My teenage daughter and I stayed over for 1 night as her morning flight was early. You have a standard Ibis and a Pullman in the same location but didn’t see the point of spending more for 1 night. Used the Accor app to book and it's really painless. We had a think room but you can get a doublé or triple room The reception staff were lovely and helpful. You can walk to the airport in 10 minutes. There is a Coutepaille restaurant in the standard Ibis so you don't need to go anywhere else to eat. I'd recommend booking though.

There is a 24-hour airport shuttle, and there is a special place to wait for the hotel shuttle out of the airport. There are intercoms for calling various hotels, and they will pick you up after you get through. The shuttle to the vitrolles train station can go to the lobby at any time, which is very convenient. There is a 24-hour room service. The room is a bit old.

a very good service Some installations must be removed good food compared to its price. LE SEUL PROBLEME EST LE PRELEVEMENT DE 50 EUROS DE COTION REMBOURSER AU PEUT ETRE DANS PLUSIEURS JOURS. AUCUN HOTEL NE LE FAIT A PRESENT. Personally a 50-euro fee has been debited from my account on 2-09-2022 and today no refund. And another €50 on date of 10-09 and no refund. Great gym, pool, restaurant, and bar. Very nice place and excellent staff. Only complaint is that there is not an earlier shuttle to the airport which is about a 6 /7 min walk away when there are clearly people such as myself and others who needed to be at the airport before 5 am. It’s an easy walk, which I took, however since the airport is under construction and there are no clear markings as to which side of the airport to go to, it took us nearly a half hour to reach our destination with 2 children in tow and pulling luggage. This could have been easily done with a shuttle service that coordinated with all these early flights. By 5 am the airport was packed with long lines. I will not stay here again for that reason. I paid the extra for a nice hotel with shuttle service. So it’s not worth it to me if there is only half of what is needed.

The environment is good, suitable for business trips and leisure stays, self-service hotel, the price is very cheap, and you can make some food yourself. For those who have lived abroad for a long time, they are not suitable for western food and are suitable for living!

Had a late night flight from Prague en route to Aix en Provence. Thought It would be easiest to just stay in an airport hotel and continue on in the am. The Kyriad was very reasonably priced and the compact rooms were immaculate. It is designed for travelers who need a place to stay just before or after a flight. Although we arrived well past the hours posted for a shuttle, when I called the hotel and asked if one might be available they said ”we'll pick you up in 10 minutes”. Only drawback I had in my main floor room was marginal internet. My friends on floors above said theirs was fine. Breakfast is not included, so plan accordingly. I'd happily stay here again when my travels require an overnight at the M****illes Airport.

The staff on tonight (24th March 2023), were amazing. From picking us up at the airport, checking us in, serving us at the bar and in the restaurant. So friendly and helpful always multitasking (including speaking English) with a big smile and very welcoming. The room and the food was excellent. Thank you x

Good morning to you , we had 2 weeks ! Super good ! Specially for children who have enjoyed the pool ! We had the chance not to have too many ! We would have believed our family with your kindness and availability ! Breakfast ! Sincerely, it is very copyful ... ! nothing to say ! no noise at night, nor day vis-à-vis the airport or other ... The supermarkets are 5 min in car there is all around the case where Thank you also to Virginia that is here for the household, very kind! We will return with pleasure and by now we will be well-havened .

Ryanair had cancelled our flights and in panic mode we frantically looked for anywhere to stay and came across this place we had actually stayed in an ibis (similar in photos,) in Paris that was like staying on crack ally and I was not 100% well booking this one but needs must and I was so surprised it’s cute as anything clean and cosy everything worked and beds are okay Day staff are plight and helpful all though the night receptionist needed an attitude adjustment rooms have usb points and USBC as well as normal french sockets everything you would need os here AC and fans in our room also 100% happy with my stay Note there is a €100 deposit when you arrive

Since I remain three days, at my great disappointment, I take this opinion tomorrow after I have made a comment to the direction .... Two day: So I take a shower in the bathroom and I'm looking around that it runs down all so Smooth and no serviette .... it makes good mood for the day. I go down this morning and ask for serviettes. Answer yes yes we'll put you going to lunch quietly. A poor kiwi massaged at the cut in the fresh fruits of which the prospectus speaks. A salad buffet in the evening, probably .... Short, in total correlation with the rest. Two more nights to sleep here ....

Самый обычный Ibis 2 звезды.Видел отели лучше,но и хуже. Понравилось расположение,рядом магазин и заправка с парковкой.Не понравилось размер комнаты и обман с ценами.В booking цена за двоих на 2 ночи 162€,а через Trip 148.20$.Естественно мы берём через Trip.Человек на входе(администратор) требует с вас ещё 3.80€ Tax,ну ок.После выселения потребовали чек,администратор уже другой и в чеке наша цена 142€.По факту этот отель должен стоить 126€ и не больше.
