Hotels Near Kupferpfandl In Vienna
0.18km from KupferpfandlWhat is about this hotel I didn't like - let me think - I LIKE ALL OF IT... I enjoyed quality of rooms, equipment in hotel is not just to be effective, but shows present woman touch in decoration, equipment and leadership... Not typical high class hotel chain, but in some point even better - building outside and inside better then many hotel chain hotels - it's well kept family hotel... Food top, staff TOP top, location near center, all public transport stations are near by... Recommended - for romantic getaway, families, business - everything is there near if U need it... I finally found my hotel for next Vienna staying...

1.02km from KupferpfandlNice 4-stars hotel close to city center (30 minutes by foot, 15 minutes by tram No. 43). Large and clean room, great breakfast, English-fluent staff. Bakery, grocery shop, restaurants nearby. Underground parking very expensive though (18 € per night) but there are no other parking options near the hotel.

1.1km from KupferpfandlSteps from the tram, bus, and train, with a terrifically responsive and helpful staff team, I can only recommend Appartments Ferchergasse. A ground floor apartment was our home for six weeks as we were moving to Austria, and we really enjoyed staying there. A fully-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, two bedrooms -- it had everything our family needed for a long stay. On the 43 tram, we were in to the center of the city in 15-20 minutes. The immediate surroundings are an interesting urban neighborhood with food and drink options as well as having a large hardware store around the corner. Also around the corner is a bike path that takes you in 5 minutes by bike to a vineyard and 10 minutes to the forest surrounding Vienna. All-in-all, a great stay and we would definitely stay again in the future.
1.12km from KupferpfandlFor the second time in four years, we had the great pleasure of staying at the family-owned Hotel Jäger for our one-week stay in Vienna. Most of the staff members who were there in 2015 were also there to greet us, including our good friend Claudia who made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. The morning after, we were fortunate enough to have Lili accompany us to the nearby tram station, helping us to get our one-week pass for the short ride downtown. And that was after a delicious breakfast (outstanding smoked salmon and homemade cake and jams) in the cosy dining room where each morning, Kova kept the same table ready for us by the window. It was also while we were having breakfast the day before we left that family member and manager Andrea took care of our check-in at the airport. And at 6:30 the next morning, while we were waiting for our taxi, Andrea's mother Helene made it a point to come in to wish us well and thank us for our visit. In our traveling experience, that is the kind of personalized and caring attention that makes the Jäger stand out from the rest. No wonder it is still thriving after close to 110 years. Can't wait to return.

1.62km from KupferpfandlWe stayed here from 3rd of February till 10th.The room was exceptionally clean, the maids were so hardworking and the staff were all lovely. As it was our anniversary, on arrival a bottle of wine, a lovely card and sweet chocolate candies were placed in our room for which we would like to thank all the management for the nice touch. A huge thanks to Alex and Ioanna (front desk). They were so brilliant and dedicated to their job. If we ever return to Vienna we will definitely stay in this hotel once again. Kind Regards: Krasimira and Panikos

1.71km from KupferpfandlOur one night stay at this Hotel was satisfactory for our needs. It's location accessibility to the Uban - Alser Straf Station and tram 43 enables you to travel conveniently into the principal attractions of beauty that this glorious City of Vieanna has for all to enjoy. The Hotel is "no thrills" basic in its room design which does not have tea nor coffee making facilities nor bar fridge BUT was clean warm and surprisingly spaces.Breakfeast was adequate BUT though 3 star rating very surprised that NO bacon cooked/fried was available which from my vast European experiences was disappointing. Staff polite and welcoming and for a short stay with its negatives could satisfy your needs as there are ample eating places within short walking distance of this hotel. We reside in Budapest and for future visits to the glorious City of Vieanna would consider again staying at this satisfactory equipted Hotel.

1.8km from KupferpfandlThe room was very clean (that's the most important thing for me), thumbs up for the housekeeping. The location is great, the metro station it's close and also Schonbrunn at 20 min walking distance. The staff was nice and friendly. The breakfast was good, decent choice of food and again the breakfast area was very clean. If your flight it's in the evening, you can leave the luggage after the check-out, at the reception for free. I felt very comfortable during this 4 nights stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel!
Hotels Near Kupferpfandl In Vienna Review
Good hotel in common.
Good breakfast, nice responsive staff, though a little unskillful (can't print a document out so that the image takes the whole list, not just a tiny space in the corner which is impossible to see and read), sauna, great design. The only issue is windows, which lack quality. They let cold and noise, cigarette smell go through into rooms from outside.
However in common we're happy with the stay.
1. The location of the hotel is very convenient, just 5 minutes walk from the central railway station, the surrounding environment is very quiet, almost no tramp or refugees, very safe! It is very convenient to eat and shop at the station. It is very cheap to recommend a supermarket. 2. The room facilities are very new, the room photos are much better than some of the four stars in the country, and the decoration is also very elegant. Staying at this price is very cost-effective! 3. The front desk service is also very patient, and there are train schedules to facilitate everyone to hurry. There are also free fruit breads to eat. 4. The TV and air conditioning in the room are very new, the TV is extraordinarily large, and the channels are very good! The toilet and bathroom are separate and very convenient, which is rare in hotels at this price in Europe. 5. The hotel can swipe the card up and down the elevator, very safe! 6. If you go to Vienna, it is highly recommended that everyone stay at this hotel! Absolutely the most cost-effective.
After read a number of reviews, I really didn't know how I'd feel staying here. So what's good first; Staff were very friendly and helpful. As I entered the hotel, it was grand, nice enough with a grand piano there to add to the sophistication. The restaurant was nice, and lunch we had there was good. But Breakfast. Fantastic. Definitely 5 stars. Not an full Irish breakfast, but tis Europe after all and was a very nice buffet set up. Location is good, with the cities connections well flagged by other reviews. Right, the OK. Not bad. Just OK. We stayed on the 5th floor. And a review had refered to it already, but a slap of paint would not go astray, hall way and bedroom in total could do with an up-grade. Really not a 4 star hotel room. It wouldn't take much, but it would be grand for a group of lads on a stag, but definitely not for a romantic get away. That said. Bed was comfortable enough. TV, had 20 odd channels, only 3 news channels in English. No Kettle????? Why???? Anyway, ok price. Ok hotel. Good food. Good location. Would go elsewhere if/when I return to this beautiful city.
The room is really great, the view is great, the breakfast is also great, the view on the top floor is invincible, I also watched a sunrise, and I drank a glass of wine at night. There is a subway station opposite, one stop to Stephen's Cathedral, but two people should take a taxi, cheap and good cars. Rating 4.5, the pre-authorization deposit has not been released for half a month.
My husband son and I stayed at this hotel when first arriving into Vienna. The hotel itself is beautiful, lovely service and room was fantastic. We had a deluxe double room which was spacious and also came with tea coffee making. We had an extra bed for our son. Room was a big size for the three of us. Bathroom was really nice too all the amenities you need. We did not get breakfast while staying here it was expensive - instead choosing to have breakfast at cafe central which is a minute walk from hotel and reasonably priced ( cheaper than the hotel buffet breakfast at hotel ). We are generally not buffet style eaters preferring cereal or toast, eggs and coffee or juice so cafe central was perfect for us and an easy one min walk in the morning (not crowded at all on opening!). We also walked to another cafe one day which was great as well for a coffee and bread roll & egg/museli etc for 1/4 price. Hotel is in a great location in Vienna, the street was all lit up for Christmas too and Xmas markets within walking distance in all directions only a few minutes walk some smaller markets. The big Christmas market at the Rathaus was about a 10 min walk (a must with kids/teens) There is a great Italian restaurant a minute walk from hotel with some great dinner options as well. Cafes and restaurants are all within walking distance. Walk to St Stephens cathedral was maybe 5-10 mins. Also walking distance Hofburg palace was 2 mins from hotel. Overall great location lovely hotel. A star off for no heated pool though otherwise amazing hotel good location and would definitely stay again when in Vienna.
This hotel is pretty and the room is laid out well. But there were some maintenance issues that never got fixed. First, my safe in room 729. I couldn’t get reception to answer, (irritating) so I went there. The woman at reception said that someone could come assist, but maintenance wouldn’t be in until the next morning. She said that Vienna was a very safe city and there was no need for worry because there was never any crime of any kind. Also, they had a way of knowing who would go in the room. Inwardly, I rolled my eyes. If they know who goes in the room, if something was stolen, it’s my word against that person’s that this item was even in there. Besides that, the item would still be gone. Then when my boyfriend and I were arranging for a taxi, the bellhop informed us that taxi drivers in Vienna are notorious for ripping off tourists. No crime of any kind, ehh? I couldn’t get the faucets (in either sinks) to stop up and I needed to hand wash some items and soak something. Someone came up to show me, but he said after looking they weren’t designed to close. The next morning, after we returned from breakfast, the lock that you use to bolt the door had fallen and was preventing the door from being opened all the way. We asked housekeeping to help, but she couldn’t and called for someone to come up. Thirty mins later, no one had come, so back I went to the lobby and got the bellhop to call. He said there was no request in, so housekeeping hadn’t called. About five mins later, mtc came and unscrewed the bolt, allowing us to enter. While he was there, he tried to fix the safe, but even fresh batteries didn’t fix it. No one ever came to fix it. While the hotel is beautiful, there’s nowhere nearby to eat, no shopping, etc. (except a Starbucks and one bakery). The breakfast buffet is pretty weak for 25euros. We ordered off the menu and it took about 25 mins to get items that weren’t even cooked (cheese, ham, etc). (Meaning there would be no reason for the long delay.) My espresso was cold when I got it. I really want to end this on a good note, so let me say that the staff was really nice and the room was spotless. It was also quiet.
