      We stayed several times in the ibis Style Honfleur before. We like it. Which is why we return. Great value for money: room and bathroom are complete and large enough, Wi-Fi, great breakfast with enough variety. A pity the boiled eggs seemed to have disappeared since COVID19? Yet that is a detail. The most annoying thing: in the confirmation e-mail there is a header stating that certain services may not be available as consequence of COVID19. No clue as to what this is. I sent an e-mail explicitly asking. It remained unanswered till today. Turns out it is cleaning of the room and replacing the towels: before this was daily, even unused towels would be replaced. Now they are not replaced at all. Understandable yet given lack of communication this is an unpleasant surprise. Please warn customers? Especially repeat customers assuming past performance will equal current performance?

      We stayed for two nights in April. The hotel is situated in a lovely spot facing the harbour and very close to local bars, shops and restaurants. We parked in a public car park just past the hotel and paid about 10 euros for an overnight stay until 11am the following day and there were plenty of spaces. (Check Google maps for Parking Payant Honfleur). Between 8pm and 8am, parking is free. As I was travelling with my mother, we had requested two single beds. The receptionist told us that this information had been missed. We waited in reception, and within 15 minutes, she had been up to the room and resolved the problem for us. Customer service at its very best. We had breakfast and the lady looking after the breakfast room was lovely and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy with their meal. Our room was on the small side and this was mentioned when we booked. However, we had everything we needed and it was spotlessly clean with a good shower. The morning view of the harbour from the window is beautiful. All in all, a great base for our trip to the British War Memorial in Normandy.

      This hotel isa quietly located hotel outside the center. The design of the rooms is dated, I haven't seen a shower in a bath for a while. I had a nice walk to the city center in 15 minutes, there is a good Italian Restaurant on this road called Amoretto (10 Route Jean Revel) but I can imagine that you eat in the city centre, but I was alone this time

      A nice hotel in a nice location, but is not as good as other Premiere Class hotels. The bedding was old, frayed and had holes in it. See picture. Only one towel per person was supplied, so none for hands or shower matt. The shower head needed to be changed. There is no shower holder, so you must hold the nozzle while you shower. We asked to change room, but the receptionist said all their rooms were like that. The hotel needs a complete upgrade. It has free parking and is located beside several cafes and restaurants and is convenient for the town. Good value out of season, but too expensive for summer in it's cureent condition.

      We stayed here during a visit to Normandy and Honfleur. We wanted somewhere clean and comfortable, close to the town with good parking and pool and spa facilities. The hotel is around 15 mins walk from the old basin and port area, but it is a pleasant and attractive area to walk through along a tree lined avenue. There is plenty of parking which is free at the property which we required as had our car. The hotel is comfortable, the rooms relatively small, but the bed was good and we slept generally well. As the location is surrounded by trees and country, the air was fresh and helped our sleep. The room had no safe and there was no shower curtain which were minus points. Breakfast was nice and fresh with French/continental choices. The food was good and there was homemade rice pudding one day. The pool and spa are very good, and have a nice outside seating area for sunny days. The price was inexpensive and great value for money. Staff were very friendly. We would stay again.
