This is a Hilton Garden Inn facility like thousands and thousands worldwide. Stepping in, you cannot say whether you're in Siberia, Alexandria in Egypt, Moscow or, say, in Bettendorf, IA. Faceless flawless service, artificial smiles, cold empty politeness. Feels sort of mawkish to me... Well, people most probably like this samey atmosphere (otherwise Hilton would not practice it) but that is not my cup of tea at all. It does not mean that the hotel is bad, however - to the contrary! We stayed there in August twice and I rate them not as ”excellent” only due to location.

I arrived from Moscow on July 7 at 9 a.m., those nights were not sleeping and tired a little, then the day of the job. I was pleased when I was provided with a free breakfast that I didn't expect. Rooms are clean , bed is fresh , air conditioning and TV in the room, food is qualitative. Behind the bus station is a good supermarket , 500 meters right and you are on the avenue - cafes , pharmacies and other amenities. Thanks to staff for caring. Success !!!

Meeted on the ward, they reported things, settled quickly, why they lost my breakfasts, offered to buy them again, outraged - found, but to sell them to me tried) in the room electric coloring, tarachit as a tractor, I was angry again - I moved, breakfast is decent, as usual, only coffee machine one kind of coffee makes and 50 gr, chic view from the elevator, view from the room is not very .... overall not bad, clean modest, but very strange!!! The level of service is scaled in minus , removed and changed the towel only when asked, in the fitness room there is no towel, apparently because it is for visitors free, in the room there is no information about what towel you have to take or pay for his rent!!! Bravo!

I came to Krasnoyarsk on a trip, stopped at the hotel ”Oktyabrskaya” and didn't regret it! In the city there is still a quarantine, but the hotel is already working in full, even for breakfast the Swedish table opened. For the resepshen I was met with very smiley, kind girls, they have a separate thank you for helping at any time of the day and good attitude. Rooms and hotels in general clean, maid applause. I liked everything very much, Next time I'm going to stop here again.

Часто путешествую по городам, очень понравилось в Красноярске. И в целом сеть очень нравится. Хороший, просторный номер, вид из номера на реку и горы, очень живописно. Мягкая кровать и подушки, чистенький номер. Персонал вежливый, внимательный, быстро заселили, учли все мои пожелания. В ресторане завтрак с 06:00-10:00 шведский стол, вкусно, разнообразно. Продукты свежие, выбор на любой вкус! Каши, салаты, вторые блюда, чай кофе, десерты и многое другое. Удобная транспортная развязка, в любую точку города, рядом остановки общественного транспорта, за 20 минут можно добраться до заповедника Красноярские Столбы, для туриста это не мало важно! Спасибо Вам за гостеприимство! Обязательно вернусь в Амакс Красноярск при следующем визите в город.

Самую низкую цену я обнаружил на сайте Accor. Тариф для членов программы лояльности оказался существенно ниже, чем у отельных агрегаторов. На бронирование и оплату ушло три минуты. В этот раз нам было очень удобно совместить бизнес-поездку и знакомство с городом. У отеля отличная локация - большинство достопримечательностей находятся буквально в шаговой доступности. Несмотря на пятничный трафик, дорога от аэропорта на такси заняла всего 40 минут и обошлась ~800 рублей. Рядом с отелем много общепита и магазинов. На входе нас поприветствовал сотрудник охраны и объяснил, что Reception находится на третьем этаже. Перед зоной лифтов установлен автоматический диспенсер с антисептиком для рук. Процесс регистрации на стойке занял всего несколько минут. Сотрудники доброжелательны и очень приятны в общении. Все наши пожелания по этажу и виду из номера были учтены. В зоне рецепции на третьем этаже для гостей установлены компьютеры и принтер, можно напечатать необходимые документы. За время пребывания в отеле возникла всего одна проблема - я никак не мог подключить к wi-fi свой рабочий ноутбук (смартфоны подключили без проблем), пришлось обратиться за помощью. Сотрудник отеля по имени Андрей решил вопрос буквально за три минуты. Спасибо ему огромное! Номер был чистым и полностью подготовленным к нашему приезду. Для комфортного пребывания есть все необходимое: сейф, мини-холодильник, чайник, чашки, щедрый набор кофе/чая, бутилированная вода, тапочки, щетка для одежды и спонж для обуви. В ванной комнате: фен, зубные наборы (которые нам очень пригодились), шапочки для душа и качественная косметика. По запросу можно бесплатно получить набор для бритья, расческу и другие необходимые мелочи, если вы забыли их дома. Было бы неплохо добавить фужеры для вина и штопор с открывалкой для бутылок. Всё оборудование номера, мебель и сантехника - в хорошем состоянии. Температура воздуха была комфортной, но ночью нам показалось душновато и мы приоткрыли окно. Замечу, что не во всех отелях есть такая возможность. Окна в номере снабжены ограничителями - это большой плюс для гостей с маленькими детьми. Центральный кондиционер работает и на охлаждение и на нагрев. Количество электрических розеток и их расположение в комнате нас полностью устроило. Над спальными местами удобные лампы для чтения. Кровати показались немного узковатыми, но матрацы удобные, а постельное бельё и полотенца в идеальном состоянии. Две подушки на гостя - это тоже плюс. В шкафу есть дополнительные пледы/одеяла. По причине раннего выезда завтраки мы не брали, но отобедали в ресторане отеля по меню. Сибирская уха и муксун с цукини - просто огонь! Моё почтение шеф-повару! Стоимость блюд - примерно как в большинстве заведений города. В баре хороший выбор коктейлей и алкоголя по достаточно высоким ценам. Есть ночное меню с ограниченным выбором блюд. Его неплохо было бы продублировать в гостевых номерах. К сожалению из-за занятости мы не воспользовались фитнес-залом и хамамом, но обязательно сделаем это

Staff above all praise, in everything will help, answer all questions! In the restaurant kitchen is just super! The price is of course European, but also service and menu - everything was very much liked. There were in other restaurants of the city, better nothing found. I would like to mark the tasting networks separately. The lack of elevator is not stressful, the luggage was brought directly to the room. The rooms are stylized and very comfortable. I think it is one of the best hotels where we had to be. Not only in Russia, but also in Europe.

Отличная гостиница в самом центре Красноярска: рядом набережная, музеи, рестораны. Находится в офисном здании, где также есть магазины и кафе. У отеля отдельный вход с охраной. Расположение удобное, но вызвать такси и уехать в час-пик сложно из-за пробок. Я ждал машину 40 минут. Стойки приема и размещения на третьем этаже, там же — приятный лобби-бар с панорамными окнами и ресторан. Заселили быстро. Номер оборудован лучше, чем обычно в Ibis: есть тапочки, зубной набор, холодильник, сейф, бесплатная бутылка воды. На стойке регистрации можно попросить чайник. Кровать удобная, ночью было тихо. Как участнику программы лояльности, мне бесплатно продлили проживание на 5 часов. В целом проживание понравилось, отель явно выше заявленных трех звезд. Единственный минус — неудобное двойное остекление: внешнее окно сложно открыть. Зимой номер проветрить получилось, но летом с этим будут проблемы.

A terrible inconvenient entrance to the hotel with a bunch of stairs and heavy doors. Like a cherry on a cake: five steps to the elevator. And I have a 20 kg suitcase. And there is a doorman in the hotel. Who got up from the place only once: lift the suitcase to these five steps. All the other difficulties I overcame myself. Both the doors and the other stairs and the way back from the elevator when evicted. Why do you need such a doorman? Besides, the room is very hot. You can vent the room, of course, but, at -19 behind the window, and if there is a busy road, it is very difficult to do it. Please adjust the heating, it is probably in your interests too. In general, I am happy to stay here and I will return to this hotel... in the summer...and without a large suitcase.

Hotel is in the centre and has good view of square, fountains, river. Several ver good cafes and restaurants nearby. 10 mins walk to the river walking paths. Be stayed in many 4&5 Star hotels in many countries and feel that this hotel deserves more than its 3 star rating (certainly in terms of the hotel inner appearance and cleanliness of the rooms). breakfast is traditional russian style and perfectly ok. staff are friendly and reception staff spoke good English. Only slight disappointment was the 24hr hotel cafe/restaurant .. had a slight wait the first time and second time no one was there and after ringing bell a few times we gave up and left after 15mins and went to eat in nearby cafes instead.

На свадьбу брата понадобилось разместить гостей так, чтобы ж/д вокзал был рядом (большая часть гостей была из АбаканА) и проживание за трое суток не влетело бы в копеечку для семьи из 13 человек. Сначала смутил внешний вид здания на фото- та еще картинка, но пообщавшись с администратором на предмет ремонта и состояния номеров я решила остановить свой выбор на этой гостинице. В конце концов, нам только переночевать и помыться, а не смотреть на здание 3 дня )) В день заселения нас встретила улыбчивая администратор Алина в красивом современном холле (люблю такие в светлых тонах с деревом), зарегистрировала всех, показала где располагается кафе (там бесплатные завтраки и обеды по доп.оплате), объяснила правила гостинцы и где погладить платья/костюмы и мы пошли в номера. В момент бронирования, а я делала это по телефону, нам предоставили скидку на проживание. Оказалось, мы - группа )))) Жили мы на пятом этаже в блоке из 8 номеров. Туалет и душ общий на блок. Неудобств это не вызывало, потому, что ДЕШЕВО! Утром перед свадьбой мы спустились на первый этаж чтобы позавтракать молочной кашей 5 злаков с бутербродом с сыром, булочкой с повидлом и чаем/кофе. В день заселения специально уточнила, что у дяди непереносимость лактозы и каша ему нужна на воде, поэтому утром его ждала именно каша на воде. Плюс, я с вечера напомнила администратору об этом, ну, чтобы наверняка. Кстати, гостиницу ремонтируют и от светского стиля мало что остается. Приятно было кушать в кафе, обновленном после ремонта, без советских штор и накидок на стулья. По выходу сдали ключи портье чтобы не таскать с собой и это правила гостиницы. Оставшиеся два дня завтрак чередовался, но всегда была разная каша на молоке, неизменными оставались чай/кофе и булочка. Сытный хороший домашний завтрак. Уборка в номерах нам особо не требовалась-максимум мусор вынести, так как мы только ночевали в гостинице, но полотенца нам заменили один раз. Выезд в 12:00, заселение в 14:00 как в большинстве гостиниц. В общем, за три дня мы не испытывали неудобств. Хорошая гостиница, хорошие цены и классный персонал.
