The hotel is just off the Arc de Triomphe, coming out of the subway station and walking in 1-2 minutes. The door face is small and not easy to see. In fact, it is at the intersection of the road, next to Starbucks. The surrounding traffic is very convenient, there are buses, subways, and attractions along Xiang Street and Xiang Street are within walking distance. There are a lot of bakeries near the hotel. You can buy breakfast yourself in the morning, as well as McDonald's, Burger King, and Starbucks. The room was really small, we were two people, and there was basically no place to go after the box was opened. The bathroom is very mini, the wash basin is very shallow and the water is easy to splash. The hotel's breakfast is 8 euros a person, do not remember, I feel that the price is average. It is more cost-effective to go to the bakery to buy fresh food, and there are many types. In fact, for small Paris, where the size of the room is small, it is normal to have a small room. As long as the supporting facilities are complete, the room is clean and sanitary. This hotel is basically satisfied with this. The only thing is that the bathroom is not ventilated, and the glass door is not very tight. If you travel, you will be a bit embarrassed to live with your colleagues.

Beautiful and exquisite small hotel, the store decoration is very careful, and the management is also very careful. Recommend everyone to stay in this hotel in Paris. I booked two hotels in Paris for three days. The prices of the two hotels are similar, but the staying experience is too different. This one is very good, and the other one is quite unpleasant and even scary.

Since 2000, every year my wife and I have traveled to France and NEVER EVER thought of burglary would happen on us! This was the first time we stayed in this hotel because hotels nearby like Hotel Mercure and Elysees were fully booked. For the policy of the hotel, every time we went out, we needed to leave the key in reception. Then, BREAK IN AND BURGLARY happened while we went to the bar one block behind for the World Cup game, France vs Argentina (Paris Time 1530-1900, June 30 Saturday)! Our 4 suitcases’ locks were all damaged by professional burglar, money and new bought jewel accessories were gone! I rushed towards the receptionist at once (our room was on 1st floor), telling her (Julie) crime happened and asked her to call the police, but she REFUSED!!! Despite our stuff were damaged and being searched, and valuables were “disappeared”, Julie’s explanation was “maybe our technician entered your room for measurement and moved your suitcases…” What? Seriously? A technician can feel free to enter a guest’s room without prior notice to the guest? And obviously, it was the “crime scene” of the burglary, how could she deny it by telling us such stupid excuse!!! Without any action taken, she only emphasized hotel was safe and nobody broke in our room! We were in fiercely anger and insisted her to call police; but the reply was “You can get a taxi outside to police station”. How helpful! After we had decided to call police by ourselves, Julie could not stop us but only helped us to call the police unwillingly. Eventually, police came and recorded the happening… That night was really a nightmare! The hotel was extremely insecure to stay and we kept awake all night long!!! It totally ruined our mood in Paris and the rest of our trip! Next morning (Sunday) we went to police station for further declaration of the case. Dramatically, we heard a victim sitting next to us also reporting burglary in Hotel Tivoli – it happened at the same time as ours! (the victim, Mr. H from Lebanon, who stayed on 4th floor). While going back to hotel with Mr. H, we confronted the receptionist. Julie could not make any excuse but only admitted “SOMETHING HAPPENED” last night. She still reluctant to say it was theft or burglary!!! We insisted to contact the hotel manager several times. Finally, the deputy manager came to talk with us on Monday morning. We told the deputy the whole story and showed her the police declaration and our damaged suitcases. She was nice and considerate, seemed to understand our situation. She promised us to investigate the case and proceeded the compensation for us. A month later, after we were back to home, the hotel finally told us “they found a suspect who checked out a day after the break in, and they are looking for that man…” Time flies. Six months passed. 2019 arrived. I wrote countless emails hope someone will speed up the case. There is NO apology NOR insurance compensation!!! The hotel m

The location is excellent and the sanitation is acceptable, but the equipment is very old and the small suitcases are not open. As soon as my room came in, there was a strange smell that combined with musty and odor. At that time, I thought that this was a hotel owned by Samsung. I really don’t recommend people with good economic conditions to live here.

I’ve recently come back from a trip at hotel flannelles Paris and I cannot wait to go back. All the staff are amazing and always willing to go over and above. Breakfast was great. There are not as many options as an English hotel however what they do have is excellent. You have to try the jam! The location is perfect. It’s on a quiet street but then walk 3 mins up the road and there’s the arc de triomphe. It’s close to everything! The hotel room was small but it made up for that with all the fabulous amenities including nespresso coffee machine, a gorgeous bathroom, the comfiest bed with soft lights that switch on when you go to the bathroom. The list goes on and on. Too many good things to say about this hotel. Oh and the spa, GORGEOUS! Zoe and Gabriella gave my husband and I the BEST massages!!! And to the rest of the staff: Redar, Camelito Flo and Anna, thank you for making this trip wonderful. There was another man that also helped but I can’t remember his name but he was at the front desk and was so helpful.

The location is good, it is the subway M1 line, because in the middle of the hutong and colleagues turned around 2 laps to find. The front desk is all men. Courtesy is still possible. Going out will also remind guests of their bags. . The typical French school of the elevator is super small. Fortunately, we live on the first floor. Most of the European hotels that need to bring their own slippers are like this. Overall it is still possible to recommend staying. Affordable

We spent two nights at this hotel. Arrived well before check in at 10 am and the receptionist was friendly and helpful - we were able to leave our bags in locked storage whilst we explored the city. The hotel is in an excellent location - right next to l’arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysees. Upon check in we had been upgraded to a junior suite which was beautifully decorated and although a little old fashioned in the bathroom, everything worked well and was very clean. We had breakfast as part of our stay, which was a good selection. Cereal, toast, pastries, multiple cheeses and conserves, smoked salmon and fruit. Alongside this there was scrambled eggs and bacon - and on one of the days crepes. The rooms were warm and beds were comfortable with additional pillows and blankets provided. All staff we encountered were friendly, particularly the ladies in reception. We would certainly stay here again if visiting Paris. Thank you for your hospitality!

Stayed at this hotel for a Paris mini-break and it was ideal for a short stay in this beautiful city. I had requested early check-in by e-mail for 11am and it was arranged as requested. Check in was very friendly. Booked a superior room. It was compact but modern, bright, and flawlessly clean. Very comfortable bed and bedding for a good night's sleep. Our deal did not include breakfast but with so many cafes nearby it was not a problem. The hotel is ideally located and only 2 minutes from the metro / RER. (To/from CDG Airport is just 2 RER stops with a change in Chatelet). Overall, Hotel Magda was reasonably priced and good value for the location. Would stay here again.

There are restaurant and supermarket in the outskirts and is very good location. Also, from the veranda, the Arc de Triomphe was visible and I was able to fully enjoy the atmosphere of Paris. L’ OCCITANE's amenity and KUSMI TEA's tea were also included. The building itself has been renovated from a good old building, so you can hear footsteps, etc., but I was able to sleep without any problems on my exhausted body. It was very helpful to have my luggage checked before check-in and after check-out. I would like to use it again when I come to Paris. Thank you very much.

Just near the Arc de Triomphe, walk to the subway station for a few minutes. The location is very good. (The location of the uber taxi hotel will be across the road) The room is quite big, there is a hot water bottle, the bathroom will have a little taste and it will not affect. There is power in the bed. The front desk staff was lovely. A credit card guarantee is required for checkin, and a city tax is required for checkout.

We just finished up staying here for 6 days and could not be happier. The room was exactly as we expected, smaller than some but it was a decent size and not cramped, best of all it was very clean! The staff in the hotel are so lovely, very friendly and willing to help. The location of the hotel is fantastic- there is a bakery around the corner and is very close to the metro, shops and is easily accessible. The hotel is in a good location, the rooms are large and clean, new, and the public order is good. The hotel lobby is a glass sliding door. You need to swipe your room card to enter. The room was flat with 2 large boxes without pressure. The toilets are also very large. There are 2 sets of L'Occitane in a house, and a large bottle of mineral water is given away. Walk to the LV main store for 2 minutes, and make early purchase without pressure. It only takes 2 minutes to the Hermes George Avenue branch, and Bulgari is also nearby. If you want to buy luxury goods, you can put it back in the hotel before you continue. Do n’t worry about safety. 7-8 minutes walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe. The only bad thing is that the front desk called me at 10 o'clock in the morning on the day of check-out. This is a bad experience ... The hotel can help call a taxi to the airport. The hotel said the price was basically the same. The cafeteria and gym are located in B1. There is a Royal Treasure in the hotel, not sure if it is the same as Shanghai.

Such a great experience to be here. Easy to get to from the train station. Actually all subways in Paris are easy to navigate. The hotel is really close to everything, Eiffel, Champs Elysees, Arc de Triumph. And lots of Brasseries. Markets, bakeries and coffee shops. A safe neighbourhood. The room was great. Very comfortable beds. A breakfast is only $10EU each daily, far more cost effective than buying outside the hotel. Save your money for lunch or dinner. Lovely staff, so very friendly and helpful.

I stayed at this hotel during my first trip to Paris in the 1990s. I continued to stay there every year until 2005, when I stopped traveling to Europe for a few years. In 2018 I returned to Paris and Hotel Emile under its new ownership. They had really done a lot to spruce up the hotel even before COVID 19. My husband and I love this hotel because of its great location. The metro is just across the street. There is a great cafe downstairs on the corner and a grocery store, pastry shop, boulangerie, fromagerie, librarie, etc. all within less than a 10 min walk. It is on the edge of the Marais, the best place in Paris for night time wanderings, in my opinion. And best of all, the hotel is clean and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There is a real warmth and family feeling at the hotel. I wouldn't change Hotel Emile for the Hotel Charles V!

A very cute hotel. We were in the bottom room, with windows that opened to the street. It was a little loud first thing in the morning or when other guest were rowdy due to being located right next to the lobby, but overall that was only the most minor of things we noticed. The bathroom was fantastic- heat towel rack, quality products, wonderful hot water/high pressure. Lots of closet/storage space. Seperate WC. the room was larger than we expected as well. Front desk was so friendly- greeted us each time we arrived, and were able to provide us ice on request (I tore my acl just before the trip, so needed ice regularly after a day of touring). I loved the writing desk in the morning sun- although the view was of the sidewalk, the transparent curtains we perfect for allowing in light while softening the view. The windows both had shutters inside to block out light/sound, and enough still space you could sit and read a book. Location was ideal...the Montmartre area is wonderful. Very close to the Blanche metro line, a short walk to two others. Although just two blocks from Moulin Rouge, absolutely no issues with noise or crazy crowds at night- in fact, it meant some great street food places were open late! Very near to bakeries, fruit stands cheesemonger, easy to grab something quick if you needed. Several cafes a stone throw away with perfect breakfasts and coffee. Near to Van Gough's apartment. A beautiful stroll to the love wall, sacred heart, dali museum and artist square- and thays with me being hobbled with my completely torn ACL! There is a secret food tour that starts and ends in the same area as the hotel to give you an idea of how wonderful all the nearby choices are for eating. 12/10 stay, would definitely stay at this location again. Beautiful location, beautiful service, beautiful city.

Lovely and clean hotel conveniently located just below Montmartre. The staff is very nice and helpful and managed to resolve all questions I might have had. The decor is quite nice, it has a cozy feeling. The breakfast is quite lovely, nice selection of french goodies, so definitely a plus. The only downside is reflected in the location: if you go to central Paris, you often go small for this price. So a single room gets the fun part of not being able to properly unpack my small hand luggage and the elevator is definitely designed for slender crowd. Would recommend and would stay again.

Excellent location, with 5, 6, 7 subways crossing. The room is small and basically adequate. For Chinese guests, the biggest benefit is that it is close to the Chinese community, Chinese restaurants and supermarkets have more choices, and apartment hotels with kitchens can also cook their own meals. The disadvantage is that the front desk of the hotel is slightly rigid. The air conditioner in my room does not heat, and the warranty for 2 days has not been resolved. It was the first time I had to book a car at the front desk and pay a service fee. The service of the hotel needs to be improved.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the subway station. From Charles de Gaulle Airport, take the RER line B to Denfert-Rochereau, change line 6 to Cambrinne, exit the station and walk past the traffic lights. The road on the left can see the Ibis hotel sign. There is no elevator or escalator on this section of the subway line 6 of Denfert-Rochereau. You have to carry your luggage up and down. Do not take Line 6 when returning. From the hotel, take a taxi to Denfert-Rochereau (approximately 7 minutes, 19 euros, 20 yuan). Denfert-Rochereau has an elevator to the airport RER line, so you do n’t have to carry your luggage up and down Off! Taxi in Paris is expensive, if the locals are at the airport-hotel, take a taxi to and from it * o * Next to the subway station there is a bakery and a small shop selling Kebab (Kebab, Middle Eastern food), which are all delicious! (Put a few photos of Kabab Kebab). The lobby on the first floor of the hotel is spacious with Cafe and bar. If you can't sleep at night, you can go downstairs for a cup of coffee or a small wine, which is very comfortable. The room is small, 12 square meters. The Ibis conditions are quite good, but the surrounding environment is too bad. When we heated the food at the front desk, because of the large amount of luggage, we managed poorly. We didn’t know when someone had taken a bag and was stolen some cash. One person ran back sweating and said that he saw someone taking our bag and he was chasing it back. Then we checked that the cash was gone. But the two of us were too stupid, and thanked each other. Later, the people around me should be the thief... Then we contacted the hotel right away, the hotel expressed anger, but we finally had no right to monitor even the monitoring, who did not know who to take How to get it, can't recover it. Advantages. - Situated on Rue de Lyon near railway station. Close to Ledru Rollin metro station. Not far from Bastille square. - Hotel is very fresh because of its transformation from Adriatic Hotel to Locomo Hotel. Disadvantages - I payed for my stay a week before and had confirmation. But when I came to hotel, I needed to pay extra costs (taxes) - plus 5,64 euro. It could be more convenient to pay once, not two times. - Sound insulation could be better – you hear what your neighbor doing. Two nights I often was awake because of sounds of conditioner which switched on and off. - The outlet in the bathroom was poorly mounted. It was obvious after finishing drying hair. Also cabin walls were not convenient. - Not convenient elevator due to extra ladder steps on ground floor and upper floors Also I could not immediately find hangers but there were in the room. So I found them a little bit later. But I was satisfied with the hotel despite these disadvantages

I picked this hotel because I was flying into Paris one evening and needed to put my daughter on an early morning train the following day at the Gare de Lyon. We didn't want to be far from the Gare so I chose this hotel because it was right next to the station. As you leave from the station's main exit, it is about 1 and 1/2 city blocks to the left. I requested a standard room with two beds and our room had separate beds, was spacious, exactingly clean and was on the fifteenth floor which meant that we had an incredible view of Paris with the Eiffel Tower in the distance to the right. The Seine was right in front of us. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. I've lived in New York for many years and I couldn't imagine in my wildest dreams having similarly nice lodgings one block from NYC's Penn Station. The staff was courteous and helpful. The nightly rate was very reasonable. If I ever need a hotel for a one night stay in Paris I would definitely return here.
