The lodging, train, and distance were suitable, so there was no inconvenience about going somewhere to play. The price is cheap and the quality is not bad, so it is recommended as a cost-effective accommodation. If you travel with friends on a free trip, there are no Koreans around you, so you can enjoy it as if you were traveling in Japan. really recommend

Location wise it's good. It's a leisurely 10min walk to Osaka station. The room was good size and had kitchen facilities and even washing machine. On the downside: Our room had a futon large enough to sleep 4 taking up most of the floor space making moving around difficult unless walking on on the bed. We had a small balcony that isn't useful for anything except maybe for 1 person to sit outside during warmer weather. The big letdown was however the check in procedure. We advised them in advance that we were arriving late. The premise has self check in via a tablet and there is no reception. It is basically an apartment building with some rooms being rented out. The check in requires some interaction with remote staff to issue a room key code. Noone answered at the other end. There was also a phone number provided and we tried calling many times only to get a voice mail message. We also tried calling other Minn premise to get help but only got voice mail. After 30minutes of trying we went outside the building and found what seemed to be a number to a caretaker of the building (no mention if that person also managed check in.) This time we got an answer and managed to finish the check in process. It was not a pleasant experience way past midnight and not even having access to a bathtroom so we won't be keen to book a self check in room next time if arriving at odd hours. Overall otherwise we thought it was ok.

The hotel is in Nishi Umeda, less than 700 meters southwest of JR Osaka Station. Exit from the Central South Exit of JR Osaka Station and walk to the ground level. Follow the Amap and follow the surface road to the west, then turn south. I recommend using Amap. Google’s signal is really poor indoors or underground. The front desk of the hotel only speaks English with a Japanese accent, and the room is very nice. The bedroom area is relatively small but fully functional. The bathroom is very nice and spacious. Disposable toothbrushes and other items are available for free at the front desk.

I enjoy staying at Moxy chains (even though I only stayed in one prior to this) because of its modern but funky atmosphere and rooms. The room itself is as expected from a Moxy. Compact, but still bigger than most Japanese business hotels. As a platinum, I did not get upgraded. I had to ask upon check-in and was told there was only 1 available on the 3rd floor. Granted I requested for a higher floor... I would rather not get upgraded and stay on the original floor given to me, which was the 8th. I also asked to be away from the elevator, but was placed in the room right in front of the elevator. To be honest, I find it hard to believe no others rooms were available.. I only stayed for one night and it was on Thursday night. Luckily, I didn’t hear any sounds. Either the walls were that good, or barely anyone was staying on my floor. I’m going to go with the latter one. The only complaint I have with the room was the tin garbage can provided. I get the “go green” thing going on, but I didn’t feel comfortable throwing garbage anywhere without a bag because of stains or liquid leakage. I ended up using my own plastic bag. It would make more sense to save the plastic on the slippers no? But that goes for most hotels, not just this one. No robes, but pajamas are available on the first floor. The restaurant/bar: If I would rate this alone, it would be a solid 5. Just look at the prices. That itself is already fair enough but this was under a hotel. I actually found it hard to believe they were offering such low prices! And the taste... amazing. The burger I ordered was very juicy and whatever sauce they used added more flavor to it. The nachos were handmade (?) and the portions were all fair. However, why the 3 stars? Out of the 7 staff members I’ve interacted with, only 3 of them spoke fluent English. The lady who checked me in (very sweet, short brown hair,) the manager (?,) and a foreigner who took my order at the bar (who spoke like a Japanese.) Two others literally ran away from me to get someone to speak to me, while 2 others said very basic words. Pretty sure they couldn’t understand what I was saying. Ironically, the owner (?) of this place, is a foreigner himself. I passed by the gym and noticed a guy talking in the phone. He was the same guy that’s on their Instagram so I’m assuming that he’s the owner. I get this is Japan, but Moxy is under Marriott, which is an international brand. Definitely caught me by surprise when I had to use my elementary Japanese to get my point across. Another thing is the location. This is not Shin-Umeda. It’s clearly Fukushima which is what they’re marketing it on their IG. So very misleading. Problem is that the closest subway station is over 15 minutes away! Yes there’s a JR but the metro is what most people would take, to go to tourist spots. So I would say this hotel is targeting the Japanese business audience instead. If you are taking the metro, Nishi-Umeda would be the closest station. Lastly, t

It's really close to the subway station and very convenient. I chose this hotel mainly because I wanted to go to the airport the next day. I think I will choose this hotel when I go to the airport in the future. There are a lot of places to eat around. I even went to Umeda specifically. Wandered around for a while. The hotel's bath water seems to contain hot spring water, which is quite comfortable for washing and sleeping.

When we went to Osaka in late November, the city was crowded with tourists, especially around major attractions and Osaka station. It was thus very pleasant to stay slightly further away from the hustle and bustle on the quieter streets. Moreover, the hotel is still connected by a short and frequent shuttle ride (10-20 min depending on traffic) or a short walk (around 15 min) from JR Osaka station. Note that the shuttle runs only up to 8:40pm from the station so there is a high chance that you might need to walk from the station at night. Somebody mentioned in the comments that the room was small, I would add that it is likely due to not so thoughtful design. One has a feeling of everything being in the way of something else. For example, the toilet and shower are in two separate ”booths” and the shower rug is placed right at the entrance of the room. The sink is however inside the room and not in another booth. There was also no service for the room during our stay (2 nights) and not even towels were replenished by default. Besides a tiny desk that serves as a counter-top for us, there were also no other drawers or basically any place to put your luggage, so even our luggage (2 backpacks plus a carry-on) was always in our way. This is really smaller than the usual small in normal Japanese business hotels. Nevertheless, the dining hall that serves breakfast, drinks and lunch offers reasonably good food at good prices (breakfast at 400 yen, drinks at 300 yen, lunch at 800 yen). It is a good alternative if you decide to avoid the crowd that day. Another good point is that the room and buildings (reception, dining and rooms located in 2 separate buildings) are all new, modern and sparkling clean. There is a time-sharing (to separate genders) public bath at the ground floor of the hotel building so in case you don't like the smallness of the shower, there is still another choice. Unfortunately, the time constraint has made it difficult for us to use it this time.

Conveniently located 2 minutes walk from Fukushima Station on the Hanshin Main Line and 6 minutes walk from Fukushima Station on the JR Osaka Loop Line. This hotel is a collaboration with Phiten, a company based on the concept of beauty and health, and the large public bath was the best! ! The public bath is clean and the water is soft and provides a relaxing moment. In addition, the washroom is equipped with lotion, emulsion, facial cleanser, hair dryer, and hair iron, making it easy to use even during busy mornings. The room had a single bed, so I was able to walk normally without bending over the bed, and even though it was a capsule hotel, it didn't feel pretentious and I was able to relax. I think it would be better if there were lockers where you could put your large luggage. The hotel is located 2 minutes walk from Fukushima Station on the Hanshin Main Line, and 6 minutes walk from Fukushima Station on JR Osaka Circular Line, convenient for transportation. Co-produced by Miwa Hida Company based on the philosophy of health and wellness, the large bathing pond emergency bar! The public bath pond is cleaned, the water quality is adjusted, and the water quality is adjusted, providing a quiet and convenient time. In addition, the washing machine has water, milky lotion, washcloth, blowing wind machine, Japanese direct blower, and when the messenger is in high peaks, it is also useful. The bed in the room is only one level, and the bed is also able to move normally, and the management is in the hotel, but there is no sense of absence, and the ability of the listener is free to move freely. If it is possible for one person to renovate the abandoned large-scale memorial museum.

The front desk is located on the eighth floor, and all the service staff I met were very polite. It was nice for us to go to the front desk to change change, replace room cards and even print documents. The room facilities look very European and dated, but they are well maintained and can be used well. It's close to the railway line, so it's a little noisy. However, it's not as close as 130 meters to the JR station. It takes seven or eight minutes to walk on the ground. It's not easy to find if you go underground. First, walk in the direction of Hilton and then go to Exit 6/30 to find it. Ten minutes or more, there are no restaurants around the hotel.

Convenient for traveler as the hotel is within 50m of JR Fukushima station and 200m within non-JR Hanshin Fukushima subway station. Many small restaurants and places to eat nearby which are cheaper than the hotel meals at the 1st floor. Reception for check-in/out is at the 2nd floor. Our room with queen bed is small but accessible with creative use of space (eg. Luggage can be stored under the bed). One downside is the water tap outside the bath room does not come with hot water which is important in winter.

Stayed 2 nights at the Ritz Carlton earlier in the week during my first business trip to Japan after Covid. Must confess that was really impressed. Excellent service, great staff and in general hotel very well equipped. Room was spacious, clean, with a great bed allowing for very good night sleep, very good performing wifi, great bathroom very well equipped including a very nice set of salt for the bath. Definitely hotel gives a lot of attention to detail and you can see it during your stay. There was an air purifier in my room, which was a bit noisy, so I had to unplug it during the night. This didn't bother me at all, but maybe something to check by the hotel management. All in all, perfect stay. Will definitely return on my next trip to Osaka.

I am a frequent traveller and highly spoiled normally staying in Four Seasons but on Tripadvisor i noticed this hotel and the super reviews and looking at prices it was interesting to try and happy I did! Quick review: -top housekeeping, big compliment for this team -super clean rooms -spacious room with huge balcony and this is a huge bonus to the room also the amazing view -very silent rooms, no noise from other rooms, alley or street -very complete room with everything you need -great bed! -friendly staff although English is not very good and surprised me especially in reception Location is the keyword, I walked around a lot and found this hotel is superb to visit Osaka, everything important within walking distance. Some minor points I think the hotel should improve: -concierge service and English language i really missed -slippery bathtub, improvement needed as they don’t have a seperate shower, very dangerous so input a towel in the tub. -there is no bar! I can highly recommend this fine hotel and would return without any doubt. To be improved in my view: - bathtub is too slippery and dangerous so needs improvement - language skills of reception is poor and concierge service would be good to have -there is no bar but they have a great outdoor terrace so use it for drinks!

We stayed with our family on a hot summer day. It opened on August 1, and the facilities were glittering. There was also a large bath and it was quite relaxing. The sauna was not done in corona countermeasures. I ate at dinner, breakfast and hotel restaurant, but both were quite high quality. Breakfast can be selected from 2 types. Osaka specialty? It consisted of two types of Western food sets and a lot of stuff. I thought it was Okonomiyaki from the morning? I thought, but my daughter was eating with peroli. It became a micro tourism from Hyogo, but I thought I would like to stay in the mood change even if there is a hotel that can be so relaxing in the vicinity.

Straight line distance is near, and it is immediate when we use high speed by taxi. Self check-in, the room is clean, and you can stay calmly. Unfortunately, there was no way in the bathroom to hang up the towels. I would never book this hotel again and can only warn you. We were already scared at the station Dobutsun-Mae from dirty crops. Shin-Imamiya was as terrible as it was. The hotel is located in Japan's largest arms district. For several days the same homeless sat at the entrance of the hotel. We also climbed over unconscious men on the light day. In the darkness we would never have left the hotel. We don't know something like this from Japan. If we could have left the hotel on the first day. Unfortunately we had already paid. With the sirens that are the characteristic of this area, you must also be able to live. We stayed in the Family Theatre Apartment for 4 nights... Room was large but not very clean and unfortunately, there was no daily housekeeping, only daily emptying of trash bins and replacement of towels (the hotel sent many email to remind us of it haha). Housekeeping is scbeduled once every 3 nights, however at check-in, we already spotted dust trapped between the walls and furniture, found a bedroom slipper stuck below the bed and stayed there throughout our stay even after the housekeeping on our 4th day. There was no luggage stand so we placed them on the floor, lots of cloth-hangers provided in the wardrobe, essential toiletries were available at the reception area, so were the coffee and tea sachets etc. Love the kitchen and proper fridge (with freezer) and all the necessary cooking utensils... The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, we were referred to a folder comprising all the recommended places to go and places to eat - not all restaurants were really great though. Location was good... Family Mart is nearby, Orange Street is just opposite, 15 minutes walk to Dontonburi, Shinsaibashi and Namba Station. There are a few big public carparks nearby too. Wish the housekeeping could be improved p.s. the chambermaid isn't friendly and doesn't greet anyone - this is unusual in the Japanese culture.

The price is reasonable and the transportation is very convenient. There is a subway and a convenience store just a short walk away. The indoor facilities are complete, the small table is enough for laptop work, pajamas, slippers, toiletries and tea bags are all self-service. The maid will clean the room as needed. The service will be very good if you come on weekdays during the off-peak tourist season, but on Fridays and weekends the restaurant and laundry room are a bit overloaded. I hope it can continue to improve in the future. I will continue to consider staying here when I visit in the future.

The younger brother at the front desk is very warm and courteous, English can communicate, the hotel is very small. In the middle is a reading public area surrounded by rooms. The room is small, the bed is very small, in fact, it is okay, the only thing that is inconvenient is that the place to take a bath is diagonally opposite. It is equivalent to taking a bath in the public area to go opposite. Go out every time. Everyone looked up at you, they had to dress very neatly, and the showers had to be neat and tidy. It is very close to Shinsaibashi. Towels and slippers are either rented or bought.

I stayed for five nights here and it was a very good experience staying here! my twin room has two single beds of good quality mattress (a bit firm) and nice thick blanket. the room size is okay, understandable as most hotel room on this budget in big cities in Japan is usually very compact and small. the room lacks racks / place to put your luggage, however, there is daybed / sofa that i put my luggage into. there is water heater and two cups, but lack of instant coffee / tea, however, at the lobby, they provide good quality all you can drink coffee, tea, soda and etc, from 3pm to 10am. bathrobe is in drawer. slippers are provided The room is clean, well lit but the only windows is frosted glass so can't see anything outside. bathroom is well sized, with bathtub and shower head too. standard bathroom amenities are all provided and complete and good quality. even better, they provide sachets of body lotion, cleansing oil, toner, shaving cream and after shave lotion! However, they implement what they call as 'eco-cleaning', thorough cleaning and changing of blanket and linen is only done on 3rd day of your stay, however, the staff will replenish all of your amenities everyday and also replace towel. wifi works great, airconditioner excellent too. location wise, its in the center of Osaka, very near to the dotonbori, shinsaibashi and namba area, which means, its in the centre of food-mecca of osaka. there are two metro line nearby too that will get you anywhere. if you are returning to KIX airport, a 10-15 min walk to namba station north entry is easy. another highlight of my stay is their staff is so friendly, particularly Jason who speaks english really well! he even took initiative to provide us with huge paper bag after seeing is bringing lots of goods on separate plastic bag. thank you so much Jason, you are what every hotel need on reception desk :)

The new brand hotel of the Palace Hotel opened in July, so I was able to stay at a good price using GoTo. The location is just outside Dojima underground street. It is located in the south of Kita Shinchi, but the service was good and I was able to stay with peace of mind. The corner studio of 32 square meters stayed. There is a bathtub and shower booth in the space like home called rug in the flooring, and it feels compact. However, when you take a shower, the powder area is flooded, and the bath is rounded from the room? All the towels were very soft and good with imabari towels. There is a restaurant and room 001 on the second floor, coin laundry, vending machine, coffee machine and microwave oven, and shoe shine service and free puff service It was a very calm space. I didn't use the restaurant this time, but I was worried about the space that I saw a little and was very nice. depends on the price, it is a hotel that I want to stay again.
