|0.96km from city centerWe had a lovely stay a Santa Rosa. The accommodation (2 bed) for our family of 4 was clean (cleaned almost daily), modern and spacious. We opted for self-catering. It was simple to use the breakfast buffet/evening meal if you wished and very good value - but we prefer to explore. Comfy beds, large bathroom. The pool was cold but you soon adjusted and the kids loved it. Daily football and bingo was a highlight for our boys. The pool bar was really reasonably priced (€2.50 large beer). Top tip - Jumpers needed at night in Feb. Cheap taxis available (literally only €3 to the beach), but only 15 min walk to the beaches and restaurants/bars are everywhere. The Supermarket and chemist are on the doorstep. We enjoyed several trips - the short volcano tour and a catamaran tour to La Gracioca. Thank you for a fabulous stay Santa Rosa and we really hope to return again for winter sun.

|0.66km from city centerWe stayed for 1 week in a superior 1 bed apartment. For the price we paid for our stay we were so pleased with this hotel. Our room was set back from the main frontage but had an amazing sea view. We were spoilt having sun beds on the balcony which made it a lovely sun trap for sunbathing in the afternoons. The apartment and hotel were immaculately clean. Our block had no lift and we were on the top floor, however the receptionist pointed this out at check in and asked if we were ok with that. We were pleased with the room we were offered but requested help with our suitcases on arrival and departure. The staff were more than happy to offer assistance and we thought it was well worth a small tip for this service. It was my mom’s birthday whilst staying at the hotel so was pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of complimentary wine in the room with a note wishing my mom a happy birthday. Such a lovely gesture. We had no problem getting sun beds by the pool, although could see it maybe a problem when the hotel is busier. For us we loved our stay and would definitely return. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay special.

|0.35km from city centerJust back from an amazingly relaxing week staying at the Oasis Lanz. From the moment my daughter and I arrived to the moment we left, we were able to totally relax in the beautiful, clean and classy surroundings. Everything felt so easy, like the hotel had thought of all our needs and provided them without us having to ask. The room was huge, clean, comfy bed, lovely big balcony with handy clothing rack for drying wet clothes, fridge, safe, TV etc. Everything worked and was in great condition. Room was made up daily, fresh towels etc and felt like new coming back after the cleaners had been in. Breakfast was superb, plenty of tables, no waiting to be seated. Very chilled vibe, lots of choices and everything I sampled was delicious from cooked breakfast to freshly made pancakes. We spent a lot of time at the pool nearest our room and loved it. Clean, perfect temperature, loads of loungers and the poolside bar for refreshments! On the odd occasion we needed something (taxi booked to airport/somewhere to leave bags after check out/ grab a shower before leaving) the staff at reception couldn't have been more helpful. Location wise it's perfect, so close to both beaches, restaurants and shops. Thanks for a great stay and hope to get back.

|0.42km from city centerNice looking hotel with a friendly welcome when we checked in. The Room We had booked a sea view, hot tub room. After reading peoples reviews I sent an email before we traveled asking about sun on the balcony. I was told sun is on the balcony for half the day and we accepted this. This was not true and the balcony did not get any sun. The hot tub is more like a bath and you are overlooked by street passers by. Certainly not worth the money and only used once. The bath took around 45 mins to fill up which is hardly positive for the environment. Tip - room only sea view with open roof balcony. All inclusive? At check in offered all inclusive for €59 each per day. We declined and the best decision we ever made. The hotel is perfectly located and you have a huge range of bars, restaurants and shops on our doorstep. The average large beer cost is between €2\3 and a good quality steak €17 Tip - 100% not Restaurant Nightmare. Total lack of staff full stop. Breakfast. Wacky races. 1. Fight your way into the seating area. 2. Find a table that is not piled high of dirty dishes. 3. Find staff to locate cutlery and a cup for coffee and glass for juice. 4. Only 2 coffee points so wait in a long line then read instructions to work the machine after a time give up and use the filtered coffee next to the machine. 5. Enter the food area and join another long line of grumpy people waiting for the single member of staff servicing eggs, omelettes and pancakes. Very narrow area that also houses bread. 6. Return to table stressed then listen to death row music over and over again. Dinner. Much the same with rather bland similar food each day. Still searching for a table, then hunt down service for cutlery, and drinks. We complained most days as it was simply terrible and very stressful. We got an hour in the spa area which does not cut it. We stopped going as we started and ended the day stressed. Pool areas Very nice. No issues. You can however see the same people reserving a bed at 7am! Seriously they had no shortage. No one to stop them and insufficient staff in any case. Location 10/10. So very central So in short. Nice hotel but major issues that need to be resolved. We go away to relax and this whole situation was wholly unacceptable

|1.15km from city centerWhat can i say about this place? Amazing. We arrived slightly early and our room wasnt ready however in under 10 minutes we had the phone call to say it was. While waiting we had a quick drink and something to eat. We got to our room in the srenity area and wow absolutely blown away. Light, spacious, extremely clean. Also as it was our honeymoon/anniversary a complimentary bottle of fizz and some rose petals were laid out in our room which was lovely. The pool area was great, yet again super clean as well. A great range of cocktails on offer in the bar made by Junior who was fantastic every time we got drinks. Breakfast was great as well with a lot of choice. Overall I cant fault anything at this hotel. Special mentions must go to Monica, Junior and Aldrin who were always polite and courteous and very efficient in what they did. We will be back again

|1.35km from city centerWe stayed here in February 2024, we arrived around 7pm and first impressions of the hotel wasn’t brilliant there is a lot of lighting that is not working and to be honest looked like it was shut. The reception is quite big but very dull and looks like it needs a paint. Reception staff are very nice and gave us good directions to our room. We stayed in a junior suite which I would definitely recommend as it was huge with so much space for storage. The rooms are kept immaculate by the cleaners who were brilliant and very friendly. In the room there is a queen size bed a pull out sofa bed and a camp bed so perfect for a family of 4. There was a large round bath in the bedroom too which was a hit with the kids as they could lay in the bath and watch the tv. We had a lovely view of the ocean from the balcony and was a treat to wake up too. There is also a shower toilet and sink in the bathroom. The walk in wardrobe was good as we had plenty of storage space and enough rails to hang all 4 people’s clothes. There is a small fridge in the room but you can’t fit too much in there. The room was lovely but could do with a little freshen up maybe something a bit more modern. Unfortunately that’s the only positive I can say about the hotel we was very disappointed with the pool area as sun loungers are chained up until 10am and it’s a mad rush to get a space in a good location there is a lot of trees around which blocks the sun from some places for most of the day. The pool is absolutely freezing my children couldn’t be in there for more than 10 minutes. At the pool bar you pay a euro per cup as a deposit and they give you a clean cup each time which is a good idea as there isn’t loads of cups laying about. Some of the staff behind the pool bar are ok but some are very rude. There is however a lot of wasted space at this hotel they have a big square with palm tree in that serve no purpose and could be removed to make more space for another pool / sunbathing area as it’s in a location that gets the sun all day. The restaurant is terrible we found ourselves eating out every day and night which is not ideal. We booked all inclusive and only used the restaurant twice during our stay as we found the food revolting. There is a very small selection and what is on offer we food to be dry, bland and mostly over cooked cheap products. Entertainment was so poor for both adults and children if your not into watching drunks argue and sing karaoke this is not the place for you kids club was basically non existent we was asked once if we wanted to do archery and when we asked where it was the lady basically run away. Music during the day is a continuous loop of about 5 songs which does become quite irritating after the 10th time of hearing it. The venue for evening entertainment is in a tiny little room with not enough seats so unless you get there early you will find yourself standing up with a drink waiting to rush to a chair if one becomes available. Costa Teguise
|1.31km from city centerVery similar to a large hostel with good bungalows (with a kitchenette, kettle, microwave)
many children, many small pools on the territory
There is a shop on site (prices are above average), a cafe where you can buy breakfast / dinner
The disadvantage is that there is no access to the sea-ocean, as such. (there is a certain bay on the territory, more like a paddling pool)
To swim you need to go along the promenade along the sea to the beach
