Room is small and compact which is good enough. Just that the doors and walls are all too thin, other guests that open and closes the door can be heard loud and clear. Room is all the way at the end as requested room with window. Housekeeping was a lil too slacked, put up room service for one particular day and wasn't made and the next day have to tell the recep to remind to make up room and when i came back still wasn't done. And if long stay they only make up room once a week, is it because due to covid or? Overall was a nice stay though. Thank you.

We’ve been to Arcadia plenty of times and always enjoyed our stay. This time around we got a room on the 1st floor. It was bigger than other rooms of its kind. We were worried there might be more sound disturbances on the lower levels but were pleasantly surprised not to encounter any such issues. As usual, service staff were prompt, pleasant and very friendly.

The location is good, less than 500 meters away from Lavenda subway station; the environment is relatively quiet. The space is small, but the price is acceptable. The only dissatisfaction is that there are too many ants! No improvement from last stay!

The transportation is convenient, there are many places to eat around, the beds are very comfortable, and the staff are very polite. This is my second stay but it also made me feel very disappointed 😞 I decided that I would never choose to stay at this hotel again for the following reasons. 1) Because of the experience,I have indicated that I would like a quieter room when I booked the room, but the staff at the counter still gave me a room near the road and the birds is very noisy at night , the counter said The room is full and cannot be changed. 2) I booked 2 single beds (Deluxe twin room), but the counter staff assigned was double bed room for me. When I called to the counter, they said they would find someone to come up and split the bed with me. My point is the customer has booked the room, and the hotel should be ready to give it to the customer sooner, but unfortunately they did not do this. 3) The air conditioner was broken and asked if I could replace it with an electric fan. I immediately refused, and I couldn't accept it. In the end, I was willing to change the room to me.

Very good location with alot of yummy food around. Only bad point was the area below the table for workdesk not clean up properly and at times can see ants crawling around the room. N some rooms have disney channels in the king room while some dont so its totally by luck. Good service provided by the staffs there and all were very friendly.

Small yet cosy industrial-chic hotel. The bed's comfortable and the room is clean. Our room's toilet drain was clogged thus it caused a little flooding but we made do with it and informed the Front Desk only upon checkout. The Guest Services Officer acknowledged the issue and quickly arranged for a technician to rectify it. Service has been great overall. Thank you, Hotel Yan 👍🏻☺️

The first thing to emphasize is that all room types in this hotel accept Chinese travelers who enter Singapore and need to wait for the nucleic acid test results. There are usually one or two people on duty at the front desk. If you do not have enough English skills, you can ask a Chinese/Chinese-speaking front desk staff to meet you. The receptionist I saw was a young brother (speaking Chinese), an older sister (speaking Chinese), and a young lady (only English and Malay). Before moving in, you need to download, register and scan the tracetogether, which is required by the Singapore government and must be done. Then submit your passport, etc., and you can move in after the registration is completed. But do not go out after check-in. The service attitude of the hotel is okay. After all, it is the city center and the people are relatively kind. For washing, the hotel only prepared two toothbrushes with small toothpaste (toothpaste is more difficult to squeeze out), a shower cap and a small sundries bag, no disposable slippers and plastic slippers. It is difficult to release hot water when taking a bath. I tried it for 10 minutes at 10 o'clock in the evening, and there was no hot water, so I gave up taking a bath decisively. The free supplies are two pieces of Nescafe coffee, two bags of Sri Lankan black tea, and two bottles of purified water. There is a takeaway under the hotel, the cheapest is fried rice, 8.5 SGD, it is said that the taste is okay. I didn't have much money in my pocket, so I was hungry all night. The bed is relatively comfortable and moderate in hardness. The TV has 9 channels, 6 local channels in Singapore, the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, a movie station and an advertising station. I only watched Channel 8 and Channel U, and the program feels average. So I fell asleep when I was bored. The hotel wifi speed connection is still possible in the country. When checking out, the younger brother also pointed us the way to take the subway, and helped us carry the luggage, be sure to give him a thumbs up. For more check-in experience, due to time constraints, follow-up will be organized in my public account "Guangranshuo", friends in need can go there to check, thank Ctrip again, thank the staff of the hotel.

I love this room that I stayed in, it's like one unit by itself, separates from other rooms by an automatic glass door, have all the privacy that you want! bathroom is very spacious, had a nice bath myself dipping in the bathtub. definitely will go back again and next time I shall request for the top floor (7th floor). Quieter i suppose, my room was on the 4th floor, was a little noisy but still acceptable. Sgs130++ for the room is really worth the money!

Prior to check-in date, the hotel had contacted via phone and email for pre-arrival check. It’s great that manager Jason was able to confirm the baby cot that I had requested when making the reservation. On arrival, the bell had promptly came over to help with our luggage. This is helpful as there seems to be only stairs at the driveway as I can’t find another alternative. Once I stepped into the lobby, I noticed a refreshing scent that lifted my mood. While waiting for my room key, I was presented with welcome drinks. They had assisted to show the way to the room, along they way we were brought to the spa area and the guest service also shared that there is a aeroponics farming area next to the spa reception. Even though it’s only 2nd floor but we were amazed with room’s high ceiling, something that most of us don’t have it at home. Their floor to ceiling window let in good amount of natural lighting into the room. I lived the complimentary healthy snacks that’s placed in the room together with the complimentary still and sparking water. The spacious room once again hit the right spot to make your feel relaxed and calm. During the stay, we visited that aeroponics area again as we were mesmerized by how easy plants could be grown indoor. I remembered there is a plant called lemon balm, Liza was very kind to share with us how this aeroponics farming works and gave us some of the lemon balm leaves. I added the lemon balm leaves into the sparking water that was available in the room for a refreshing drink to end of the night. Breakfast was great with the usual western and continental selection, what’s more interesting is their five dim sum warrior breakfast set and also their barramundi mixed oat congee. You must try these when you are there. I will like to thank a couple of people who we had interacted with and had made our stay pleasant: Jason for the wonderful connecting room arrangement, Liza who was at the wellness lounge area at around 9pm and she took the effort to share with us their interesting Grobrix aeroponic system and the plants growing there, Xiao Yun, Joey and Hanish who cleaned and sanitised the room. There are many more of them, I wished I could remember all their names. There is so much more to write and share, but one thing that I should not missed is that you have to stay two nights to truly experience a good retreat from the usual hassle and bustle. It’s definitely different from staying at the city hotel. If you want a good rejuvenating experience, please check out this hotel.

Stayed at the 2 bedroom deluxe room for my family of 4, which is a rare find for us. Typically we will get 2 interconnecting rooms. But this 2 bedroom arrangement comes with a living hall which is good for family bonding. The only downside is that there is only 1 bathroom, and 1 powder room (we took it quite well ... treat it as if we ate staying at a Japanese ryokan which only has 1 bathroom) ... 😄

Overall location, cleanliness, facilities and service are above standard. However, the sound insulation is poor in the room I stayed in - 0705. I could hear the motorbike from the road and other guests chatting along the corridor. It could be an issue for light sleepers.

I booked this place on a long layover in Singapore, and this place is so cool! Now, the showers and amenities are pretty much like most hostels (nothing special, but more than adequate), but the pod itself was actually quite nice! Inside feels very futuristic, and it comes with your own power outlets and a/c. Bedding and pillow were soft, and the Chinatown location is a plus!

Just 2 days before my check-in date, I've already given a 5 stars rating! Reason? I received an email from the hotel to do eCheck-ins! Upon doing so, I also received another email for booking of breakfast, pools, gyms etc! OMG! How many hotels have this super convenient and how many of you had even queued from 3pm for hours for check-ins? This is my first and the best hotels experience even before I step into the hotel! THIS IS REALLY AWESOME! Oh, I haven't started to comment on my staycation yet ah... Yap, not yet, and on top of that, an sms was sent a day before allocating a much earlier time(I don't wanna share the exact timings but you'll never imagine! 🤭) to avoid crowdings. And can you imagine 1 day before my check-in date, I've completed all my eCheck-ins, breakfast, gym and pool bookings! On the check-in date, I just scan the QR code which was issued and it took less than 5-10mins for the staff to prepare the room cards for us to start our staycation! Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful everywhere! As for the room and breakfast, I'll just let the photos do the talkings! 👍

The location is very good, the subway is 5-10 minutes walk, but it is a bit old, watching furniture is very chronological, haha, the exterior wall is also very popular in Nanyang style, there are characteristics, service enthusiasm, direct Chinese communication Just fine, it’s early, but there is room for check-in. It’s very nice. It’s very lively at night, and there are a lot of things to eat at night market.

The hotel is located in a good location. There are many food centers around. If you want to do something for yourself, there are supermarkets and food markets. It is very convenient to buy things. The hotel location is particularly good, just outside the subway station. There is a free breakfast, 7-11 downstairs, and eating is very convenient. The outdoor swimming pool and terrace on the top floor of the hotel are not too comfortable, the night view is superb. You can walk directly to Chinatown and Clarke Quay, next to Songfa Bak Kut Teh and Ya Kun, Hainan Chicken Rice, and everything is very convenient. The only thing is that the room is really small and the boxes cannot be tiled on the floor. The bathroom is also small. The lobby of the hotel lobby is super soft and comfortable! !! !! The day before I left, because I was still early for the departure time, I rested on the sofa for nearly 2 hours and fell asleep, but the sister at the front desk was not stunned. After I woke up, the sister asked me that I was too tired to play yesterday. There are so many foreigners in the hotel and almost no Chinese are seen. The hotel staff is Malay, with an accent in English and no Chinese.

This place has very, very good customer service which i must first commend in the first sentence of this review. I was there for 3 days and two nights and there was the same staff throughout my stay, day and night. But he was friendly, helpful and jovian. It actually seemed like he was the one who did absolutely everything in the hotel. Be aware that this hotel IS in the red light district of Singapore. My room was a single bed room, and the only single bed room in the already small hotel. It was unfortunately crawling with ants along the wall, a tile or two had chipped or fell off. The wall hiding behind the toilet door wasn't to die for either, the room didn't feel complete, but it was livable. I did get the opportunity to go into the other rooms, the double bed room and family room. Those were definitely more decent, they felt cleaner and were better maintained. They even had a cosy feel to them. It comes with breakfast in the vicinity's small kitchen. Don't expect a wide spread or a 4 star hotel breakfast, but it was pretty decent for it's standard. Bread, a fruit, protein (eggs, tuna or others), rice or porridge. There are plenty of food around the area, hawkers mostly. But there are three mrt stations within walking distance, and Paya Lebar Square is about 900m (12 - 18min walk) from the hotel. In all, it isn't a place for fussy stayers. But if you're pretty easy going, don't want to pay premium prices for an accommodation and get your own room and toilet, then one can definitely consider this place.

I think I am the most objective evaluation: 1. Hotel location: too golden! You can walk to Outram Park subway station when you go out, wherever you go! The last train of the subway is around 11:30, and you can play until late (because the gate is the one-day bar street, the lights are bright, and it is safe) 2, the service is good, too late in the morning and check-in time, can also store luggage 3. Okay to say the disadvantages: The room is very small, the same size as Hong Kong, and the single room I booked can only sleep and bath, and it has a slight odor (I feel it is harmless, because I am Come alone to play, come out early and return late, just go back to sleep, and the price is more than 350, there is no need for it, the youth hostel has 150 beds, this is a good single room! 4. Suggestion: Only suitable for one person or same-sex friends to play and live! If you are a couple, it's better to live! Come out alone and really recommend five stars! There is everything nearby, the traffic is too convenient, and it is quick to go to Sentosa. I walk around and feel that the surrounding Bugis MRT station is particularly lively. I eat a lot and recommend it!

Had a night stay at Artiste Suite. Location is good. Cleanliness can be improved. There were dusts on the pantry area, on the wireless/bluetooth/radio on the table bedside, and at the toilet underneath the mirror. The television is a smart tv, but was not able to connect to the Internet. It needs a LAN cable or some usb for wireless. Called the reception and was informed it was not a smart tv. So be prepared there's no netflix or prime videos nor YouTube. A tad disappointed but that means I also enjoyed quality time resting both on the bed and in the bathtub, enjoying the view, having both dinner and breakfast at the balcony. The overall experience from level 1 to level 6 where artiste room is located was good. The room offers privacy which was awesome. Since the room comes with an outdoor balcony, be prepared to have lizards coming by. Overall, it was an awesome experience.

Location wise is very convenient. Bus stops everywhere, clarke quay and funan mall nearby and most importantly, for all the supper freaks, there are 7-11 nearby and also restaurants. Cleanliness was super bad. The remote controls, table, counter, sink, cups and spoons were so dusty. I can swipe in one finger and accumulate all the dust. The carpet had a huge stain near the fridge and a funky smell. The fridge was musty and dirty but bed is super clean. I guess it has been long since someone used that room but I expected it to be clean as it is a standard procedure for Housekeepers to clean up the rook before guests checks in. For service, it was neutral. Did what I requested and gave me an expected service but did not exceed my expectations. I requested to check out 2 hours later and they did manage to extend the check out. However, on the last day of our stay, we got locked out of the door because the staff forgot to change the system on the door. So our time was delayed. Lastly, after checking out, there was no closure of service from any of the staff so we just left. For amenities, there were no towels in the toilet and the TV couldn’t airplay/ mirror screen to my phone even though the feature was available on the TV. TV channels was super slow. Other than that, everything was provided.

I've been to this hotel several times. The customer service is usually good. I extended my stay and moved to Cabin M. But I had a very unpleasant experience this time round with the live chat officer Claude. I understand that late check out is based on availability. But Claude was being unreasonable, telling me that the hotel is fully booked when the room I stayed in was still available on trip app. He also said there is no late check out on Sundays but I usually get complimentary check out atleast till 12.30 on my previous stays on a Sunday before. Extremely disappointing and thus I've to give 1 star for the service where I usually give a 5.

The 2 biggest problems are the travellers who don't respect the sharing room after 23h00 (need a corfu or to be advise) and the room on the street side with a restaurant open 24/24, are to to noisy. You just get little sleep. Coming from Airport, with MRT get off at Jelan Besar exit B, turn right, walk to Dickson Road. We booked the family room. It was really compact, but our kids were very happy cos they had to experience the bunk bed. They even refused to leave and cant wait to get back to the room cos they just love the bunk beds. However, if u are staying for a few days, it might get a bit uncomfortable and squeezy because the room is really too ‘cozy’. We felt that the placement of the plugs were not strategic - they were very far from the main bes and in between the bunk beds, may not be safe as it is near kids and they may play with the plugs. It was hard to charge our phones while resting on our bed cos the plugs were too far… also no bedside table or shelf to put our phones or even remote control... Table is the kids table so adults have to sit on the floor while eating with kids. Perhaps not so suitable for those who may not be able to sit on the floor for long periods or pregnant mums. However, location is very very convenient. Food is just a few steps away and no worries about it. Parking was ok too, night parking was affordable - maybe try not to park too long if u are planning to drive here cos no complimentary parking. But we managed to get parking space in front of the hotel so that’s a bonus for us (although we had to make a few rounds for ppl to leave before securing a parking lot. Due to being near a main road, it gets very noisy at night with cars speeding, so light sleepers may need to consider some ear plugs? Otherwise, bed is comfy but abit too high - not suitable for old folks or heavily pregnant women. :) Overall, for a one night stay, we still enjoyed ourselves and enjoyed the hotel. Not much facilities, so it’s really more of a hotel to place things and then get out and explore sg. I would still return back because it’s really a nice hotel, convenient and affordable! 👍🏻 Staff is very friendly too!
