Long story short: It was one of the best stays we had. I am from Delhi and took this trip with my family. From the starting, the ***agement helped us in clearing all our doubts. As soon as we got there, we were welcomed by their speciality, 6- spice tea which was refreshing after our journey from Kochi. They accomodated our request regarding room occupancy, we booked the suite. The rooms and washrooms were clean and had great view of the ranges. Excellent and quick service, the staff was very polite. The food was amazing, breakfast had ***y option. Overall a pleasant stay!

Very good service, the food at the restaurant is specially good including the buffet and a la carte. The only problem is the housekeeping, which they moved my luggage to a place which is impossible to open it and I need to move my luggage back to the original place, placing the floor towel on my bed, and the worst is they moved my important document from the table top into a drawer which luckily I discovered before I leave the hotel. Other than the housekeeping, I am happy with my stay.

Mesmerising..One of the most beautiful and loving moments I've ever had. The hotel has a breathtaking view,made even better in the suite with its floor to ceiling windows offering unlimited views.This was one of the best gateways we experienced as a family of 6 and the property really lives up it's name as it is Hill View in every sense of the word.All staff were very friendly and caring,I made ***y request all of them was done with no hesitation. Want to big thanks to Mr.Abhinav(GM)..more words may feel fake but as I said this resort gave me great moments to remember.. Mr.***soor was so kind enough in meeting us and explaining us the various options of sightseeing. Highly recommended to family & couples to Hill View....

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are good with a great balcony. I like the interior of the room, especially the wooden cupboards. Also, there are a lot of pictures in the hotel which gives you good feel. The restaurant is adjacent to the hotel and they also provide room service at free of cost. The breakfast was good, but limited options. The security guard was very friendly and helpful. Overall, a very good experience.
