the hotel location is perfect for a short term stay. 9 minutes by bus from airport, 15 minutes to the central station Zurich Hb where you can do all your connections. And 6 minutes walking distance to Kloten train station . And calme location not very busy and noisy area. 10/10 for clean room

I had to stay in Zurich for one night because the time of my arrival was too late to take a train home. The hotel is perfectly located (2.5 Km away from the airport) and you can easily get to it by train or bus or taxi. The room was really comfortable and clean. It had a safe, a TV, a fridge with water and a cozy bed, plus wardrobe. Breakfast was very nice, too. Staff was professional, kind and helpful.

Stayed one night in Leonardo Hotel Zurich Airport in May 2022. Spacious room, beautifully designed, lovely bathroom, clean and good amenities. Coffee machine, a safe, free wi-fi, tv, perfectly clean, great breakfast and good service. A short walking distance to catch the bus to the airport.

Apart-Hotel by Hilton is a hotel run and supervised by the Hilton Group. The stay here for you might not earn you Hilton Honors point but trust me you do not pay too much to book the hotel and still enjoy a wonderful stay. The parent Hilton Hotel is just 2 mins walk from Apart-Hotel. The same airport shuttle picks you up from the airport and first drops you at the Apart-Hotel and then the Hilton flagship hotel. The fact that your airport pick-up and drop (at scheduled hours) are free adds up to the benefit of staying here. The property might not have a full-fledged kitchen but it serves hot breakfast every morning. If you chose to dine you are guided to the nearby Hilton Flagship hotel which is an amazing place to be. Overall, my stay here was amazing- no regrets or complaints whatsoever. Chosen this hotel as it is near to the airport and they have just resumed the airport shuttle service which is a plus point. However, when I arrive the hotel in the morning after a long 13 hours flight from Singapore, the room was not ready which is kind of understandable. After a long wait until 2pm, my room was not ready yet, and only at 3.30pm I got my room key. To my horror, the room was filthy. It was not cleaned, soiled cups everywhere and the trash bin was not cleared, and chocolate crumbs on my bed. It was disgusting. Immediately I went down to the reception to ask for another room, and instead of higher floor, I was assigned a ground floor. The front desk (I believed she is the supervisor), she was very rude. It is a shame to the Swiss Hospitality. Avoid this hotel at all cost.

Clean, quiet and conveniently located to public transport. They need to improve on a couple of minor things like offering the free shuttle to the airport and not just from the airport, and offering atleast one bottle of complimentary mineral water (perhaps in a returnable glass bottle) per day. The property looks a bit aged, but overall it meets the needs of an airport hotel quite well. I'd recommend it.

Beds were super comfortable. Room was very clean and amenities were modern and top notch. Not too difficult to find if you follow the signs to the Circle and Hyatt Regency outside arrival hall. Take note it is a good 12 mins walk but there is elevators and we used the trolley for our luggage. We had dinner at the Middle Eastern Restaurant in the hotel. It was ok but service a little slow. I am surprised they don’t have a regular hotel cafe. It is not a problem as there are restaurants around the hotel vicinity. Overall I must say this is the best Airport hotel I have stayed at in terms of comfort and value. It met all my expectations and more. Well done.

We stayed there for the first time. It was pretty easy to get there from airport terminal. Staff were wonderful and extremely friendly. Breakfast was really great with a lot of choices. If I want to recommend anything, I would say that I hope that they keep the restaurant open until midnight for late arrival.

The waiters did not seem to be very enthusiastic about the Asian faces. At breakfast, I asked you to go to the group meal area without asking any questions! As a result, we found that there is another area that is used by foreigners, and the meals and quality are different! Two callouts! Then we asked! They are reluctant to say that we are a team, why? Can the Chinese travel only by team? During the period, a waitress also questioned how can we get food in the good buffet area? Very excessive! In addition, at the time of bill settlement, we had two rooms in total. I gave a city tax of 5 yuan in cash (2.5 Swiss francs), and at the airport, I received a text message deducted from the city tax of 2.5 Swiss francs!

I stayed in a pod after arriving back on a late flight, instead of driving home at midnight. The pod was nice, very comfortable. The temperature was marginally too warm for me however, and you can't change the settings. That's where the positive experience ended. My phone charging port didn't work - that's fine - I can overlook that, but it's not ideal I was woken at 4.30am by people getting up and ready for the early morning flights. They were crashing and banging around with the doors and fiddling around with their luggage. Ultimately I couldn't get back to sleep because of the continued crashing and banging and ultimately only got 3.45 hrs sleep (I know this because my fitness tracker tells me so). So it was completely pointless staying - I would have got a better night's sleep at home with my 3 year old and 10 month old in the room next door. I believe the hotel's model doesn't work for the following reasons: 1) Each pod has a door with a very noisy latch. The latch doesn't have to be noisy if people are considerate, but a lot of people aren't considerate at the best of times, let alone at 4am in the morning when getting up for an early flight. It's all well and good to have lots of signs saying ”shh!” On the walls, but most people don't see it, or at least it doesn't sink in. I stayed in a capsule hotel on Japan that has roller blinds instead of doors, which are much quieter 2) people are allowed to bring their luggage into the sleeping space. This invites people to fiddle around with their luggage, which disturbs others from their sleep. Again, in the pod hotel in Japan, people must lock their luggage in lockers in the changing rooms, and are not allowed to take anything into the sleeping space - it works much better 3) the hotel has plenty of separate rooms, with a number of pods in each. Why not allocate guests to rooms by their time of arrival and departure, so that late arrivers don't disturb early departures, and vice versa? Overall, if the above 3 things are fixed, I'd probably stay again, but otherwise, definitely not
