quick service on arrival. Room view was awful but was given a pool view room next day which was lovely. Spacious shower and bedroom although all of room needed updated and given a deep clean. Food was delicious and plenty choice although often served warm instead of hot. Although all inclusive drinks options were minimum and I ended up drinking beer shandy for week rather than pay for cocktails and better quality drinks. Wine wasn’t that great. Tea/ coffee etc available all day. Pool was kept clean although smaller than you’d expect. Plenty sun beds but these were claimed with towels very early in the morning and sometimes not even used! Lost count of people coming back from somewhere later in the day and picking up towels without even lying on the bed!!!! Management need to remove towels from unused sun beds. Although a few flies at one end of pool no other bugs, thanks to the lovely, healthy cats moving around the hotel... I think. Although generally quiet the staff were pleasant and helpful. Although the manager was seen he didn’t interact with guests other than a good morning etc on passing. Good evening entertainment (didn’t last long) and bingo every night. Nice base. Out and about 15 minutes walk to beach. By paying for a drink you can sit / lounge on any beach and we both found this to be very relaxing. No hassle from shops other than them asking you to come and see what they are selling. Sellers were good humoured and excepted no. Go to dancing fountains 9-9:30 for an amazing show in the evening for free!

Well arrived here late Tuesday night 15th warm welcome from the reception. There is sanitiser on entering the building and at reception we also had to fill in our form and have our temps checked. Really good location of the hotel to the harbour. The pool area is clean although quite small and only around 20 sunbeds, although didnt struggle to get a bed. Spoke to several different families and they come for a month to two months at a time. Not much entertainment for children, but would defo recommend the hotel for adults (my son didnt join me but if he did he would of been board). Rooms cleaned daily and maids very friendly. Would defo return again

When we arrived from the outside the apartments looked really nice, but that’s where it ended. We were taken round to reception which is very dark and dirty and dated. A very unhelpful female receptionist then explained that our room was on the top floor even though we had agreed through phone calls with the hotel and Alpharooms that we would have a low floor as wife is disabled. We agreed that we would manage for one day on the first floor and be changed the following day, this never happened, the receptionist every day was completely unhelpful and ignored all our complaints, I believe this was because we didn’t spend much time in the pool and bar area.Walking up the steep stairs to our room, there are dirty foot prints everywhere and these were never cleaned, the corridor leading to our room had very limited lighting ,with dirt everywhere and was similar to walking down a prison corridor. Our room was very basic, dirt all over the floors, rooms were never mopped, kitchen area was dirty and dated, cooking utensils were very limited, even basic things like knives and forks. we also had a serious problem with damp in the sink cupboard. We also had little nighttime visitors on our worktops,I don’t what they were but we couldn’t get rid of them,Video enclosed I mentioned this to reception but was ignored . Internet access was impossible,I was constantly complaining that we had no internet, the receptionists reply was we can’t guarantee it, go to an Internet cafe or a bar.One of days the cleaner came in to change towels she poured her cleaning bucket full in the bathroom sink and didn’t bother cleaning it away.We used to exit the apartments from the side entrance to avoid being pestered off the bar staff as all they want is for you to stay in their bar, the state out of this entrance is like a junkyard, there are no bins, rubbish is piled up everywhere, there are old sun beds stacked up,and piles of old rubbish all over. There are ants all over next to the two smaller pools, the pool was never cleaned on a morning, one morning we walked out and there was a sunbed umbrella half in the pool.On our second last day we had another visitor in the form of a large cockroach in our room,it was lying dead near our sink cupboard, photo enclosed. We have been to Marmaris and various places in Turkey a lot of times and I must rate the Isla Apartments as the worst place I have ever stayed in,apparently they are being refurbished next year, I would demolish the place and start again as it is unfit for human habitation and run by very poor management.

A few minor niggles, but generally had a good stay at the Casa De Maris. Good Points – hotel was clean and staff polite. Food was generally very good. As it is a buffet style, some of the food was not as hot as I would have liked. Went in late September and always managed to get a sunbed. Bad Points. WiFi was poor, continually losing signal. Not quite all inclusive - TV only had a few obscure English channels which kept breaking up and freezing. If you want mainstream channels you have to pay additional. Ice cream only available at meal times, not during the day. Evening entertainment mixed - The gala night and the Turkish night are good as was the night with a band. Other nights are bingo and “audience participation” – not so good. Odd arrangement with the sink in rooms – it’s not in the bathroom but in the bedroom which might not suit some people. Buses are frequent and cheap. 4 TL (about £0.55) gets a trip. Leave hotel reception turn right up to main road and look for sign with large D. This side of road for Marmaris, cross road if going to Ismeler. Don’t use buses with thick orange strip when coming back from Marmaris, these are the Ismeler buses and don’t stop right outside hotel. Worth a visit to Ismeler whist there. You can catch a little bus (the one with the thick orange stripe to Ismeler), another way is to catch the bus to near the Ataturk statue in Marmaris and then walk along the seashore back towards the hotel. Just past the day cruise boats is a water taxi service to Ismeler. Costs 20TL (about £2.80) one way and sails across the bay. Takes about 30-40 minutes. Ismeler is not huge and is not as developed as Marmaris, but worth a look around.

A perfect second stay here for me and my partner. Booked as a last minute holiday direct through the hotel and was able to pay on arrival. The room was very spacious and immaculately clean - cleaners come around everyday. They cleaned and changed bedding and left fresh towels daily. I can’t comment on the breakfast as didn’t eat in the hotel. With the current situation the world is facing the hotel are doing there bit to keep everyone safe. Upon arrival at the hotel they checked temperatures and kept a record of it. There are hand sanitisers located around the hotel and outside the lifts on each floor. The staff in the hotel were all wearing masks and reinforcing that guests wear the mask in the property. Staff were super friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is so close to the beach - 2/3 minute walk from the hotel doors. Bars/ restaurants and shops within walking distance of the hotel. Photo to show how close the beach is.

My family were here for the last week of the season. Two of us are Vegan/Vegetarian and I was worried that they would not be catered for , however they loved the range of foods on offer . As a meat eater I felt that as food stocks were being used up , the quality of meat dishes went down , there was a lot of deep fried chicken nugget types of food , I ate out twice because of this. This is the only 5 star hotel that doesn't give each guest their own room card , just one per room is allocated and additional cards are charged at £10 - not acceptable at all. Our transfer pick up time was at 7pm and I asked to have the room till this time and was told it would cost £50 per room for the 6 hours !!. Remember , no new guests were arriving. I asked to see the hotel Manager and asked for complimentary extensions citing the drop in services and poor food quality as reasons.....he agreed immediately. The Pool was lovely with 2 slides and there were a range of animation activities during the day. There were a number of shops on site including a hairdresser/barber . I invested in a shave for £5 he used a cutthroat razor and was a great experience. Drinks tasted ok but were weak. Wine was atrocious. Ice cream was only available for an hour a day. People with young kids would have to fork out quite a bit at the on site shop. Public transport was excellent and had a set price of 60p a trip , It was possible to travel from Marmaris to Icmeler for this price , a distance of 8 km.

Stayed at this hotel in the summer after being recommended by friends, I was only supposed to stay for 2 weeks and ended up staying for the whole summer, the hotel itself is in a good location 10 minutes walk from the armlutan strip and a 10 minute bus ride away from the beach front, the rooms are spacious and clean, the pool is a great size with plenty of sun loungers plus another smaller pool with 2 slides for the children, the staff at this hotel especially emin the manager are second to none and will cater to your every need, they are so friendly and helpful, you come as a stranger and leave as family. Met so many amazing people at this hotel and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Can’t wait for summer 2020 so many of us have already rebooked to return next year ☺️

Excellent, reasonably priced little hotel right by the beach The room was a good size for the price with plenty of storage space and a small shower room.Cleaned regularly and sheets etc changed frequently. The water was always hot and it had air-con.All the rooms had terraces or balconies The staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough for us.The food was traditional Turkish home cooking made fresh to order by the 2 lady cooks!the soup, meatballs and cakes were particularly good We stayed because it was advertised as pet friendly and the staff all treated our dog well(including one who took him for walks several times) Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet hassle free holiday. Some knowledge of very basic Turkish is helpful but not essential We would definitely come back Jacky and Muti

Honestly, I have no idea how this hotel has bad reviews. First of all, I want to start by saying I lived in turkey for 8 years, I’ve spent a lot of time travelling around the country and have stayed in dozens of hotels including many in Marmaris. Myself and my husband stayed here for 5 nights and will certainly be back the next time we go to Marmaris. The staff are lovely and can’t do enough to help. Ibrahim the owner was the politest , kindest person and made us feel at home. His English is also perfect which is a huge bonus for those without any Turkish skills. THE ROOMS: We stayed In both the normal room (first night) and the suite. The normal rooms are as expected. Not a huge amount of space but a decent bathroom and comfortable enough however , I would definitely recommend paying that little bit more to upgrade to the suite! It is so worth it. The suites are very spacious with a huge balcony overlooking the swimming pool and a nice seating area too with a TV (Turkish channels) and lovely little decor, vanity table and mirror and plenty of storage. CLEANLINESS: the hotel is spotless! The housekeepers clean the rooms daily and change towels daily too. This was a huge bonus as many hotels in turkey change every few days Of at all. The ladies couldn’t do enough for us, making sure everything was stocked up and fresh each day . There were no bad smells in either the normal or suite rooms or anywhere else in the hotel. Cleanliness is lacking in many hotels in Turkey but everything here was clean and fresh. LOCATION: Excellent. A 3 minute walk from the main road and beach but surrounded by lovely shops and restaurants... we would recommend Sevgiyolu for amazing chicken dishes, kebabs, pizzas, pasta and Turkish pizza (pide). Staff are all lovely and prices amazing. Food absolutely delicious . The hotel is in walking distance to the centre and bar street (10 mins) the beach (3 mins) which is full of bars and restaurants too. POOL: Lovely and clean. The pool is just a 5 second walk from reception directly in front of the hotel. It’s quiet, we were lucky to have it to ourselves most days . Cold drinks including beer etc available at the pool too. BREAKFAST: served in a lovely canteen area outside, surrounded and enclosed by lovely grape vines keeping the area cool and shaded. Very tranquil . Im Turkey, alot of people are always disappointed with Turkish hotel breakfasts, this is because they are unaware of what a Turkish breakfast actually is and expect a full English breakfast Waiting for them in turkey... this is not going to happen. English breakfasts are available in restaurants etc but we were presently surprised by the breakfast here, it was certainly better than most (for a Turkish breakfast) -Fresh pancakes/crepes -Eggs made to order -freshly sliced bread and a toasting machine -cheese and tomato on toast -cheese and sucuk (pepperoni) on toast -various cheese -olives -salami -honey -huge selection of jams -boiled eggs -the most de

This really is a beautiful hotel.... Seren sari has two parts of the hotel and this time I stayed in B block this has just been updated and really worth the money... I was on top floor with a beautiful balcony over looking the pool plus a sea view... On our arrival we was put into this room but they explain it was the wrong one as they had a room set up for us because it was our honeymoon but the next day we explained we would like the first room we went to and they swapped our rooms really easy.... the rooms are comfortable and really nice.... I have to say the WiFi is probably the only down fall as we was on the top floor...plus our curtains were well I'm not sure how they were put up lol... But other than that Staff are really nice.... Rooms were cleaned & beds were made everyday. They do a Turkish breakfast every morning if that doesn't take your fancy you can pop to the ledbury next door... It's really worth the stay..

Arrived at Club Karakas at 10.30pm to a very warm welcome from reception. Quickly got to our room and was very impressed with size of our apartment, we had street view but don't spend much time in apartment anyway. Very modern and very clean. Me and my hubby went to bar area to be welcomed by all bar staff in a friendly manner. Jan, Akif, Kado, Ibo, Batu all very friendly and helpful, we couldn't have asked for anymore to make our weeks stay anymore enjoyable. We like to stay round pool area during the day so buy drinks and food required but on an evening lie to go out and about. People need to remember these guys are only trying to make money so asking you if you would like drinks is their job, just a polite no thanks was enough for us if we didn't need anything no hassle.Once again I would like to thank you all for an enjoyable week, I personally would recommend this place, about 10 mins walk to seafront. I cat believe that people complain about having to but toilet roll, I have been to Turkey many times and also had to buy it but doenst bother me as its chep enough, even better when you take a few with you (haha)

First time staying here and so glad we chose these apartments, Reg and Heidi make you feel like part of their family and the other tourists were also friendly. Quiet apartments as only have 8 rooms, we loved them so much that we have changed our accomodation for September and going back here. Great home made food, Heidi makes her own Jam, Reg grows his own olives and they use butter made in old village, i tasted all these with a Turkish breakfast. Very clean and spacious apartments.

We booked our holiday last mintue after having so many cancelled. We had never been self catering in Turkey before and was very nervous due to having 4 children with us. All 9 of us arrived at Family Apart which is also joined with Banana Apart. We were greeted and shown to our rooms by the friendly staff and owner Pam came and introduced herself and was very welcoming. We popped to the bar/restaurant in Banana Apart and was greeted by Pam and Ali (owners). The rooms are basic but we expected this. The rooms are cleaned daily, building and pool areas are clean tidy. The food is lovely and caters for all ages at a very reasonable prices. The owners and their team treat you like family and go out of their way to help you. Our son celebrated his 8th birthday during our holiday, Pam and Ali went out of their way to help celebrate his birthday. The kids were never bored the choice of 2 good sized swimming pools, pool table and the staff always on hand to entertaining. We are really looking forward to going back when social distancing is eased and can interact with the entertainment more. At this time I can say we felt safe and the owners and staff were very strict regards to covid19 rules, which for us was a plus. We'd like to thank Ali and Pam and all their staff for a fantastic holiday and we shall see you next year.

Archie as owner, very helpful. Will have time to get to know you and have a drink. I arrived on end of June 2019, from Ireland. The swimming pool is very clean and large. Handy for people who like to chill out and drink by the pool, taking in the sunshine. Archie and his crew work very hard and advised people to buy some drinks and food every so often while there. A bit of appreciation goes far and keep staff in jobs. As far as it goes with the rooms as expected for very low cost paid. Basic, with fridge and a little bit more money you can get air conditioner. First time to Turkey, so we were away on trips more often. But the people from Turkey were good and enjoyed mixing it up playing pool and some barbecue nights at Archies. I recommend this place for people who like to sit at the pool all day soaking up the sun and on budget. Can't ask for more, very cheap costs. To anyone never been to Turkey, don't take offence to their hands on approach to people as regards on the streets and stalls. Be plight back and you will get a bargain on tours etc. Turkish night at Archies isn't bad, the food will be the highlight, open oven cooking with fresh food.

Me and my partner stayed here at the end of May, into June for my birthday. When we booked this hotel was advertised as a 5 star, however I feel this should be sold as a 4 star, as the a la carte was not included with the all-inclusive and had to be paid for, despite this the other facilities would really push this hotel to a 5 star. The resort is lovely with plenty to offer. I am a very picky eater and found the food to be enjoyable, they served steaks on one night, of which my partner enjoyed so much was greedy enough to eat three of them in one serving. We did pay for the a la carte during our stay as it was my birthday and the chef even went to the extent of making me a cake, bringing this out with a sparkler in the top and singing happy birthday. this was such a lovely touch. they also gave us a free starter. Drinks aren't amazing here but definitely one of the best from an all inclusive, they offer bottles of wine at dinner, of which you can take to the afternoon entertainment, saving you from having to go up and down to the bar, which is situated way to far from the entertainment area for my liking, haha. The pools were lovely, as well as the surroundings, however they don't have enough sun beds to cater for the amount of people they have stay here. By 10 o'clock, they had none available and we had to go to the beach instead, which is a lovely beach, however the locals selling can be very annoying and forceful. one of them forced a bracelet onto my wrist and insisted on money, but this just made us laugh. We never got chance to sit around any other pool apart from the adults only. Even though it states you cannot reserve sun beds. this does not stop any one from doing so. The spa here is absolutely amazing. we had the Turkish bath and then oil massage, followed by a face mask. I was so relaxed I actually fell to sleep. I was disappointed with myself for not bringing more money as I would 100% have paid for another day at the spa. The guy who sold us this package was very friendly and would stop to chat with us when ever he would pass by. The only real down side to this hotel was that the umbrella's were not secure at all. once the wind picked up they were flying every where. on our first day one of them actually flew at us and cut all up my leg. this is one thing the hotel really needs to improve on as this is a safety hazard. One tip that I would give would be to go on the late check out trip. this was by far our best trip and allows you to make the most of your last day before you go home. When they stop off at the turtle beach i would recommend going in the sea as the waves are perfect to bob about in, this was so much fun. you also get to check in at a different hotel for a few hours before your transfer to the airport. allowing you to take a shower and have a bite to eat, which is included in the price. this trip was great value.

We arrived at this hotel on the 15th October 2020, as your walking to the hotel you think this looks nice, however the hotel is nothing like the photos at all if anything they are extreamly filtered. We arrived at the reception and we was greeted rather pleasesantly by the reception guy who appeared lovely, however.... When they realised we was a lesibian couple they became extreamly homeaphobic towards us. Checking was very easy and we was shown to out room, when we arrived to the room it wasn't what we paid for asked for a front sea view room and we got the most awful view of another big building in front of us we went to reception who completely refused to upgrade us and was extreamly rude towards us both and said we had to stay in that room. We then went for a walk round the hotel and with us been all inclusive we thought we would sit and have a nice drink, well where do I start.... The drinks that they offered for All in lusive where absolutely shocking, they only had certain spirits and then they ran out of larger and coke. They had the most awful wine and gin that I have ever tasted in my life, they didn't serve malbiu or whiskey or anything like that. The staff that were round the pool bar were trying there luck with both me and my partner been very rude and talking towards us in an awful manour. Jimmy one of the men is absolutely shocking the way he treats people just shouldn't be aloud he was making fun of me and my partner for been in a lesbian couple just because they couldn't get there wicked way with us. With the way we was treated I said im going to the room where I actually cried I thought I've only just arrived here and I already want to go home we even tried getting moved hotel. We then got ready and went for some tea the food was that awful we literally had a bite and walked out and literally lived off McDonald's the whole holiday because the food was that shocking I know everyone complains food when there on an all inclusive holiday but this was definitely the worst I'd ever ever experienced in my life. The photos of the hotel are nothing like what is is like in real life, the hotel is definitely a swingers hotel where all couples get off with each other and they literally do it right in front of you a few people tried it with me and my girlfriend and was absolutely mortified. For anyone that has booked this hotel please please cancel especially if your gay and if your not into been swingers then also cancel. To keep your room on when you depart is £30 for just 5 hours which I thought was shocking! Please avoid this hotel I will never ever return to Turkey with having this awful awful experience I couldn't wait to get home!

So.. I have been coming to Turkey for years and usually book all inclusive at 5* Hotel, however funds were shorter this year, so my partner and I booked this hotel as a cheaper alternative. I was absolutely shocked to turn up and receive such a warm welcome, as i was expecting the standards to match the lower price. The room is clean, decent size with balcony. The hotel has a medium pool which is in direct sunlight during afternoons, which is perfect for lounging on the sunbeds. The hotel includes a breakfast, which is lovely and filling. The manager 'Oz' helped us book and pay for any excursions we wanted to go on. He also helped us order food on late nights from his restaurant, washed our clothes and also exchanged our currency each day. After a few nights, we became good friends with the manager 'oz' and spent most evenings with him, talking into early hours. One night he even prepared a Turkish meze for us (as seen in picture). This hotel has exceeded all expectations and has made us ditch the 5* routine and rebook with flash for next year. Thank you Oz for your efforts and your warm energy. You have been amazing and will remain a good friend forever. We have some lovely memories and cannot wait to make more! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone and you too will be surprised. Hollie :).

We have just returned from another brilliant fortnight at club sunsmile, again we cannot find fault with anything. The food from the new chef was very nice and of good quality and of good price. The staff from mehmet, the manager to all the staff within the apartments are fantastic and along with friends we have met over the years out holiday was amazing. Here's to next year's holiday. I have only one negative thing to say this year (after 12years) and it has no slight on club sunsmile, is the sunbed situation!! There seemed to be a problem with people putting towels down the night before, when they come in from the clubs or putting a few down in different places so they are able to follow the you know who you are so have some consideration for the people that get up at a reasonable time in the morning and enjoy lying at the pool but cant!!

Recently stayed here and I will definitely not be returning. The apartments themselves are a little dated but good quality compared to a lot of apartments in marmaris but then you do pay more to stay here so you expect that. The only thing I will say is the bathroom and shower are small! There is air con in the living area and bedroom which is chargeable and be careful with this as when we visited the weather kept changing so we just wanted to see how long we would actually need it for when we went to pay for it they tried to charge us for more days then we had used it for, also used the laundry services we needed to pay for 1 time and the lady on reception tried to charge us for 3 times. The lady on reception is one of the rudest people I have ever met in my life. Never a smile or a hello morning, you are the first person the guests meet on arrival you are the face of the hotel/apartments but continued to be rude throughout our stay. Covid restrictions were none existant the lads in the restaurant wore them but the lady on reception and the staff by the pool bar didn’t only time they had them on was when the government people came to do their checks. Anyone can come and use the pool if they spend money they don’t take any details from anyone to keep a track of who was using it,sunbeds were all close together as a small pool area we ended up going to the beach. They were only nice to you if you were spending money basically! There was a lot of drunk people there all the time having arguments and shouting etc slamming door constantly the management don’t care because guess what they are spending money on alcohol. Fire alarm went off people were confused as to what to do as no one came to check anything out. Cleaners were over worked only 3 of them some days 2 as they had to have a day off each. 3 of them to clean all the hotel side all apartment side and clean the site and do laundry bless them. We very often got pillow cases that were dirty or blood stained. We ate at the restaurant a few times some lovely food and all the lads in there were friendly and helpful wouldn’t recommend the roast though. All in all the apartments are okay ish most of the staff were friendly and helpful but the management and reception need to be worked on. Nearly forgot the older guy that works at night he was a lovely guy always remembers your name and says hello I just worried about him if anything was to kick off at night as I don’t think he would be able to handle it and he speaks limited English but such a lovely guy!

Came across these apartments by accident. They are so central within 5 minute walk to the beach. Staff are so helpful and go out of their way to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. Our main thanks goes to Altan who during the covid crisis ran the bar single handley and was excellent with it. No restaurant due to covid but plenty of eateries close by. Pool was large and extremely clean, in fact the whole place was spotless. The apartment itself was basic but had everything required. Continuous hot water, kettle and toaster and two ring cooker. My only gripe are the beds were so hard and very low to the ground. I would defiantly stay here again

So me and my boyfriend stayed here for 10 days getting home yesterday, the staff are really friendly and helpful, the decor in the reception and communal areas is gorgeous a bit dated but it’s still lovely! Unfortunately the apartments let this place down, we got an attic room in the main building which was a little cramped and was very very very dated! My heart sank when we got to the room and we had single beds (I pushed these together) especially when booking I’d stated double but that’s a easy fix! For a self catering accommodation it lacked the utensils needed to actually be able to cook for yourself, no toaster, kettle or microwave which I was really disappointed about, having stayed in numerous self catering accommodations in marmaris it wasn’t up to par with the rest. We had a pool view balcony, which was great because it’s such a quiet area,so there was little to no noise. The cleanliness wasn’t the worst it was cleaned every day, but the towels where stained and honestly I don’t think they changed them so i stopped using them and used my own! The pool area is great, it’s quiet and there’s no fighting for sun loungers we’re not early birds and this was perfect for us. The barman was lovely he did whatever he could to help. The pool and surrounding area was cleaned every night! There’s a little shop attached to this hotel and it’s great the staff in there are so lovely again couldn’t do enough for you! All in all This hotel has the potential to be so much more, if there was a bit of tlc given to the rooms, updated the decor and provided more utensils honestly it would be great. I would stay here again because it’s handy for the beach front and Armutalan, less then 10 minutes either way! Its in a nice quiet location and i don’t go away to party, I go away to relax and this is what this place provided.

We are currently staying here and on arrival at almost 1am we were treated to a smile and warm welcome and a drink and snack even though it was late ! Given your room straight away but with 2 single beds ! The next morning we asked for a double room ! It was done instantly no fuss or anything the staff the hotel are faultless the hygiene first class the staff are so attentive and helpfull noting is to much ever what ever time of day or night ! It was also a very special occasion and I asked if it would be possible to have the penthouse suit for one night ! Paid a little extra but not a great deal compared to some hotels !Amd then WOW we had it for our special occasion! I can't recommend this hotel enough ! But when you see a lot of Turkish people in your hotel they must be doing something right ! For the price and quality and standard you will not find much better in Marmarus and I'm a head chef ! So the food was good as well ! It's an eleven out of ten hotel and so friendly 30 seconds to your own private beach ! What more can you ask for !

First visit to Turkey - didn't know what to expect from a hotel there, but would agree with it's official rating of a 3 stars //plus!)))// Immediate impression that Romance Beach has a capacity to be at least one level up should it be properly managed. It has everything for it - superb location within the city, own beach, nice pool, hard-working staffs, charming cosy atmosphere with nice stylisation and andalusian touch. Even the waterpark next to the hotel is a big advantage for families with kids. Everything you need is around - small Pinar Market opened 24/7 downstairs, pharmacy, exchange and local Migros Supermarket across the road, bus stop and a taxi point nearby. Now about no-noes.... No food... the menu is a survival type... this is my 1st experience with all-inclusive when you have nothing to choose from, especially for breakfast. Usually I rely on bakery and pastry items wherever I am going, but there was literally one baguette laying down throughout whole day for breakfast, lunch and dinner, fresh and tasty though))) Grill station for dinner and snack station with simple but edible nuggets and burger patties throughout a day helped to get through. Many regards to a local lady preparing fresh Gözleme near the pool - that was the only opportunity to taste Turkish cuisine inside the hotel. 2nd surprise with the WiFi access that's nowadays is a must - it is chargeable and bad working. Lifts... what can I say... it is not only outdated, really small and taking ages to get, but one of them kept hanging in between the floors so we immediately stopped using it and did a lot of exercises going by stairs to the 3rd floor. Beach is easily accessible and good however I have never seen lifeguard on duty. During day time it is quite busy with all water activities taking place in the sea. Rooms are simple with enough of space. Sea View room turned out to be with a stunning view from the balcony not from the window itself. Furniture has a simple but custom look. Standing shower with sufficient shelving is a plus point, but sanitary ware is outdated. There is small refrigerator but no kettle in the room. A/C system is very weak and dated, needs maintenance and better settlement. It's blowing directly on the bed making it freezing but still hot in the rest of the room. Lighting is bad, and outlets don't work and hardly accessible. No beach towels available. Every day room cleaning is going with fresh towels supply. Positives are helpful local staff, cosy atmosphere with live music performances in the bar at night, Marmaris Promenade. First junction with street restaurants including McDonald's, KFC, Doner and chinese and a small shopping centre just around 10 minutes walking distance towards downtown. Our vacation was short but great. Wish to return to the hotel when improvements will take place.

It was are 3rd time at Green Nature , and having been to Turkey over 30 times we never really thought about doing all inclusive, having always done self catering.Well I wish we had tried this earlier , this place is unbelievable. The food is amazing, I know it’s a cliche but my son is a fussy eater but not here ,he loved it , from the cooked breakfast to the snack bar to the beautiful summer evening of sitting down to a fantastic variety of food , but the biggest pull about this hotel is the staff wow they are amazing especially Murat ... he is in the outside dinning area , always a smile on his face , he’s English is better than few of my friends , and he couldn’t do enough for you ,he always got us a table even when it was really busy he sorted us out , he always remembered what drinks we wanted and wouldn’t let us go to the bar no matter how busy he was , and he is so friendly , he is one of the reasons why were going back , not just my family but also our friends who we meet at Marmaris and have done over the years they adore him as well . he is a credit to this hotel and a true gentleman who gives a 5 star service .sometimes you feel overwhelmed with the chaos’s in all inclusive but he always calmed you down to enjoy it . I stayed here with my husband and 4 sons and it was a really clean apartment. I booked this directly with the apartment to ensure it had Air Condition. As this is chargeable if you book through booking sites. Very clean apartment and 2 minutes walk to the statue which is Burger King and Migros is 2 minutes walk. Everything is centrally located from this hotel and you don’t need to use a bus. Only to go Icemeler. We had 2 apartments one facing the pool was on 1st floor which was amazing as we could cook and keep an eye on the children. They had all cooking utensils except for breakfast bowls. No cooking ingredients so best to bring with you if you plan to cook. Has a kettle but no microwave. The apartments are very clean, spacious and so is the pool very clean. Would recommend this even if your not cooking. They adhere to Covid-19 rules. Will definitely use this apartment in the future.
