Провели в отеле «Новый Берег» несколько дней на новогодних каникулах. Жили в номере «Стандарт Плюс» по тарифу «Полный пансион». В целом впечатления положительные. Везде чисто. Прекрасный спа-центр – бассейн, правда, небольшой для такого количества желающих. Он расположен прямо в корпусе – люди идут из номеров уже в халатах и шлёпках. На ресепшене выдают номерок от шкафчика, в нем лежит чистое большое полотенце. Замечательные сауна и хамам – тоже небольшие, но места хватало. В рамках «полного пансиона» всё это бесплатно и в неограниченном количестве. Есть бесплатный настольный теннис, но это один столик, который стоит на проходе очень неудачно. Мешаешь всем ходить и толком не поиграешь. За дополнительную плату (1 тыс руб за час) можно поиграть в боулинг и биллиард. Бронировали с утра время на вечер без проблем. Еще в прокат дают ватрушки для горки, коньки и лыжи. Но на улице было тепло, поэтому горкой и катком воспользоваться не получилось. В столовой на завтрак, обед и ужин был шведский стол. Выбор небольшой, но он есть - салаты, овощи, гарниры, мясо/курица/рыба, что-то мучное. Из напитков были кефир, морс, лимонад, чай в пакетиках в разных видах, кофе, кстати, очень приличный – есть 2 кофемашины. Еще было шампанское. Другой алкоголь - за дополнительную плату. Еды хватало, свободные столики были всегда. Вроде была какая-то анимация, но мы не ходили, не участвовали. В номере был проломлен шкаф, а в остальном всё прилично. Температура в батареях регулируется. Есть шампунь, гель для душа, зубной набор. Постельное белье и полотенца чистые, матрас удобный. Есть халаты, тапки. Есть чайник, чашки, чай, сахар, минихолодильник. Нет сейфа, это минус. На полу ковролин – не все его любят. А теперь о единственном, но весомом минусе. Это отсутствие шумоизоляции. Наши соседи с компанией засиживались до пяти часов утра. Нет, музыка у них не орала и пьяных разборок не было. Просто они отдыхали, беседовали и периодически смеялись. А мы всё это слушали, потому что было ощущение, что они в нашем номере тусуются. Соответственно, это бессонные ночи и испорченный отдых. Но если стены из фанеры вас не страшат, смело приезжайте сюда отдыхать – всё для этого тут есть.

We don't stop for the first time. Last time everything was fine. Clean rooms, there's a parking lot, but this time there was an event in the hotel. The event itself was not heard, but in the next room the young people were celebrating their birthday. After addressing the administrator, the music was turned off, but loud conversations and constant clapping of the doors were not stopped. As a result, instead of sleeping after the plane, I and my child had barely slept first, then each time jumped from the doors. Very disappointed. Why settle the family with the child into the next room with a party.
