I had come here to visit my partner, and it was around the Paris fashion week time; so understanding the price was high due to the demands of the hotel. The location of this hotel is so amazing! 5 minutes walk to arc de triomphe and very close to the metro! Lots of restaurants / cafes around to get what you need, when you need it The room itself was nice, albeit small ; but you’d expect that in Paris. It felt modern, with very basic amenities provided. Comfortable bed, big bathroom. My favourite part of the room would have been the big window with the Juliette balcony! How very Parisian :) Overall i would say that this hotel’s strength lies in the location and just that.

Had two double bedrooms booked for one night (weeks in advance). After arrival, only one double bed was available, the other had to go with twin bed. Location is good, close to Arc de Triomphe and metro station "Augustine". Restaurants and shops nearby. Rooms have been renovated recently, looking good. Some minor flaws in the bathroom (shower water leaking throughout our room). Overall clean. We had to take stairs, no idea if the hotel has an elevator. We were not informed. Staff was dreadful, generally unfriedly, generally careless. These people should not be allowed to work in hospitality. When checking out, files with sensitive guests information were left on the reception counter. Could read all personal details of other guests. No data privacy, no one cared. There is constuction ongoign right outside, might be noisy during weekdays?! Would not visit this hotel again, despite the good location and room conditions.

My friend and I are both 18 and chose to stay at this hotel in Paris for 3 nights based on its location and value for money. It is no more than a 5 minute walk away from the Arc de Triumph and the area felt very safe for us to walk around during the day and night. The receptionists made check in very simple and throughout our whole stay they were very friendly, helpful and spoke good English. The room itself was nicely decorated and clean with a big bed. It wasn’t huge but it was the perfect size for us to use for sleeping and getting ready. The en-suite bathroom was lush and had an excellent shower. The hotel was perfect for our stay and I would definitely recommend to a friend and stay again myself.

perfectly located in the heart of Paris, closed to the subway and walking distances to most of the top area breakfast buffet is not attractive at all and high priced , we prefered to have some croissants and coffee righ behind the corner In the room we missed some amenities that you would expect from a 4 stars hotel: a curtain in the bath tub (avoiding to have water all over the bathroom after a shower), a vanity mirror in the bathroom, a laundry bag in the closet, a shoes cleaning set. the higher price is justified by the great location, not by the hotels itself

Visited Paris just for a weekend to catch up with friends. The hotel is conveniently placed in a quite and calm neighbourhood, strategically close to metro line 1 (Argentine stop), which was one of the few lines working during recent strikes. Hence, you can get to the city centre in 10/15 mins (Louvres, Centre Pompidou, Marais, Bastille etc...). Rooms would greatly benefit from renovation and sound insulation, however this was kinda offset by the price. Up to this point it would have been 3 stars review, however I then met Fabio who literally impressed me, shortly put he is a STAR. He clearly enjoys his work and can't wait to help and sort things out for you. Moreover, he can explain you where to go and how and share valuable tips in something like 15 (fifteen!!) languages (7 fluent and another 8 at acceptable level), always wearing a nice and warm smile under his moustaches. His kindness is well worth another star and your visit, especially if you are new in town and you want to make the most out of it.

I had an excellent stay at the hotel. The staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Any questions regarding Paris, attractions, or how to get around were answered. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were very nice. The hotel was a very short walk from the Arc de Triomphe and very close to multiple metro stations. I would highly recommend!

The staff were friendly and helpful - the night porter in particular was great! The room itself was small but nice enough. A small desk was enough to do some work. They were having some construction work at the hotel which was quite disruptive when I worked from the room one of the mornings. The en-suite was also small, but nice enough. The biggest issue, other than the smell and noise of the construction, was the poor wi-fi signal. I reported it to the receptionist on the first day, and he shrugged his shoulders in a "oh well" gesture! The breakfast was continental and good value for €13. The location was pretty good - close to the Champs Elysees and the Arc de Triomphe. The prices were pretty reasonable for the location too, with a plethora of restaurants within close proximity. I would go back - but for the wi-fi. I'm a businessman that needs good connectivity and a family man that needs connectivity to facetime home. I was better off on the 4G.

We stayed at Le 10 Bis Hotel for our first visit to Paris, and it was lovely. We were upgraded when we first arrived, and was served complimentary breakfast in the room which was such a luxury. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, the service was 10/10. Further the hotel was clean, smelled nice and had a lovely vibe. Both me and my partner really enjoyed the interior. The hotels location is very much recommended. A short walk from the Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Élysées. Neighbourhood felt safe and had multiple cafes, restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets very close by. Absolutely doable to walk to the Louvre Museum and the Eiffel tower as well. The room (Prestige) was spacious for Paris, had a gorgeous balcony and comfortable bed and interior. Everything was clean and working well, nice products for the bathroom and it was easy to get wine glasses, opener etc. at the front desk. The only minus was that the complementary water was not filled up every day and we didn't get any new and clean coffee cups for the coffee machine. Otherwise the breakfast was very good and parisian, both served in the room and in their breakfast room. Hotel is small, but I would absolutely love to stay there again! Super cozy feel and again wonderful staff. They made our Paris stay much better. Good value for money, especially for a four star hotel.

The staff at Hotel Astrid were so helpful when my mother and I stayed last year. The breakfast was quite tasty and even provided gluten free options, which was great. The hotel is within walking distance to several of the landmarks, we were able to walk to the Eiffel Tower and Arc du Triomphe and to the Louvre. All the taxi drivers were familiar with the hotel as well, which made it easy to get to.

We arrived at the hotel on February 16, 2020, by way of the Metro from the airport. However, the hotel is in the Heart of Paris. We were literally two blocks away from the Metro, and approximately 5 blockks from the Arc De Triomphe. There is a twenty-four hour bus service to and from the two major airports which is about three (3) blocks from the hotel. Meanwhile, our stay was fabulous, the room, of course, was modern and small (which is the European standard) and very clean; in addition, to fresh towels daily. The breakfast was impeccable with many different choices to chose from and it was enclusive of the cost of our hotel. There is a staff member on duty twenty-four hours, and the staff are very pleasant. Security is the upmost for me and, therefore, our magnetic key was used to get ourselves into the hotel's front door, to operate the elevator, and to access our room. Down in the sub-basement (elevator access), there is a free yet small, new washer and dryer. I had to ask the staff for help, because I did not understand the directions on the washer mechine. There is a 24 hour bodega at the corner, and across the street there is a 24 hour Halal burger and pizza place, which came in handy. The hotel is rated Four Stars and the price per night was very affordable.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, the room was as described (the bathroom really small, but that was ok and expected, and it still came with a heated towel rack), the bed seemed even bigger than described and was very comfy, they had a good choice for breakfast to cater for all tastes, and the staff was really helpful and friendly. The room had airconditioning, and there was an elevator so you didn't need to carry the luggage up. I can definitely recommend this hotel.

Of course you already know that I visited this place- that is of course who I am. But I also stayed at this place. And we were very happy and very satisfied with our stay- everything was good. The website is good; the price was fair and appropriate. The staff both on the telephone and at the 24 hour front desk were friendly and polite and help. The location can’t be better- a one minute walk to the metro and the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysées. Great walking area- stores and shopping. The rooms were certainly nice and pleasant and satisfactorily. Yes- they were not large. The bathroom was fine. There was a safe with an old style key. Of course they watched our luggage for us too. Yes- I liked everything about the place. My one and only complaint: we didn’t stay there long enough. See my photos of their business card and their lobby. Please “like” this great review- is all true, and I know... because—— I visited this place.

The hotel location is very good, very close to the Arc de Triomphe, a five minute walk to the subway station can also take a direct bus to and from Charles de Gaulle and Orly Airport. Facilities breakfast also fully reached the four-star standard, the gym is relatively small. The front desk is more enthusiastic. There is a little brother who can speak Chinese, which makes communication more convenient.

The hotel location is very good, in the Disneyland area, only ten minutes to Disney. The hotel has a shuttle bus at any time, the service is very good and convenient! The hotel facilities and services are very good, the staff is very warm and polite, and there is a dedicated parking lot

I regret the booking of this hotel. The gentleman at the service desk when I checked in was incredibly rude and condescending throughout the process. The room was as small as expected however the beds and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable. The shower had minimal pressure. The AC whenever it was turned on left a gathering of dust over everything in my room. Whilst it is located quite a distance from the centre, there are several stations close by which is handy, unfortunately the food options close by the hotel are terrible. I left the hotel after three nights instead of the five I had booked and paid for.

Good location, nearby Carrefour, franprix and other supermarkets! I live on the 2nd floor facing the street, and it is very quiet at night, but the sound insulation between the room and the room is really average. The room is not large and has a balcony (not every room, so it is best to leave a message to tell the room with a balcony when booking) ), There is also a door in the bathroom sharing a balcony with the room, so the balcony is quite large. The hotel only provides shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer. Slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, so it is recommended to bring your own toiletries. Lines 7 and 10 are only 5 minutes' walk from the surrounding area. Line 4 is about 15 minutes away. The 5th district is a Latin area, surrounded by universities, so it is safe! The hotel has access control locks, staff need to help open the door to enter! Breakfast is an ordinary western-style breakfast, bread, milk, eggs, oatmeal, sausage and cheese. A tax of 1.88 euros per person per night, which must be paid to the front desk when checking out. This Ctrip will also call you when you are in China to inform you that this tax must be paid to the hotel separately! The hotel provides free wlan, but the Internet speed is average, the room has air conditioning and heating. In short, the price is high!

Stayed at the B&B hotel for three nights while visiting Disney. Anyone looking for a cheap place to stay this is perfect. Hotel is spotlessly clean, really friendly staff, good sized rooms with comfortable beds and shower room. The hotel serves a simple dinner of pasta or pizza which is great, easy to order and quick to come. Breakfast is simple but just want you need at the start of the day. Tables were cleared quickly and everything very clean and presented well. We were worried about the shuttle overcrowding but there are a few services which only run from the B&B hotel and others which go to the other four hotels on the complex which makes it easy. We always got on a bus even if it was busy and never had to wait long! Lockers are available to store luggage if your arrive before your room is ready or check out early. We will be back on our next disney trip!

For the first time in a hotel model, the century-old building is said to be a historical cultural relics protection unit in Paris, so it is completely banned. My old cigarette can only smoke in a small yard. Miss Luo is very enthusiastic, let us have the feeling of going home. There is a black guy in night shift who speaks Chinese very well. He said that he read a book in Guangzhou. In the morning, the girl named Marty also speaks Chinese. There is no problem at all, and at the same time give us a lot of advice on the tour, much stronger than those that are not reliable. It is very convenient to exit the subway 50 meters away. This area is a safe place for French people to live in. The room is big enough to be the floor-to-ceiling glass window in Europe. Our bedroom is very close to the yard, so the living room is a bit noisy. It is highly recommended to add a Chinese breakfast. It is really not suitable for those cheese breads, and it is better to have Chinese TV. If you have the opportunity to come back to Paris, you will still come to the Paris Residence.
