This hotel isn’t the cleanest you’re going to find and it’s situated in an industrial area which I assume most guests would be your cross border truck drivers etc. No places for a take away in the near vicinity either. The room and the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest, you can get away with it if you’re traveling solo but spend bit more and try to stay elsewhere.

The hotel is an old building which they have converted into a hotel. The room is nice and clean and quite big. All the staff were friendly and hospitality. Breakfast was good. There were many choices with good quality. Something that I did not like this hotel is the location. It is in the middle of nowhere. The internet connection was poor and very very slow

I can comment only on the ground floor small restaurant in this hotel. We arrived at the train station after a very long day touring Frankfurt. There are not a lot of restaurants in this area but we googled a place about a 10-minute walk away. However, as we left the station, we saw this place across the street and tossed a coin - do we walk 10 minutes or stop now? This is a very simple place with about a dozen seats and 1 woman at the counter. We pointed at pictures of menu items, helped ourselves to beer from the fridge and just collapsed in hunger. Hamburgers - when hungry, they'll do! The other couple had a bowl of fries with (chicken) shwarma and salad, sort of a local poutine and a sort of calzone. They described it as delicious. The lady serving us was very gracious. When we paid the bill, 4 of us, plus 6 bottles of beer, was just uner 40 euros. Hit the spot. Very basic but, when you're exhasted, do you really want to walk much further and pay a lot more for a fancy atmosphere? We 4 Canadians say thanks to the lady who served us a pleasant evening.

We have arrived to Novum Hotel in Offenbach in the evening. Two receptionists have been rotating themselves around the workstation to find the reservation. After about 15 minutes of English-German mixture dialogue, it turned out that reservation was not recorded in the database and they asked me 5 times if I had another last name. I said I have only one last name, just like every other normal person, which produced a very surprised reaction on behalf of the receptionists. Probably this is the hotel where Jason Bourne normally stays when he's on vacation in Offenbach. The room. Photos look 5 times better than the actual room. It was quite shabby, although clean, pretty much. Bathroom is supersmall, Vietnamese guerilla style (in terms of size), any extra movement to the sides would make you hit the walls. Renovation is needed, urgently! Beds are ok qua the length, but are too narrow. Plus, you couldn't find a comfortable position for sleeping on it. I slept not well. Walls of the building are pretty thin, I guess, because in the morning when the trashman came it sounded like the trash-truck has been driving through the room, back and forth. Positive points. After I requested to move us to other room, more quiet, the request has been fulfilled instantly, which was very nice. The other room had an exercise bike, which made a very positive impression on my friend, who had instantly jumped on it to work out. Overall impression. The hotel is pretty strange! It's a very peculiar combination of rooms. Some of them are ok, some are used up to the point of no reference. And matching combination of personnel. Some are supernice, others -- are odious. If you like contrasts, this is a great choice for you.

Stayed here one night while in Frankfurt. Positives are; close to Railway station (50m away), very large room, very modern, very clean with breakfast included and tea/coffee in room. Negatives are; bathroom tap irritating as it has a motion detector to turn on - this is ok in a public toilet- but when brushing teeth or shaving is just irritating. Pillow was wrong shape and uncomfortable to sleep on. Windows opened but too noisy, hard to control temperature in room which is why they provided a fan, safe appears broken as the reset button was dislodged somewhere inside the door. I paid €107 off Booking.com not sure this was a good price or not. Maybe for Frankfurt it’s good value(?). Overall a bit sterile I would stay somewhere else next time I’m in Frankfurt.

Rooms are quintessential old world French, style, but new. Lightening quick WiFi, great rain shower, excellent breakfast, great beds, great location and friendly staff. Great TV channels, everything you need for the short tine you’re in the rooms. Location is central but off the beaten path. Rue Mouffetard is close with enjoyable shopping and eating. Restaurants nearby; Au Petite Margery and Le Comptoir Margery both excellent. Great opportunity with luxury escapes. Enjoyed our time and highly recommend to others!

(Directions see website of hotel) Room is not big, but have small desk for Some laptop work. Airco, good shower and Very good bed! Breakfast also fine. Unfortunalely no gym, but if you need a bike you can ASK hotel in Advance to arrange. You can bike and run along the river Main. To Hanauer Landstraße is 40 min walk of 4km. (Over bridge)(Datacenter area) Next time I Will book again. Nice restaurants in the area. Owner of hotel speaks Dutch.

I visited the Best Western in Offenbach, Germany for a business trip with several other colleagues. Not sure where to start. We were told the hotel had air conditioning, well, that is true for a limited number of rooms. I unfortunately did not get a room with air conditioning. The temperatures soared during my visit to 88 degrees. There was a small fan in the room and a window that faced a construction site and didn’t have a screen. Construction began each morning at 6:00 am. Parking was 11 euros per day and you had to park in an active construction zone of an adjacent building and it was gravel, not even paved for 11 Euros per day. Breakfast was available for 19 Euros. Seriously, 19 Euros. I asked if I could get a la carte since I am not a big eater and they said that was not an option. The room was clean and the staff was pleasant. It is just extremely overpriced for what you get and NOT up to the American standards of a 4 star hotel. I have traveled around Europe extensively and was extremely disappointed in this property. It does have potential if they could pull the weeds around the outside of the hotel, secure decent parking and also offer a more reasonably priced breakfast selection. They have a lovely workout facility, but having the door open to the construction site next door and no air conditioning running in the sweltering heat left an otherwise asset of the hotel virtually unusable unless you started running at 5:30 am, which I was forced to do.

I arrived exhausted after the long flight from Australia and was greeted so warmly by the reception staff. Instead of waiting until 3pm for my room they arranged for it to be ready in 15 minutes. I really appreciated that. The room was clean, very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was delicious with an excellent selection. I really enjoyed my two nights here. It was a short walk to the station, as well as to bus stops. Thank you ibis styles offenbach for everything.
