is not 200 meters away from Fifth Avenue, it is not necessary. There are three types of rooms in the hotel, which are about 19, 25, and 33 square meters, and 19 is relatively small. I booked 25 for the second night, but the order information sent by Ctrip to the hotel was wrong. The first night I checked in was the 19 room. It was very late to react. The size of the room was wrong. I coordinated with the front desk and Ctrip. Ctrip immediately found the problem and made compensation, and moved to the largest room of 33 the next day. If it is a single person, the room of 19 is enough. For two people, the baggage can't be opened, and it can only be put to the bedside. In addition, in particular, after the store, the hotel charges a fee of 20 US dollars per day. This fee is breakfast, all-day coffee snacks, afternoon tea, which is very worthwhile. Especially afternoon tea, with cheese, fruit, a variety of small snacks, red and white wine and champagne. . . . In addition, this location is on 41st Street, when the 99th Street in Central Park in New York is basically a full 2km. I ran in the morning and ran another 10km in Central Park. I am very happy. Central Park is a must-see for everyone who loves sports. Running, cycling, and dog-walking are all very good. . .

The location of the hotel is very good. Take Line 1 on 79th Street to the intersection of 77th Street. The lobby downstairs is a pub at night, very very lively and very American style. The lobby leisure area is also very comfortable. Many people like to work there all day, play chess and chat and drink coffee. The room I ordered was very large, the bed was very large, and the mattress was soft. If you can't sleep in the soft bed, I suggest giving up decisively. The furnishings of the room are simple, a less comfortable single sofa, a TV cabinet and desk, a book chair and two bedside tables. Hygiene is ok, the supplies are hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo, body lotion and conditioner, a facial soap, a body soap, you can get toothbrush and toothpaste at the front desk, no slippers! The hotel is across the street from Broadway. There are two food supermarkets. The food is very rich, and there is a pizzeria and a bakery. The restaurant downstairs tastes good, with an average consumption of around RMB 150. Turn right from the hotel and walk along 77th Street. The famous American Museum of Natural History is less than 10 minutes away. The famous Central Park is opposite the museum. The environment is very good. There are many squirrels and birds.
