The eight-storey building of the Volgo-Don Hotel was built in 1970 in the city of Volgograd. The hotel can simultaneously accommodate up to 110 people, the number of rooms is represented by single and double rooms of various categories - Standard and Junior Suite. All rooms are well-planned and are divided into sleeping and living areas.The equipment of the rooms includes a double bed, bedside tables, chairs, dressing table, air conditioning, sofa, sideboard, wardrobe, coffee table, TV, refrigerator, telephone, electric kettle. The bathrooms have a bathtub, a sink, a toilet, a hair dryer, and a set of cosmetic accessories. The Studio rooms also include terry bathrobes.The hotel has a cafe, which offers a large selection of dishes of Russian and European cuisine. С целью быстро заехать и переночевать, отель справляется на ура, если не обращать внимания на детали. Что такое сервис и гостеприимство, в этом месте не знают. Номер, категории люкс, с не работающей лампой, мигающим светом в ванной и сломанной душевой кабиной (треснут поддон и отваливаются двери). Кулер с водой на этаже, в котором нет воды (ни на этаже размещения, ни на ресепшене, подошли на бар, в ответ - тут только из под крана). Кровать размера king-size странно заправлена двумя наволочками, предназначенными для одноместного спального места. Одеяло заботливо свернуто и помещено в полку письменного стола. «Собери сам», видимо, концепция такая). Сам номер чистый, с окнами во двор, не шумно и достаточно уединенно, несмотря на полную загрузку. Завтраки, честно, просто позорные, есть тут нечего, абсолютно, разве что отсыревшее печенье к кофе. Предлагается каша или омлет с бутербродом, простите, но ни то, ни то, есть невозможно. Это просто некачественно и не вкусно. Омлет разваливается, из него вытекает непонятная жидкость и в дополнение, шкурка от помидора внутри. В период завтрака действует система самообслуживания, так что заказанный «кулинарный изыск» вы будете нести себе сами, когда «улыбчивый сотрудник» крикнет «забирайте» и вручит поднос. От общения с сотрудниками отеля остались двойственные впечатления. Особых претензий нет, просто хотелось бы видеть более благоприятное отношение. Никто не просит вечно ходить на позитиве, но работа в сфере гостеприимства предполагает дружелюбное отношение к своим гостям, как минимум. Единственный человек, которому хочется сказать спасибо - администратор Ирина, после общения с ней впечатление немного улучшилось! Доброжелательная, встретила с улыбкой, помогла и пожелала хорошего дня. Действительно приятно было общаться с ней. Это был второй опыт посещения отеля сети «Мартон», но не могу сказать что он, как и первый, получился удачным, больше не вернемся. Причем, и в первом, и во втором случае недочеты совпадают, хотя отели располагаются в разных городах.

Добрый день. Захотела оставить отзыв. Очень переживали когда выбирали отель и цена за номер полулюкс в 6000 за двое суток смутила. Не знаю как там у девушки в каком-то отзыве за 3-е суток 17000 получилось. Отель чистый, аккуратный в этом плане всё понравилось. В номерах тихо, соседей не слышно. Единственный минус сантехника, треснутое дно в душевой кабине, которое подтекало,но нас не особо это напрягало. Мы приходили только ночевать. Немного огорчились из - за доп места ребёнку, так как в номере кровать 2-х спальная только, принесли раскладушку, сетка которой продавлена до пола. Попросили поменять, но оказалось что все такие раскладушки в отеле. Просьба к начальству обратить на это внимание, всё таки берёте деньги за койко-место. Про завтраки... Ребят, кто пишет в отзывах что вам мало, наверное привыкли есть в турецких отелях, где на завтраки столы ломятся. У меня муж и сын наедались пиалой каши (на выбор три вида), кусочком омлета, бутербродом с ветчиной и огурцом и кусочком пирога. Кофе можно пить хоть 10 стаканов. В целом всё понравилось. Спасибо за заботу.

Location is the most convenient! The hotel ”Inturist” is on a zero kilometre - it is the most center of the city. To all the sights you can get on foot. To Mamayev Kurgan several stops on the high-speed tram. Service is excellent. Rooms are cleaned daily, all soap supplies are filled. We had a business number - spacious. On the floor parquet, high ceilings, doors from natural tree. In general, classic Stalin ampir! The hotel is quiet, the walls are thick, so no noise from the street or the neighbors are heard. The restaurant is beautiful. We had breakfast (satisfactory, everything is very delicious). Lunch / dinner on request (menu choice). The price is very pleasant. For two fish, potatoes, vegetable salad with olive oil - 1300 rubles. Prepared delicious and fast. Staff attentive. On the recipe all issues are solved quickly. You can order a tour of the city for 3.5 hours (walking - 3800, car 5800). Wi-Fi works perfectly. If you book on the official website, you can get on a 20% discount + offer pleasant bonuses (we had a 10-hour entry instead of the standard 14 hours and late departure - instead of 12 hours, we left at 15 hours). We were very comfortable as we had an evening flight. On the other hand, there is a 24-hour MAN store. Prices are standard, no price. Bed and pillows comfortable, bed linen and towels perfectly white, top perfectly, in the room very warm. The hotel recommends and put 5 points. The cost of travel from/to airport 370 rubles through Yandex taxi (Oct. 2021)

Выбирали номера между двумя отелями, Южный и Hilton Garden, и выбор пал на первый вариант. Южный с большими номерами по площади, практически студии. Выбор не подвел, удобное месторасположение, просторные номера, предоставление допмест, когда и не просили, приятный, понимающий персонал, хороший выбор блюд на завтрак при отеле и все все было на высоте. Удобная охраняемая парковка. Отель на 5+. Семья довольна. И самое главное, несмотря на высокий класс отеля, берут с животными. Будем рекомендовать друзьям.

 Stopped in July on the road from the sea. Good location! On the car to Mamayev Kurgan 9 minutes, with pleasure walked and made a million photos! In the room cleanliness and order, snow towels and well-smelling bed linen. The administrator's answer to go and buy the capsules themselves a little surprised! Breakfast is scarce, a spoon of cache or a pair of eggs with a few dolls of tomato, a piece of bread, a small cake and a choice of tea/coffee. They were satisfied with the hotel . 👌👍The location is convenient, 👌 a good parking, there is a cafe where the air conditioner unfortunately went out of order, but we brought dinner to the room. Everything was delicious for adequate prices. The room is spacious, large comfortable bed where we have had a good sleep. There is a refrigerator and air conditioner, showers and toilet ☝️👌👏 This was valuable because on the site when booking it was shown that the room without air conditioning! But we were lucky, that day on the street was +36 😅 With us there was a dog and in the hotel we were very nice and pleasantly met 🙏🌷👍

The complex is quite large, there is a sauna, hamm, spa, swimming pool, but it would not prevent a major repair, especially the facade - the face of the hotel on which the name Noah still requires repair. The furniture is in good condition, but the room itself and especially the bathroom require repair. There is a TV, but shows the channels 5-7. For the guests the pool is included in the cost - a pleasant bonus. Breakfast is the same daily without diversity, but you will not stay hungry. Lunch and dinner can be ordered in the room. There is the complex itself in the bedroom area, there is a shopping mall and a park next to the center. To the center on the car 10 minutes. And what was the most important for us was the settlement with a dog and it is not necessary to pay for it.
