The room and bathroom were really clean. I got a room on the 3rd floor with a balcony overlooking the street . The hotel Is in a fantastic location that is a couple of minutes walk to the sacré cœur, moulin rouge and mur de je t’aime. Also a little walk down the road you can take the bus 30 down to the Tour Eiffel, Arc de Triomphe and champs-Élysées. Also the man at the reception was extremely helpful! The retro style of this hotel is great. It has the smallest front desk in the world I have ever seen. Although it is slightly old, all the details are meticulous and unobtrusive. The whole process is friendly, meticulous, smiling and professional. All you need are arranged (hair dryer, ironing brush, Hot water bottle), especially the towel rack with electricity, which is a good news for Chinese guests who like to do laundry every day. The hotel's price is good. The distance from the subway line 12 exit is just a road away. There are many restaurants and bread and dessert shops around the square. . The only worry was the noisy at night, the balcony door was inaudible as soon as the door was closed. Suitable for girls or couples, people who like nightlife live here very conveniently. The only thing to note is that the door is not locked when you close it, you have to use a key to lock it.FromUS$125.00

I like my comfort so I had pre-booked a privilege room on the 6th floor. Great room although it did have a slight musty smell, I'm very nose sensitive. The view from my little balcony over the roof tops was fantastic. The shower could do with more pressure but lots of hot water and the room was clean, decent pillows and bed comfy. I stayed for 3 nights, only waking up my last morning did I find no replacement milk and tea bags. I was booked on breakfast and the lady looking after the breakfast room was just lovely, always time to chat to make sure I was happy. A very small and simple offering of breakfast items but enough to set you up. I personally loved the neighbourhood, the sex shops give an urban edge and you have so many amazing places to eat within a 10 minute walk. Will plug my favourite le petit canard! FromUS$143.00

Awful experience. Unprofessional and untrustworthy staff. They leave the reception in the hands of illeterate, irrelevant and unprofessional persons (cleaning staff, kitchen staff). One day before my departure I booked and confirmed my transfer by taxi to the airport. The booking was confirmed by one of the real receptionists for 9:30am next morning. When I checked out the next day at 9:00 am, I found a woman at the reception (she was cleaning the tables the previous days). She reconfirmed the transfer for 9:30 but when the taxi didn't arrive at 9:35, she told me it was canceled! When I complained and demanded a tranfer from the hotel, she contended that it was not their fault and accused me of not booking earlier for the taxi she had confirmed previously!!! Obviously there is lack of education and training, otherwise they would recognize at least their mistake and apologize.They abandoned me without transfer on a rainy day with strike to the public transportation. If you are lucky and find one of the male employees at the reception, you will get some guidance. If you see a woman with dark hair, don't even bother to ask. They claim they have reception service 24/7 but many times there was noone there. The free wifi is not always available. I was told that this is why there are many people connected and they have only one line!! The room is very small similar to rabbit hole. Don't go there. The location is very good, there are two subway stations nearby, the station on line 2 is 300 meters away from the hotel, to the Louvre, the Arc de Triomphe, the Eiffel Tower can be transferred, within 38 minutes, next to the hotel two Carrefour, the nearest 100 Domi, the big Carrefour is 500 meters, convenient. It is convenient to go to the Sagrada Familia for a kilometer walk. Service enthusiasm, free to help me print the electronic ticket of the tower. The downside is that it is a bit noisy, and the bar stops at 4 am in the evening on weekends. Downstairs is a western restaurant. We were in Paris this weekend for a weekend away, and part way through the weekend it was announced that all cafes, restaurants and most shops etc would be closed due to coronavirus. The hotel was wonderful (particularly Isabelle on reception who was fantastic and calm), She kept us updated, and without any hesitation let us keep our room until we got our late evening Eurostar on Sunday evening - the hotel were so accommodating. We actually still had a great weekend in Paris, in large because of how the hotel dealt with things. We were upgraded to a Grand Pigalle room for our stay, given that the hotel was quiet, which we really appreciated. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the bathroom, shower and toiletries were great, the bed was comfy, the dressing gowns and slippers luxurious, and the balconies that wrap around the entire building are wonderful. The wine bar is a great place to spend some time, and the breakfast was delicious, generous and served with a smile. There are so many great restaurants, cafes and boutique shops close by, and our favourite local street was Rue de Martyrs. We will definitely be back and can not recommend this place more highlyFromUS$152.00

Visited at New Year’s Eve. Was very pleasantly surprised with the room - comfortable, cool vibe and design, great shower and a big screen TV. The bed was amazingly comfortable, which I would argue, is key. The staff were super helpful and friendly throughout my stay, with a genuine feel of a small hotel rather than a big chain hotel bound by “policies” that don’t mind the guests. To top it all, breakfast was great - good selection of quality products to bring it all together. The hotel is under renovations. Receptionist upon arrival was very helpful. We couldn't check-in straight away as we had arrived at 12pm and check-in was at 2pm. However the receptionist put our luggage in a locked closet so we could go and explore for a couple of hours before checking in. When we arrived back at the hotel, we checked in no problem. We were given a lovely,small but quirky Parisian room overlooking the street. It was lovely to be able to open our window and look out onto the street. We didn't expect the room to be bigger than it was after reading some reviews - this is exactly all you need for a few nights in Paris. The décor was modern, and overall the room was very clean. The hotel also provide a safe, if you feel better securing your valuables. They also lock the hotel after a certain time, and you have to ring the door bell to be let in, which is nice and made us feel even safer. You can hear a slight rumble from the metro at night every so often so take your ear plugs if you're a light sleeper, although travelling around Paris is tiring, so I assure you won't have any issues. I must add that the location of the hotel is great! A 5 minute walk to the metro each way - If you turn left out of the hotel, it takes you to Pigalle metrol, or if you turn right it takes you to Saint-Georges metro. It doesn't take long to get to the main tourist attractions at all, and is only a 1hr journey away from Disney Land. We used the Saint-Georges metro most days - the area was really nice around there. Metro was cheap, and easy to use! Anyone travelling from the UK and are struggling with where to eat - I would strongly recommend the Cross of Saint George (5/10 minute walk from hotel), which is your typical English pub serving English breakfasts on the weekend and other English food such as fish and chips on the evening! The hotel offers a airport shuttle, which only cost us 18 euros per person to Charles de Gaulle, which i'd recommend as it's cheaper than getting a taxi. Receptionist's are really friendly and gave us directions on the bus to the Eiffel Tower, and recommended local super markets. Overall, we had the best experience in Hotel Villa Margaux - we didn't want to leave! We will be returning if we visit Paris in the future.FromUS$75.00

Lovely little hotel in Paris. My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights in Aug/Sept 2018. It is a fantastic location for the Moulin Rouge and the Sacre Coeur as well as Montmartre (the arts district). There are lots of shops, places to eat out or take away locally, plenty of bars and clubs within walking distance, but note that this is in the Pigalle area of Paris (google it before you go - I didn't lol). The hotel itself is (I would say) mid-renovation, in that the reception area, breakfast area and lift are fairly new and clean, but the room we had (a standard room) was in need of upgrading somewhat. The room was basic and clean, the shower (although dated) was powerful and hot, so perfect! Our room was very spacious but had little hanging space and no drawers, so we more or less lived out of the suitcase for the time we were there, doesn't bother us but might bother some. There is no fridge in the room, there is a hair dryer in the bathroom if you're really desperate as its pretty slow. The room had balcony doors with a view to the street (in our room) which was nice, but you are in quite a built up area so no stunning view of Paris if that's what you're after. Breakfast is continental: cereals, hot and cold drinks, breads, meat, cheese, jams, pastries etc, we enjoyed breakfast and the breakfast room is gorgeous, its a little vaulted room in the basement - beautiful. This hotel is located in a nice section of 9th ARR. close to a row of restaurant and interesting shops.. security is very good, room is great and clean, front desk are all accomodating. The extra 10euro charge for breakfast is worth it.. they serve pretty good selection of breakfast stuff food.. i was reading some reviews and i find it not true. Clean and good space, and having your own bathroom makes it more appealing. Highly recommended. If you like air conditioner you might ask them for one, coz the room i got has no aircondition, but having the window open makes it so hommie.. 👍👍👍FromUS$59.00

The hotel location is very good, very close to the Arc de Triomphe, a five minute walk to the subway station can also take a direct bus to and from Charles de Gaulle and Orly Airport. Facilities breakfast also fully reached the four-star standard, the gym is relatively small. The front desk is more enthusiastic. There is a little brother who can speak Chinese, which makes communication more convenient.

I regret the booking of this hotel. The gentleman at the service desk when I checked in was incredibly rude and condescending throughout the process. The room was as small as expected however the beds and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable. The shower had minimal pressure. The AC whenever it was turned on left a gathering of dust over everything in my room. Whilst it is located quite a distance from the centre, there are several stations close by which is handy, unfortunately the food options close by the hotel are terrible. I left the hotel after three nights instead of the five I had booked and paid for.

Good location, nearby Carrefour, franprix and other supermarkets! I live on the 2nd floor facing the street, and it is very quiet at night, but the sound insulation between the room and the room is really average. The room is not large and has a balcony (not every room, so it is best to leave a message to tell the room with a balcony when booking) ), There is also a door in the bathroom sharing a balcony with the room, so the balcony is quite large. The hotel only provides shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer. Slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, so it is recommended to bring your own toiletries. Lines 7 and 10 are only 5 minutes' walk from the surrounding area. Line 4 is about 15 minutes away. The 5th district is a Latin area, surrounded by universities, so it is safe! The hotel has access control locks, staff need to help open the door to enter! Breakfast is an ordinary western-style breakfast, bread, milk, eggs, oatmeal, sausage and cheese. A tax of 1.88 euros per person per night, which must be paid to the front desk when checking out. This Ctrip will also call you when you are in China to inform you that this tax must be paid to the hotel separately! The hotel provides free wlan, but the Internet speed is average, the room has air conditioning and heating. In short, the price is high!

Disneyland
Stayed at the B&B hotel for three nights while visiting Disney. Anyone looking for a cheap place to stay this is perfect. Hotel is spotlessly clean, really friendly staff, good sized rooms with comfortable beds and shower room. The hotel serves a simple dinner of pasta or pizza which is great, easy to order and quick to come. Breakfast is simple but just want you need at the start of the day. Tables were cleared quickly and everything very clean and presented well. We were worried about the shuttle overcrowding but there are a few services which only run from the B&B hotel and others which go to the other four hotels on the complex which makes it easy. We always got on a bus even if it was busy and never had to wait long! Lockers are available to store luggage if your arrive before your room is ready or check out early. We will be back on our next disney trip!

For the first time in a hotel model, the century-old building is said to be a historical cultural relics protection unit in Paris, so it is completely banned. My old cigarette can only smoke in a small yard. Miss Luo is very enthusiastic, let us have the feeling of going home. There is a black guy in night shift who speaks Chinese very well. He said that he read a book in Guangzhou. In the morning, the girl named Marty also speaks Chinese. There is no problem at all, and at the same time give us a lot of advice on the tour, much stronger than those that are not reliable. It is very convenient to exit the subway 50 meters away. This area is a safe place for French people to live in. The room is big enough to be the floor-to-ceiling glass window in Europe. Our bedroom is very close to the yard, so the living room is a bit noisy. It is highly recommended to add a Chinese breakfast. It is really not suitable for those cheese breads, and it is better to have Chinese TV. If you have the opportunity to come back to Paris, you will still come to the Paris Residence.
