We stayed over night traveling north - Finding the hotel proved to be a challenge as the sign is missing – the hotel is located using the following coordinates (44.4678455448118, 1.429151269176416 or 31T 375052mE 4925037mN ) take the exit from the island to left of the ibis The English speaking staff offered a wark and friendly welcome to a clean and comfortable room – a kettle is provided The buffet style dinner provided good food at an excellent price – breakfast was equally satisfying with a generous quantity and a plentiful selection The car park is good and feels secure We took the opportunity to re visit the centre of Cahors last vistited some 25 years ago – it did not disappoint --Free parking just over bridge from town sat nav 44.4403428196073, 1.4423084403985225 or 31T 376040mE 4921962mN checked Would use again next time we are in the area

Nous avons séjourné dans cet établissement pour un week-end en amoureux dans le Lot, d'abord convaincu par les photos et la note de l'établissement. Cependant la réalité est moins jolie. Nous sommes très bien accueillis par les propriétaires, rien à redire de ce côté là. En revanche l'hôtel est vieillot, on sent que cela fait quelques décennies qu'il a été construit, et que ses plus belles années sont derrière lui. Les chambres sont petites mais confortables, la peinture s'écaille au mur, la baignoire et le sèche-cheveux sont d'un autre temps mais tout est fonctionnel, en revanche, aucune brosse pour les toilettes, ce n'est pas vraiment normal, pas très hygiénique non plus. Le linge de bain n'est pas dingue, serviettes petites, un peu rêches, sûrement un peu vieilles elles aussi. Pas de chaussons, pas de peignoir, pas de bouilloire, c'est pourtant un équipement auquel on pourrait s'attendre d'une prestation d'un hôtel 2 étoiles à 70/80€ la nuit. La literie était plutôt bonne, les oreillers un peu épais mais ça reste aux goûts de chacun. L'isolation des chambres avait l'air assez bien, mis a part les bruits du couloir, on n'entendait pas ce qui se passait dans les autres chambres. Pour ce qui est de la partie restaurant, attention il ferme tôt, 20h30, la cuisine y est bonne, mais simple. Et elle n'est malheureusement pas à la hauteur du prix demandé (80€ pour 2 plats, 2 desserts et 2 verres de vin), nous avons mangé dans un restaurant bistronomique dans Cahors dans les memes fourchettes de prix le lendemain et la qualité de produits et la recherche culinaire se sentait bien plus que dans le petit restaurant de l'hôtel. Pour ce qui est des petits déjeuners, facturés en plus du prix de la chambre a 8€50, c'est la même chose, on n'est encore pas à la hauteur des tarifs, quelques viennoiseries, du pain, yaourt et compotes, café/thé et... c'est tout, c'est un peu léger pour 17€ de petit déjeuner, c'est pareil le lendemain pour la même prestation nous avons payé 10€ au Crescendo qui se situe a côté de l'hôtel. En parlant des petits dej, pendant notre réservation au téléphone nous avions convenus de ne prendre le petit déjeuner que le premier jour sur les deux, on nous la confirmé au moment de récupérer les clés de la chambre, on nous l'a répété au moment de nous faire payer le dernier jour, donc c'était ok de notre côté et du leur et pourtant... quel ne fut pas ma surprise en rangeant mes papiers la semaine suivante que finalement on nous avait facturé 2 petits déjeuners pour le deuxième jour également, 17€, pour rien. Donc pour conclure, pas mal, mais ne vaut clairement pas les tarifs... Sur toute la ligne

We have been dining at the Hotel Terminus regularly for many years now. The Marre family have owned this wonderful property for over a century and continue to maintain a very high standard of hospitality and cooking. The meals are superb and extremely good value, the welcome is always warm and friendly, and the family members with their young helpers are charming and delightful company. The station is just across the road and the beautiful historic center of Cahors is within easy walking distance.

Our second time at this hotel for an overnight stay, and no regrets coming back as if anything it had improved post covid. We had a good sized room with a small terrace overlooking the river. It was a hot day and evening so we were glad of the very effective aircon. The hot weather had a big plus – it meant we were able to pass a very pleasant evening eating outside on the riverside terrace, which is vast. The menu was a bargain and we enjoyed a good bottle of reasonably priced wine. The service was attentive and personable throughout. In the morning we enjoyed a very good buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. The location of this hotel would make it a very good base for a longer stay to exploit the attractive surrounding area.

Agréablement surpris par cet hôtel du groupe Accor. D'habitude avec mon épouse nous descendons dans un Mercure ou équivalent. Là tout seul , j'ai opté pour du ”pas cher”. C'est un très bon rapport qualité/prix. 47.50€ chambre avec pdj, très copieux et complet (salé, sucré, fruits frais) avec même du thé en vrac et non en sachet. Franchement, rien à redire. Juste l'impossibilité d'utiliser ses points Rewards, mais bon à ce prix , c'est un peu normal !

A fuir! ⚠️ 0 propreté. -1 Salle de Bain : - cheveux dans la douche + grille d'évacuation qui sent fort + crasse bien incrustée + moisi + pas de gel douche (prévu) mais énorme crasse sur le support - Le lit : 2 tâches sur les oreillers. - La bouilloire état sale et non détartrée - Présence d'étiquette alimentaire date de péremption dépassée de 2 ans sous le bureau. - Rideaux+fenêtre absolument horrible. 0 propreté. - Plusieurs toiles d'araignées au plafond - Araignée morte sous le lit avec un papier... Des moutons de poussière sous le lit! Je regrette fortement d'être venue dans cet hôtel * Je suis arrivée vers 18h30. J'ai posé ma valise et je suis répartie. Rentreé vers 2hou3h du matin. Il ne me tardait que de dormir. J'ai eu de l'asthme qui m'a réveillé , j'ai donc vu qu'en plus du gel douche et rideaux tachés, les énormes moutons de poussière sous les lits.. (Pour la douche, rentrée de nuit, j'ai donc préféré me faire une petite toilette au lavabo avec la mini savonette fournie (pas de savon dans la douche), et aller me coucher vu l'heure et n'ayant pas encore eu ma santé en jeu avec l'asthme (allergie acarien et poussière). Tout ceci a été constaté par l'hôte d'accueil qui disait avoir vérifié la chambre et qu'elle était ” très bien”. Il constate donc et me demande les numéros de carte sécurisé pour remboursement en s'excusant. La responsable était en vacances... Et celle ci au bout de plusieurs mails me répond qu'aucun remboursement ne sera fait étant donné que j'aurais dû changer de chambre en pleine nuit. Et que la chambre à du être refaite. ?? Mais heureusement! J'étais épuisée et ce ne doit pas être la seule chambre ainsi.... La phrase de la ”responsable ” pose quesition en terme d'hygiène et de professionnalisme : ”Cependant, il est important de noter que vous avez utilisé la chambre, ce qui implique une utilisation de nos services.” - MA REPONSE MAIL : AH parce qu'il n 'y aurait pas eu de nettoyage vu l'état de la chambre ? vos services ne seraient pas intervenus ??? - Concernant des araignées et moucherons morts, quand on le montre à l'agent d'accueil, il répond ” on les enlève mais ça revient tout le temps” ... - Concernant les rideaux ” ils sont sales en effet Madame, je constate mais si on les lave, ils s'effilochent donc on ne les lave plus” , et pour l'autre rideau bien sale ”ça a l'air vieux et bien incrusté, ça ne partira surement pas”. - Concernant les tâches sur les draps; ” normalement on les renvoie directement, on ne les mets pas au clients, c'est incompréhensible! ”, - Concernant les moutons sous le lit comme le moisi de la douche ou encore sur le repose savon ; ” nous sommes d'accord que cela ne s'est pas fait qu'en un jour, c'est inadmissible, très sale, pourtant j'avais vérifié tout été OK” , même répondu à l'écrit ceci '” clean” quand j'ai signalé plus tôt le matin le problème avant de m'habiller etc. - Concernant les toiles d'araignées et étiquettes sous le bureau ” nous on nettoie les zones les p
