If you're looking for elegance, warmth, beauty, and the feelings of true Parisian luxury, come stay at Le Bristol Paris. My boyfriend and I were lucky to stay here for my 30th birthday this March, and from the moment you step foot in the lobby, it's like you are walking into a picture perfect snapshot, setting the mood for what your whole stay will be like. We were fortunate to have our room upgraded as a birthday surprise, and when we were shown to our accommodations, we were in awe of all the detail and care we saw. Every bouquet of flowers placed around the room, sitting area, bathroom, were all real. There was a plethora of treats to welcome and celebrate me for my birthday. Every window in our room opened up onto a balcony, where we could stand and soak up the views of Paris, catching views of the Eiffel Tower in background. The color palettes and decor is definitely classic, yet the integration of technology in the rooms is done in such a smart way, it doesn't detract from the classic, elegant feel of the room (ie: USB ports being carefully tucked into the decor of the bed side tables). The entire team at Le Bristol was also so kind, with a genuine earnest care for helping answer any questions we had, or checking in to make sure we had everything we could possibly need. We ordered room service for breakfast and the food was perfect. Flaky pastries, flavorful omelettes, fresh squeezed juice; everything was delicious. The hotel itself is a gorgeous homage to that romantic idea everyone has of Paris - and the staff helps make your stay there that much more comfortable. While we only stayed for one night, our time at Le Bristol Paris will forever be treasured. I can't wait to come back again some day - merci beaucoup!

Sally United States of America 9.6 This is a winning place to stay when visiting Paris.  · The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. They have the teeniest elevator ever, loved it. The bed was comfortable, the fireplace(not a working one) was charming, and in addition to a table and chairs to have breakfast on, there was a cozy little settee. The large windows opened easily and let in a nice breeze. There was an excellent view of the dome of Saint-Augustin church, from our fifth floor room, and the French flag flying in the distance. There is a metro(9 line) station a 3 minute walk from the front door. We had a great experience here. I’d stay here again.  · The street was noisy with the windows open. I’d guess the rooms on the other side of the hall might be quieter, but probably lacked our view. The shower sprayer did not have a wall mount, it just rested on the handles that control the water on and off. It worked well enough, just couldn’t stand under a spray hands free.

For all who visiting Paris first time - BE READY EVERYTHING IS SMALL!!! Rooms in the hotels , restaurants, shops - everything . If I made reservation now I would take room with balcony. Nice view and chance to get out of little box . But hotel itself just great . Very good location . Walking distance from all main attractions, very close to metro station but in the same time located in quite street without crazy crowd. The perl of the hotel it is definitely staff and perfect management . Everyone so friendly and just helpful. Nice breakfast, you can see how in very limited space they trying to satisfy all needs . Yogurt, cheese , bacon ( non halial) eggs, nuts, cornflakes and different types of pastry. And it’s very cute that nice coffee and some pasties available 24/7 free of charge. I would definitely highly recommend this hotel!

Our hotel stay was booked months in advance for my wife's birthday. Two days prior to our stay I contacted the hotel because of the upcoming strike that would shut down the airport in Paris we were flying into from the US. They assured me if our flight was cancelled due to the strike and airport shutting down we would be able to cancel our stay and get a full refund. I told the person i spoke with that I was outside the 48 hour window to cancel but if I waited for my flight to be cancelled it would not. He assured me because of the crazy extenuating circumstances it would not be a problem. I waited and the day of our trip the flight was cancelled. I contacted the hotel and they told me we would not be refunded because it was inside 48 hours. I told them the situation and what I was told 2 days prior but they denied my request. Long story short, everyone I have spoken with at the hotel, everyday for the last 10 days has been very rude. I have asked to speak with the general manager every day I call and they tell me every day he will be in tomorrow and will call you back. Still NOTHING!!! Today I was told I could not talk to him because it wasn't his problem. She also told me she couldn't talk anymore because she had other customers to help. I was shocked! I would love a full refund but today I even asked for a stay in the future or to just pay for the first nights stay because I notified them we would not be coming. All denied. I travel a ton for work and for pleasure and have never given a negative review. After speaking with friends I know who have lived in Paris or stayed there have all said they are not surprised with the customer service I have received from this particular hotel. It's apparently a decent place to stay but when it comes to the employees caring about their customers, they could care less! I refuse to give up so if anyone has any suggestions on how to help that would be great! We are currently out $1,000 still!! My wife and I were planning on coming back next year to Paris but I can guarantee we will not be staying here!!

Booked this hotel for a weekend away in Paris with my partner. Such a beautiful room for the weekend and the hotel was situated in a great location. Easy access to Metro and within a walking (or scooting!!) distance of many bars, restaurants and sights. Didn't have breakfast at the hotel but is available. Very friendly, accommodating staff with great English who were sympathetic to my bad French! Room was newly decorated, with sumptuous decor! Loved the ceiling lights! Everything you'd need in the room was there (steamer brush/hairdryer/safe/minibar!). Great 2 person shower and a lovely king size bed. Would definitely recommend this hotel and if I visit again, this will be where I will stay.

There are so many hotels to choose from. But after some research, location, price etc we decided to stay hee or 3 nights. Location was great for us and having a metro stop nearby is always important for us. We had caught a early morning flight so when we arrived at the hotel our room wasn't quite ready. Not an issue though, we still checked in, and the hotel staff looked after our bags. When we arrived back in the evening we got our room keys and headed on up to the room. Our bags had already been taken to our room for us which was great. Entering the room there was a short corridor that led to the bathroom and to the bedroom. The corridor had the mini bar, safe, and some shelving. The mini bar was complimentary which has some soft drinks, water and orange juice in it, and was restocked once a day. Bathroom was a good size. clean and nice relaxing decor. The bath and shower was good. Slight issue with the shower screen seal not providing a 100% seal and water was leaking past it onto the floor though. Bath robes for us which was great. There was also a variety of toiletries including a little scrub which was nice. Bedroom was a good size, clean and simple decor. the high ceiling were great and roomy. Bed was huge and comfortable. There was a coffee machine and kettle with tea and coffee. We found our tea and coffee was not replaced and restocked at all throughout our stay which was a bit poor. Air conditioning. This only worked in the summer, so we had to leave our windows open to get some cool air in at night as the room was on the warm side for us. WIFI: wifi was available and free. Breakfast: After our first night we headed down for breakfast just before 10am. When we arrived in the breakfast area, it was actually very small and all the tables were full, or had not been cleaned. We stood by a dirty table for several minutes waiting for staff to come to us, but they just ignored us and walked on by. First impressions count and breakfast service was rubbish. We were actually shocked. Eventually someone came and cleaned the table so we could sit down. We asked for tea and coffee and the lady went and got these for us, but when we brought the pots over, she didn't give us any cups at all. We waited a bit longer thinking she would return, but no. No cips at all. We ended up getting some paper cups to drink out of. Food: Well, there wasn't really much. Really poor breakfast selection. Hot items were all empty. No boiled eggs, half of all the cold items had gone. There was no restocking of the food or even asked if there was anything we would like so they could cook it or get it. In fact the attitude of the staff was seriously poor, like they were put out that we had come to breakfast. Some other guests arrived after us and had the same issues. Even they got a disgusted look when they asked if there were any more boiled eggs. We ended up sitting down with hot drinks out of a paper cup and a pastry. No excellently

I recently stayed at the Park Lane Hotel Paris on urgent buiness. The staff were superb, very helpful, knowledgable with fantastic service. As this was a challenging time due to COVID, it was even more incredible this level of service was available. Abdel, who worked at the hotel, was very helpful indeed. Service was amazing, even helping me translate documents form French to English! Went above and beyond to help. Hotel was also in a great location, very clean and modern. Highly recommend to anyone, buiness or tourism, single of family. I would highly recommend this hotel

Spent 3 nights over a weekend and had a great time. The location is an easy walk to a number of sites. Due to strikes we were hesitant about using the public transport but was able to walk to all places we wanted to visit. The staff were very pleasant and the breakfast very nice (although first morning all seats/tables were taken, but no problems on the other days, and not an issue for us). The provision of snacks and drinks between 2pm & 2am in the breakfast area was wonderful. The cakes were magnificent and perfect after a full day walking around Paris. We loved the idea that we could utilise the same facilities at any of their other hotels. Next visit we plan to take it slower and fit in time to have a break. Also the complimentary drinks and snacks in the room were very nice. We had a very large room which although looked onto open vent area between 4 walls we thought was good as the room was so big and no street noise. However this proved to be an issue as the vented area housed the air conditioner units for a number of rooms. They were very noisy, especially on the last night. On a return visit would request not to have a room that opens to that vented area. However we still give the hotel 5 stars as everything else was great, and we didn’t complain about the noise, which I believe they would have accommodated a change.

The hotel was an absolute delight, but we all know that what makes or breaks a hotel stay, is the staff. Gerrard was absolutely amazing. Neither my daughter or I speak French. We arrived exhausted and stressed as I had mislaid our passports. He quickly, and with a minimum of fuss, arranged a wonderful meal for us and my daughter's dog guide at a local restaurant. He also worked through the passport issue with us and all was resolved in his quiet way. He is indeed, a treasure. Marie not only cooks a wicked breakfast, it is very clear that she takes a great deal of pride about the way "her hotel" looks. Another treasure. We will be back - because at the end of the day, we still have not seen the sights of Paris!

Excellent hotel in a quiet location but close to the center of the Champ-Élysées Staff very nice and helpful. Family connecting rooms on the 4th floor very nice and comfortable, Clean. Daily cleaning and changing of towels without throwing them on the floor. In the room minibar, kettle, coffee maker, filtered water as present daily. The double beds were very comfortable, also the bed linen and pillows were very comfortable. The service was great. I ordered as a surprise for my wife, a bouquet, choco candy and original champagne for the room before our arrival and still fresh juice for the children when we arrive. Everything was prepared on time and tastefully. Breakfast with service and very friendly and friendly staff. Since we travel a lot around the world, I recommend this hotel as a great choice for visiting Paris. Thank you to the team of Hotel Le A.

The reason I booked this hotel was because of the pictures on the website, it looked so gorgeous and we were not disappointed. It was absolutely exquisite!! We had the most wonderful room, spotlessly clean and with a stunning view. The staff were wonderful, so friendly and helpful, from pouring us a glass of wine after a tiring day, to helping with maps and cabs and suggestions of where to go. We couldn't have been better looked after!! The metro stop is a five minute walk away and there are coffee shops and fabulous restaurants all within a strolls reach. Across the square and down the road is Printemps the enormous high end store and Monoprix, good for bits and pieces. Cannot recommend this hotel and the location highly enough!! It was magic and we had the best stay!!

The hotel location is very good, very close to the Arc de Triomphe, a five minute walk to the subway station can also take a direct bus to and from Charles de Gaulle and Orly Airport. Facilities breakfast also fully reached the four-star standard, the gym is relatively small. The front desk is more enthusiastic. There is a little brother who can speak Chinese, which makes communication more convenient.

Stayed at the B&B hotel for three nights while visiting Disney. Anyone looking for a cheap place to stay this is perfect. Hotel is spotlessly clean, really friendly staff, good sized rooms with comfortable beds and shower room. The hotel serves a simple dinner of pasta or pizza which is great, easy to order and quick to come. Breakfast is simple but just want you need at the start of the day. Tables were cleared quickly and everything very clean and presented well. We were worried about the shuttle overcrowding but there are a few services which only run from the B&B hotel and others which go to the other four hotels on the complex which makes it easy. We always got on a bus even if it was busy and never had to wait long! Lockers are available to store luggage if your arrive before your room is ready or check out early. We will be back on our next disney trip!

For the first time in a hotel model, the century-old building is said to be a historical cultural relics protection unit in Paris, so it is completely banned. My old cigarette can only smoke in a small yard. Miss Luo is very enthusiastic, let us have the feeling of going home. There is a black guy in night shift who speaks Chinese very well. He said that he read a book in Guangzhou. In the morning, the girl named Marty also speaks Chinese. There is no problem at all, and at the same time give us a lot of advice on the tour, much stronger than those that are not reliable. It is very convenient to exit the subway 50 meters away. This area is a safe place for French people to live in. The room is big enough to be the floor-to-ceiling glass window in Europe. Our bedroom is very close to the yard, so the living room is a bit noisy. It is highly recommended to add a Chinese breakfast. It is really not suitable for those cheese breads, and it is better to have Chinese TV. If you have the opportunity to come back to Paris, you will still come to the Paris Residence.

Good location, nearby Carrefour, franprix and other supermarkets! I live on the 2nd floor facing the street, and it is very quiet at night, but the sound insulation between the room and the room is really average. The room is not large and has a balcony (not every room, so it is best to leave a message to tell the room with a balcony when booking) ), There is also a door in the bathroom sharing a balcony with the room, so the balcony is quite large. The hotel only provides shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer. Slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, so it is recommended to bring your own toiletries. Lines 7 and 10 are only 5 minutes' walk from the surrounding area. Line 4 is about 15 minutes away. The 5th district is a Latin area, surrounded by universities, so it is safe! The hotel has access control locks, staff need to help open the door to enter! Breakfast is an ordinary western-style breakfast, bread, milk, eggs, oatmeal, sausage and cheese. A tax of 1.88 euros per person per night, which must be paid to the front desk when checking out. This Ctrip will also call you when you are in China to inform you that this tax must be paid to the hotel separately! The hotel provides free wlan, but the Internet speed is average, the room has air conditioning and heating. In short, the price is high!

We got a beautiful Junior Suite with Balcony, even in the city and on a street with traffic located, it was very quiet and you couldnt hear anything from outside while the doors are closed. It is very spacious and with a very pretty bathroom with luxury amenities from Hermés! And of course full equipped mini bar with Nespresso coffee machine. The breakfast is delicious and a mix from a la carte and buffet, what I love. So you can have everything what your heart desire. The best is the amazing Akasha Spa!! It is so big and has everything, big indoor pool, big sauna, big steam bath, big jacuzzi and a cold bath. Even if they are many relax beds to lay on, sometimes you are just alone and its like you have a private spa. Friendly and helpful staff all around the hotel! I definitely will return!
