The hotel is located directly on the well-beaten Bremer Street. 3 days stay 6/2021 /Zimmer 45€, breakfast 9.50€. Before the entrance unherb from the stone plates, kittens, laundry, not flattened. Reception unpacked, then staff found in the kitchen. The room allowed the thin wall to hear the telephone call, windows could not be opened at 30 degrees heat due to traffic noise. After reclame, new room was easy, but smaller but quieter. At the room door sticks any stick, no plan, garden without stops and with missing rolls, hang around accordingly. Pomme fritter on the ground, dust surfacely washed, chair dirty. 3qm-Dusche/Klo/Waschbecken, no hook for towel, shower tube equilly calcified, TV: No signal. Breakfast moderate, factory breads, egg cups but no eggs, no fruit, nothing for food allergic. All lovely without staff in the room. Tellers with fat tears, everything somewhat smooth and improvised. Firstly, after payment, only the expression of the credit card reader should be handed over to me as a credit card, after complaining, a printed, unused bill for the financial office only over the total amount. It is the impression that no one has gastronomic training there and knows what service and cleanliness means, staff is hard, but is therefore overloaded. Don't know where the 3 stars should come from For back travelers may be OK. The hotel actually calls Musa's Green Tanne, on the key is Hotel MUSA (Arabic: Moses) and is quite downgraded after m.M.. Not recommended.

Arcotel Onyx was a pleasant surprise. Very nice hotel with good sized rooms. Very comfortable beds. Great wifi with good speed. A small bar on the premises and a breakfast buffet in a nearby building about 30 steps away from the hotel as such. The hotel was very quiet and the views from my room on the 5th floor was good. I would highly recommend this place. Great value.

The Hampton Hamburg City Centre was a surprisingly comfortable and cheery hotel. The staff was very friendly and the lounge in the evening offered modest dinners, a comfortable space to chat and the rooms were very clean. It was a welcome respite from a very busy city. We were able to walk to the main train station, but there was also a bus we could take. This was a well run hotel.

I don't understand how people want to purposely dump on, or do low ratings for budget hotels. You get what you pay for. I had a few quiet nights and today is Thursday. Club downstairs is hopping and loud. Am I going to complain? Nope. Because this was an affordable option near public transit *that takes me to and from the Hamburg Airport. It has a grocery store within walking distance. It has night-life as it is near the BeatlesPlatz and it's literally in the club and girlie-bar area known as the Reeperbahn and St Pauli part of town. So much is within walking distance. I was following Google directions and well, a few places were literally a stone's throw from the hotel. I used the beautiful Arcotel as a landmark, so every tike I got home to the hotel I knew where I was based on the other hotel. It is inconspicuous from street level and the club downstairs has a cow hanging. So any way to help a directionally- challenged traveler like me helps. I even got lucky after hopping off a harbour tour and walked up to the St Pauli subway station. So central, the Centro is befitting the brand. (Centro/Central) The room is spare and basic. Two single beds were smooshed together and it was fine. I slept on one side the whole stay. I didn't expect much and the basics were there. A shower, toilet and sink. The sink is tiny, so I made a watery mess when splashing my face. Never mind the weird square shape of the shower with a ledge I neglected to cover the first night, and had to sop up water and wring the floor towel. I hung to dry and it was usable the next day. Disposable plastic cup and all-in one shampoo/body wash is squeezable as needed. A basic hairdryer is plugged in. A small glass ledge holds some items. The bathroom is tiny but I don't expect luxury and space while in a budget place. The toilet works as a push and you have to press the top to stop the water. So I had to get used to it. No biggie. I am more shocked that you have to pay to use water closets here. Even at some businesses. The bed has fold down night table on each side. Good for plugging my phone. No alarm clock. Had to use my phone for the time. No fridge or desk. A narrow console acts as a desk with an ottoman as a chair. Radiator heats the room. Pigeons coo by the operable window in the morning. I coukd use a better view than a low rooftop, but I am not about to sweat it when I leave after freshening up in the mornings. I open the unscreened window to air out and freshen the space as I was getting ready. The temperatures here are higher than at home, so it has been nice enough to open for a half hour each morning during my visit. For safety, you lock the door behind you. No closet, an open high shelf has a rail and 4 hangers. The full-length mirror has 2 tiny pegs. You'll need to walk up stairs to access check in and your room if you book here. No elevator. And someone disobeys the no smoking rule, because I can notice it. I just keep repeating the

The AMERON hotel right in the middle of the Hafencity is a nice hotel, except perhaps that public transport is limited to just one bus line (at least the Bus Stop is right in front of the Hotel). The room on the 5th floor was great, everything was okay - until my friend from Canada dropped her COVID face mask just outside the hotel into the dirt and politely asked for a new one at the reception. They gave her one - and charged € 2,00 for it. Of course, the hotel is at liberty in doing that. But two remarks: (1) the purchase value of a COVID face mask is probably 20 cents. So charging € 2 is a bit hefty. (2) more importantly, a paying guest that spends a couple of hundred Euros at this hotel - is it REALLY necessary to charge them 2 Euros for a Covid Mask? Or is the receptionist / management particularly smart doing so? Don´t think so. Turns out that this move costs them two stars in this evaluation.

We found this hotel when planning a trip to Hamburg and were attracted by the plush, cozy but classy English design and its location near the lake. When we arrived the style did not disappoint but the service did and the lack of English. We complained about certain issues such as the really floppy and useless pillows and front of house sent up housekeeping that didn’t speak a word of English so the problem didn’t get resolved the first night. It was rather frustrating. Used crockery was left in the room for the entire stay and shower gel nor shampoo was replaced. It’s safe to say that housekeeping worked below standard for a 4* hotel. The room looked stylishly decorated but was getting a little tired with marks on the walls, massive chips in furniture, tears in the curtains and rings on the wooden surfaces from glasses. Room 502 just needs quite some TLC to get back to that 4* standard. It’s a shame because the first impression was quite nice. We had a balcony and a view of the lake which was very cool. The bar downstairs was very classy and buzzing every evening. Shame the Campari lounge on the roof wasn’t open even though the weather was great. So we went and took our business to the bar in Le Meridien which was awesome. A missed opportunity in my opinion. That bar should have been open. Finally 29 euro per person for an hour in a sauna (they call it a spa area) is just too much, definitely when they leave out lemon water that had stood out in the sun for hours, perhaps days, and had gone off. It was horrible. An overall disappointing experience as I expected so much better. I would not go back to stay at this hotel, but the bar is definitely worth a visit and I am still curious about the Campari lounge.

Relatively worn, but the room is cost-effective, not far from the subway station. There is a supermarket opposite, breakfast is average, not very tasty. The waiter is relatively cold, the elevator is not very convenient, there are still steps in the corridor, and the person who lifts the box carefully considers it here.

Amazing for staying in Hamburg on a budget. Quality vs price is great! A bit far away from the center but the hotel is one minute from the station which takes you easy in to central station. We were very pleased with the cleaning and tidieness of the place. The beds are comfortable and a big bathroom. The improvement we would like to see is an air conditioner in the room and maybe better WiFi. We still think it’s a great place and we loved it!

This is very much a budget hotel so I didn't expect too much, therefore I wasn't disappointed! My room was clean and functional with a TV and bed and not much more! This didn't really bother me as I was only staying for one night and wasn't going to be spending much time in my room! The reception staff were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. The biggest problem was the lifts! There are just two fairly small lifts serving 12 floors (I was on the 9th!) and seriously you could grow old waiting for one of them to arrive! Then when one does arrive it's already packed!!! I realise that there is nothing that can be done to correct this major flaw in the original planning but should be borne in mind when booking! Breakfast was a decent continental spread and provided the necessary fuel for the day. Overall, this is a decent place to spend the night on a budget.

Seriously, the hotel is completely worthy of such a cheap price (RMB 158 yuan) feels like no money, thanks to Ctrip to provide such a favorable price, although it is a six-person bunk (the room has a bathroom and bathroom, is separated The two small rooms separated by the bathroom guard) also have cabinets for personal items (can put down big backpacks, can't put down the suitcases). The girls who live together don't know each other but are very friendly. They are very conscious and silent. The noise from the train was not heard near the train. The hotel has two front and rear doors. It seems that there is no parking at the door, but there is a parking place not far from the doorway on the side of the train. I don't know if it is charged (look like free). The hotel is chained, not far from another one with the same name. At first, I found another by navigation. (I have to say that this address is indeed misleading. I found the wrong one by navigation.) The German guy at the front desk also showed A little German humor, tell me to book another one, about five hours away from walking (when walking five hours) what? what? What? Surprised, I almost collapsed, and then he said a bad smile: wo, no no, five minutes, the actual walk is twelve minutes. The location of the hotel is not far from the Hamburg train station, 18 minutes walk (not originally large in Hamburg). However, the surrounding area is not prosperous, there are no supermarkets and restaurants near, and there is a shop selling motorcycle supplies. The next day, I went to the train station for training. Because I got a taxi in the past, the taxi cost 8.1 euros, and the taxi was more than ten euros.

Deliberately chose a hotel suitable for shopping, it is really good, next door is the mall, you can go shopping at any time, hotel facilities are not like five stars, put China is the most four stars, the waiter attitude is very good, some general, especially Restaurant waiter! I have had two burgers at the bar. It’s so delicious that you have to try it! The breakfast is almost always cool. It’s enough to eat for seven days. I still want to bring some Chinese food. I don’t want to save money.

The location is very convenient, opposite the central railway station. The s1 train airport can be reached directly by about 28 minutes. The next day, the group was gathered at the Central Station. Excellent in terms of location. The room and the separate bathroom are good, the separate bathroom is slightly smaller but acceptable. The mattress is comfortable to sleep without backache. Another 6 euros for breakfast, bread, milk, jam, sausage, etc., and the juice is more satisfying. Staff service is also good. There is an elevator but it is slower. A lot of foreigners staying for a day to go shopping in Hamburg are not far from walking. There is a Chinese restaurant on the left side of the hotel but it is not eaten. On the first day of the first night, there was a small convenience store on the left side of the street but many deep skin people were found. Decisive back to the hotel. I have lived together for three times. On the return flight, the flight is also s1.3.3 European direct train (only the German is found in the train ticket purchase, so the key words are clearly asked in advance, and the purchase is successful. On the third platform, it is worth noting to go to the airport to take the first three trains) Ask international students to learn that you can download the DB navigator train ticket app.

Neat, relatively modern Hotel with a chic design and well appointed rooms. Everything's clean and maintained. I did not try the breakfast. There's a great asian restaurant (Wong's Delicious) right next door. Two problems prompt me to only give it 3 stars: 1. the rooms have no air conditioning. OK, so Hamburg isn't exactly tropical, but some summer days are warm enough to warrant cooling. Opening the windows is not a alternative, as the hotel is located right in the airplane approach zone, and the TV can't keep up with a landing Boeing.... 2. the parking situation in the area. If you're traveling by car, it's tough finding a parking spot nearby. The hotel has a parking garage, but the entrance to it is very convoluted with high sidewalks, which will kill your rims if you're not careful.

We staid at B&B in Hamburg to visit the city and surroundings. All we needed waas a clean, good room to rest, and that is exactly what we got. A room with own shower and toilet, a good bed, small table, TV, all very clean. Personnel is very friendly and available. You could have a breakfast for low price, but could have a meal in room as well. Moreover, parking a car in very specious garage is available and not pricey as well. Checking in was easily done by entrance, no support from personnel needed, at the reception the details were arranged We had bikes with us and that made it possible to visit the city of Hamburg in an ideal way, being only 2km from altstadt, the harbour district, the Elbe and the lakes

The only thing you can't honour with a top rating here is the location: business area and therefore not beautiful. But well reachable with public transport and quite close to the center. Otherwise everything fits! Very clean modern and conveniently furnished rooms, everything necessary is available. It is quiet, you can sleep at open window. For breakfast you pay extra € 13. -- the choice is large and the quality is also suitable. For someone like me who takes little to take in the morning, it is expensive, but for that the price for the night is cheap.

We decided on the 25hrs hotel in Bahrenfeld as it had good parking facilities. I'm very pleased we did. After staying in a 'not so nice' hotel for the previous two nights of our little tour of northern Germany, our room at 25 hours was lovely and clean and had a nice fresh smell. By comparison it was an oasis of down to earth luxury!!!! The S-bahn was a very short walk away and only took around 11 minutes to get to the centre of Hamburg (we did walk to the Landungsbrucken area one day as we wanted the fresh air and it was perfectly manageable, perhaps would take to long for some). There are shops and a little café very close to the hotel, so ideal if you need to get some essentials. The staff simply could not have been more helpful, from recommendations on where to go for food and drinks to extra pillows or trying to boost the poor wi-fi nothing seemed to be a problem. My only issue, and a very minor complaint was the shower curtain. Whilst very clean, it did keep attaching itself to my legs, which I hate. The shower was both hot and powerful, which perhaps didn't help the curtain staying where it should have. That minor gripe aside, we had a lovely two nights in this hotel and I would certainly make another booking if I returned to Hamburg.

I stayed at this hotel with a friend during our Interrail trip. Having previously stayed at a different hotel chain offering a similar product in Hamburg and having had a good experience I was tempted to return, but when going to book I saw that the Novotel Hamburg City Alster was a little cheaper and I had previously been impressed by my stay at other recently refurbished Novotels so decided to give it a try. I must give the hotel credit for their flexibility, I had originally booked to stay in June but this wasn’t possible due to Coronavirus restrictions at the time. The hotel changed the booking for the new dates in September with no fuss and at no extra cost even though I had booked a non-flexible rate. The man on reception upon check-in was very friendly, however he didn't speak very much English which certainly tested my poor German, although this may have been because we were arriving at around 10pm and the guy may have just been the night porter. This wasn't helped by the fact that during the re-booking because of the date change it seems like they accidentally changed the booking to one for a single occupant, so there was a little confusion as to why there were two of us there, although once I realised what the guy was saying this was no problem and we just had to fill in an extra form for my friend because his details weren't given during the online check-in (which I think is also why only one of the beds is fully made up in the room photo although again, this was no problem) The room was nearly identical to the new style Novotel room I stayed in at Wien Hbf, it had modern decor, a large TV, comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. The room also seemed to be very clean. We headed out again that evening as we had booked late admission at Miniatur Wunderland (Which is 100% a must if visiting Hamburg) which was easy to get to using the nearby U-Bahn which is accessed via a long subway from just outside the hotel. When we left Miniatur Wunderland at around 1am we found there were no U-Bahn services back to the hotel, I'm not sure if they finish at this time normally or if this was due to engineering works, but either way, we got an Uber back to the hotel which was relatively inexpensive. The guy on reception was once again very friendly and greeted us as we came back into the hotel. The next morning check-out was quick and simple. While the location isn't exactly central, it's a nice hotel within 10 minutes of the town centre if using the U-Bahn and I'd likely use it again next time I'm in Hamburg providing it remained a little cheaper than the competitors hotel which I stayed in previously, which is a little closer to the town centre.

We recently spent a week in this hotel whilst visiting family. We have stayed in Premier Inns in the UK before and found them to be fairly basic but adequate for a short stay but this Premier Inn is in a different class. It is only 3 years old, one of which it was largely unused due to the pandemic, and as such, it is very clean and new. There is a very comfortable bar/lounge adjacent to reception where a relaxing drink or coffee can be had at reasonable prices. We opted for the buffet breakfast which had everything you could want (cereals, fresh fruit, cheese, cooked meats, scrambled or boiled eggs, bacon, sausage, beans, breads, toast, pastries etc). We found the breakfast room a little crowded during the weekend but much quieter on weekdays. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are kept spotlessly clean. Only suggestions for improvement are largely down to the design of the rooms which we know are standard across this chain but we thought that for stays of longer than 2-3 nights more hanging space and some drawer space would be helpful. Also a hook in the bathroom for the hand towel would be good. Finally, there are some tables and chairs outside the breakfast room and, on a nice day, we thought it would be nice to sit there in the afternoon/early evening with a cold drink. However the chairs are chained up making this impossible. I assume this is for security reasons, which I understand, but I think the hotel may lose business during the summer as it is a nice spot. The location of this hotel is great - right next to Meßburg u-Bahn station for easy access to the airport and other places and easy walking distance in one direction to the Rathaus, Alster and main shopping area and in the other direction to Hafen City, Minatur Wunderland etc. There are plenty of bars, restaurants etc within a short distance.

I stayed for 4 nights in this basic, efficient hotel which has 6 more or less identical floors. The rooms are small and spartan, but clean. Think 1970s — wood chip walls, thin, cheap carpet on the floor, hard bed, a small bathroom with shower cubicle, with a shower head that is very hard to fix in position. The room is definitely below the standards of Travelodge let alone Premier Inn. It really needs a full renovation and modernisation (USB sockets in rooms, new lighting etc) and I believe another Novum hotel nearby has had a refurbishment, which I would have loved to see. However the hotel was not expensive, well situated in terms of transport links, WiFi was easy to connect to, and the staff I spoke with were generally very good. Housekeeping came every day and changed towels etc. , they were good and polite. I did complain as said the rooms had blackout blinds, and as you can see from the pictures, this was not true. I got nowhere. I was shown a couple of other rooms but they are all pretty much the same, one was a little better in terms of floor space but would have cost me €15 extra per night. The area is a red light district at night, the transport is great but being bang next to the train station generally isn’t the best part of any city. So there is some noise of sirens, people randomly yelling etc. But the double glazed windows can be fully closed (as well as opened). I never had breakfast at the hotel, at €8.90 few people were and the place looked completely soulless. It’s an efficient, basic hotel if all you want to do is sleep there for a night or two, but I would not recommend it for a longer stay. if you like to spend time in the room and look at nice surroundings and enjoy hotel facilities this isn’t really the place.

My wife and I were unfortunate enough to contact Covid while on holidays recently in Hamburg. We were not looking forward to quarantining in our room for 7 days but the reception manager Robert ably assisted by Celina and Laura saved the day. Robert researched the local requirements, he organised shopping for us to our room. He arranged pick up of essential medicines and even bought supplies on his way home that he could not get near the Hotel. NOW THATS exceptional service. Celina and Laura kept in touch and ensured housekeeping kept us topped up with water , coffee and fresh towels each day. The 7 days were not that bad and the time passed agreeably. OH ! yeah the Hotel itself is very comfortable and well appointed . We will be back again when Covid is not so relevant in all our lives.

Clean, modern and centrally located. ***** I decided on a weekend away to visit the beautiful city of Hamburg and catch-up with a long-time friend. This hotel is centrally located - a 5 minute walk away from the main station and was perfect when arriving on a late flight. It is modern and comfortable and the staff pleasant enough. I opted for a single room and found it to be spacious, with all the amenities I’d expect and a full sized bathroom. There were free apples in reception and a free bottle of water in the room, which was a nice touch. I had a comfortable time and I don’t recognise the comments made in the negative reviews. The hotel describes itself as a “boutique” hotel and I wonder if the negative reviews are a reflection that it really isn’t a boutique. It’s clean, it’s functional, it’s modern - but I wouldn’t describe it as boutique. For example, the staff were inflexible on a late check-out (it just didn’t seem to be a possibility, even for a fee!) and some of the small touches you might expect at a “boutique” hotel just weren’t there. However, this doesn’t take away from the fact it was clean, comfortable, conveniently located and good value.

My second visit to this lovely hotel in the centre of Hamburg. Perfect location near shops and restaurants. I stayed in January with my daughter for 5 nights she was starting her internship in the city. Our room on the second floor was small but very comfortable, this time my partner and I got a really nice room on the 4th floor, I feel we got an upgrade, it was larger than the last time and I loved the heated toilet seat, nice and bright overlooking the canal, we had no problem checking in a really helpful lady called Florentine assisted us and was there each morning managing the breakfasts and was always cheerful and professional. Thanks Florentine 👍 The breakfasts at The Ruby Lotti are delicious the food is fresh, mostly organic and very satisfying. Try the Danish pastries with cinnamon and honey. 😋superb! Also there is a snack menu and we had the pizza with mozzarella salami and rocket see 1st picture below, tasty and reasonably priced. The bar is nice in the evenings for a cocktail or a nice quiet drink. All staff are very friendly and will make you feel at home.

The hotel keeps what it promises. The location right at the Reeperbahn is super. The rooms are simply but clean. As well, it is a simple breakfast but it actually has everything you need. ( Choice between normal and cereal breads as well as toast, different and changing cuts, fresh fruit, marmelade, muslis, cooked eggs, juices, water, coffee and tea) All as you would expect at a 2-star hotel. The staff goes beyond the expectations. It is not possible to be friendly and more advanced. Here you felt welcome.

At first glance, I thought it was Novotel, and the price was also the cheapest in the vicinity. It was booked too early. After that, I found out that it was Novum, it was the cottage version of Novotel, although it could be cancelled, but booked. It is fixed, and Novum has several stores in Hamburg. A good place is to rely on the railway station, convenient transportation, high cost performance, old equipment, and health. There is a Chinese restaurant downstairs. Guangdong cuisine is delicious, although it is more expensive than Guangdong cuisine in Guangdong. Insufficient, the equipment is not ordinary, the elevator only accommodates 4 people, can not turn, the door lock or the key, go out to the front desk. Hot water can be borrowed at the front desk, half an hour each time, breakfast is a light meal, the room has a smell, do not understand the score is so high.

First of all they directed me to the wrong address giving me no number to the building so GPS took me 10 minutes away to a parking garage. Said they would “upgrade” me from a mixed to female dorm..???upgrade?? The place is so tiny and the desk is in the only social area other than the kitchen so there is a lot going on right outside my door. There is stuff of the management all over like several large bins of dirty laundry that are there ALL the time. I wouldn’t even sit on the very soiled chairs (see photo). Location is drug dealers, bums drinking and begging EVERYTIME you come in or out the door. Very unsafe shady neighborhood to walk through to get to attractions, train and bus station. There is a nice market a few doors down. Pay 5€ for towel. Nothing but water available for free. Machine has few hot drinks for a fee. They allowed the next room to play really loud music and kids playing in the halls in a really small place. If I was given 10 free days, I would NOT go back. Seems the management has never traveled and only wants money from a business they don’t take pride in or care about the customer’s needs!

If you spend the night in this city, it's a great hotel. The location is very good, the surroundings are very quiet, and there are very good restaurants nearby. If you had stayed here, you would not have chosen another hotel. If you spend the night in this city, it's a great hotel.
