I arrived quite late to the hotel after a two hour drive from Stuttgart airport. They were already waiting for me with my room card. The room was nice and simple, with two shower head shower and they provided basic personal hygiene supplies. The TV was glitching but after calling the front desk, they arrived in less than a minute to help me out. The Belvedere restaurant on the premises is quite elegant, I had dinner there twice. The neighborhood is home to many of the wealthy and upscale residents of Bruschal. It is a walking distance to the castle, downtown, and other attractions. I will definitely recommend it. Oh just so you know, the people were very friendly and extremely helpful. I will definitely visit again.

I recommend this hotel to those who have something to solve in the village. Otherwise, it is located quite far from the main cities and you spend a lot of time on the road. The single room was rather cramped, but the bathroom was the main challenge of my stay. The shower is very difficult to use, I just washed myself wrapped in an old plastic curtain. The other option was to flood the whole bathroom. I did not have soap in the bathroom and the towels were totally ignored by the cleaning staff. Although the temperature dropped to 2-3 degrees at night, no heating source was available. Wifi was hard to connect and interrupted often. The only positive aspect was breakfast: tasty and varied.

This small, family business hotel is a great place to stay. The hotel is surrounded by vineyards with a small restaurant with delicious food. It's clean and quiet, family which is running this place is friendly and when You look at them You can see that they like their job. I felt very comfortable. Vineyards are a great place to have a walk. For sure it's the place I want to visit again

We stayed at this hotel in June/July 2017 as chaperones to a group of exchange students from South Africa. Germershein is a beautiful town packed with history and wonderful people. The service at the hotel was splendid. We only had breakfast as they do not provide dinner etc. They even provide you with extra rolls etc to pack in after breakfast knowing that people go out all day. I would gladly recommend this hotel. Our room was on the second floor and it was quite hot - there was no air-conditioning, so that was a minor downside. The rooms are spacious and although not modern, it was clean and just a great place to stay.

Karlsruhe City Center
(+) Hotel am Markt is comfortably located in the heart of Karlsruhe, very close to the Palace. You can actually see the Karlsruhe castle as well as Marketplatz from the terrace on the 4th floor of the hotel. The room for 3 was spacious but still cozy. The bathroom was big and had a bath. I really liked the breakfast! But you have to pay 10€ p.p. We asked the personal 3 wine glasses and cork opener and got them for free. (-) We booked a room for three persons and got 2 single beds and one unfolded sofa bed. The sofa bed was not very comfortable. At the end of November they started to build the Christmas market on the Marktpkatz, therefore it was noisy before 8 a.m. Coffee at breakfast was not good at all.
