It is a hotel located on the top of Shiga Prefecture and onsen. The building itself is old, but the room is renovated and new. The super public bath Agaryanse is available here. It is convenient because there are convenience stores and ramen shops in front of the hotel. Mineral water was also available for people. The room on the Lake Biwa side is large and the scenery is good. Depending on the plan, you can use the next day's ayakanse for free. I think it is a style that you can enjoy the ayakanse slowly and stay.

Came here with family during the Sakura season. It's easy to get to the onset hotel. After arriving at the Ogoto Onsen JR station, towards the south exit you will find a cell phone attached to a board with explanation how to use the phone to call one of the onsen hotels. After the call, their shuttle bus will then come and pick you up between 2pm to 6pm I think. The hotel staff in general are very welcoming. Our family scored a deal with their penthouse suite with private indoor and outdoor onsen. Four of us stayed in the suite and the price is only slightly more than four of us staying in 2 regular rooms. It also came with a beautiful fruit platter for you to enjoy. The suite is very spacious with 2 separate toilets. The bath area has 2 sinks, a shower stall as well as a japanese style bathing area connected to the 2 onsen baths (indoor one is a hinoki wood tub and the outdoor one is a stone one. The outdoor onsen does have a slight privacy issue as there are some residential buildings in a distance. While my mom was a bit too modest to use the outdoor one (which I am not and fully enjoyed it), she did take full advantage of the indoor private onsen. Of course the hotel also has a public onsen for the guests. In fact they have two. One in each towers. I used the one on the top floor in the morning and it was a bless seeing the sunrise while soaking in the hot onsen water. Our package also included both dinner and breakfast that were served at their private dining room. Both meals were done in kaiseki style. We were particularly impressed by their dinner. Not only was it cooked with high quality ingredients and with beautiful presentation, they did not skimp on the quantity as well. Often after eating dinner at other onsen hotel, I would not feel full and actually felt a bit hungry later at night, at Yumotokan the courses kept coming and I was completely stuffed at the end. In fact I did not finish the rice even though it was so yummy (cooked from scratch in front of us with a flamed mini-stove). All in all, a very satisfactory experience. I can recommend anyone who comes to Kyoto/Osaka and wants an excursion and experiences the traditional Japanese onsen.

When visiting Kyoto, we wanted to enjoy some time in an onsen resort so we decided to spend two nights in Ogoto Onsen. After checking the details in their website, we booked a ”Biwa no kaze”room with private onsen and view of Lake Biwako. And we were not disappointed. The room looks newly renovated, and is very spacious with two beds and sitting area plus a tatami room. They offer different dinner packages, and we have chosen crab with steak as the main dishes for the first night, and lobster with shabu-shabu the second night. The foods were of very high quality, tasted and looked very nice. The breakfast buffet was very good with a wide selection of different items. The ryokan is excellent in nearly all aspects. We would stay here again when we next visit Kyoto.

Lake Biwa has been here before, so it is not on the lakeside, but I used this inn with a good evaluation of Cospa. There is no elevator in the building and the stairs are a bit steep. Clean Japanese modern room, Wi-Fi can be used in the room. I was happy to have a sofa chair. The bath is only an inner bath, so I also used the bath at the Yugenkan next door (600 yen for use). You will go to Yuyuankan and walk through the corridor on the lobby floor. The bath in Yuyuankan was large and very splendid and there were several types. There is a guide in the building so it is easy to understand. The garden open-air bath is a beautiful and elegant bath with waterfalls and moss. Also, from the open-air bath on the 11th floor, you can see the wonderful view of Lake Biwa overlooking 180 degrees. It was good that there was a washroom and a washroom area with a dryer in the open-air bath. The inner bath and open-air bath on the 8th floor were also large and good. I didn't enter, but there is a bath in one place later. If it is not a rainy day, I recommend using a bath in the sister house even if you pay 600 yen. Very clean bath area is also equipped with amenities, so I am especially happy for women. Well, it was dinner, but every item was delicious. The curry round fried and the scallops were especially delicious. It seemed a little unfortunate that there was no sashimi, but it was too much quantity and quality in any case. However, although it was a reasonable inn, alcohol was high in a luxury inn, and it was a little for us. The bottle of sake and shochu was from 3900 yen. If you offered 300cc of local sake at least 1000 yen, I think I tried various things (after all, I made it a shochu bottle that was not local sake). Breakfast was also a delicious Japanese food, rice, juice, etc. were Viking forms. No coffee (there was a paid coffee machine in the lobby). It is an inn with a reasonable price setting by omitting the service, but especially from the front desk male staff, I felt high hospitality. I was happy to be polite and kind.

2 In early morning, we interrupted you on a lunch course with a bath on Sunday. The location is located on the height of Yamate in Yukoto Onsen hot spring, and there is an entrance from the national route to the back street, so if you don't pay attention, you will pass by. There is a building at the top of the slope of the steep slope of the exclusive installation road. It was a car use, but when you arrive at the hotel, the staff will meet you. It was only lunch, but it was a care. Once I received tea service in the lounge, the staff here is a blonde woman, Japanese is ok. Just came up the steep slope, and the view from the lounge is very good. When I moved to the restaurant because I was called ready, only I 々 a pair in a wide space. I was wrapped in a sorry mood. The lunch you received was a Japanese dish with a small pot. I felt so much because I heard that there were many dishes that were served a little bit on a small vessel, and it was a popular course for women. However, there was an impression that the small bowl dishes had many things to make, and it was said that this area was suitable for the price. After lunch, the next bath. The black clothes male staff at the front desk gave us a guide to the public bath. The bath consists of a large inner bath and an open air surrounded by a wall, a sauna for 4~5 people, and the hot water is wet overall. I think the quality of the spring is weak alkaline spring, but it seems to be a hot water that can feel a little wet. The sauna is a general dry sauna and has a small water bath. 1 I enjoyed the bath for about an hour and was seen by several staff as well as when I came and left the hotel. It was a stay of about 3 hours in total, but it was more than meals and baths, and it was a concern for each staff. It is never a cheap inn, but considering the quality of the service, I think most of the guests are convinced and returned. I think there are few opportunities to use at the accommodation because the house is close, but I feel like staying once. Thank you.

The Japanese-style room with street view, the hot spring on the first floor, it is very comfortable, the second floor eats, breakfast and dinner are very rich, the level of cuisine matching is no less than the level of high-end Japanese restaurants in Kyoto! At dinner, there will be a waiter to help open the bed. I haven't slept in the same room with my parents for many years. I still slept on one bed when I was young, with three beds side by side, so warm. The hotel owner can speak some English, free pick-up and drop-off to JR Okoto Onsen Station and Hieizan Station, and free pick-up and drop-off to Hieisan Cable Car Station Close to Lake Biwa Harbor, opposite to Lake Biwa Hot Spring Park, you can enjoy the hot spring foot pool for free

I thought I would spend New Year's Eve with my family and took care of Mr. Kyoomi. From Kyoto to 20 minutes, the transfer bus is operated from the piston station to the piston station, and the attendant will meet, and the reception will be guided to the reception, and the other attendant will guide to the room. The room was 15 tatami + room between the open-air bath on the 4th floor of Kyoto OMI. I was able to stay with adult 6 people. It was New Year's Eve on the day, and it was almost full, but the public bath was large and crowded, and I was able to spend it slowly. Nakai's response was humorous and there was no one, and the dishes were volume, and the OMI beef shabu shabu was very delicious. The open-air bath in the room also saw Lake Biwa with snowy scenery. The first sunrise was also seen from the edge of Lake Biwa, and we were able to celebrate a good new year. I would like to visit again.

I think the staff are also hard to prevent infection, but I'd like you to do your best in the future. The food was very delicious, and I was thrilled to have such a good hotel so close, and I was able to spend a relaxing time. Thank you very much. Also, I would love to hear from you.

This time, there was a situation ... Indoor bath, pet (dog), room meal, nearby hot spring inn or hotel that can be reached in a short time by car ... ”Kikunoya” was a hit. All the staff (including signboard dog, taro taro) love dogs and pets! I felt the cozy atmosphere, the feeling, and I was very satisfied with the attentive service, delicious food, hot springs and rooms. I stayed in ”Kono” in the room, but it was barrier-free, very clean, large, and the height of the sofa and bed was low and appropriate so that it was safe even if the dog jumped. It was very comfortable. Of course, the facilities for cage and other pets are also complete. I'm really glad I chose ”Kikunoya”. I also want to come to Oja. Thank you.

I was scheduled to stay on September 18, 22, but the typhoon No.14, which called for maximum vigilance in the news, was approaching, and when I returned to the next day of the stay, the traffic was paralyzed and I could not return home I canceled from the front desk. When I checked at the time of cancellation, I will be able to pay the cancellation fee as prescribed, and when I enter the storm area on the day of the stay, If you cancel, you will be paid for the cancellation fee on the day if you cancel it, but if you cancel it, you will be paid for the cancellation fee on the day. . Such cancellation policy may be common, but I felt that it was a cancellation policy that only considered the convenience of the hotel side without considering the convenience of the customer

The room faces Lake Biwa and is quite beautiful. The area is quite large for Japan. The bed is comfortable. I slept on the tatami for many days. It feels great to lie on the big bed. The hot spring is also very good. My skin will be smooth after soaking. It would be better if they can provide ice milk. The pick-up bus is very convenient I booked a hotel with dinner included. The buffet provided for dinner did not have many varieties. There was not even a seafood sashimi. The beef place provided mediocre food and the Western pastry was pretty good.

The Prince Hotel was the most satisfying hotel in our trip to Kyoto. The hotel is located beside Lake Bipa with first-class scenery and comfortable environment. In particular, the hotel's dedicated bus pick-up service and the luggage delivery service at the Kyoto Station counter bring great convenience to guests, allowing us to arrange our itinerary as we wish. The hotel's breakfast is also very good. When you enjoy breakfast in the restaurant on the 37th and 38th floors, you can enjoy the beautiful view of Lake Biwa through the floor-to-ceiling glass windows! The only dissatisfaction is that check-in is required at 5 pm. If we arrive after 3 o'clock, if we want to check in in time, we will have to pay an additional 2,000 yen; it seems too inhumane.

Stayed the night before to participate in the morning service at Konponchudo. Although it is a temple lodging, it is comfortable with a large communal bath in a hotel-like facility. From the restaurant, you can overlook Lake Biwa and the view is outstanding. The food is vegetarian cuisine, which is good for the body and tastes good, so it is recommended. The rooms are on the Lake Biwa side and the mountain side, and the mountain side is a highlight with dense old trees and autumn leaves. It takes about 5 minutes to Konponchudo. A free shuttle bus is available from Otsukyo Station on the JR Kosei Line. Reservations are required in advance.

Style. Converted traditional machiyas scattered throughout town, Japanese Nordic fusion Setting. Otsu, Southern end of Lake Biwa, only 20 minutes from Kyoto by car or two stations away Explore. Otsu is a quiet languid town with lots of interesting historical buildings. I was here a week before the ”Otsu Festival”, 1 of the three major festivals in the lake country and an important intangible folk cultural property designated by the country. 2 of the 13 Hikiyamas floats were being assembled near the Hotel’s reception (Ohmiya) & it was fun to listen to the kids practice their music for the festival. Hotel Koo also offers local tours for free and really encourages guests to eat out, shop etc. to revitalize Otsu. I quite enjoyed the walk and visit to the Mitsuhashi Setsuko Museum of Art, and just strolling Otsu. Rooms. I booked the entry level room which was 32 sq meter only. They have rooms/villas that are up to 100 square meter. My small but immaculate room had no closet but a clothing rack. No slippers either and only two tea bags were provided. I was happy with the bathtub but next time I’ll book a bigger room/villa @ the hotel. The day checking in I had trouble reaching the hotel by phone. Once there, staff were nice and helpful. Refreshing chestnut parfait at checkin and free sake provided in the evening. Food & drinks. Hotel booked Kasen for me, where I had a very satisfying hyperlocal meal. Prices. Value for money @ $174 Rating. 4/5

You can go to the Ofuro Cafe next door from the hotel without having to go outside. Ofuro Cafe's popular play (Ohatsu) was really exciting. Recommended! The room is auto-locked and uses a card key, so the toilet and sink are outside the room (shared) so if you don't bring your card, you'll be locked out, so be careful! When I returned, the TV was turned off, which was quite annoying. Is it obvious? The rest is quiet and full. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of Japanese and Western options.

Thank you.

This inn is an accommodation facility on the second floor of a small building. Immediately after entering the entrance, the toilet, bed, shower, and kitchen are packed. It's so tight that the distance between guests is inevitably closer. Therefore, I think that if you are blessed with members, it will be an inn that will be very comfortable to spend. When I stayed, it was a multinational, age 20 to 70, and 5 people, all of whom were drinking with night snacks and sake. As a facility, the bed is equipped with an outlet, a light shielding curtain, a washlet in the toilet, and a shampoo in the shower. Please bring a towel. There is a public bath nearby. It is possible to prepare your own meals using a microwave oven and pot. The space is compact, whether it is good or bad, so it is not recommended for women. And check-in needs to be done as instructed in advance. Don't miss the message from the inn

There is a shuttle bus from Otsu to the hotel. You have to make an early phone reservation. The Japanese service has nothing to say. I have been on a business trip to Japan. This family trip, the breakfast and dinner are set. The variety is better. The victory is less. Haha.

I stayed in a semi-double room for a long time. Good point Room with air cleaner and humidifier Free breakfast Free service for coffee (limited time: Please check at the time of stay) Considering the price and access from the station, it is a good hotel in Cospa. There is no problem with the front desk and the staff. If you are looking for a hotel in front of Seda station, please make a smile hotel.

Almost right in front of JR Keihan Ishiyama Station. The room size and equipment are typical of a business hotel. Functionally, it's okay and okay. Although the interior is getting a little old. I guess the bathtub isn't very spacious. Bring your bedding and amenities to your room from the front desk. There are quite a few restaurants around. A convenience store is also nearby. Ishiyama Station is close to Kyoto, and the special rapid train also stops there, making it a hidden gem when finding accommodation in Kyoto is difficult.

Since it is directly connected to the south exit of JR Otsu Station, I used it for work that involved taking the train. I didn't feel any inconvenience even though I was built at the south exit, where the houses were spread out, because I could use the nearby underground passage to go to the north exit where there are shops and convenience stores. It's a typical city hotel and the rooms aren't very large, but I appreciate that they have separate shampoo and conditioner, and that they have coffee service that you can take back to your room.

The facility was very beautiful, the lower part of the capsule was giggling, but it was quiet, not cold, not hot, and I slept well. The note says that you can't use your phone, but if you don't hear the sound, the Internet is good. When I was in the common space, the men and women in the smoking area were making a fuss. (Unisex?) It's nice to have fun talking, but the fuss wasn't suitable. The washroom was crowded in the morning. There were only 4 and I felt that it was too small to make up. I thought it would be nice if the pajamas were one size larger. The locker is thin and only shoes fit. In the morning, when I was packing, a man suddenly entered the women's bed space and was surprised. I wanted you to knock on the door and say ”I'll go!” without opening it.

The infection measures were also thorough. The staff was also efficient, and the hot springs were very good hot water. I was grateful to be able to take a bath 24 hours a day.

Thank you.
