Located near an U-Bahn station, only a few rides away from the city center. Fair size bathroom compared to the room size. Offer luggage storage if you arrive earlier than check-in. Decent Wi-Fi. Free water bottle in the room. Small safe in the room. The hotel really lives up to it's name - the room is S-M-A-L-L. 2 people and 2 suitcases and you basically don't have any maneuver space left in the room. Currently a big construction is going on just next to the hotel and they start hammering around 7AM until around 5PM - if you like your mid-day nap - no chance. Cleaning could be better, especially behind the curtains and the side tables and they bed felt a bit damp and the pillows didn't smell fresh. No closet or shelves of any kind - just a few hangers on the wall. Our room was on the ground floor, so we could smell every smoker near the entrance - no way you can close the room door (leading to the courtyard since then you have no air in the room (no AC or fan). For the price of 140 EUR for 1 night I did feel I over paid.

The hotel is very good, there is a small courtyard to sit and drink beer, the room is clean and tidy. The traffic is also very convenient. The tramway is not far from the tram street station. It takes 5 minutes to go to the central station three stations. There is a supermarket and dm daily opposite the road, very good

Goods: Hotel is new and everything works. Bed is good. Breakfast is buffet style (with COVID-19 measures) and very good. Coffee and tea station accessible 24 hours is a very nice plus. Staff is very polite. Bad: immediate location is quite ugly and offers no views. You WILL have to walk quite a bit to get to city center, as the immediate neighborhood has not much to see and do. There is a subway station right on the corner (about 100m away) if you mind walking. They have horrible, flimsy pillows. Even after getting two extra pillows (for the 2 of us), it felt wrong and offered no support. (Bad pillows seem to be a German tradition :-( The rooms are practical but a bit too small. From “ArtHotel” there is nothing to see. It is modern, but there is nothing artsy or boutique like to explain its name. The A/C, seems to work (it turns on), but it mostly only makes noise. Basically, regardless of how low you set the temperature, it just lowers the temperature about 1 or 2 degrees. It is certainly tempered with (again, a German tradition, in order to save money at the cost of their guests comfort). We had a great rate, and because of that we would even stay here again, but if we find a similar rate at a location closer to the old town (city center), we would stay somewhere else.

The overall assessment is serious First: Because the location is not far from Central Station, it is very convenient to move. It is especially convenient to go to the airport when you go home. The third floor of the second room is spacious and meaningful. Third: The breakfast is not rich, but it is a good meal

The hotel is very close to Munich Central Station and it is also very convenient to walk to the old town. The single room I stayed in, the room was small, but it was all in good condition. The room basically used all the space that can be used, but it was quite suitable for tourists who traveled alone for one or two nights. The sound insulation effect of the room is still a bit of a problem. I don’t know if it’s upstairs or next door. The breakfast is very good and must be praised. The young waiter at the front desk is pretty Nice. A middle-aged uncle is very cold and has no smile, so the service must be deducted.

The location is not far from Munich hbf (Central Railway Station) and OST (Central Bus Station). It is also within walking distance. We went to Kings Lake and Neuschwanstein by car, so we specially booked this hotel. The car is convenient. Maybe because the former Deutsches Museum Hotel is really not very good (air conditioning is not available), so the comparison is very satisfied with this hotel, although the room is not big (later found that the German hotel rooms are not too big, maybe we live Not too advanced), but clean and tidy. And the front desk staff was quite enthusiastic and told us how to get on the bus. It’s a good experience.

Hotel grades (referring to renovations, facilities) may be close to the domestic all-season hotel level, in fact quite normal, but there are wins in the own kitchen, you can cook something. There is a kettle. Double bed 1.5 m bed. In addition, most German hotels do not have air conditioning, and there is one electric fan. It was not too hot at night, and the fan was adequately ventilated. There are subway u2 lines in 3 minutes. Very close to the train station. Walk to the Marienplatz for 29 minutes and walk to the Deutsches Museum for 54 minutes. Looking at the 9-year-old child while walking, I feel that it is okay. Take a taxi to the airport for 34 minutes. In addition, there is a supermarket on the left side of the hotel. Others don't seem to have much to visit.

We stayed at the end of July for four days. Hotel location is quite convenient, quiet and prosperous. The hotel has an elevator, which is a few steps in front of the door. Hotel near the train station, a hotel, across the road to the left, there is a passage to the street, across the street is the railway station, the train station has coop and migro supermarkets, restaurants nearby, close to the large drug DM. The hotel door goes to the right, and then crosses the road, there is another mall with medicines and several supermarkets. It takes only 15 minutes to walk to the old town. We stayed in a comfortable triple room with three separate beds, one of which was a sofa bed. The room is frosty and air conditioned, but the air conditioning is not very powerful. We went to Munich for more than 30 degrees during the day, and the temperature dropped slightly in the evening, but if there was no air conditioning, I was worried that I could not sleep well. In addition, the bathroom is less narrow and has venting holes, but there is no exhaust fan, which feels a bit awkward. Breakfast is OK, there are several kinds of bread, sausage, cooked egg, ham, jam cheese butter, coffee, milk, tea, cereal, cheese, fruit, etc., the color is not much, but acceptable, probably in Europe.

Overall the check-in process with helpful staff was fine. The only improvement would have been early access to my room after considerable flying time from Australia. But that is not the hotel's fault :-) My single room was spacious enough although I was surprised the bed was so low to the ground :-( As mentioned in other reviews, there is no aircon in the hotel rooms so with west-facing windows the room was quite warm on arrival. It would be very uncomfortable in summer I imagine, even with the supplied room fan. European doors tend to shut tight to stop any draughts so there is no "default" air circulation. The only option is to open the window, which was OK. Although situated close to Munich train station, noise from the station and/or trams passing on the street below is tolerable but definitively not for light sleepers. Two sets of lifts are available with the rear lift more convenient to my room. Numerous hot and cold breakfast options including juice, fruit, cereal, yoghurt, cold cuts, eggs, sausage, bacon, baked beans, hot vegetables and bakery items covered just about everything other than cooked-to-order eggs, If staying again I would request a room on the quieter rear street.

I arrived at the hotel at 18:30 and said that the room had not been waiting for 10 minutes. Then I was told that the room was full and I was arranged to live in another hotel 400 meters away. I have booked and confirmed it in late July. I don’t know Ctrip and the hotel. Confirmation is late or for other reasons, although the waiter's attitude is very sincere, but still very upset. For this reason, I also paid 3 hours of parking fees (2.50Euro/hr, 40.00Euro/day)😒 Note: The score is not objective because the hotel is not staying at the hotel.

The location is very good, very close to the Deutsches Museum, passing through a green belt and a very beautiful river. And even walking to Munich city centre and Marianne Square is 20-30 minutes. And the separation of a river makes the hotel very quiet. And next to the hotel is an Audi 4S shop, you can go in and see the price of Audi in Germany, haha But I have to say that the conditions inside the room are really average. I am giving the room type with a loft inside the top floor. The bedroom was very small, and I could only put down a bed. I was very happy to see that the bedroom was pushed out and there was a large terrace. But then I found that the terrace was completely connected to the next door, which was not in line with the Chinese people’s habits. It also makes people feel unsafe. The air conditioning in the room is almost equal to the display, plus a few days just arrived in Munich, the sun is shining, it is very hot. So it is difficult to sleep at night. I don't know if it is only the top floor room type. This is an apartment-style hotel with a kitchen in the room. If you want to cook for yourself, it is very convenient. I don't know what it is. In the few days we stayed, we saw that almost half of the tourists in the hotel were Indians. The room area was full of curry.

This is a very cost-effective European hotel, the same price, better than the Marriott next door. First of all, the location is very convenient. It is 300 meters on foot from the subway station. The Lufthansa Express Bus at the airport is also at the entrance of the subway station. It can be 10 Euros from here to the airport, 15 minutes. The room was very good, I stayed in a superior room, but the facilities were great and new. There is a capsule coffee machine, there is a glass bottle of water (with a gas without a gas), there are bathrobe slippers, the towel is very thick. The room is very soundproof and the curtains are perfect. Room attendants are well trained and not as cold as most hotels. Book breakfast at the front desk for 26 Euros at check-in, which is a few dollars cheaper than direct signing. There are many kinds of fruits, a lot of fruits, and a handsome little brother will make you an egg roll.

We stayed at the Hotel Prinz in October, as we couldn’t praise the place enough. The staff we beyond friendly, always happy to help and offer suggestions on the location and Munich as a city. We have family in Munich so know the city pretty well, but even for us they helped us discover some hidden gems. We stayed for our wedding anniversary and booked a premium room, and whilst yes, people are correct to state no WiFi, there were plenty of windows in the room to allow a good breeze and altogether we found our room to be spacious and comfortable! Again thank you so much to everyone at the hotel, and I’m sure we will visit you again.

My boyfriend and I recently stayed at this hotel while we were in Munich to see the Christmas markets. The hotel's very convenient to the train station -- it's an easy walk of a mile or so. It's also convenient to the Christmas markets; the few stalls at Senlinger Tor are very close, and it doesn't take long to get to the markets at Marienplatz. The hotel is very modern and clean. Bedrooms seem to be on the smallish side; there's not a lot of room to maneuver around the bed(s). But bathrooms are a decent size. We didn't try the breakfast, which seemed rather expensive (19 Euro per person!). But there are many restaurants and stores nearby where you can purchase food. All rooms are several floors up (the lobby is up a flight from the ground floor, and guest rooms start on the floor above that), so there's virtually no street noise even though the hotel's located in a fairly busy pedestrian area.

We stayed here during the Christmas Markets. It was an easy walk from the Salingertor Station (be sure to use the correct exit which has an up escalator but no down escalator). There is a lot of construction in the area and heavy traffic,so exiting on the correct exit is a must! Coming from the airport with luggage, exit the metro car at Marinplatz and change lines to one going to Salinger Tor station. It is an easy walk with no luggage but with luggage and the crowds at the market, we decided to change lines. The check in was easy and friendly. Our prepaid reservation was without breakfast but they did have it available as well as a nice small bar. The elevator is very small but it held both of us and our luggage which is very small. The room was filled with charming antique furniture so if you want new and matching, this is not for you. The room was clean and the linens were nice. Our only complaint was the soap/body wash/shampoo was limited. We asked for more and received it with no problem. The gentleman at the front desk remembered our name and room number each time we saw him, even when we checked out for a few days and returned for a second stay. It is close to everything but away from the craziness.

This hotel is rather biased. When I went there, I didn't know why the Munich hotels were expensive and not suitable for us, so I looked for a hotel not too far from the subway station. But it's really far away from the city. I feel like going there for at least half an hour, and the Munich rail traffic is particularly crowded. It takes 1 hour to go to BMW! There were few people at night, but it felt safe, and there were many houses nearby. Buy a bus ticket, you can't go anywhere. There is a meat roll shop near the downstairs okay. There seems to be no serious restaurant nearby. There is a Burger King which is very low and did not go. There is a supermarket, which is not very cheap. Fortunately, it can be replenished. You have to buy some water and breakfast. Facilities are similar to domestic express hotels, the room is half smaller! Two small single beds, a bit like a hotel in Hong Kong. However, it is clean, the chain is very formal, and living is OK. There is a kettle. I don't know why many hotels in Germany have not completely separated their baths, and they always get a lot of water out. The bathroom is Japanese, with a toilet in the small grid. If there are no cheap hotels in the city, I would still stay here and take a train to the airport for more than an hour.
