👍🏿Location 300m from the beach and 100m from the St Roch tram, near the super U and nice restos 👍🏿 Home and freedom of movement in the hotel, no receipt at night but the entrance is under digicode. 👍🏿 Fine broad shower with a good constant flow rate. 👍🏿 I could leave my luggage in storage all afternoon after checkout, without problem. 👎 Rooms are very badly soundproofed, they hear from the corridor to the upper floor, water hunting noise and other discomforts 👎 The 110 toilets are not broad and it's a little acrobatic. 👎 The moquette was full of sheep in the corners.

We had a very nice long stay at this new property and from the checking in until we left the staff were very friendly, welcoming and service minded. This addition to the Hilton brand is one to be proud of, very tasteful design and décor. The rooms were spacious and well equipped; especially if you're staying for a few days. Small fridge, Nespresso coffee maker, iron with ironing board, etc. I am confident this will be a very popular hotel. Walking distance into town with restaurants and cafes on the way. The breakfast served was buffet style and all produce was high quality. Seemed to struggle a bit with keeping up demand and some items were also unfortunately a bit cold. Eggs cooked to order were very good and always well seasoned. Good choice and quality coffee from machines. Great pastries and bread selection available. Was a bit disappointed with the selection of cold cuts and lack of perhaps a Pâté, etc. Again the team working here was great and always helpful. Overall a great stay but I think F&B needs tweaking. Issues with AC and we were moved to a nice suite but still not coping fully and this should be looked into. The fridges in the rooms also seem to be a bit low capacity as it took a very long time to cool anything.

We stayed in the Best Western Art-apartments flat #2. The BW manages 4 flats though the hotel about 2 blocks from the actual hotel. We booked through the BW website and checked in at the hotel. The flat is a 2 floor walkup. The one we were in is not the one pictured on their website. The sleep sofa was in need of TLC. Each window had one large curtain. One in the sitting room where the sleep sofa was located was falling down. It's summer. Sunrise is ~0530 and sunset is 2230. The kitchen was adequate. The washer was loud but worked. The bathroom was small. The shower, telephone kiosk size, was in need of a thorough scrubbing and the glass shelf above the sink kept falling as it wasn't properly mounted. Positives: great location. In spite of all the bars and restaurants close by it was very quiet at night. Safe. Street parking was plentiful. Negatives: it needs some TLC. I'm also a member of AirBNB. When one books on AirBNB the accommodation pictured is what you're supposed to get. I feel like the nicest flat is the only one they have pictured. Even though we booked through BW, there is no housekeeping services. No towel exchange, refresh of toiletries or even extra toilet paper. They clean at the end of the stay but we washed the towels and bought TP.

Family hotel, hotel rooms are on the 3-5 floor, no elevator, pay attention to the baby, it is really very hard. The general sanitation of the room is normal. Breakfast is too simple, next to Carrefour and the bakery, breakfast at the hotel is not recommended. Le Havre is very small and can be walked on foot. There is a public car park downstairs and the parking space is adequate.

The hotel is comfortable with its original Perret version. Don't believe the tired hotel corridors. The strangest thing is that the toilet and bathroom are separate. There are no kettles, glasses, refrigerators, tea or coffee in the room, but because of fresh Norman croissants and some homemade options, the continental breakfast is delicious. The service is discreet but good. Here, we stayed quietly. A minor problem for me, the bed was too soft and I sank in, but it was very subjective.

LOCATION: Looking out over the water of Le Havre's Bassin, Hotel Pasino is well placed for exploring city on foot. Many of the historic sights of Le Havre plus engaging displays of street art are at almost every turn only minutes away across the footbridge opposite. St Joseph's monumental modern stained glass church tower is just down the street along with the Volcan, known locally as the < pot de yaourt > (yoghurt pot) theatre complex. A bit further away is the beach which although more pebbles than sand looked glorious as the late afternoon sun hovered low in the sky on Bastille Day. VIEW: I booked a Superior Privilege room looking out over Le Havre's Bassin and it was money well-spent for the view that was both interesting and relaxing. At night, the bridge over the Bassin was illuminated, with the sunflower yellow and turquoise of Ukraine's flag alternating on Bastille Day with France's tricolore of blue, white and red. The effects looked magnificent reflected in the water. ROOM: A vestibule along which was a luggage rack and plenty of wardrobe space led to the well-appointed room with subtly luxurious finshes. Big bathroom, good shower, vanity with plenty of room for toiletries and a completely separate loo. SERVICE: Welcoming and helpful throughout. BREAKFAST: Julie, a quietly engaging, ever-smiling young woman who oversaw the beautifully-presented buffet most mornings made not only my day, but my stay, as she helped me with my fractured French (and I reciprocated by adding to her English).

Not entirely sure as to whom the hotel is meant to appeal. I imagine for families it would be great. Listing points good and not so good: Parking. Just three spaces, not secure just off the road edge. When we arrived the in road parking was full so could be a problem. By early evening there were however lots of spaces. Welcome. Very friendly, check-in quick and fuss free. As we were a couple an additional drink added to my freebie. This was very welcome and unusual. Room. Clean and more than adequate size. Bathroom. Some orange mould on the grouting between the shower tiles. Dinner. Limited menu but food much better than anticipated. My wife's desert poached pear in ginger was excellent. Bar. Wine served in generous good quality glasses. Restaurant glassware adequate but notably not as good quality. All staff helpful and friendly. Would stay again.

Very Very disappointed and as they say arrogant French students at reception with no knowledge or customer service training. Worse if they are not trainees or students. We booked this hotel based on the location which is the reason of this 1 star otherwise a 0 is what this hotel would get in my opinion and truly deserves. Have previously stayed many times with the Accor brand and this seriously needs a revamp but most importantly, please please the Director of this hotel needs to see its customer service, a client complains and the lady at the reception is not even listening and no apologies presented or whatsoever. On booking, I requested rooms near each other but was given 2 on different levels, plus at Check in the Gentleman argued about having no booking message then confirming but with no solution presented just saying ”Oh yes I can see”. So now you see what do you do apology, a commercial gesture, a gratuity, N O T H I N G = PEAK OF UNPROFESSIONALISM. Booked 2 rooms a standard room and a suite but the suite was the worst ever seen or experienced the room was dirty and the bar area with the nespresso coffee machine was full of stain and limescale everywhere as never been washed. The room was dusty and no Covid instructions applied as no area was clean or sanitized. The suite is totally a No go Zone and a rip off, you are better off with the standard rooms as they have been renovated apparently on the first and second floor. The reception area was mostly left on its own without anybody present between 5-10 minutes and the lift was all broken like a fight had taken place, furthermore the 4th Floor button was not available for a 4 star hotel that is a shame. Regarding the rooms, The beds were comfortable but the sofa bed and Twin beds are very uncomfortable and also we were stung by bed bugs from these specific beds and woke up with a whole leg itching and full of redness so did my partner. Not worthy for any good and I seriously hope the management takes position regarding that. Would literally ask a refund for such a bad experience. - Rooms Dirty and uncomfortable - Outdated and not maintained establishment - Bad Bad Customer Service on Check-in and Check out.

The McDonald’s is at the station behind, convenient to the boutique terminal, the rooms on the upper 3 floors are spacious, practical decoration, beautiful welcome tray and pot, clean and good bedding, bathroom with bathtub, working very well, drying hair The effect is very good, the small problem of the toilet stuck, improper layout. I stayed for 5 days and feel good, the beach is 10 minutes by tram.

I have visited this hotel twice since I last reviewed it. Once in March and again in July, just before and after the coronavirus lockdown. What I liked on my very first visit was the number of english language TV channels; far more than you normally find in French hotels. However, on my March visit, I found that most of these english channels were not working, and although I complained, and was told that action was beng taken, the matter remained unresolved during my March stay. By the time of my visit in July, most of the english channels were working again, but Euronews in English was still down. As I have commented many times on Trip Advisor, I consider that the standard Ibis Rouge Hotel room is unsuitable for double occupancy unless you are sharing a single suitcase. There is a woeful shortage of wardrobe space and bathroom shelf space. It would be a simple measure for Ibis to install one or more additional shelves on the bathroom wall. However, this particular Ibis, has some bigger rooms, which are actually intended for triple or quadruple occupancy. These are more expensive unless you are able to claim a free upgrade by virtue of membership of Accor's loyalty programme. These rooms have numbers ending in x50, x60, x70, x80 and x90. The restaurant is a very good low cost option, especially if you like pizza. They also have a regular menu which is adequate but not very extensive. The breakfast buffet in all Accor hotels, is not what it normally would be, because of restrictions imposed by the coronavirus pandemic. The fruit salad buffet is most affected. Hotels are no longer able to put out all the various bowls of fruit for the customers to help themselves to what they want. They now can only offer a selection of individual fruit (salad) portions. The big self service bowls of orange and pink grapefruit segments are no longer available, nor is the big bowl of pineapple chunks. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff are very helpful.

This hotel is state of the art when we consider the apperance and the comfortable and very clean rooms. Great beds and shower. Good internet and secure parking free of charge. However due to Corona measures of owners only one employee available that acts as receptionist, barkeeper, cook etc. Only a limited selection of prepared food available that's heated for you. Quality reasonable, price too high. Breakfast is served in a bag and too high priced for that reason. Staff is friendly and tries to give service, however when its busy, this one men/women show reminds me of Faulthy Towers with John Cleese. Management should not try to save cost by cutting down the staff. Hotel ok, but restaurant is not what I am used to with Campanilles.

The room we had was not really terrible: a maximum of furniture in a minimum of space to say there is a desk, but the room was very good. The board is ... but it is impossible to turn the bed. This may explain the low level of cleanliness ... Sleeps on the moquette and chairs, a bit of bread and I pass. The kitchenette has not been changed since the last century! The shower door does not pass properly (it would deserve to be seriously re-established before it is no longer possible to use). The bathroom is dressed with hair and hair, the toilet bath in a orange juice, not very hygienic all this but we apply the health instructions well !!! Thankfully the staff is pleasant, welcome and smile ! Despite this only positive point, we are not ready to put our feet back on it.
