Hotel G was a happy accident. We needed a quick place to stay pre-wedding and chose this one on hotels.com based on its proximity to Union Square. I didn't know what to expect but the pictures looked nice so I took a chance. I booked the smallest room cuz it was the most reasonably priced. When we checked in we were pleasantly surprised by how nice and modern the hotel was. It's beside the driveway of the Westin and about a block away from Union Square. The room we got (510) was a decent size, very comfortable and had everything we needed for a good night's sleep. We ended up extending by a day and upgraded to a larger room (one of their king rooms with a sitting area on the 11th floor). That was also a very nice room but it was much colder (due to the cement floors) and we enjoyed our room 510 better. Some pro-tips: 1) PARKING - save yourself the valet $ and park in the Mason O'Farrell garage around the corner for $35 for 24h. It is so convenient and saves you a ton of money 2) Light Sleepers - ask for a room away from the street. We had no problems in room 510. You can definitely hear some street bustles and cars but nothing too major. 3) Late Check Out is 1:00pm at the latest. They allow it if you ask very nicely. And if they're not busy.

The location in the city center is very good. It is around 11pm and there are many people. There are many food shops. Two small supermarkets are very convenient nearby. The beds are not too soft. The bathrooms are super fascinating. The building in 1913 is very classic. Small but cheap. Larger hotels nearby cost more than 1,000 nights. This one only costs half the price, so it’s fine to experience one night. I dare not use the towels in this hotel. I bring my own disposable towels when traveling in the United States. Of course, I don’t have a toothbrush. Please bring your own.

1. This is the last hotel I stayed in by self-driving tour. In order to go shopping to Union Square, shopping is very convenient, there are many places to eat, the overall feeling is ok, but the room size is too small, it is a little difficult to open two suitcases. ; 2. The room is very clean, the facilities are all available, very convenient, forget to take a photo of the room, unfortunately; 3. The service is very good, the luggage is left in the hotel for 6 hours after check-out at 11:00; 4. We had dinner at the restaurant next door to our hotel, very good, recommended; the Pinecrest Diner at the first intersection on the left side of the hotel is better, the food is delicious, the food is fast, the price is high, it is highly recommended; 5. There is a complimentary breakfast, just in the restaurant next door to the hotel where we had dinner last night. The breakfast method is ordered, waiting in line for 1 hour, waiting for half an hour, the efficiency is extremely low, do not go to the time or Going early in the morning, breakfast is necessary for improvement, and the time of the guests is very important! 6. From the beginning of the check-in until the second day of check-out, I did not see a front desk attendant who could speak Chinese. There was a discrepancy between the hotel and the hotel propaganda. However, the gentleman who checked the luggage would speak Mandarin and did not see it again when taking the baggage. It’s a bit unrealistic for the hotel to play “Chinese courtesy”.

Hotel location is good, easy to go anywhere, in the city center. Hotel service is general, law-abiding, we gave a good tip on the first day, but after returning to the room, I found the suitcase passive, don't ask me how to know, because I am used to Make a mark before going out, of course, there is nothing less, because I carry valuables and cash with me, but still remind everyone! The room is small, with children not able to book a standard room, there is a fee to stop the production!

My wife and I recently traveled to San Francisco to see the Harry Potter plays, and we picked The Clift Hotel next door to stay. We wanted to tour the town and the area during the day. There were issues, though. I recently broke my foot and was wearing a boot, and my wife cannot walk long distances. I called the hotel concierge - Steve Edmonson - for detailed help with arranging and booking city tours by car, transport to and from the hotel, meal reservations, and a motorized scooter. I am a bit of a nervous traveler and did not want any uncertainties. Over the next several days, he and I had several phone and email conversations about working through our several specific requests. Steve has been the best hotel concierge I have ever met. On the phone and in person, Steve has been consummately professional and detail-oriented, and every bit as concerned as I about making the trip run smoothly. He has owned the process as much as I have. He has provided a level of personal service far beyond expected. We had a wonderful stay, and I can not begin to express my appreciation to him for his effort. Steve, thank you. While I am at it, let me also note that the Clift itself was terrific, too. It is all brand new on the inside, and the room was large and very comfortable. The hotel is very near Union Square, shops, restaurants, and theaters. Without a doubt, this was a great hotel experience for us, and I recommend it very highly.

Stayed for four nights and felt pretty good. Because the child was only 19 years old, Ctrip customer service contacted several hotels in San Francisco that could not be checked in alone. Later, I used the information provided on the page to write an e-mail to introduce the situation. Due to the epidemic situation, I could not enter the country. I asked if the child could stay alone. The customer service is very good. I quickly answered my e-mail and told me that I could. At the same time, because he was not 21 years old, he would remove the bar from the room. After checking in, my son did n’t need to clean for environmental protection, so the door light showed Do Not Disturb. The hotel security staff called the room 24 hours later to ask him if he was okay, and the hotel service was very warm and considerate. The location is very good, there is Starbucks in the hotel, Macy's is not far outside, and there are delicious Japanese food within a hundred meters' walk. In later San Francisco, also stayed at the Nikko Hotel.

The location of the hotel is OK, just near Union Square, within a 500-meter walk of the hotel, there are many dining options, as well as restaurants and bars on the first floor of the hotel. Their services and conditions are pretty good. Regrettably, this time I stayed at the hotel, it happened that the hotel and building opposite were being renovated, and the noise was huge, which seriously affected the rest and overall feeling. We stayed in three types of rooms during the whole trip. The 5th floor viewing room was slightly quieter, and the 2nd floor suite was noisier. The fitness center of the hotel is outsourced Active, two blocks around the corner, about 5 minutes walk, it's ok.

Stayed here after our flight was cancelled. The room for 1 night was expensive considering we booked so last minute and it is quite far away from where you want to be in San Francisco. The surrounding areas of the hotel (especially 7th street) is full of homeless people and drug dealers. It was quite scary walking back to the hotel at night. If only the hotel can be picked up and moved location because the hotel itself is nice. It’s very quirky and well decorated, iron board and iron in your room, big comfy bed, clean rooms, someone on reception 24/7 when we were there. Negatives to the hotel is there is no lift (and no rooms on the bottom floor) so you will have to carry your suitcases up the stairs which is minimum 2 flights to get to 1 floor. If stairs are an issue defintaley don’t stay here. The rooms are also noisy because of the activity outside. It’s about a 20/25 minute walk to union square but again because of the location it’s not a pleasant walk. The hotel itself I would give 4 stars if the location was better. Overall though I would not stay here again purely because of location and activity happening around the streets of the hotel. Also don’t see how they can justify the price for 1 nights stay.

No breakfast, I asked about the parking fee of $ 80 a day before picking up the car! Good location, there is a living supermarket in the basement opposite, fruit and bread are available, basically OK! (Even if there is a large supermarket, there are not many kinds of fruits in China.) Stayed 2 nights! advantage Old hotel, cleaned fairly clean. The location is next to pier39 attractions, it is very convenient, parking has its own garage, relatively safe, and public parking across the road is also convenient. Disadvantage When I checked in, I was charged a service fee of 22 dollars per day. It is mandatory and non-refundable. I didn't see this on Ctrip, so please pay attention when booking the hotel. Secondly, in Downtonw, San Francisco still has a lot of homeless people and goes out at night, so I was taken the initiative by Xiao Hei in front of the store.

The room facilities are also very good, much better than domestic chain hotels. The arranged rooms have a wide view outside the window. The check-out time is before 12:00 the next day. Need to make a round, just talk to the front desk. The room rate is C $ 100 for Ctrip, which is slightly more expensive, mainly on Christmas Eve. Nicely renovated rooms make like SoMa hotel a great spot for exploring the city. Kudos for excellent in-room coffee and well-appointed bathroom, plus great WiFi and in room A/V. It's typical of the W brand, sometimes trying to be a bit too trendy for it's own good, with a loud bar scene in the lobby every evening. The hotel restaurant serves a decent breakfast, though there are much better options nearby for dinner. Functional and convenient with friendly staff, nothing exceptional but a solid mid-range choice for San Francisco.

1. Excellent location, no more than five minutes walk from subway station. The two blocks are Union Square and Macy's. It is basically flat and gentle slope. 2. The lobby is a bit noisy, but it shows the popularity of the hotel. 3. The rooms are spacious and clean and reasonably furnished. The only problem for me was that the refrigerator didn't work and there was no kettle. 4. Gym facilities are relatively complete, and equipment is also a first-line brand. There are more people going in the morning, and they are free at night. 5. It was said that there were nomads around. I stayed for three nights, and I made a few laps outside after nine o'clock in the evening. 6. When checking in, the front desk will recommend upgrading the room. From $ 60 a night, I talked about $ 30. I don't know if it has been upgraded, and said that the room given to me was cityview. Actually I don't know what room I originally booked. But one thing, we arrived at 12 o'clock and arranged the room directly. If you don't upgrade, you'll be required to store your luggage first, and then go outside at three o'clock. 7. When I checked in, I paid cash as a deposit, but when I checked out, I returned all the cash to me, and another 75 USD was used as a security deposit. 7. I have to buy another breakfast. I took a look. There is nothing delicious. There are many restaurants around. You can choose any. Opposite is where the major car rental companies return their cars. You can park at the door of the wine at zero hour. When I leave San Francisco, I go to Alemo across four blocks to pick up the car and pick up my family.

I picked up the car at 8 am on the day of departure, so I went to the nearby Chinatown. It was Uber 13 knife, had a Chinese meal, and then I took my father who was 70 and walked back to the hotel for more than 20 minutes. My lover took the child to Jiuquhua Street and walked back to the hotel in 40 minutes. For young people It's not far away. The room type we ordered was not large, and the double bed was a bit small, but there was a small sofa bed, which was barely dealt with. The breakfast at the hotel is bread, couscous, fried sausage, bacon, milk with chocolate, low fat, non-fat, all in boxes. I like this, they are replenished in time and can be taken back to the room. The infrastructure in the hotel room is actually very general, with more than 500 people per night. Even the standard of the hotel with an average price of more than 200 in China is not up to standard. The price in San Francisco is really high! The appearance of the hotel and the design of the lobby are OK. If you just have to sleep, you have to bring your own toiletries. However, the location is still very good, go to Union Square and take a bus, just walk about 10 minutes. There are also convenience store supermarkets and small restaurants nearby, all within walking distance. I didn’t go there before I heard that the city’s security was bad, but in fact, a girl who was still shaking outside at 11 o'clock every night did not feel terrible. Just pay attention not to go dark or narrow, tramp and mental illness. More, but people will not actively attack people, fear to go around. The hotel has a buffet breakfast, mainly bread and fruit and simple drinks. Each floor has its own table, oranges are delicious, it is a California sweet orange. However, the free wine from 5 to 6 o'clock every night is not for the traveler, because they are playing outside! In short, as a resting point, not demanding quality, the hotel is still good value for money, mainly in the geographical location!
