We stayed at this hotel while attending a wedding. Our room was a king suite and had a beautiful view of the Lake. The view was probably the highlight. The rooms need to have a thorough cleaning and some updating. Front desk was always prompt with requests, but the men who come to your room are obnoxious. Be ready with a tip in hand or you cannot get them out of your room. This hotel hosts a lot of parties, wedding, and other events which means it is not quiet. Loud music kept us awake long into the night and then woke us up again around 5:00 in the morning. Also, even though this should be a no-brainer, NEVER leave any valuables in your room. My friend was cleaning out her purse and accidentally left her wallet on the bed. When we returned to the hotel 20 minutes later to get it, it was nowhere to be seen. Housekeeping had been there to clean the room while we were gone. We went to the front desk to report the wallet missing and said we wanted to speak to the staff that cleaned the room. Quick denials were made and we were sent on our way. While sitting on the front steps making phone calls to credit card companies, the hotel ***ager ran out the front door with the wallet. He claimed it was found on the restaurant floor which was a blatant lie. I will not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

Ten Suites is a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Bhopal. The service was excellent. Food superb. We took packed lunches that were a highlight of our day as we went about our sightseeing. A special thank-you to Mohammad Sagir. He takes excellent care of guests. Ten Suites is easy to find and centrally located. The property is beautifully laid out. Food was delicious. This is a five-star experience in a five-star set-up, at very affordable rates. Would definitely return and certainly recommend for a long or short stay in Bhopal.

There is no better hotel to stay than Ranjit in Bhopal. The rooms have the best view in whole city. The third floor rooms facing the lake have awesome view. At night when the hustle bustle has died down you can sleep with amazing view of the lake. The staff is extremely frienndly and go out of the way to pamper you. The restaurant Laziz serves great food. I would specially recommend the Kabila dal, Kurkuri bhindi, mutton sheek kebab and Egg masala. Since the restaurant is quite popular amongst the local population, it is almost always crowded and hence it is best to reserve in advance. The breakfast spread is awesome. Do not go by any negative review. The price is quite a steal given its great location and great food.

I was visiting Bhopal after over 33 years; the city were I grew up. Direct booking through their online reservation system was smooth. Stepping into the property; done up now to give a palace feel; filled with pictures and paintings provided a glimpse of Bhopal over a century back. Sanya handled efficiently both at the time of Check-In and Check-Out. On Check-In Sanya shared the necessary details pertaining to the property, amenities, restaurants, discounts, b/f timing etc. Mathilal; the bellhop from the front office, led us to our room in the same building through the corridor certainly 100 meters away. He quickly ensured that we got familiarised to all that is available in the room. Bed was comfortable, room, toilet and wash room were clean. Stepping out of the room and viewing the garden was pleasant. Did dine twice at “Under the ***go Tree” restaurant. Food served was delicious; and was served with a smile. Nadeem , Akhilesh and Hari made us comfortable throughout the meal. Do try “Khameeri”, (popular bread from a typical Mughal kitchen). Having the complimentary breakfast buffet in “Cafechino” cafe, facing the garden was a great start to the day. Wide variety to choose from with a live counter. We were greeted and served with a smile consistently over the 4 days of our stay. It will be worth to walk through the corridors, spending time to read the brief description underneath each picture. A birds eye view of the erstwhile Nawabs, Begums, their families, visits by important British dignitaries, important buildings, monuments and events, served as introduction to Bhopal then. It was noisy at times, from the window side of our room. Windows of our room, opened to their scrap yard and probably staff quarters. Loud chats were clearly audible even late in the night too. Viewing the scrap yard on opening the window was an eye sore. Was compelled to hide the view using the plantation window shutter. Excellent location; Boat Club, Tribal Museum, city market, Birla Temple etc., are nearby. Very safe and unpolluted environment for early morning walks. Large free parking space. Free dormitory kind of accommodation is available for the driver. Enjoy listening to old hindi film tunes played by a professional pianist in the lobby in the evenings. It was a pleasure to meet Donald, the young executive in-charge of travel desk. It was a pure coincidence; Donald too had recently graduated from the same school and college I went to over 3 decades back. Highly recommend to stay and experience all that hotel “Jehan Numa Palace” has to offer. We certainly are looking forward to stay here again on our next visit.

I have been making my stays in the Mpt hotels for the last 20 yrs . The hospitality has been very pleasant . Gardens , beautiful . Foods good (but the rule of providing the full plate or thali usually leads to the unnecessary waistage of the foods ) upkeeing of the hotels is decent . For the regular visitors , could there be some provisions of concessions ?

This hotel is located in a busy area Peer Gate and is quite well known to auto and taxi drivers. Rooms: Spacious, air conditioned, clean linen. Bathrooms are clean but we didn't get hot water for bathing, it was just lukewarm. Electric kettle provided with tea and coffee sachets. Hotel refuses to refill even one extra packet of sugar if requested, that's quite shameful for a Treebo hotel. Breakfast: Is the biggest let down in this place. First of all, complimentary breakfast starts only around 8:10am. They should understand that there are visitors who may wish to leave early. Breakfast should start atleast by 7:15am. Only two shabby items were kept - tiny burnt dosas and sandwich (dry tomato and cucumber slices with bread) apart from the customary toast and jam. Tea and coffee are of poor quality. Hotel really needs to improve a lot on breakfast, both timing and items. But the in house restaurant is good and serves good food on order. Quite reasonably priced as well. Biggest plus point here are the staff. All of them are very helpful and nice, ever smiling. Very happy to see such service. Hospital is located within walking distance from Gandhi medical college & Hamidia hospital. Close to Big lake as well. Overall worth the money charged. Would definitely stay here again.

Very poor experience. Inadequate amenities. Reviews were quite misleading. Had to dearly pay the price for staying with family for 4 horrible nights. Something terribly wrong with the air-conditioning, making the room musty, humid and smelly. It is almost impossible to sleep. The mattress provided on extra charge has to be seen to be believed - with no cushioning and protruding springs. Pillows are old and rock hard. Faulty comode with faulty drainage. Door without a handle. Lost two badminton racquets during transit. Still awaiting final bill from MMT, as promised by the hotel supervisor. The only good part is that it is adequately staffed who are polite, responsive and readily agreed to the hotel's inadequacies. Besides, there are no strict timings for ordering breakfast, which is very convenient. Also, location is good. Massive renovation required. Till then, best avoided.

Stayed here for nearly two weeks, visiting relatives. The service was superb, the room comfortable and of high quality, and the breakfast buffet was one of the best I've had at a Marriot, anywhere ... great selection in both local and western dishes, well-prepared. The "Courtyard Marriot" experience in the US simply doesn't compare. Best thing was the service -- courteous, pleasant, always trying to go the extra mile, even when not always possible to do so. Generally prompt. Only real complaint was that the waste basket in the bathroom was micro-sized, filled up quickly. That's about it.

We just returned from Bhopal on a six day break. We stayed for three nights at Jehan Numa Retreat. two nights at Reni Pani Jungle Lodge and one night at Jehan Numa Palace. It was a real retreat to stay in these fine hotels. The team has been supportive and caring and most importantly the eye for details makes it special. Smile and care were two attributes of the whole team from sales to front desk to the naturalists to the chef and to the support staff. It feels special and you know that it helps you unwind. Yes, there is a little price to such joys. However, I have learnt that it worth to invest in such moments, as they help create life long memories. I would like to make a special mention of the farm patch in retreat, which has made a special place in our heart. Organic vegetables that are gown with love and also used in their green house bistro, a brilliant cafe. It’s so welcoming and nicely done. Chirping of birds, clear sky to gaze at night stars, sensitively designed rooms and retreat spaces. Location adjacent to van Vihar city forest makes it unique. Food spread under the jamun tree with always smiling team was so welcoming!! This is a combined review of all the three properties we had stayed. Reni Pani was also uniquely set in 32 acres jungle and the cottage design was very unique. Luxurious and nice. Feels like in lap of forests with fresh air and ***y birds to sight from luxury of the room sit out and few spotted deers grazing very close to the rooms. Special sit out places and GOL that was very unique. So much to write, but I stop here to leave certain experiences to be discovered by potential guests..

I stayed in Noor us subah palace to celebrate a family occasion for two days in November . Below is my review : 1. They are taking all precautions related to Covid -19 and I can vouch based on my experience that its a very safe property to visit and stay during these times 2. I would like to mention Yashika from the Reception desk specifically , she has very good people skills and aided us in getting the best rate for our stay and was cordial and helpful throughout . Well done yashika , keep it up ! 3. For our family occasion , we had requested certain special arrangements from the restaurant which were not only met but the hotel staff co-operated with us and gave us stellar service leading to an unforgettable experience . Special mention to Amit , the restaurant ***ager for being patient and understanding our needs and ideas for decor etc. Also , shoutout to Rocky and Jeetendra who handled the service and the arrangements for the dinner and did it flawlessly . 4. Overall , it was a very pleasant stay topped off with the warmth and hospitality of the staff of the hotel. The view from the hotel is to die for , one of the best properties in bhopal to stay.

very safe for solo wo*** traveller.... Lobby area is very nice... spacious rooms... very clean... housekeeping is excellent.... hot water is available when wanted.... brkfst spread is very boring... all items are too oily.... too much salt in all dishes... sambar is pathetic... d hotel should employ good chefs who can cook simple authentic food which is less oily... they should have more fresh fruits in brkfst spread.... only papaya pieces & green bananas on display.... after asking they gave me freshly cut apples... the dining area should have 🔆 💡.... such dim lights inside d dining area.....in d morning u go for brkfst to d dining area & darkness welcomes u.... the dining area should always be bright.... in d dim light u can't see anything clearly.... i hope they implement changes after giving this feedback.... & of course after being in d hospitality industry the staff at the reception counter as well as in d dining area should at least wish d guests good morning ...basic etiquette in the hospitality industry.... i was really surprised to see the housekeeping staff wishing NAMASTE MADAM in d morning.... kudos to the housekeeping staff... they always work with a smile on their face... all the other guys are sooooooooooooooo sloppy
