There is free parking, the transportation is very convenient, there is a small train station in the city at the door, excluding breakfast. Entering a password, the room is still very large, I booked a 3 person room, the child is an extra bed!

Easy for us to get to from the Midi station. We were met by our host, who lives on the property and he accomodated our earlier arrival. The very unassuming door of 168, opens up to this delightful multi storey restored mansion. Our room was large and retained the original style, whilst the ensuite was ultra modern. 5 guest suites have been modernised. We could make tea or coffee in the dining room at any time and breakfast was just delicious. Freshly squeezed orange juice, scrambled aggs, pastries, cereal, a milk selection, something for everyone. We slept vey well. Although our host had kindly loaded up a transport card, we chose to access the interesting neighbourhoid for both lunch and an evening meal. Just loved the whole experience and would definitely stay again.

Everything is clean, rooms are silent, clean and I slept very well. Breakfast has everything I need and not so much different things that you can not decide what to eat / drink. I missed nothing. The service is perfect, they are doing a great job and arn't too serious if you don't be too serious as well. Speaking perfectly english so I had no problem to communicate.

We stayed here recently after deciding on a last minute trip to Brussels so our accommodation options were limited. My husband researched the area of St Gilles and determined it to be one of the trendier districts. I would disagree completely after our visit and I won’t be trusting him with these kind of decisions again. We walked to the hotel from the Zudi train station. It was a horrible walk with suitcases mainly uphill on cobbled streets with very little around to take interest in. Porto Hal metro was around 8 mins away so it wasn’t a bad walk downhill. At night we would rent scooters to take us home. When we arrived at the hotel we had a quick and friendly check in. We were told our room was on a specific floor and the lift was broken. When we carried our own luggage to the room we must have walked up 8 flights of narrow uneven stairs. The room wasn’t accessible as the cleaners were there and our first impression of the stairways was that it was run down and in need of repair. There were bleach stains all over the carpet, footprint bleach stains and spillage like stains. So this was clearly all down to carelessness. Our room appeared to be spotless. Crisp linen. Two single beds pushed together to form a double. I personally don’t mind this but my husband hates it. We had some very comfortable sleeps. Once again the carpet was in need of replacement. The bathroom was modern, clean apart from the toilet that had the previous guests last deposit still floating about. The shower was amazing. They don’t supply a lot of toiletries. There’s a dispenser with shampoo, two small bars of soap and one glass. We figured that we had probably rushed the cleaners out of the room quickly by landing outside. But the following day we didn’t get an extra glass. The hairdryer was superb. The room was dark with the curtains open. But we had a comfortable stay as I said apart from being woken to the maintenance men fixing the lift beside our room early in the morning. Also these rooms are not soundproof like they specify. We didn’t have breakfast. €15 each is extortionate to be fair. We asked for recommendations for somewhere to eat the first night. We were told to head out and walk and we would find something. I don’t think we ate for two hours after that because the directions were so bad and there was nothing great nearby. I wouldn’t stay here again purely because I feel it’s a bit out of the way. The hotel needs some updating. I usually like to stay in quieter neighbourhoods if the hotel gets amazing reviews but this one didn’t really do it for me.

This hotel is OK as a business hotel. I would not recommend it for a tourist visit. The location is next to a light rail stop. Other than that, the location seems to have nothing to recommend it. (This was my first visit to Brussels, and the hotel was booked by my business, so I don’t know why the location was chosen and I would not choose it again.) It is about a 10-15 minute light rail ride from the city center. There are almost no restaurants or shops within easy walking distance. One night I had to buy dinner from the convenience grocery on the corner because there were no restaurants open within a 10 minute walk. Plus it was raining, which I understand is typical. So bring snacks or good rain gear if you want to eat! The housekeeping was not great. My bathtub was not cleaned after the first night and contained dirt and hairs — I hope they were mine! Shower water pressure was non-existent on the morning I left. I was unable to shower, which is fairly troubling before embarking on a long plane trip. So, in case you are keeping score, shower: non-functional; bathtub: dirty; hello, towel bath! Elevator was very slow. One was broken (notice said: three weeks “for your convenience”) and there were only two. I recommend staying on a lower floor so you have a chance of walking up. Walls were thin so I was kept awake by loud neighbor guests. Wall outlets were few and had no universal adapters for international travelers. Free WiFi was good. Receptionist did not provide useful advice about local travel when I asked. I can only guess this hotel doesn’t serve many tourists, only business travelers. If you stay here, you will need to use the light rail to get most places, so buy yourself a ticket, and good luck using those machines! (I found the locals very friendly and helpful in this regard.) Restaurant food was OK with a limited menu, and service was good. No hair conditioner in the room so bring your own!

Stayed here Saturday night while attending a party in Brussels , an excellent en suite room spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. You had your own access to the building and your room a truly novel idea. Located very centrally in Brussels, we met the host the following morning and were served a delicious continental breakfast. Nice places to stay if attending something in Brussels or want a bigger space to explore the city . Totally suited for extended corporate travelers as well

I reserved the Hotel Brussels on-line in a hurry when various nearby alternatives were fully booked and I needed to head to the Eurostar for an overnight stay in Brussels. Only after booking did I see some of the dire reviews on TripAdvisor, but I thought, "Well really, it's 2019, how bad can it be?" All I can tell you, fellow travelers, is - Be afraid, be very afraid. My room can best be described as bizarre. It was laid out over two floors, with a tiny single bed downstairs, and a sort of loft area upstairs with a larger bed. The smell of cigarettes permeating the room was so bad I chose to leave my clothes in my bag rather than risk stinking like an ashtray when I changed into them the next day. The balcony, overlooking a busy Brussels main road, had approximately twenty cigarette butts ground into it, which the hotel cleaning staff had presumably chosen to ignore. Or maybe they just didn't care, which was the vibe given off by everything associated with Hotel Brussels. The room appeared to have not been redecorated, or the carpet replaced, for at least 25 years. Or maybe 50. Th worst was the bathroom. I turned on the tap to brush my teeth, and even with no plug in the sink quickly with water filled as the drain was, presumably, partially blocked. When the water did eventually subside the sink was left full of hairs and it smelled like a toilet. The metallic lever in the tub normally used to change the water between running a bath and a shower was partially missing, so when I turned on the tap water shot straight out of the side of the bath into my legs. It took well over a minute for the cold water to warm up, so I was left toggling the temperature dial back and forth trying to figure out which side was hot. It reminded me of staying in French B&B's back in the 1980's, where the joke was "c" on the taps stood for "cold" and "f" was for "freezing". Except at the Hotel Brussels you don't even get a "c" or an "f" on the tap. Breakfast the next morning was mediocre which, compared to the room was something of a pleasant surprise. All the other guests seemed stunned into silent submission, even the couples, as if we were all so shocked by the sheer awfulness of our rooms we were just counting the seconds until check-out. I avoided the congealed gloop that I believe was bacon and scrambled eggs and played it safe with toast and pastries, which while a little on the firm side did seem like they had at least been cooked that week. The best thing that could happen to Hotel Brussels would be for the health inspectors to condemn it and for it to be demolished and replaced with something useful, like a brand new school or hospital.

I travel to Brussels once or twice a year and this was my first time staying at the Manos Premier Hotel. The location is good, with some cute shops and a nice selection or restaurants in the area. It is not far from the shops on Avenue Louise. The first floor common spaces are beautiful, from the lobby to the breakfast room. The breakfast buffet was very good. The staff was always very accommodating. My room, was a bit of a disappointment. Very tiny and dark. I don't mind the tiny part, but when I can't see well, it is a problem. For instance, the large lamps on the bedside tables had black shades, which contributed to the lighting problem. Plus the window was frosted and added no natural light. There wasn't a secondary lock or chain on the door, which made me a bit nervous, but the elevator is controlled via a medallion attached to the room key so I guess that provides a level of security. I would try this hotel again because of the charm and excellent staff, but would definitely request (and pay for) a larger, brighter room. Most of the staff spoke very good English.

We hadn't stayed at Made in Louise for a while and it was so refreshing to be back. The big plus remains its perfect location in a quiet street 5 minutes away from Place Stephanie and avenue Louise. Our room was very comfortable with Caudalie products. This boutique hotel and its homy size makes it super manageable to handle the current sanitary measures without feeling oppressed by them. Much more relaxing than staying at a crowded large chain hotel. They even managed to maintain the breakfast experience as a super enjoyable moment whilst keeping things very safe. The weather was gorgeous and we ate our breakfast in their superb courtyard. Strongly recommend Made in Louise if you are looking to stay somewhere where you will feel like at home.

All over a nice stay for a Brussels visit and leisure trip. Spacious rooms with the new urban Flair concept chique. The rooms facing the street are noisy and loud, we stayed trough the weekend and after trams passing by the street was busy with volks enjoying a night out causing the necessary noise. This was till early morning. So ask for a backside facing room. The pillows are flimsy and thin but the bed firm and a good sleep if we had a better pillow. The next day we asked for extra set of towels and pillow and we got them quickly and without discussion. The Hotel is very close to the high streets of Louise ans in vibrant neighbourhood Close to most main attractions and access to public transport. We did enjoyed our stay very much but several small issues during the stay made me decide i would choose another hotel next time....

This is a great airport hotel option with a free airport shuttle service. The Diegem train station is literally right outside the hotel's front door offering quick rail service into the city as well. Be advised, although these good links to the airport and the city exist, the hotel is actually in an office park (ie not much within walking distance). The hotel is also in the midst of a renovation and we were lucky to get a newly renovated room that still looked and smelled brand new. The decor was chic and the room impressive. Only one item of complaint: the air conditioning did not seem to work properly no matter what we did, so it remained on the warm side all night in our room. Did not eat at the restaurant but did have a few drinks at the bar, where the bartenders were friendly and accommodating in multiple languages. Would stay again.

Our visit coincided with the outbreak of COVID19, so restrictive measures were being applied throughout our stay. The hotel staff were all professional & friendly. They spoke very good English. The bedroom was compact but adequate. The bathroom had a bath/shower which was good for a soak after a long day walking. A hard wired hair dryer comes as standard; as does a safe. Be aware that the hotel only provides a breakfast menu. That said, it is but a very short stroll to the Grand Place where there a numerous cafes, bars and restaurants. The hotel is situated close to rail/tram & bus links. Bruxelles Central station is a 3 minute walk away. There you can catch the metro to the Atomium. Or, you can catch a straight through train to Bruxelles Midi station, or to Bruges.

This hotel is nice on the outside but dont be fooled by the outside appearance we were treated with disrespect and overlooked on our appearance and they have ignored complaints still 3 months on. Dont be fooled. The city is lovely and worth the visit but stay away from this hotel . Upon complaining they had a big front saying they would do anything to regain our loyalty only to be ignored for 3 months. The way they have dealt with our cause is absolutely inconsiderate and it has led me to write this review. The rooms are not 4 star rooms like it states. They didnt clean the rooms very well we took pictures of dirt before we left and it was still there when we came back I had to go and take toilet roll from a room service trolley because they didnt top it up the tiles in the bathroom were cracked and lampshades broke. Request for things left unanswered. It almost felt like we were put in to a room that was out of the way of the 'upper class' guests which was complete unfair considering we paid the same amount of money for it. This is not a nice place with unfriendly people.

I was very satisfied with all aspects of the hotel. The decoration is good, the front desk is friendly, the location is good, and the rooms are large. When I entered the room, I realized that it was a safety hazard. Be careful! Unfortunately, I was tripped over. The whole man flew out and hit the edge of the stone countertop. He also hit a bloody hole across the sweater. The skin was hurt but it hurts. It's been a day since I didn't dare to touch something on my elbow. The first time I looked for the hotel manager, I didn't apologize actively, until I asked him if there was any explanation, he underlined an I'm sorry. I said just sorry? He came to the room with no sincerity and looked at the scene, saying that all rooms are like this. European warnings are generally posted on glass doors. I said that you do n’t have glass doors. He told me that he could see the steps. Wrestling, this is the first time that happens, I go! Who is not the first time! . . . In short, I could not reason with him in English, and finally it became a safety advice to him, from the beginning to the end there was only one passive sorry. I reported to Ctrip afterwards that the customer service attitude was very good and kept apologizing, saying that they would help me negotiate with the hotel and gave me a little compensation. If you don't mind the safety hazards and don't need to be treated in special situations, you can book. Just a good hotel as long as you don't wrestle
