Hotels Near La Bucherie In Paris
0.11km from La Bucherie I doubt whether you could find a more conveniently located hotel in this fantastic city. Many people seek a central location for their visit - there is no real central location - easy access to the incredible public transport system is the goal for any visit. Super convenient location, hotel front door is less than 10 steps from entrance to - sortie 6 - elevator which gives you immediate access to platform for RER B -> to and from CDG. The nearby (200m) St Michel- Notre Dame public transport hub provides access to Metro 4, RER B and C, also there is a multitude of bus stops in near vicinity. As a tourist wanting to maximise our time, the easy access to all these public transport options is invaluable. Our superior room (7) has air conditioning- warm in cold weather, double glazing on windows to minimise any street noise. Windows overlooking the beautiful Seine and the very, very sad remains of the Notre Dame. Spacious room for Paris standards, comfortable king size bed, mini bar with safe in fridge, novel idea. Bathroom with complimentary toiletries, good pressure and very hot water. Ample storage for luggage and hanging space in built in wardrobe. Coffee and tea making facilities. There are many, many restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance from hotel. Reception is staffed by some very friendly and helpful people. Thank you, Tanah (Manager - apologies for spelling) for your assistance and many phones calls in locating some items left behind in Bordeaux. Big thank you again to Dino, incredibly helpful with restaurant and commuter advice, also with your friendly and insightful views on living and working in this fabulous city. Also for your assistance with Tanah in communicating with Bordeaux hotel. We stayed in this fantastic hotel in 2017, and when preparing to visit again corresponded by e- mail with Dino, who answered all enquires almost immediately. If you are seeking a hotel with a gym, 24hr room service etc, etc - this small, 10 room hotel is not for you. But if you are seeking a small boutique hotel in a super convenient location with amazingly friendly and helpful staff, you should consider this little gem.
0.19km from La BucherieThis was my second stay at the Parc St Severin and I think this is my favourite Paris hotel. The staff are lovely, from the receptionist to the lady working in the breakfast room. My room was lovely, with a really comfortable bed and lovely old fashioned furniture. The WiFi was good and everything was spotlessly clean. I also liked the scent of the shower gel and shampoo. The breakfast was also very nice and I liked the fact the eggs were cooked to order. The pastries were very nice and so was the coffee. The area is great as the hotel is walking distance to the Pantheon and in the Latin Quarter. It's also convenient for the RER and metro. This was my second visit to this hotel which I would definitely recommend. I would definitely go back.
0.2km from La BucherieWe had actually booked into another hotel but were told upon check-in that the original hotel was closing... this wasn’t a great start but it definitely improved from there! Our room was spacious (for Parisian standards) with a lovely bay window with a ledge for people watching. We had requested a balcony room but this wasn’t available when he switched hotels which was disappointing. The staff were always welcoming and the location was great, a stone’s throw from the Notre Dame cathedral. We would definitely stay again and are looking forward to revisiting Paris when it’s not on lockdown!

0.27km from La BucherieI've stayed at this hotel a number of times in the past. It is consistently good, and reception/check-in is friendly and helpful. I like the room that they have on the ground floor. The room is a very good size for a Paris hotel of its type, the bed is very comfortable and the bathroom and shower area are of very decent size. In the room, they always leave some chocolate as a welcome, and there is even a kettle and some tea and coffee provided. I'm not sure why some people complain about the breakfast. The coffee is very good quality, and if you like several cups to start the day then this alone makes the price relatively good value. There is also everything else that you could need - bread, ham, cheese, yoghurt, cereal, fresh fruit, etc. Overall, this hotel is excellent, and the price/quality is not out of line when you consider the quality of the hotel and its fabulous historic location that's also within a few steps of a metro station and the RER B line to Paris Nord or Paris CDG airport. Also, around the hotel are some excellent bars and restaurants. What more could you want?

0.32km from La BucherieI chose the hotel for location near the Sorbonne and because I am an Accor loyalty scheme member. Arriving at the Gare du Nord it is only 2 stops on the RER (follow the signs for the Sud platforms and get a train on the B line. Get off at St Michel Notre Dame - next stop after Chatelet les Halles) and there is a travelator connecting you to Cluny metro station with exits only a fee minutes from the hotel. As Mercure hotels go this one is small - no restaurant* except for breakfast. The welcome was good and the small room matched the small price (the other Mercure near sorbonne is much more expensive). The room was quiet and the bed comfortable. Breakfast included some hot food (bacon and sausage and scrambled egg, and a hot plate with little frying pans to cook an egg) otherwise it was fairly average. It was all perfect for my needs. *it is only a few steps to the Bistrot du Perigord in St Jacques which I have also reviewed
0.32km from La BucherieWell were do I start, I booked a double room at the home latin in paris, back in December before COVID-19 was known about, vis Hotels.com on non refundable rate, in early March - May 2020 COVID-19 had been rampant across france, but late June arrived and we were able to travel and stay at our original booking. Numerous calls during early June to Hotels.com to speak with the hotel to confirm any changes we needed to adhere to due to the virus, the hotel was un-contactable, I arrived in paris on the 29th June for my 2 night stay to find the hotel had shut its doors and the hotel locked with no staff presence. Hotels.com to this day have still not refunded as the hotel have to confirm they're closed, Despite informing them that im on a bench opposite the hotel writing this review £600+ out of pocket, I have no idea if or when Home Latin will reopen as majority of hotels are open for public use now in paris (although still very expensive) but hotels.com think it's ok to sell hotels on their website that are closed. I appreciate that COVID-19 has caused disruption and distress but being in a foreign country with no where to stay and not knowing the language is very distressing. I will never book via Hotels.com again, even though I was sold a non-refundable room I'd expect that to be refunded should the hotel be closed (hotels.com have attempted to call and email on my behalf for over a month without responseits obviously CLOSED!!!) Force Majeure can be activated on all contracts as Home Latin has broken their T&Cs by not responding and most importantly being shut. The story will continue I'm sure. If you book via Hotels.com check the hotel is open guys before you travel as you might arrive to a nasty shock whereby your hotel is unavailable for the duration. We emailed and phoned the hotel prior to coming to paris without success. Very upset customer.

0.33km from La BucherieEverything here was amazing for me and my family. First: The location, near to Notre Dame and the Sena River. The neighborhood is the Quartier Latin where is possible to find good prices in everything; Food, souvenirs, restaurants, etc. Is possible to take the RER and Metro near to the hotel. It is also easy to arrive from airport to the hotel using the RER 5Stars in Location Second: All people at the hotel are friendly, they can help you because they talk english, spanish, russian, etc. And they explain you everything about the city if you have doubts 5stars for the Staff Third: I like the idea they allow you to use the kitchen for free (just remember to wash what you use) and also Laundry too!! :) that was very cool!!. The breakfast is included also and I appreciate it 5stars again Just check wich kind of room you will choose because they have many options for all different kind of visitors :)
0.33km from La BucherieI do not write reviews so forgive me if I do not go into detail that may go into regular reviews. However, my wife and I chose a Paris trip to get away for a week and neither of us in our life have ever been there. So to Tripadvisor I went along with a few other sites and sight unseen chose this wonderful hotel. It was perfect. Right in the middle of just about everything and whatever was not close by was a train or short Uber trip away. The staff was outstanding from the moment of the reservation until we left. Everyone could not have been more friendly. I am orignally from US my wife from China so needless to say our French is lacking....but that was not a concern. The whole staff from the front desk area...cleaning staff....and kitchen...could not have been more accomodating. They even set up transportation to and from the airport. We took a tour to Normandy which they set up for us and sold us passes that were good for the numerous museums to choose. Food and drink? They serve breakfast if you would like...and it is the same serving each day....but really was awesome all food and drink fresh and delicious. As for other food close by. Take your pick. From a 30 second walk to a 10 minute walk there are restaurants of all shapes and sizes to fill your appetite for food and drink. Has been mentioned that the rooms can get warm....we only were really in the rooms at night and they do get warm....the heater is the only thing that works in the winter....but we opened the windows....yes you can actually open the windows to the outside...and the fresh air was more than enough to cool things down. The room was very clean each day, the bathroom very modern....which I was a little worried about since the building was constructed in the late 1400's.....but no worries there...more modern than my bathroom at home. Hot water and all. The rooms were also beautiful to look at.....they can be a but snug...but for us it was perfect. You don't hang out in your rooms all day anyway when you are in the middle of Paris. The room rates are very competitive in the surroundings. We were just amazed, pleased, and recommend anyone who does not know where to stay or what part of Paris to stay this is it. The staff for us was the icing on the cake. You will not get any better attention staying at some high rise five star name brand hotel. They treated us special from the moment we got there until we left. Thank you, you made a special trip even better because you took many of the worries out of our hands. On our next trip to Paris. There is no other reason for any other hotel to look at we will stay here.
0.34km from La BucherieFamily of 5 in a junior suite and double room next door with hallway between which could be locked off such that two room doors could remain open and still secure. Welcome : very friendly, swift check in. Rooms were ready for us even though we were quite early (around 1.30pm). Lift : narrowest lift in the world - fine for two standard people at a time, of one with luggage. Very memorable :) Area : on a corner of a very busy mostly pedestrian street near St Michel metro. Windows well soundproofed meant there were no issues with any noise from outside. Few steps from the river, metro, bus stops etc. Decor : very attractive reception, nicely appointed rooms, bathrooms nice and clean, tiny kitchenette in junior suite with coffee maker, fridge, microwave and hot ring. Comfy beds and pillows. Double bedroom was standard size for Paris, Junior suite had small lounge area with sofa bed that was easy to use. Breakfast : taken in the reception of hotel across the street (where checkin occurs also) - really cute and cozy. Low chairs and quite crowded small tables once food is served but it was just fine for us. Really friendly service. Very calm breakfasts served until 11. Lovely fresh pastries and bread plus juices, yogurts, fruit salad, ham/cheese etc. Catered well for our special request of gluten free bread plus dairy free milk. Value for money : wasn’t the cheapest hotel available but we are really glad we spent a little more and chose this one : it was cozy, welcoming, well appointed and with a great position near the river, metro, loads of great restaurants.
0.34km from La BucherieI was due to spend around 3 weeks in this lovely, boutique 4 star but my stay was cut short as my wife had to undergo surgery back in Sydney. Laetitia Chevance was very understanding and refunded the bulk of my room tariff without demur. All the staff are superb, with special mention to Willy and Guillaume. My room was 27m2 and located at the rear of the hotel, so was exceptionally quiet for a Parisian hotel. There is a host of eateries, boulangeries etc all close at hand. My only gripe is a minor one, the bathrooms while everything works well do need an upgrade. A lovely hotel and highly recommended.

0.35km from La BucherieWe stayed here for 4 nights at the end of February. The first two nights were on the 3rd floor facing the street. It was significantly loud with traffic and street noise. On the third night we switched to a 4th floor room that faces the courtyard and alley. MUCH quieter. Both rooms were executive sized (larger than standard.) It was nice to have the extra room, however, there were at least two too-many pieces of furniture in each room that ate up a lot of the space! We could have done without the extra side chair and occasional table. (Or keep those two and get rid of the love seat!) It didn't help that my wife and I each had two large pieces of luggage each. The furniture is a little dated but not unsettling. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom modern and clean. (although the shower had a very slow drain and the pan backed up with a pool of water, yuck.) One more thing about the first bathroom: The faucets were a design of smooth chrome; so smooth that it was impossible to turn them off with wet hands! Design fail! The executive room we moved to on the 4th floor was a bit bigger, and better laid out. This one had a tub shower and workable faucets! FTW! The roof deck is NOT TO BE MISSED! One of the best views in Paris! All front desk and cleaning staff were gracious and very helpful. I would possibly stay here again if only for the location and roof top view!
0.36km from La BucherieThe hotel itself is lovely and most of the staff are very helpful and friendly. Those at the front desk speak and understand English very well. They will not let you check in early, but they will hold your bags until check-in time. The breakfast is mostly redundant but nice. Every day, you can expect croissants, French baguette, butter, strawberry jam, and an assortment of cheeses (the only thing that may change), as well as coffee, tea or hot chocolate and orange juice. The elevator is tiny and suitable for 2 people at a time who are not obese. If you are weight challenged, the stairs are spiral. There's also a step right near the front desk that you must stay aware of. It seems that the carpeting on the stairs has been updated but the carpeting on the 3rd floor is in serious need of replacement and the same for our room #15. Our room was very small; luckily we are not large people but I'm sorry we didn't ask if something larger was available even if we had to pay extra. Blame the sleepless flight and the cold I arrived with. There was no shower curtain and the wallpaper was hideous. The rug was a disgrace and I believe they need to invest in a new vacuum cleaner. There was a small closet with a small safe above, a shelf and a small desk. I would book directly through the hotel to have a better room experience and not AirBNB. The housekeeper was very nice, and the hotel is in a good location.
Hotels Near La Bucherie In Paris Review
The hotel location is very good, very close to the Arc de Triomphe, a five minute walk to the subway station can also take a direct bus to and from Charles de Gaulle and Orly Airport. Facilities breakfast also fully reached the four-star standard, the gym is relatively small. The front desk is more enthusiastic. There is a little brother who can speak Chinese, which makes communication more convenient.
The hotel location is very good, in the Disneyland area, only ten minutes to Disney. The hotel has a shuttle bus at any time, the service is very good and convenient! The hotel facilities and services are very good, the staff is very warm and polite, and there is a dedicated parking lot
I regret the booking of this hotel. The gentleman at the service desk when I checked in was incredibly rude and condescending throughout the process. The room was as small as expected however the beds and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable. The shower had minimal pressure. The AC whenever it was turned on left a gathering of dust over everything in my room. Whilst it is located quite a distance from the centre, there are several stations close by which is handy, unfortunately the food options close by the hotel are terrible. I left the hotel after three nights instead of the five I had booked and paid for.
Good location, nearby Carrefour, franprix and other supermarkets! I live on the 2nd floor facing the street, and it is very quiet at night, but the sound insulation between the room and the room is really average. The room is not large and has a balcony (not every room, so it is best to leave a message to tell the room with a balcony when booking) ), There is also a door in the bathroom sharing a balcony with the room, so the balcony is quite large. The hotel only provides shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer. Slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, so it is recommended to bring your own toiletries. Lines 7 and 10 are only 5 minutes' walk from the surrounding area. Line 4 is about 15 minutes away. The 5th district is a Latin area, surrounded by universities, so it is safe! The hotel has access control locks, staff need to help open the door to enter! Breakfast is an ordinary western-style breakfast, bread, milk, eggs, oatmeal, sausage and cheese. A tax of 1.88 euros per person per night, which must be paid to the front desk when checking out. This Ctrip will also call you when you are in China to inform you that this tax must be paid to the hotel separately! The hotel provides free wlan, but the Internet speed is average, the room has air conditioning and heating. In short, the price is high!
Stayed at the B&B hotel for three nights while visiting Disney. Anyone looking for a cheap place to stay this is perfect. Hotel is spotlessly clean, really friendly staff, good sized rooms with comfortable beds and shower room. The hotel serves a simple dinner of pasta or pizza which is great, easy to order and quick to come. Breakfast is simple but just want you need at the start of the day. Tables were cleared quickly and everything very clean and presented well. We were worried about the shuttle overcrowding but there are a few services which only run from the B&B hotel and others which go to the other four hotels on the complex which makes it easy. We always got on a bus even if it was busy and never had to wait long! Lockers are available to store luggage if your arrive before your room is ready or check out early. We will be back on our next disney trip!
For the first time in a hotel model, the century-old building is said to be a historical cultural relics protection unit in Paris, so it is completely banned. My old cigarette can only smoke in a small yard. Miss Luo is very enthusiastic, let us have the feeling of going home. There is a black guy in night shift who speaks Chinese very well. He said that he read a book in Guangzhou. In the morning, the girl named Marty also speaks Chinese. There is no problem at all, and at the same time give us a lot of advice on the tour, much stronger than those that are not reliable. It is very convenient to exit the subway 50 meters away. This area is a safe place for French people to live in. The room is big enough to be the floor-to-ceiling glass window in Europe. Our bedroom is very close to the yard, so the living room is a bit noisy. It is highly recommended to add a Chinese breakfast. It is really not suitable for those cheese breads, and it is better to have Chinese TV. If you have the opportunity to come back to Paris, you will still come to the Paris Residence.
