Near metro and grand Central station, hotel provided shampoo soap. Room Was clean. Room was a little tight for 2 person with 2 luggages. Downside was there is no convenience store or supermarket nearby which opens at night when we went back to our hotel.

Room quality & amenities: The room was nice, spacious and comfortable. They give you a nice desk to work on if you're on a business trip. They have a small pool and a gym in the building but I did not get to use these because work was busy for me that week. I read that another guest had problems connecting their Netflix; it actually was not that bad for me. They use get streaming so you can chrome cast to the TV. Once I connected the Wi-Fi it was easy to start streaming on the TV. I like that better than logging into my account and worrying about forgetting to log back out before I leave. The one thing I really liked about the room was the bed. I'm going mattress shopping now because I haven't slept through out the night like that in ages. I wish I could have packed the bed in my suitcase for the trip home! Comfortable stay hands down. The rooms are fairly quite too; I didn't hear my neighbors at all (only the hallway actually). Cleanliness: The rooms are kept clean. I felt comfortable walking around bare foot even in the shower and sleeping in the bed. They come everyday about midday to clean the rooms. Overall they keep the hotel clean and neat. Dining: I stopped in for breakfast one day; it was made well. Breakfast is my favorite meal, and they did not disappoint. I recommend it before venturing out for the day. The wait staff was attentive and courteous. Also the Grand Cafe has a nice atmosphere to it. I did not eat lunch or dinner here though, so I cannot comment on them. Location: The only real complaint I would have would be the area; which the hotel does not have any control of. It is in the heart of Downtown LA which has a ton of sketchy people walking around at night. I implore anyone staying here to use Uber/Lyft to get around the area and/or Uber eats to order in food. Walking around the area at night is not a good idea! If you do have to venture out; I recommend exiting on the 3rd floor as this area seems less desolate. There is a nice plaza with shops nearby. However, most places close around 6PM so get your shopping and exploring in early. Bar Lounge: I do think they need security at the bar. We stopped in for drinks and I felt bad for the bar tender because she had to deal with all kinds of riff raff that may or may not have been staying at the hotel; not sure. A group of guys started getting really loud and were practically yelling at everyone. If I stay here again I'm not hanging out at the bar. View: If it matters, the view from one side of the hotel faces two apartment buildings so you might not really have a view of the city. To be honest, I like to see a nice view when I open the curtains, not someone's balconies. It would not be a deal breaker for me though. Final thoughts: I would stay here again. However, I did visit my friend who was staying somewhere else and I did like the location and the amenities in that hotel. I do not know if the beds are as comfortable though. Overall, I would not mind staying at OMNI DT

Amazing stay. We’ve stayed a handful of times at the Waldorf Beverly Hills which we also love, but I think this will be our new go-to Hilton property in Los Angeles as it’s at a much more attractive price point. The service was what really stood out. Extremely friendly front desk, bellmen, drivers, and wait staff. We were celebrating our anniversary and they upgraded us to a beautiful suite and provided treats and champagne. Pool was beautiful and huge considering the area. Food was delicious, albeit extremely expensive which is our only criticism of the property. We are excited to come back.

The one incident that nearly ruined my stay at CitizenM was the aggressive sprinkler inspection. I was not notified by email, phone, nor physical note about an inspection. At 9:15am, I was awoken by banging on my guest room door. I went to the door to see two men continuing to bang on the door, saying that they needed immediate access to check on equipment. Everything I've been taught about hotel safety was to NOT open the door to unidentified men. I told them everything in the room was fine and that I would be checking out within the hour. They continued to insist that I immediately open the door, which started to frighten me. I told them I was going to call the front desk to check if they were sent by the hotel. I was surprised that one of the men responded in an angry manner saying, ”FINE, GO AHEAD AND CALL THE FRONT DESK!” The woman at the front desk apologized, said that she too had just found out about the inspection, and said that the men were indeed authorized to inspect the sprinklers. I opened the door and they did a quick inspection. I did not appreciate the aggressive, unprofessional manner in which they demanded entry into my room. Other than that, the rest of my experience was excellent!

The price of the apartment that Ctrip cooperates with Airbnb is a little better than Airbnb. Airbnb mainly has service fees and cleaning fees, and the number of days is not cost-effective. In downtown, it is suitable for our family to travel for cooking and laundry. There are many places to punch in nearby, very close to the Little Tokyo City Hall. The room is very large with two bedroom suites. The sliding door is separated from each other's privacy protection. The guest restaurant is in the middle. The disadvantage is that the smell of food in the room can't be dissipated, the bed is uncomfortable and the back pain is uncomfortable. I have lived in the United States for more than ten days and this bed is uncomfortable. No one cleans every day without tipping every day, hahaha.

The One Lux Stay Suites and Residences provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. The One Lux Stay Suites and Residences offers a pleasant stay in Los Angeles for those traveling for business or leisure. It's close to Little Tokyo, so you don't have to worry about eating. The room was clean. Amenities were also available. Conveniently located near Union Station. When I slept until about 10:00 in the morning, I was awakened by the sound of a drill, probably because the upper floor was under construction.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Sylvia. She went above and beyond with assisting me with an early check-in. I’ve traveled to many places and not one took the time to take my number and offered to contact me when a room becomes available! But Sylvia did and I will never forget that!! So helpful and kind over the phone. I was able to check-in with her at the hotel and she was quick and remembered me from our phone conversations of an early check-in. She was great! Thank you Sylvia for your amazing customer service ethics and genuine kindness! It’s people like her that really are the face of the company. I will be back for sure!! I also would like to send a great appreciation and gratitude to the valet! I’m wasn’t able to catch his name but if I could describe him, he was a Mexican man, shorter and was quick as a ninja getting our car to us and the kindest ever! He was amazing and always had a smile on his face even though the weekend we stayed was Pride Week and the hotel was extremely busy! He definitely deserves some recognition as well.

I was disappointed at my 1-week stay. I was given room 621 as I reserved a deluxe room which guarantees a room above Level 5. Despite them not full at the time of my visit, they gave me this room which faces a multi storey carpark. I had to draw the curtain the whole time to avoid being viewed from the carpark. The aircon in this room was the noisiest I had ever experienced in any hotels. Pls send someone to the room and wait for it to turn on and off by itself and feel the difference in the noise level. It was still possible to sleep if the noise was constant but the fact that the aircon generates huge noise each time it turns itself on and stays quiet when it is off automatically to adjust the temperature makes it impossible to use the aircon at night. Also check how much dust was accumulated on the aircon. It seemed to me that the aircon had not been serviced for an extended period of time. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable. They gave three non-standard (small) pillows per bed and they were too high and not soft. The bed was also uncomfortable. I sinked in the mattress despite me being less than 50kg. I had a hard time sleeping every night because of this (and the aircon problem.) There is something looking like a phone charger (as part of the alarm clock) on the bedside table. However, it seems to fit only very old iphone models (iphone 4 maybe.) There are no USB A or USB C chargers near the bed. I had to use the sockets on the desk (and my adaptor) to charge my phone which was inconvenient. On a positive note, the room was clean. Housekeeping staff occasionally forgot to replenish bathroom amenities and (chargeable) bottled water but it was not a problem for me.

It's quite before. It was about 2012, and it was 3 or 4 months. I'm sorry that the information was old. I tried to describe it nostalgic. The owner was Korean American, and the inn worker 々 was Japanese. The owner was very pleasant and the person who worked was very good. Definitely, you can spend comfortably !! I miss it. The building itself is old, but it was cleaned properly and there was no huh at all. The station is also close and recommended to stay reasonable !! The room was hot because it was honest and only a fan (at that time) (of course a single room). The bus toilet is joint, but it will not be a problem because it is different from men and women. Yes. . . When you eat, you can rent a pot or fixture for free, so you can also cook for yourself !! There is also a refrigerator. Also, the washing is done with a washing machine and a dryer, so it is stress free. There is no detergent. Each, once, about 25 cents. When I returned to Japan, the owner said that I would come with my wife next time, but I can't realize it yet (T_T) I think it's a really good hotel for Japanese people !! I want to go again if the corona is settled and time is done.

When it comes to hotels, we adopt the mentality that it’s a place to rest your head in between exploring new places... The Seahorse Inn motel was perfect for this, and if you like to travel like us.. I would absolutely recommend. . The room was spacious, and would be worth 5* rating on Trip Advisor for a 2* property if it wasn’t for the air con. The room got quite hot both in the day and evening as the (air con system was quite small and underpowered for the space. The host and staff were friendly, there is a decent amount of car parking on site, it’s easy to find, and 20 minutes walk (yes - walk) from both Hermosa and Manhattan beaches... we stayed for 3 comfortable nights, and aside from struggling to work out how to use the shower initially, had a very comfortable stay. Other reviews rate the Mexican restaurant next door but having spent a week in Mexico prior to heading to California, we were all good for Mexican food, but the Mongolian BBQ opposite, and Panda Express up the road are walkable and very good cheap eats. Would stay again 😊

I've stayed at this location multiple times for Cal Poly Pomona activities. Walking distance to many stores and fast food type restaurants. I. E. Ikea, Walmart, Target, Sprouts, Dicks, Marshalls, Ulta, In and Out, Chipotle, Hawaiian BBQ, AkiPoki etc. Not the closest hotel to Cal Poly Pomona but can easily get to/from the college. Have stayed in multiple room types (double, king, king executive) over the last year. It's a little older hotel that could use some fixes/touch ups in the bathrooms but overall comfortable and clean. Microwave and mini fridge was very useful for us. Latest visit, the shower head should be replaced. Lots of water pressure but spray wasn't adjustable. This trip was short but have spent a week in an Executive King. The sitting area (sofa/TV) is between where the bed is and the bathroom. If you get up alot during the night I suggest packing a night light for the bathroom. Also, recommend requesting a room away from freeway if freeway traffic will bother you. Noticed it more the first night and not so much after. Hotel staff always friendly and helpful. Front desk, housekeeping and dining area all very professional and welcoming. Did not get room cleaned but housekeeping did knock on the door to ask if we needed any items. Two USB-A phone charger on alarm clock next to bed. Need adapter if only Type C. Free parking is nice. Would see security guard walking/patrolling the premises in the evenings.

Overall good. Convenient location, facilities are good, rooms are new and comfortable. But there are no slippers or toothbrushes in the room. It took a long time for the slippers to come before they were delivered. The water was only delivered in two bottles in two days, and it disappeared the next day after drinking on the first day. We needed to break up a long trip with one night at a hotel. Chose this hotel for its location. Was able to use points for the one night, so we are not out any money. The hotel is newer, but the rooms are spartan to say the least. Not relaxing or cozy or comfortable. Mattress was okay, pillows were flat as pancakes. My ”feather free” request was not honored, but they fixed that after we were in the room. The layout of the room is strange, the chair and sofa uncomfortable, and the television is oddly placed as far away from the soft as it could be. The bathroom had a strange motion sensor lighting system, which you cannot override even if you want to. The lights switched on at midnight for no reason, waking us up! The tile floor of the bathroom has very wide grout lines which looked very dirty even in this newer hotel. The check in clerk was friendly. The check out clerk was not. I could not get any sort of receipt, even via email. I am not sure he actually checked us out when we left at 7 am.

We have been to this hotel many times before- but this is the first since the pandemic. We were very impressed with their cleaning procedures and preparations. Even before our arrival, the front desk sent us emails to acknowledge our reservations. Brandon (been there 7 years) checked us in with great professionalism and friendliness. He took care of everything and made sure we wrote down what we wanted for the 2 days we were staying for breakfast. They have a list of available items for breakfast and you mark what you want. At the marked time, they would have the items bagged up and you can bring up to your room to eat. They will also make you coffee with cloves on!! Rooms are spacious as always. Rooms are clean, but you will not get room serviced- you can request new towels and other items as needed. All employees had masks on all the time, and customers are required to wear masks in public areas. I can highly recommend this hotel and their staff!!

This hotel is just old- not old and ”quaint” or ”charming”. Except maybe the lobby. Yes- the bones and the original architecture are lovely. Until you look closely. You can see where the old original walls were and where they've chipped away to open it up. The original doors in the rooms would be beautiful had they been taken care of. You can see the wood-color caulk/fill over nails that no one has ever bothered to stain over. You can see where the old handle/lock plates were- no one has bothered to blend them. The original vent in the shower is caked and gross. The furniture is worn and and scratched up. And no- not in a cool, ”rustic” way, just plain worn out. This is what I can't forgive. You can only throw so many layers or paint or caulk or work at old walls or floors etc. But you can certainly replace aging furniture. Between the old, musty smell and the overall poor condition I kept shoes or socks on when in the room. If you are lackluster about taking care of the hard surfaces- what's lurking in that area rug? Just felt ”ick” overall. The amount of money I paid to say here was pretty upsetting. The staff barely cracked a smile at check-in. He just took my ID and started typing. It took a really long time during which he pretty much never spoke- just stared at the screen while we stood there. He smiled when he handed us the keys- and that was it. The other person was the same to the couple next to us. What's funny was some of the other staff was buzzing around and seemed happy and (possibly?) helpful- put some of those people at your desk. No coffee in the room; tea and kettle only. No coffee in the lobby either. You have to go to their hotel restaurant. There is no luggage rack. I wound up putting my suitcase on the long counter where the tea/glasses were. (Shown in the photo). There is a mini-fridge. We did not look at it. The parking is not covered and caddy-corner to the hotel. It does have an attendant. I am adding this because I couldn't find this info. on their website. And they place their Normandie sign inside the lot by the valet tent. Common sense would dictate you put it at the street; not inside the lot. I will say that the beds were comfortable and the linens were very clean. (Never so excited about the smell of bleach.) The bathroom was clean but the surfaces are old- again you can only clean them, caulk, paint in so many layers. The tub and shower fixtures were worn and chipped. At some point you need to replace old and busted with new fixtures that match the period structure. With the price point of this hotel I shouldn't have to second guess taking a shower. We stayed here to be within walking distance to the Wiltern. We would not stay again. Don't get fooled by the glossy marketing photos. I really don't understand the high reviews. I've stayed in many a small, older hotel where you can appreciate the fine details. Even if not perfect they felt cared for. Age is no excuse for worn out furnishings, smel

Although the hotel is a bit old and the elevators are quite old, the service here is pretty good. For parent-child groups, their attitude is quite friendly, and the bellman and valet staff are very kind. We are also willing to give tips. Bellman is very kind to my children. Reception area was super posh with fireplace etc. Room was elegant and comfortable with big windows nice bathroom etc. kids loved the tv in the bathtub. Pool was beautiful loved the swan floats and pool staff were lovely and beyond accommodating. Thanks Hannah! Loved just walking the grounds which were California jungle chic. I am so happy they preserved the old world glamor of this hotel, in the best, most modern way. The restaurant is such a special indoor- outdoor setting with booths and trees and fountains. We loved eating here. Kids liked being able to spend time with both parents in a relaxed setting. All in all a great stay and look forward to returning to this special spot solo or with friends.

Lost torance hotel, marriott's apartment. The hotel is a two-storey villa community. If you live on the first floor, it will be light and the building will be low. It feels very depressed. It’s a bit strange to enter the room, not used to it. The decoration of the apartment, kitchen utensils and tableware are complete, but there is no toothpaste toothbrush slippers, let alone combs. The bathroom sprinklers cannot be taken down and are not convenient to use. Meals, including breakfast, at 6:30 in the morning, many guests go to breakfast at 6:30, everyone can't sleep. We went there for two days, just Monday through Wednesday, the hotel offered dinner for free, but it was a simple fast food category, hamburger, pizza, soda, etc. It was enough to fill the stomach. During the Spring Festival, the hotel is expensive. There are 1200 rooms in this room, and 1800 in Marriott and Hilton. I usually see 1000 in normal times. If I choose again, I will not choose this hotel again.

The hotel is not far from the beach, there is no breakfast, there are slides for children playing downstairs, there is a small pier, but the room we lived did not have a bathtub, the children's room was dirty, the breakfast was ordered. The bath water was small. Hotel rooms have partial sea views.

I'm a fairly seasoned tent camper who has also stayed at some of the finest hotel resorts in the world and some of the most sketchy dives in the suburbs of Beirut. I think the best starting point of comparison is probably tent camping for the following reasons. Let's start with the good part. The bed appeared to be free of vermin and unexplained stains. It was moderately comfortable. This is significantly better than tent camping, where you generally have to sleep on the ground and shift your body around various rocks and other objects beneath the tent. The remaining features, however, compare quite similarly to campground life. Starting with the surroundings, there is a wide variety of clientele on the hillside, not all of whom you would like to meet in a dark vault toilet at midnight. There are mosquitoes, including ones that live in the room apparently. Like a good campsite, the view is quite good, assuming that you are actually put into a city view facing room. The bathroom may be a good starting point. It definitely does not smell as bad as a vault toilet. That is probably because it had a thick layer of highly scented soap coating the tiles. When we entered the room, our eyes watered from the extraordinary aroma of all of the cleaning product that was used in the bathroom. The cleaning staff had not removed the soap from the floor, so it had a skating rink like effect even when we were wearing shoes. Getting in and out of the shower required substantial skill and balance. This would not have been a problem in or an ordinary hotel situation, but the stingy management only gives you two bath towels and one hand towel. If there were more towels, we could put them on the floor for safety. Another thing that comes in somewhat below tent camping level is the complete lack of access to management. There is no front desk, there is no check-in process, and as far as I can tell there is no housekeeping either other than between guests. At most campgrounds, there is at least a camp host who you can reach out to if you have difficulties. I've included some photos of the wildlife dwelling near the antique toilet, the pool that they advertise themselves as having available to guests, which is actually closed and appears to have been for some time, and the general grubbiness of the room.

This hotel is actually a certain distance away from the airport. When I made a reservation, it seemed that he was relatively new. It is not recommended to choose this for flights arriving at night, it is not too easy to find. There is a charge for parking in the hotel. Of course, you can also tell the front desk that you did not drive because it is a large public parking lot with 4S shops and other agencies nearby. In this way you don't have to pay parking fees. But there is no parking ticket in your car. You will be fined if you catch it, and it's not safe. The most important thing is that Chinese people must be honest!

I expected a little because it said that breakfast was included, but it was too poor. Only a small loaf of bread and cereal came out. Drinks were orange and milk not 100%. The milk was also unsanitary mixed with water falling from the ceiling. My son had a stomach ache from the effects. The employees were kind and taught me a lot about the city.

The overall feeling is good, the location is particularly easy to find, the room rate includes breakfast, the only disadvantage is that the noise along the highway is relatively large, it is recommended to pay another upgrade to a quiet area inside.

The last hotel booked before returning home. The front desk of the hotel can speak Chinese, there is a microwave in the lobby, and some rooms have it. The castle Ole is very close, there is a Chinese breakfast, a Chinese community. The room is quite big and the price is good. There is a convenience store next to it, which is very convenient. There is a bestbuy one hundred meters away and it’s not cheap, but the appliances look really good, and I have an urge to go home. Castle Ole is nearby, but I went to Desert Ole. It’s too far. I advise everyone not to go too far to Ole. Time is also money.

This time I used Ctrip to book hotels during my trip in the United States. Compared with priceline, booking, and tripadviser, I found that Ctrip's offer is still quite competitive, and the information is basically accurate, including parking fees and whether you have to wait for food. I used to come back to review less frequently. I will refer to the user reviews here before booking this time. I feel that it is generally fair, so I also plan to take a moment to leave my personal feeling. Although subjective, I hope to have some reference. Fancy the hotel parking is free and breakfast included, originally planned to stay only one night, experience a good and more one day. The hotel is in the center of san pedro, nearby McDonald's KFC taco bell is very convenient, walking distance. Nearby attractions can choose to visit the Iowa retired warship, and a half-hour drive to Disney.

The hotel is not bad, the location is good, walk to Long Beach and the Ocean Museum for ten minutes. There are many restaurants around, and there are many hotels like Marriott, which are more expensive. This is similar to a motel, and the price is OK. It is a bad attitude towards Ctrip booking staff, saying that after the deduction is not responsible for the success of the booking, even directly call me
