Thank you to all the staff at Goldfinch Who made my visit so very special. Especially Mr.Jayanth who within minutes of arrival became a true and trusted friend, helping me with travel plans and generally making me feel wanted. What a true gentle*** in every sense of the word. Thanks also to the Executive chef who took the time and trouble to show me his kitchen, meeting his staff and making such amazing plates of food! Words cannot express how happy we were to stay at Taj Gateway hotel during the pandemic. Right from the welcome, baggage collection & disinfection, check-in everything was a breeze. During check-in, some of our cards were not working and could swipe only for 15% of the total value. The front office staff obliged to collect the remaining amount in the coming 24 hours. It was duly transferred online. The property is old, but this doesn't hamper the quality, cleanliness, safety or service in any way. Rooms are well appointed and the room service for all the meals were excellent with great variety in options and taste. In room white goods are in top notch condition. Rooms are clean and bathrooms too in excellent condition. A personal recommendation goes to Ms. Teena Lobo who was always there to help in any case of any need. Whether to arrange a doctor, some logistics, local knowledge or special food diet, she's always there. A big thanks to her and she's an asset to the hotel. Also a big shout our to the wait staff, concierge, room service and front office who made our stay memorable during these testing times. On checking with our fellow travelers who opted for different hotels in the city, needless to say their experience was nightmarish. We must say that the efforts that the staff put in their work really stands out in the hospitality industry and surely it's the TAJ way!

This last minute booking in Deepa Comforts did not set any expectations. We booked a superior room here with complimentary breakfast. The hotel is located on M.G. Road and it is very easy to locate if you follow Google maps. As soon as we checked in, we were pleasantly surprised with the room. It was big, with all the necessities. The hotel has 2 restaurants, one of them being a pure veg restaurant, Chutney. The taste was good and the rates were reasonable too. Parking available in the basement. We had a very good stay and the hotel is highly recommended.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Staff is courteous enough to help us in arranging our necessities like travel, etc. Special thanks Mr.Muneer for his continuous followup and helping with an awesome travel arrangement during the long weekend. The rooms are good too. Restaurant timing is limited however the food is good. It was a good start to the trip and finished on a good note too. Location is convenient too, hardly a km from central rly station. What else is needed to make your stay comfortable?

Dear All, I must say dont go by the looks of it, but how they service you...They have been truely Professional in their work. Specially the staff are courteous and food was great. I had seminar to be given there...So one can even plan a good Seminar here... Booked a Normal room, but they upgraded me to a better one. Hotel to Airport cost an avg 500 to 600 by Taxi. There is a Kashmiri good store which sells good wood stuff, i got some for home ( should Negotiate) There is a Mehfil Bar- The Prices are not expensive to the taste I have and good Sofa arrangements. You dont feel like its a hotel ( but like a Room). Tv channels are not much to enjoy. But Bathroom has good hot water. Only remember they dont allow smoking inside Propertyexcept- Poolside and outside main gate. Thumbs up to team Moti Mahal
