К самому номеру нет претензий. Скромный, чистый, аккуратный. Как всегда все дело в людях. Девушке на ресепшн явно пора отдохнуть. Чтобы не задавать глупых вопросов гостям. И не закатывать глаза, когда у гостя есть какая-то проблема. Меня их настроение вообще не должно волновать. Отдельное ”спасибо” сотрудникам ресторана, где был бизнес ланч. Я спросил, где можно поесть. Меня отправили в ибис через дорогу. Поел, оплатил, ухожу. Мне кричат вслед и тормозят вопросом, оплатил ли я заказ перед тем, как уходить. Что за бред? Спроси сначала у своего официанта. А потом догоняй меня с глупыми вопросами. Просто 0 из 10 по впечатлениям.

Excellent hotel, settled soon. Check the temperature. The room is very clean, not the largest room, but large enough to accommodate a space. Unfortunately I didn't use the kitchen, and I couldn't say anything about the buffet.

Hello. I went to Moscow in March 2023 and stayed at this hotel. Overall I liked everything. The territory is large, next to the water with ducks and swans 🙂 The numbers are clean, the truth fen is old (who is used to laying hair phenomenon - better take your own) 😃 There is a restaurant with delivery to the room. The only thing I add is that the taxi is usually stopped on the road opposite the entrance to the hotel. Go not very close, entrance through the security. And if you still settle in a building with a standard room (about 30 square meters), it is to go through the transition in the hotel itself. 🙂 only for lowering one star.

I picked this hotel for an extended stay (2 weeks) in April 2021. The hotel had the room ready on my arrival in the morning, I also got an upgrade, which was a very decent added value to the stay. The room itself was sparkling clean, there were welcome drinks (and the staff refreshed mineral water regularly). The bed was comfy and there was sufficient space for a small office (two people didn't have much trouble sitting with laptops and working simultaneously). The personnel was very polite and welcoming. Overall, it is a good value hotel and I recommend it for other travelers, who value central location and comfortable rooms.

Останавливалась на пару дней по работе. Прекрасный отель! Сотрудники вежливые, как на ресепшене, так и в ресторане, быстрое и профессиональное обслуживание. Номера чистые, уютные, есть все что нужно. Также брала завтраки и ужины, все очень вкусно! Спасибо, обязательно буду останавливаться ещё!

Stayed at the hotel with his family. The room itself was more spacious than it looked at in the photo. The administrator was polite and smiley, settled fast. A pleasant surprise was the presence of a bathing duck in the bathroom, if I understood correctly, they are left specifically for residents with children. I think I will come back here in the future. The only thing I have to do is the color of these ducks. Now it will have to explain to the daughters that the nuts, usually yellow.

This hotel was chosen by accident, before leaving Nizhny Novgorod it was necessary to stay somewhere and there were travels in Moscow. The hotel is beautiful and comfortable, very warm rooms, in January slept with an open window, but there is a heat controller on the batteries. Clean bed linen, hippo view and unrealistic breakfasts. At the New Year's tariff, breakfast was included in the room price. The only thing I didn't like was a very small bath, but it's a little bit. The rest is just super! There are no signs on the door, instead sensory panels. In the morning, horses run, wake up from ripping like in the village), very interesting and unusual. There is a tea station, soap and safe. Well, how to get to the hotel from the subway Begovy: get out of the subway, Stand face to the road and go right along the highway, no need to cross the road. The hotel sign lights from a distance, it will be a guide. The hotel after repair, clean and beautiful!

Excellent location. Silent (no trains can be heard). View from the window to the office building. Parking is paid 1200 yards per night, but it is always available (unlike Select Hotel). Excess (shoot hat, toothbrush, etc.) in the room is not- ask for resepshne. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby( Uryuk my favorite - a little further, but delicious there very!). And here breakfast is poor. (This is the minus for which I lower the estimate. 1000r per person is expensive. Although the eyelid, becon, cheese, the simplest fruit- vegetables you will find there. Coffee is good. But! You can take a combo in a chocolate for 300r - it will be the same, only with a view to the wonderful park in front of the Paveletsky station(by the way, I recommend walking there certainly: very nice, fountain dancing and singing for classical music, watching area, shining rings-wheel, generally beautiful decoration). Yes, the entry under the slagbaum can not be noticed, so slower and with the navigator look)).

I want to express my opinion about this hotel. I came on a trip so everything was paid by the company. As for settlement, there was no delay in settlement. Rooms: furniture is old, very tired, doors scratched. But, mattresses with pillows are very convenient, sleeped better than at home. The bathroom furniture is cheap but clean, not old (except for pins, and dispensers for napkins), the closet holds on two top bolts, when opened, constantly departs from the wall, that and look will fall off. Hot water lives in general, pressure is weak, half an hour adjusts, the hike is boilers. Food: it's something....I won't see, but it's not delicious, on the three, cheap food, meat there is not recommended, watery, frozen, low quality. I spent NYE in Moscow. My stay in Sadovnichskaya hotel was amazing. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and attentive to all requests. Olga on duty at the reception desk on NYE was very nice. The rest of the staff at the reception desk and the restaurant were doing their best with a friendly smile. The food was super delicious. The location of the hotel is 10 minutes walk from the Red Square. I had a very good impression and I will definitely be back!

“+” Great hotel location in the heart of Moscow. All the major Moscow sites are walkable, there are many different cafes and restaurants around. The hotel (including its rooms) are updated. My room (#431) was big. I liked the room’s design, it is simple and cute. I felt totally comfy in my room. Two Twin Beds were comfortable. Wi-Fi was working fast. I liked the hotel’s staff, every single person was sweet and friendly. Also I would like to point out the great job from the housekeepers. They were always fast and helpful, when I needed something. “-“ Nothing really to say here. My room was not soundproofed well. If people were noisy in the corridor, I could hear them. Also the plug situation in the room could be better. There were no power sockets around the bed (only a USB one which did not charge my gadgets fast). And the last thing is cheap bathroom amenities, which didn’t smell that nice.

Near MCC and Metro Izmailovskaya. The rooms are tidy and the price is reasonable. Perhaps because of this, in the evening you will have to stand in line for a good check-in. The food in their restaurant is no frills, but everything is edible, there have never been any problems. Still, the TVs in the rooms would be replaced, otherwise they show so-so. The rooms are warm.

The hotel itself is located on 4 stars at the entrance, but also on 1 is not pulled. He went for 3 nights and because it was cheaper to break 2 bookings. The hotel looked good, a little cheaper apartment in the business class house. When I arrived, I took the payment for both bookings and settled in the cap. Not very convenient, but I think OK 3 days I will survive. The table is not available, and I need to work, and the lobby is 10 squares, so I will give business trips not ice at all. But all the details, on day 2 the staff call me in the room and say that the departure is up to 12. I explained that I had 2 bookings paid, as much dissatisfaction was at the end of the wire. After I came up and asked for information before the calls, I got the answer: ”Okay.” You serious??? No apology, just a hamstring. Well, there is no cleaning, I asked why. I didn't hear anything clear: first they said that cleaning once 3 days, then after a day. After all they said to clean up. I went on business several times, but cleaning is not. And when I came with the products in 18.00 they allowed to clean up. I do not recommend this place because there is no service here and normal relationship is unlikely to wait. Yes, the luggage they keep a limited time, then the supplement. And it is stored under the stairs!
