The service was very good, and my colleagues were injured in the waist. The hotel was notified to change the hard bed in advance, and the service was very attentive. Location near the sea. Breakfast is rich and facilities are relatively new.

best feature is the location which’s a close proximity to TLV’s classic attractions. Gordon beach is right there. must nicely credit the fine room service. breakfast has minuses but is diverse. the all&all atmosphere & staff conduct at the lobby is no more than that of a youth hostel. besides a morning male receptionist who’s polite, attentive, professional European who mastered Hebrew impressively, the rest are ‘giving their dues’ ok, without *any* sense of hospitality. some clearly try not to look at you on the way in/out,shall you need to bother them with anything.. the few small dining tables weren’t cleaned after use, & i had to actually ask daily for a garbage-free table. the hallways carpets are unsightly to put it mildly. the whole accommodation should cost 1/3 of what it is. you literally pay 4-5 star rate of any great world city (TLV is lovable, but NOT up to par) in return for a hostel. as simple.

I've stayed at this hotel twice now over the past year or so. Each visit has been perfect. The rooms are tastefully decorated. There are all the expected amenities in the room (kettle/tea/refrig). This hotel is not like others in that there is no bar or restaurant. Who cares? The location is ideal - lots of cool cafes, bars, and restaurants within an easy walk. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff at reception were terrible! From the very second we arrived, throughout our stay, everything we had to do with them was annoying and difficult. Partly probably due to some very strange rules (e.g we were asked to pay in advance for the rooms and not allowed to give a credit card number as security until we leave and pay with another card, which was not with us at check in, they also charged our card a security amount of €200 without even telling, let alone asking us before doing so). We’ve asked for a few things they might have for the children, and never heard back, including when we needed a thermometer for one of the children I called because I was alone with them and couldn’t go down to reception. I never heard back from them for over an hour and had to go buy one when my husband got back later on. These are just examples, it was like that with everything we needed or asked and they were generally unpleasant. Perhaps it was the overload of the second part of August? The concierge was on his mobile on a private call and we stood there for 5 minutes until deciding we better go out and get a taxi on our own. The list goes on and on....

The hotel gave us a sea view room and the room rate is really cheap. It also has a double breakfast. It is very convenient to go around. Overall, the experience is really good! The missing items in the room can be called to check out. It is also very convenient. The fly in the ointment is that the site has to pay taxes, but in fact it does not have much impact. I hope I can live in a cheap hotel next time. Hahahahahaha

We enjoyed our 13 days stay at Lieber Seashore very much. The location is fantastic, 50 m. from the beach. We booked the Deluxe Suite located around the corner, at 43 Yarkon Str. It was exactly as shown on the website: large, bright, clean, with cooking utensils, daily housekeeping, and first class toiletries. The AC was working perfectly. We wish to thank Gershon, Zack, Robert and Mohamad for their excellent service. We recommend this hotel and will stay when visiting Tel Aviv. * For any grocery needs, we recommend Aharon Grocery at the corner of Yarkon and Geula, 2 streets away. Ask for Uri and say Simon & Randy recommended.

It is totally impossible to park your rental car in the surrounding streets. There is a rental parking some 10 minutes walking away though. The hotel is on a busy street and the windows are not isolating so even if the room is not giving to Dizengoff Avenue it will be a trial to sleep through the night, even with earplugs, at least that was the case for us. The hotel is really easy going with a happy hour with local red wines which really brings people together: we had a nice chat with Brazil, US and Israeli guests. The free coffee is delicious and you can get good pastries from the mini market across the street and eat them while reading your free NYT on the hotel terrace ! Marvelous. The easygoingness also shows in the way the rooms are kept, which is a bit on the brink but still ok. The hotel’s location is fantastic, you can reach pretty much every place in Central TA walking. No breakfast room but you get a voucher for some of the cool places in the neighborhood. We had ours in Sidewalk and recommend that.

I can't recommend it. Rooms are OK and large, but TV are old, and music machine even older. The hotel is very far from city center and there is nothing around, even not restaurants. Only 2 very very expensive in a building beside. If you need to go somewhere you will need a taxi, and when we asked for one with Visa payment system,, the concierge called one who wants cash and asked for 20 eur more than agreed, be care. Also they have not contactless Visa system. There is only a restaurant for breakfast, closed for dinner several days and there is any bar to take any snack or coffee in the lobby. If you think in be in an apartment.. Far from the city... OK... But not as an Hotel.

I stayed here for 7 nights in October. Every staff member was friendly, helpful, & kind. As a single woman, I felt safe knowing that there was someone on staff 24/7. Everyone spoke very good English & assisted with a wide variety of questions. Kyle, Rodrigo, Angela, and David were all attentive. I was in room 106 and had excellent WIFI connection all day and night. Shower had HOT water all the time and the AirCon worked just fine. The beds were comfortable, sheets & towels were clean. I liked the location very close to the beach. I selected this hotel because of its moderate price and central location. The hotel provided me with a hospitality room after check out so that I could take a shower before I got on the airplane. Caution to USA travelers - do not drink the tap water. Do not brush your teeth with the water. Treat it like Mexico. You can get multipacks of bottled water very close to the hotel. However, boiled hot water is perfectly safe. And I was very pleased that the hotel lobby had an ample supply of mugs and hot beverages stocked all the time. Downside: This hotel is showing its wear. Although it may have been renovated in 2015, there are some rooms that still need attention and the rooms don't really look just like the photos anymore. If you aren't satisfied with your room, you should request to see if there is anything else available before you get settled in. Again, treat it like Mexico. Thanks to all staff for a successful visit.

We had a very poor experience at the spot hostel. When we checked in the woman at the desk was very rude and dismissive. We had booked a private room and it seemed fine when we got there. However, the shower drain did not work and after one person showered our entire room flooded. The water got all over the floor by our beds and ruined some of our suitcases too. We went to the desk and they were very dismissive and just gave us a pile of hand towels and a squeegee to push the water into the drain and made no effort to help us. We worked for over an hour to dry our own floor, even having to return for more towels at one point and still not receiving any assistance from hostel staff. Also when we brought up that the other guests in our room wouldn’t be able to shower due to the flood and lack of drainage, no help or plans of action were offered. When we checked out the guy at the desk was confused as to what we were talking about and said he would reach out to a manager to ask about at least a partial refund but did not even seem sure of what we were asking. He also accidentally overcharged us and we had to ask them to re run the card. Additionally there is no outlet in the bathroom in case you are wanting to use a hair dryer or anything of that sort. It was doable but the service was poor and the room was extremely badly designed to the point of discomfort. Would not recommend.

This is my 3rd time at this hotel and it just keeps getting better! The renovation is beautiful and this is probably one of the best Sheratons in the world and definitely one of the top hotels in Tel Aviv. What really sets the hotel apart is its amazing location, right on the waterfront, which really allows you to experience what Tel Aviv has to offer. The rooms and the Club Lounge have stunning views of the sea and of the city. The staff are great and the rooms have everything you need from a modern hotel: big, comfortable beds and walk-in showers, multi plugs, USB/USB-C ports and fast internet. The pool area is also very nice with lots of loungers and views over the Mediterranean. All in all, a great stay that I’m looking forward to repeating!

Townhouse, Brown, is a beautiful hotel in the heart of Tel Aviv, a minute walk from Rothschild Boulevard. It has a fantastic atmosphere of a warm home - with a comfortable bed, orthopedic mattress and fine linen. A special pleasure was to work in the lobby at a large wooden dining table with a fresh bouquet of flowers in the center. The smell of candles, coffee, expensive wood - you want to come back here as if you were at home. Highly recommend this hotel for experiencing of Tel-Aviv.

Stayed here at the end of an 8 day tour of Israel. Def for a younger crowd although unsure the price point. Very friendly staff which I appreciated. Allowed to stay til 8pm on checkout for a fee of 250ISL in Shabbat. Thankfully this was allowed as my flight is quite late. My room wasn’t ready when I arrived and got to the room so the front desk clerk gave me a room on a higher floor with tree views and further from the main road. Breakfast was included and very tasty. Would recommend.

There is no toothbrush in the room. I called and said that the hotel toothbrush was used up tomorrow. I was really speechless. At any rate, a four-star hotel didn’t even have a toothbrush. What’s more speechless was that I had an important meeting early in the morning on the last day. Check out at 6:30, not to mention that I called the morning service the night before, and no one called at 6 in the morning. I went to the front desk at 6:30 and no one checked out. The security said he didn’t get up and asked me to wait until 8 o’clock. In the end, I was the only one who returned to handle the deposit refund after the meeting, so I didn’t get on the last bus to return to Jerusalem on Friday Sabbath. The location is good, close to the sea and the bus station but the hotel is hidden in a dilapidated building, the room facilities are OK, the balcony is booked to see the sea, the bath water is also very good, but to be honest, the service and software facilities are really good It’s not worth the price and the four-star title. It’s better to add some money to stay in the five-star hotel Dan next door or simply stay in Abraham at least cheap and you can make many friends. In short, spending a few thousand dollars to stay in this hotel is not enough. Also delayed

There are very few things to cook, just a little bread, salad, and eggs. Plus a little watermelon or something. Cheese and sauce are a little more. But there is a big kitchen that you can do yourself. There are also two large refrigerators in the kitchen, and the endless ingredients can be placed in the refrigerator. There is still some distance from the beach. When you go over, if a market can buy some fruits and vegetables or something. Prices are more expensive. No way, Israel is like this. Family room with children is very comfortable and clean!

I had great expectations for this hotel, but was most disappointed. Upon check in, there is no bell person to assist with luggage. At check in, when I asked the clerk whether there was a bar with a view, he said, "You are not executive and may not use the 9th floor lounge. You may have a drink in the lobby or at the pool." I then asked whether I could make a booking at the restaurant at the hotel. "No, it is fully booked on Thursdays and Fridays." I then went to the concierge stand and the fellow told me that he could not help me make a reservation at a restaurant. My guide then intervened and sternly (in language I could not understand) demanded more assistance and we were able to obtain a booking. The whole stay was like that.

My friend and I shared a twin room on the 15th floor, located behind the noisy lifts, which sounded at night, like something being dragged along. The fridge inside the fitted unit looked old and was empty and unplugged. At a 5 star hotel I expected a coffee machine but there was just a kettle. No biscuits. Our large sea view window was dirty. The bathroom had a shower in the bath. The brown wall created a drab feel to the room. Disappointed after paying £820 each for 4 nights.

The location of the accommodation is a certain distance from the old town of Jaffa. It is not cheap to take a taxi. The hotel stayed at 3 pm, and the next day it was 12 o'clock. I will never recommend this hotel to anybody! We had such a horrible experience at a so-called luxury hotel. My husband and I wanted to celebrate his birthday at the spa so I booked him a day with enjoying the facilities including the pool and spa treatments for the both of us. Over the phone the lady was very helpful but upon arrival everything went South. We pull up to the hotel with our car to be told that there is no parking for people that are coming to enjoy the hotel for the day plus they have a very limited parking for a hotel guess also so not every hotel guest gets to park at the hotel. I don’t understand how a luxury hotel does not inform hotel guests beforehands that they’re not going to be able to park or not give them in an option to at least the valet car and the most crowded area in Tel Aviv. We had to go looking for parking which took us around 25 minutes and then had to walk in 40° heat to the hotel. Arriving to the hotel exhausted we head down to the spa. The lady at the checking guess was absolutely horrendous! I never met someone that works in customer service be so rude! She started still giving me other prices than I was given over the phone telling me that amenities weren’t included and started arguing with me and making me feel stupid on even coming there! All I wanted was to have a fun day with my husband for his birthday ! Needless to say Oscar having this horrible experience we decided to give up our day at the spa and ended up going to a different hotel which was the best decision we made that day! When you hold yourself to such a high standard to call yourself a luxury chain/a luxury hotel you need to first of all make sure your customers are happy and secondly know to resolve issues when you have them not causing more problems! Luckily enough there are very large amounts of nice hotels in Tel Aviv to enjoy a day at the spa without having to go through this horrible experience !
