Good hotel, stayed for New Years. I wrote in advance to be given a room with a view. Upon arrival, they simply gave it to the courtyard, but after negotiations, the next day they replaced it with an excellent one with a view of the opera and a corner balcony. The breakfasts are good, there is everything) except for champagne, of course, as it is not accepted in Paris. 100€ deposit per day. Room service is delicious. For the New Year, they presented delicious tea from the Rakh cafe. Pleasantly)
Today was our last day at the Kimpton St Honoré Paris. If we had to sum up our stay in one word, it would be “delightful.” From start to finish, our experience at this hotel surpassed our expectations. The location is difficult to beat: a short walk from major attractions, such as the Louvre, Place Vendôme, Place de la Concorde, and shopping (including Printemps and Galleries Lafayettes); even the Musée D’Orsay is not too far away. The rooms are beautiful, spacious (for Parisian standards), clean, modern, and nicely appointed; and, perhaps most importantly from an American perspective, air conditioned with adjustable temperatures (68 degrees, no problem!). The breakfast buffet is lovely, and the wait staff is very attentive. Every afternoon there is a “social hour” from 5-6pm in the hotel lounge, where guests are treated to a glass of wine or another refreshment of their choice. The hotel sports an ample indoor swimming pool and a hammam and sauna in the basement (next to the gym), a welcome reprieve after a day of sightseeing (our children particularly enjoyed their time in the pool). But now the best part: the staff is absolutely outstanding in their friendliness, attentiveness, and professionalism. First rate, hands down. Coincidentally, yesterday was our daughter’s 7th birthday and the staff went out of their way to arrange a special birthday surprise for her at breakfast and later in our children’s room, where she was greeted with balloons and a delicious chocolate cake. While we had a wonderful time during our almost-weeklong visit in Paris generally, the staff at the hotel contributed meaningfully to our overall experience. And while there was one minor snafu with housekeeping on the last night of our visit—perhaps a function of the hotel being relatively new and some housekeeping personnel still requiring additional training—management went out of its way to address the issue, was genuinely apologetic and, without prompting, took every measure to appropriately accommodate us for the inconvenience. A special shout-out is in order for the following hotel employees: Nicolas (who manages the restaurant, has the most positive attitude, and made us feel welcome every morning); Francois (our waiter at breakfast, who is a gem); Nina, Morgane & Hermance from the reception and concierge team (who were always helpful and accommodating); and Francisco (the bar tender and mixologist extraordinaire who is as cool as his cocktails are delicious).
Scribe hotel is a very good to recommend. Despite booking via Trip.com, they do still recognise/appreciate our feedback as accor club member. The location is very good, room, restaurant and services as well. If you check the location, you can notice the close proximity to many shopping malls and areas. Hotel did also help and manage our special request for birthday celebration. Top 👍👍👍
With a stay at Maison Albar Hotels Le Vendome in Paris (Paris City Centre), you'll be 1 minutes by foot from Grands Boulevards. This spa hotel is close to Galeries Lafayette and Opéra Garnier.Take time to pamper yourself with a visit to the full-service spa.Make yourself at home in one of the air-conditioned rooms featuring flat-screen televisions. Private bathrooms with bathtubs or showers feature complimentary toiletries and hair dryers.
I was satisfied
The location is really good and the facilities are good.
The room is actually small
But there's a space to spread two big carriers!
There's a wardrobe.
And the bathroom was big and nice!
Above all, the kindness and sense of the reception and restaurant staff was the best.
I think I'll go here again if I go to Paris.
In the Opra area, you can find a hotel with such a large room size. The luggage of two people can be completely spread out. And there is still a place to walk, it is really very good! Convenient location, go to Lafayette, the Arc de Triomphe can be legs. There are many choices for eating around... very satisfied, family travel to Paris first choice! The hotel lobby is relatively small, the door is in a walking alley, the car does not come in. Stop by the road and walk to the hotel for about a minute. The stone road team box is not very friendly, and the rest are not faulty!
The location of the hotel is excellent, and it is convenient to travel! The room is generally cramped. Breakfast is delivered to the room because there is no lobby for guests to eat. This is also a solution! The room I arranged for me is unfortunately the bathroom window cannot be opened, so it is more difficult to breathe. Fortunately, the room has two small windows for ventilation and light. Happily, the hotel has prepared a kettle, which is very much needed for Chinese people! The hotel provided me with a one-night parking service and check-out was extended appropriately. Thank you very much! Thanks also to the staff of Ctrip who helped me!
To be honest, I was a bit worried about staying in a hotel alone in Paris this time. I brought surveillance cameras and door arrivals! But in fact, the front desk of the hotel was very friendly. I stayed for three consecutive days and chose not to let them clean the room. The main reason was to prevent the hotel from stealing things, but it didn't. The breakfast buffet is 13 Euros, and a tax of 1.8 Euros will be charged a day! It is very convenient to buy things. Every day, I keep buying and buying and then put them upstairs. If you can't bring them, you can also send them to the Chinese Express Duty Free Shop downstairs. There are various Chinese restaurants downstairs, and you will consider coming.
There is nothing to say about the location of the hotel, it's really good. Carrefour is right not far from the right hand side of the hotel. You can only go through the formalities if you arrive early. You can ask for the slippers at the front desk
On the 24th, I went to Paris for seventy years of hot weather. The hotel room was small and there was no air conditioning. There was only a cylindrical electric fan. When it opened, it snorted and it was really difficult at night. The temperature was slightly lower in the next few days, and I could only open the window to sleep, but I was afraid of being unsafe and worried all night. I didn't know if I didn't clean the carpet on the first day of the stay. I used to barefoot in the room and found a lot of dirty things on the carpet, and many transparent bead-like desiccants. In addition, the hotel is required to pay the house card, relatively safe, a black brother is very good, every time he sees him, he smiles, there is a slightly thin white waiter who puts a stinky face every time. Because we wanted Switzerland on the day of check-out, it was check-out at 4 in the morning. At that time, the car had not come yet. We had to hand over the room card and wanted to wait in the lobby for a car. He actually drove us out. In addition, I would like to talk about the deposit in the comments. I was under great pressure before I went there. I couldn’t eat. I still ate fruit and snacks for a few days, but we paid a deposit of 200 Euros at check-out. The time back is very smooth. I think about banned eating in the room may mean that the taste is relatively heavy, like the sour noodles. The hotel has been on the column for a few days. The only thing that feels good is that the location is very good, very convenient, and other feelings are not good.
The Charles de Gaulle airport bus runs directly to the hotel within a few minutes walk. The hotel rooms are relatively large compared to the surrounding hotels of the same price, and you can cook your own meals. Although the bed is a sofa bed, it does not feel uncomfortable. After a day of bathing in the bathtub, it is a good experience to take a bath. The microwave, kettle, coffee maker, etc. are very complete. The dishcloths are all new. There is an iron and ironing board in the closet. One day I returned to the hotel and caught up with the hotel's activities. I set up a table of French desserts for guests to taste for free. Haha, if they made it, they were too sweet to eat. Several subway lines and train stations are conveniently located near the hotel. The Orangery Museum is within walking distance.
The hotel is in a good location, the rooms are large and clean, new, and the public order is good. The hotel lobby is a glass sliding door. You need to swipe your room card to enter. The room was flat with 2 large boxes without pressure. The toilets are also very large. There are 2 sets of L'Occitane in a house, and a large bottle of mineral water is given away.
Walk to the LV main store for 2 minutes, and make early purchase without pressure. It only takes 2 minutes to the Hermes George Avenue branch, and Bulgari is also nearby. If you want to buy luxury goods, you can put it back in the hotel before you continue. Do n’t worry about safety. 7-8 minutes walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe.
The only bad thing is that the front desk called me at 10 o'clock in the morning on the day of check-out. This is a bad experience ... The hotel can help call a taxi to the airport. The hotel said the price was basically the same.
The cafeteria and gym are located in B1. There is a Royal Treasure in the hotel, not sure if it is the same as Shanghai.
It is very convenient to buy daily necessities and eat nearby, the service is also good, giving a warm feeling. However, the room is super small, simple appearance, the bed is also very small, it is recommended that fat people do not book here. The room I stayed in was very quiet, and the other room where my friend lived was very noisy, because there were many shops nearby that opened late at night, so the room when I checked in decided the quality of the stay.
Stayed at Hotel Panache for a week at the end of February and had a great experience. Sophia and the reception staff are very friendly, professional and helpful. It is is a great location, within walking distance of Montmartre, Opera Garnier and the big department stores, the Louvre/Palais Royale and other popular areas, as well as very close to Grands Boulevards metro. Yes the rooms may seem small etc. by North American standards as per some other reviews, but don’t forget you are in Paris in a 19th century building and the rooms are comfortable and charming. It was an amazing base for a week of adventures around the city. Also excellent restaurants, bakeries, shops in the area everywhere you turn, and pharmacies within a 5 minute walk where you can have your vaccine certificate converted into a passe sanitaire (on the corner of rues Cadet and La Fayette). We will definitely return, à la prochaine!
For us, as a family we decided for the first time to book apartment hotel, rational , multiple rooms as traveling with kids , bigger Space overall , all in one apartment rather then separating in two rooms hotel , price for location Location of This place is unbeatable , 1 min form famous chance Elise, metro station , walking distance from rest of main attraction in Paris , restaurants from all kind all around. Further more the beds were very comfy , clean , WiFi excellent , staff were great ! ... the only thing I will mention is that there is one bathroom in this apartment , so for a family it might be challenging sometime , beside all was great , if going to Paris defiantly will return
Our room was absolutely tiny and looked nothing like the pictures. The shower had mould around the screen and the bathroom could barely fit one person standing. Breakfast was minimal, freshly cooked croissants was a huge plus but other than that, very little variety and not very fresh, the pineapple looked on the turn and the cheese and meat looked straight from a supermarket packet. Fortunately we weren't there for the hotel but still, it wasnt cheap for two nights and I had expected more.
I stayed at this hotel during my first trip to Paris in the 1990s. I continued to stay there every year until 2005, when I stopped traveling to Europe for a few years. In 2018 I returned to Paris and Hotel Emile under its new ownership. They had really done a lot to spruce up the hotel even before COVID 19. My husband and I love this hotel because of its great location. The metro is just across the street. There is a great cafe downstairs on the corner and a grocery store, pastry shop, boulangerie, fromagerie, librarie, etc. all within less than a 10 min walk. It is on the edge of the Marais, the best place in Paris for night time wanderings, in my opinion. And best of all, the hotel is clean and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There is a real warmth and family feeling at the hotel. I wouldn't change Hotel Emile for the Hotel Charles V!
Hotel location is very good, very close to the train station, travel is very convenient, the boss is super good, we started living for five days, then came back to Paris from Frankfurt for another three days, washing clothes every day in the summer, the room is clean and tidy, the boss is The second stay also offered a discount on the room rate and breakfast. It was a very good person. I hope to go to Paris next time to stay at this hotel! Recommend everyone to stay! Thank you
Stayed here for a June trip to Roland-Garros, and the location was ideal, between 15th & 7th. Good metro stops, restaurants, market. The price is a little higher than listed but that's true for any place nearby this time frame. And the comfort of the room made up for it. The proprietors are wonderful, great service, nice breakfast. To our surprise, when we left behind an inexpensive hat, they mailed it to us in the Languedoc at no charge. Thank you!
It’s really bad! Platinum Member! The hotel turned out to be a bad air conditioner! The weather of thirty-five degrees is not air-conditioned! Suggestions, the lobby manager is very unfriendly and free breakfast and a few bottles of water? ? ? ? But for a few single Indian guests (just I know) to checkin the same day! And the manager protested and told me that our compensation is breakfast! I will never live in this intercontinental again! Service facilities are not as good as China's one star! ! ! !
Breakfast was very French, yogurt oatmeal coffee white cheese apple puree bacon, I ate with the old French lady next to me. What she eats what I eat haha. It is a small room of 9 square meters, but it also has a separate toilet and bathroom, which is good. Living alone is really suitable. The staff is also very nice and speaks English. But there was no inspection when checking out. So I dropped my earphones ...
Third stay in this hotel and I am still seduced by their services.
I had chosen it at the very beginning for its ideal location close to the metro station - RER Charles de Gaulle Étoile and for its competitive prices.
Since my first stay, it has become my reference hotel in Paris that I recommend to everyone around me.
The welcome is at the height of a 4-star hotel: discretion, respect, sympathy and always personalized. Thanks to Driss, Zaid, and all the staff we had the chance to meet.
They have contributed to making our stays beautiful Parisian experiences thanks to their welcome, their advice and their kindness during each of our stays.
The rooms are certainly dated but they are clean and comfortable.
The bedding is excellent, the volumes of the rooms are generous, the bathrooms are always clean.
During our previous stays, we tested the rooms on the courtyard side (the 207 and 407 are perfectly quiet) then the 403 which overlooks Avenue Victor Hugo and which has a balcony offering a view of the Arc de Triomphe. Each of these rooms was immaculate.
The equipment was perfectly adapted to our needs: free wifi, television, coffee and tea available in the room with the kettle and cups, assortment of essential products in the bathroom, mini-fridge. Everything was clean and functional.
And above all, special mention for the water pressure of the shower! We loved this extra comfort!
Thank you to the whole team and see you soon
Very good experience with this hotel. Kindness of the staff really I
have a good stay.
With the gray outside I didn't even want to go out with the very nice and clean room I had
Very good location for the Gare de Lyon everything is nearby to eat
I liked the view from the top floor that the staff had taken into account since I had wanted a beautiful animated view from above
In any case I would recommend to my relatives and I would return with pleasure.
Have a good day
A budget 3 star hotel. It is more convenient to take the subway station for about 7 or 8 minutes. The room was small, except for the bed and luggage, there was no place to go. Breakfast is just like nothing, no surprises. The wine station is very close to Chinatown and it is convenient to eat Chinese food. There is a small memorial hall nearby, which is cheap and good, but sometimes there are many people. In short, if the requirements are not high, it is good to live.
Overall satisfactory, but the room is still not spacious. It's farther than I thought to walk to the Eiffel Tower, but it's okay because the subway is close. However, on the first day, I was assigned room 133, but I couldn't sleep until 1:30 because it was on the upper floor of the bar.
The location of the hotel is just super. Near Mars Field, to Eiffel Tower you can reach in 5 minutes. The rooms are clean, comfortable. At the respiratory we met an employee named Andrey , he is separate thanks. (We have answered many questions that are interesting to us and gave some advice) we took breakfast. They are scarce but they can be saturated. We had room 602. There is a teapot, a fan, a refrigerator, a TV without Russian channels) The only minus is the floors in the bathroom. They are ice) The view from the window is not bad and the main thing is not noisy. Near the hotel 5 metres subway) the hotel recommends. Next trip we choose it again)
I'm afraid of the Korean people's night I've used for the first time and I'm using it now because I'm rushed to book at a private house. The staff in the lobby were really friendly and warmly greeted, and explained enough information to me. Basic room but not narrow toilet, shower booth was also large enough. I am satisfied that the room is not very narrow compared to other hotels in Paris.
It only takes about three to five minutes to walk from Paris Gare de Lyon to the hotel, which is very convenient. Did not have breakfast at the hotel, but there are Starbucks coffee around the hotel, there are many restaurants, and there are also many restaurants in the train station that can solve breakfast. The rooms are small and exquisite, and very quiet. Considering such a convenient location, it can be said to be very cost-effective. From Lyon Station, it is very convenient whether to take the subway to the main attractions shopping streets or to go to the suburbs of Versailles and Fontainebleau. recommend!
Bonjour!! Where do I begin? The staff was phenomenal, Leanne checked us in and she assisted us on many mornings. She was always very pleasant and helpful . In the late evenings Fawzi and Alexander assisted us. Fawzi was very informative, kind , and just a overall great person to chat with during our stay. Alexander shared different areas to check out and recommended this amazing French restaurant that is a walk from the hotel called the L'Abreuvoir. There was a great balance with everyone even those that worked the mornings and prepared the breakfast, and also the housekeepers. Kindness goes a long way and we felt so welcomed! :) The rooms were in perfect condition, clean and our room had a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. We are definitely coming back in the future there is no other place we’d rather go! Thank you to all the staff at the Hotel Eiffel Saint Charles! ;)
The hotel is very comfortable and is very comfortable and is very comfortable. The breakfast is complete with fresh fruit available. I regret a lack of reactivity when I reported a lack of shower gel in the bathroom and another malfunction with baggage. I was surprised when I picked up my luggage to see that my luggage was stayed at the ground in the hall of reception, at the mercy of any evil person leaving the hotel, this is not a secure luggage.
Wow! This hotel is in a fabulous location, yet unlike some central hotels still upholds great standards. The rooms are a good size, the hotel is clean and actually very nice and quiet… and finally, the staff are first class! Would definitely recommend to others :)
About 500 meters from the subway station, the second last station on the 4th line, belonging to the subway line 1 area, buy the cheapest 1.9 subway ticket to the major attractions in the city of Paris (recommended to buy 10 a book at a time, an average of one Zhang 1.49), triple room, the room is quite small, only one box can be opened, the shower room and the bathroom are separated, the bathing room is not wrong, the bath room is too small, and the water leaks out, but the price is also in Paris. Can't ask too much. Breakfast 6 euros a person, croissants are delicious, there is a tram next to the subway station, a few stops to the Chinese area, there are many Chinese restaurants, but the Chinese area is more chaotic, more black people, more drunks, after eating black It’s better to go back to the hotel.
The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood and very unassuming. It is a 10 minute walk to the subway, though there is are a number of buses on the corner. The staff could not be more friendly, patient and accommodating. The interior design is ultra-modern, high quality and chic. The entire hotel is immaculate. We had a Queen size bed in a Standard room, as requested. The bed was The Best, as were the linens. Amenities in the room and throughout the hotel were great. The breakfast is fabulous! Waffles, eggs, sausage, ham, soppressata, fresh squeezed orange juice, delicious coffee and cappuccino, dried fruits and nuts, granola, assorted jellies and preserves, yogurt, fresh baked chocolate and plain croissants, danish, and mini apple turnovers-yum! A beautiful park is just two blocks away. If this hotel were in the heart of the city it would cost four times the price. The hotel is A LITTLE GEM.
Nice budget hotel, right next to the Moulin Rouge. It is relatively clean, and it is a relatively standard chain economy hotel in the vicinity. The car park is a public car park. For a fee, the hotel can offer a discount. The only thing to note is that there is a cemetery next to the hotel, and some of the cemeteries can be seen from the window of the room.
The Ibis conditions are quite good, but the surrounding environment is too bad. When we heated the food at the front desk, because of the large amount of luggage, we managed poorly. We didn’t know when someone had taken a bag and was stolen some cash. One person ran back sweating and said that he saw someone taking our bag and he was chasing it back. Then we checked that the cash was gone. But the two of us were too stupid, and thanked each other. Later, the people around me should be the thief... Then we contacted the hotel right away, the hotel expressed anger, but we finally had no right to monitor even the monitoring, who did not know who to take How to get it, can't recover it. Although there are a lot of French policemen around the market looking at the market, everyone said it was useless. . In Paris, I really want to remind all of you who have just come, pay more attention.
Great boutique hotel located a few blocks from Garre deLyon Train station. Near many good restaurants . The rooms are modern opt for a larger room. Very clean the staff is very helpful and a pleasure too deal with. The breakfast is excellent. Great for walking and discovering the neighborhood.
We have had a great time. I'm sorry that time they didn't offer us an upgrade but we felt very comfortable.
There are some points missing for this hotel to be the most perfect, but the breakfast still not fully realized due to the pandemic was very good (they confirmed by phone that my son was not paying for being under 12 years old but weno ... I suppose that If you don't claim like this, they don't ask you ...) telephone line hardly audible, very complicated when you don't have the room service menu (because of the covid, I understand but you have to propose a digital alternative with the telephone or another, impossible to read on television The menu The most positive point that every hotel should have is its staff, I hope to see the ones that were working the last time we came.
One last thing please send me my invoice that I never received by e-mail, thank you.
The hotel is a boutique. The space is small, but relatively delicate. The hotel is ideally located, 10 minutes walk to Galeries Lafayette department store and 5 minutes walk to the Moulin Rouge. It is a quiet place. The room is slightly smaller and it is clean and clean. Breakfast is located on the basement level and the food is relatively simple but tastes good. The hotel is small and old but has an elevator. A common area on the ground floor is available for rest and waiting for hotel procedures and free refreshments. Overall, the hotel “small but small”.
