My first time coming to turkey was in June 2023, I enjoyed it so much we had to book another trip a week after we left because we missed the staff and animation team so much. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had, I made friends for life, always staying in contact when we went back to Ireland. The animation team and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Always having activities to do during the day and night. Would definitely return time and time again.

|2.33km from city centerWe have just come back from a week's stay at this hotel and I must say, we loved our stay. The hotel room was clean and had enough space for the 4 of us. The only issue I could see was some mould in the shower seal corners and a dent in the shower bottom but the bathroom was clean and smelt fresh. Cleaners were in daily so the towels and bedding were changed daily. This was our first family holiday abroad so I had nothing to compare it to but for us it was a lovely stay. There was a good selection of food even with me being lactose and egg intolerant. The staff were faultless. Always happy to help and approachable and the entertainment staff were amazing! Melody spoke to us the first day and then every day remembered all our names and asked if we were enjoying our stay. The kids club is great for if the children are wanting to play out of the sun and just take some Time out. A few reviews have mentioned about things being broken. We did notice that quite a lot of sunbeds were cracked down the middle but with it being towards the end of the season we just assumed they've become worn over the season and that they would be replaced ready for next season. With the mats on and towels you don't notice the damage and it doesn't effect the use. The WiFi isn't great but it works well enough to keep in touch with family back home and we weren't there to be sat online all the time. The beach is beautiful! Couldn't have asked for a better location and the water is so clean! I have noticed some reviews about cleanliness but there are always cleaners and maintenance staff around and I can imagine it would be hard to constantly keep up with 1200 people. There were quite a few wasps outside when dining outdoors but what do you expect being outside with fresh fruit around. 3 of us did become ill with sickness and diarrhea whilst away but we just put it down to eating different foods and being in a different environment. We came away with another family of 4 who all suffered the same as us too. It wasn't severe enough to see a doctor as we took medication with us just incase this happened so we drank plenty of bottled water and spent time resting in the room. The pools were all clean all be it cold but was to be expected at this time of year. This didn't stop the children enjoying them though. There is a park at the side of the hotel with plenty for the children to do if you want to take time out to explore. There is also a regular mini bus every 10 minutes into the centre for 7tl each. Plenty of markets and food places there if you want to take a look around. Overall we had a great experience of the hotel.

|1.83km from city centerOur arrival at City’s Hill wasn’t the best, the check in time was 2pm which Love Holidays failed to mention not great when we arrived at 6am after an exhausting night flight. The senior receptionist Dideem came to our rescue. As soon as a room became free after cleaning. Not only that we were upgraded to a family room with the best view of Kusadasi bay. Since getting our room everything has been exceptional, the hotel cleanliness, food, drinks, entertainment and the facilities around the pool. It would not be fair not to mention Hakan the food and beverage Manager and his team for making all guests very welcome for every meal. The selection of food was well balanced and clearly catered to all nationalities tastes. It’s rare to find a hotel that gets everything right but City’s Hill deserve their 5/5!! Well done!!!

|1.87km from city centerI travelled to TNR Boutique Hotel and Spa Kusadasi (Turkey) from 12th - 19th April 2023 as my daughter was having her teeth done. It is 1.25 journey by taxi costing £45 from Izmir airport to this hotel. We arrived about 1pm and met a very nice young man who duly checked us in and allotted our rooms we had 2 separate rooms. They both had sea view and were lovely but we were 1.5 miles from nearest beach Ladies beach I believe the photo on the TNR website is very like Ladies beach in high season be aware this beach is a good 25 mins walk from hotel. I cannot understand some reviews by tripadvisors around same time advising about how good the dinner was there is no evening meal available in this hotel There are some restaurants Kusadasi I was not impressed at all but would highly recommend Kosmu near the sea excellent food ,made feel welcome and great service steak was par excellence thanks. The hotel has a pool but there was no water in it (do have a laugh()I believe the day I left they were filling it so cannot comment on it there is a Spa which I never saw i was informed that the jacuzzi was out of action and could have treatments and use of what ever was actually up and running so I was so disillusioned with my experience that I passed on this one. it was one negative after another. breakfast was the exact same for my 7 days olives,3 chesses, bread and butter and jam honey , a boiled egg cold and so dry it caused me to cough, Turkish tea. We did not have it each day. this was served in an adjoining room called Castrell we paid 3 liras each for fresh orange juice it was nice. The smell of waste from the drains was appalling . When I went to reception the usual reply was ' little English but when I disputed the issue 'they were quick to defend. They were not friendly or business like or helpful. I enquired about the shuttle service how its works and the manager Nigor ( my apologies if I got the spelling wrong) admitted they could arrange a tranfer for approx £120 . We got Kale taxis (£45 ) Their profile on Booking .com which we booked through was so misleading as I have outlined above. They charged my daughter for soiled sheets £15 which was an insult and actually took photos of the sheets and passed the photos around from domestic staff to receptionists to manager this was an invasion of privacy as our solicitor has called it. I cannot say any more as we have left it in our solicitor hands but they are ruthless . I have travelled many places all over the world as have not come across any people as greedy and griping like I did in Turkey, the men were tormenting and condescending especially towards women . Avoid Murphys on the Port as 4 men tried to make me pay for my meal twice because the young man who dealt with my bill actually had no paper in the machine except a tiny bit it came up on my phone the amount I paid . Although we arrived in the middle of the night, there was someone to help us with our luggage and show us the room amenities. Everything was clean and the fridge and air conditioning were very much appreciated. We had a spacious side sea view room which was perfect for us. The roof-top pool was fabulous. The staff were very helpful but Ciara gets a special shout-out for going the extra mile. I can see her being the hotel Manager one day. We only ate breakfast but there was plenty of variety for all tastes. If returning to Kusadasi, we would absolutely stay here again.

Drinks offering very poor unless you want to spend additional money, not really the point on an all inclusive. Staffs level of English was non existent and animation staff not really interested unless you were regulars or from an EU country I. E. Bulgaria or Holland. Food OK but not as much variety of the week, again more for the tastes of the Bulgarians. Probably wouldn't book it again and the beach needs a tidy. The tui photos are also very old.

Breakfast in the charming little garden was so relaxing and we enjoyed walking down to the sea and around the city. I was blown away, though, when I left a favorite (vintage) blouse behind, and Denis went to SO much trouble making arrangements to send it to me in the city where we staying. He even offered to bring it to me himself which would have been over an hour's drive! They certainly set the bar on Turkish hospitality!

The breakfast at the hotel was not bad, and the little guy at the front desk was very handsome. Although there was some misunderstanding during the check-in, I communicated with the little brother at the front desk in English with their respective accents for a long time, but in the end it was solved perfectly. Downstairs of the hotel is the seaside and you can watch the sea while lying in the room. The room layout is good, and the pink bed is my favorite type.

Deniz yosunlu, yere basmaktan huylanan, deniz ayakkabısı tercih ede edebilir. Tek takıldığımız nokta: Saat 5 ve 6 arası Şezlonglar toplanmaya başlıyor. Akşam yemeği için Restoran’a dönüşüyor. Dışardan gelenler oluyor: Bu durumda birden kalabalık olabiliyor, diğer günlerde biraz sakin oluyor. Akşamları ayrıca Lucky Club’ta canlı Müzik yada ünlü DJ’ler oluyor. They arrived early at 10, set up bracelets dressed, the room is beautiful, even for the third member of the family their small bedroom separate, the elevators of the carpet, the purity, everything is except the coats. Food nonostops, I don't know what isn't, everything is delicious, beef, turkey, everything is full, always add, fruit vegetables, garniers. Fresh-fat with fruit, at the pool all kinds of pizza, pide, vegetables, sweets, bars everywhere, all with a smile, come still, no queues, tables clean at once, guests here are happy, attitude is very pleasant, remained very satisfied. The pocket with rollers for children and a water complex for kids is excellent! Staff is always present, children are very closely monitored.

Öncelikle sürekli olarak her yerden mukemmel bir manzara izliyorsunuz. Giriş yaptığımız günden beri yani 5 gündür tüm personeller o kadar samimi güler yüzlü ki özellikle animatör arkadaşlara bayıldık. Restorant, bar, italian alakartina gittik ve yemekleri mükemmeldi bu arada. Fakat normal restorantın alakartini pek beğenmedim. Fast foodlari da baya lezzetli. Kahvaltıları çok mükemmel fakat meyvelerin sayısı artabilir mesela greyfurt son zamanlarda göremedik gibi. Onun harici bi sorun yok oda ve otel temizliği gayet güzel Hk güzel çalışıyor. Tüm çalışan arkadaşlar ve müdürlerine teşekkür ederiz mükemmel ötesi bi tatil gecirmemize sebep oldular. Özellikle animasyon aktiviteleri ve showlari harika. Onların sayesinde asla sıkılmadık kimse de sıkılmamistir eminim. Gelecek olan herkese tavsiye ederiz teşekkürler İNFİNİTY BY YELKEN.

The beds are made fresh everyday, new towels and shampoos also. Staff are lovely and very helpful always smiling. My only gripe is the Internet is so horrible, rarely works I had to phone front desk a few times. When you are in your room in pain a good WiFi connection is paramount. In saying that because of the staff and such a central location I will stay again and I will recommend hotel to others, just please sort out the WiFi.

The place is spectacular in many ways. The rooms are cozy, bright and clean, with a personal decoration touch. The restaurant serves super delicious meals, including an exclusive breakfast with locally produced, organic foods. The staff is very amiable, helpful and warm. Being in Ephesus Lodge brings feelings of comfort and connection to self with all its nature, sounds, scents and views, not to forget the decorated garden and friendly visitors. Ephesus Lodge is located in a very peaceful spot in Kirazli village, where one can find local farm restaurants attended by people from the nearby cities and other villages. We were super happy with our slow and healing stay at Ephesus Lodge and would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for time that is peaceful and hearty.

|6.13km from city centerWe had a fantastic stay! I can barely think of anything that could make our week in Flora Garden better. The hotel is in very good shape, our room was in the garden section which is lovely, very cozy and also super easily accessible from the pool/beach area even in wet swimsuit which is very convenient. The beach can only be described as great - fine sand, enough sun beds that never filled up with guests, clean water, beautiful sights including the coast almost connecting to the Greek island of Samos, amazing accessibility from the hotel only through a narrow, guarded bike bath. The pool area is everything it should be, even though we'd spent most of our stay on the beautiful beach, the pools were spacious and comfortable for an evening swim every day. Separate water slides for kids and adults - the latter are actually tall and fun. No sharp edges around the pool to get injured on, nothing to complain about whatsover. The room itself is nicely illuminated and even though we got ground floor which we usually don't prefer, it was felt convenient and safe. A nice second home for a week. Daily cleanups are standard, I would've appreciated beer and wine in the minibar since I was watching calories and didn't feel like soft drinks. There is a gym / sauna / indoor pool section that is very usable. The all inclusive program is almost too good to be true. Three main courses each day, alternated by snacks in the snack bar which we never had any leftover stomach space for. The Turkish food was such high quality and so diverse and delicious that I think everyone - including people with special diets - will find theirs. I especially loved some of the grilled meats on dinner time, some of the ripest and most organic fruit I ever ate (didn't trigger my allergies which is ultra rare), some amazing Turkish sweet delights or authenthic strong black tea and Ayran accessible all day long. All dishes are labeled for allergens which was an amazing surprise. As a Czech I was positively surprised about the quality of local beer and wine. In the end, pretty much the only issue was holding back so that one wouldn't constantly suffer from overeating. A la carte dinner, included once per stay, was a bit meh because it didn't differ much from the everyday offerings (to be fair, the steak itself was pretty good) but that isn't an issue really. All in all, if you want to just unwind and enjoy a perfect lazy week accompanied by friendly staff, amazing food and beautiful environment, this place is strongly recommended. Special kudos to Umut the Client Relationships guy for being the sweetest and assisting my mother with her gluten intolerance like a pro. WILL COME AGAIN.

They offered us a sea view room as soon as one became available. It was very kind of them as the view was amazing and just lovely to wake up with such a beautiful view every morning. The staff was very professional and friendly at the same time, giving 100 percent and doing their best to meet everyone's expectations. The food was great, actually it was the best food we ever had in a hotel. Just want to say Thank you Korumar, will be back soon 🙏 😊

The reception staff especially Iram are friendly and helpful and you can feel the peace just when you enter the hotel. The major issue in the place is the cleaning staff.room cleaning staff are going to make the experience terrible. The just finished the room in 2 minutes leaving a very bad smell coming from their tools behind. When he wanted to enter the room, he could hardly disturb his door. They either put a baby bed, though I told you, but they brought two baby beds this time, although I told you again, the bath was not hair-haired. Dubbles appear on the walls. One of the lamps works, one of them doesn't work. You say breakfast is a good thing because there are no tomatoes in the hotel. The pool is not officially through the basin. I didn't understand how they could score this hotel 5 stars. I had to leave the hotel directly next day. I was just ashamed of your money. It is not a hotel that can be preferred. I don't recommend as a surely holiday and a traveler. Finally, they say that you haven't been able to stay in our hotel for those who commented this way. You can go see if you want to be embarrassed with your money

Вся обстановка комнаты очень старая. Входная белая дверь грязная, заляпанная. Шторы старые, пахнут пылью, были оторваны с одной стороны. Пластиковая дверь в ванную комнату покрыта ржавчиной. Сама ванная представляет собой унитаз, раковину без какой-либо полочки для гигиенических принадлежностей, и смеситель. Отдельной душевой кабины с дверками или хотя бы душевого поддона нет. То есть предполагается, что вы принимаете душ, а вода льется не только на вас, но и на все остальное, что есть в ванной комнате - на пол, унитаз, раковину. В нашем номере вода после принятия душа не уходила полностью в слив, а прямо перед унитазом стояла лужа. Ручка душа и вовсе была оторвана от шланга, после жалобы на ресепшне нам просто выдали новую. По номеру пришлось ходить исключительно в пляжных тапочках из-за постоянной сырости в ванной. Одно из трех выданных полотенец было грязным, мы предпочли пользоваться своими. Поверхности стола, тумбочки, телефон, были пыльные, это было видно невооруженным глазом. Зеркало в ванной было все в разводах от тряпки, которой его наспех протерли, а в комнате и вовсе не было вытерто. В целом впечатление от отеля ужасное. Многие детали интерьера требуют замены на новые. Уборщицы то ли не успевают, то ли работают на отвали. Хотя в некоторых вопросах дело даже не в уборке. Например, проснулись мы с кусочками отвалившейся от стены краски на кровати. Спасибо, хоть висящий над кроватью кондиционер остался на месте. Мы не могли дождаться утра, чтобы побыстрее съехать оттуда. Единственный плюс отеля это его расположение прямо в центре города. Кстати, при выборе отеля мы не нашли ни одного отрицательного отзыва, что выглядит очень странно. Скорее всего, их просто чистят. Надеюсь, что мой отзыв останется здесь и будет полезен. Никому не рекомендую данный отель, он абсолютно не стоит тех денег, которые за него просят. За такую же сумму можно найти варианты лучше, пусть и дальше от центра.

The manager can speak fluent English, the garden is very beautiful, and the homestay is very good! Breakfast is average. There is no hot water bottle in the room, there is a hair dryer, the elevator is very small, and it feels like it will fall at any time. No big mirrors. Breakfast is on the top floor terrace, this is ok. I didn't take a photo of the hotel, because it is only a short time to stay here, so it doesn't matter. If you stay here, I don't recommend it.

|7.6km from city centerThis is a very special, unusual house that should not be mixed with ordinary facilities. Necip is operated by Mr. and Mrs. Angel. Honest, laughing and good people. We were a little worried before we went because we used to summer holidays in 4-5 star hotels. But I defeated my concern and we brought our 4-day holidays to 15 days. This place offered us both economic and different experiences. Cleanliness, the tasty of food and variety, the comfort of beds were very good. There was also a air-conditioned room but we didn't prefer because of cold and clean air. Their surroundings are very close to the national park. The market is close. Necip is also a very good cook. He made us even a shark soup. He was the best jewel I eat in my life. We collected good memories. We spent pleasant days.
