The staff here are super friendly, typical French breakfast was delicious, location is the best you can ask for, parking discount worked wonderfully, no elevator because it’s a quaint historic building. I loved the exposed beams, the bathroom are updated and clean. We came back halfway through the day to rest which was convenient due to its location. We enjoyed the bath/shower was in a separate room from our toilet (both in our room). The Cathedral bells sound at 8:30 in the morning, and they close their doors at midnight. It has a wonderful Parisian feel to it and it made our experience very authentic. We loved it and I will return again! You have to park around the corner in the Theater parking lot, but you can put your hazards on and unload your belongings without a problem. The parking place is only 3 minutes walk away.

Excellent first aid. Our 5 year oké son fell and hit his head. It was bleeding severe. I wrapped a towel around his head and went to the reception. Within 3 minutes a paramedic arrived and checked his wound and head. It was just a minor injury. The paramedic cleaned the wound, put on a bandage and we could drive Home safely the next day. Very professional reaction off the staff! Hugh compliments! The breakfast is alwaar great too!

We chose this hotel because of the location which is in the city center. Really great location on walking distance from the shops and restaurants. You need to book the parking garage under the hotel in advance. We did not do that but luckily there was a place available, costs are 9 Euro. Check in at the hotel was ok but the receptionist was not very friendly. At check out there was a nice lady who was friendly. The room is small but ok. The bathroom was a huge disappointment, very outdated and needs renovation. The shower is situated in the corner and therefore very small. It has a shower curtain which I do not find hygienic. Bathroom joints are dirty and in the sink there was a yellow stain. Toilet seat was not steady. There was no bottle of water in the room. There only was a kettle, but no tea bags, cups, sugar etc. I think there are better options for a hotel in Metz.

Good hotel within a short walking distance of the train station and city center. The staff were all very nice and room was comfortable. Oddly though, the room came with a kettle but no tea or coffee. So bring your own? The bed was comfortable but pillows were flat. There is some limited parking behind the hotel for 11€ a night. I think you need to tell them in advance if you want to use their parking. There is a much bigger underground garage across the street but it costs about 14€ a night.

Located next to the train station, the room is small and pitiful, it is a bit reluctant to live alone. The breakfast was good. Parking is extremely inconvenient. You have to grab a seat on the road and drive away before 9 o'clock in the morning, otherwise there will be a brother to post the list.

I booked a room a few days in advance on their own website and noticed rooms for 2 or 3 persons were the same price but the rooms for 3 persons were much bigger so booked that one. We parked the car in the underground garage and walked to the hotel (maybe two minutes). Checking was quick and easy. The room was big, the bathroom small. The bed was good. We did not have breakfast at the hotel but it looked okay in passing.

Next to the hotel you find the train station , convenient if you arrive by train. 25 minutes walk to the cathedral and citycenter. By walking through the train station you will find restaurants and shops.

We stayed with our family of 4 (2 children age 1 and 3) for one night during our travel to the South. The room is not so modern and it was quite hot (no airconditioning), but these were the only critical points. The entire experience exceeded our expectations; price, location, staff (people were so sweet), breakfast which was included. We stayed in a room of 4 next to the breakfast room. Because our small children went to bed early, we spent the evening in the breakfast room. Super easy. They made us feel at home. All staff super friendly, patient and working hard to give us the best stay. And eventhough the bathroom is quite old, what can you expect for this room rate? We would def come back for the same purpose!

chambre côté quais de la gare, avec tout ce que cela comporte d'incommodités: - les fientes de pigeon sur les vitres extérieures de la chambre - l'absence de volets et seuls des voilages et rideaux moyennement occultants et sales - les nuisances sonores: passage des trains de voyageurs, et de marchandises la nuit, ainsi que les annonces SNCF Par ailleurs, les nuisances odorantes liées à la cuisine confectionnée tardivement par certains résidents ont été très gênantes. Enfin, il n'y avait aucun débit internet possible dans mon chambre (mon collègue est venu le vérifier avec son ordinateur; il était au 3e étage où le wifi était accessible sans problème). J'ai signalé normalement ces problèmes à l'accueil, et j'ai été très mal reçu par la directrice, et un membre en particulier du personnel. Il m'a été dit, avec une posture et un ton autoritaires, je cite, ”vous êtes mal tombée”, ”vous n'avez qu'à changer d'appart-hôtel résidence ou prendre un hôtel classique”, ”je ne suis pas technicienne des bornes de débit internet sur les toits”, ”vous voulez que l'on mette immédiatement un terme à votre séjour?”, ”les problèmes que vous signalez c'est selon chacun, chacun sa sensibilité et on ne peut pas la prendre en compte pour chacun de nos clients”, ”qu'est-ce que vous croyez, ici nous avons 130 chambres toutes occupées par des clients aux horaires tous différents” etc... Pour terminer, la salle du petit-déjeuner n'est pas du tout accueillante, elle est sombre, mal agencée, et le choix des aliments n'est qu'apparent, et vite limité dans la semaine, par exemple la boîte à sachets de thé reste à moitié vide, ainsi que le panier à biscuits, il faut faire avec ce qu'il reste, et le café de la seule machine est imbuvable. Et les photos des chambres/studios sur le site ne correspondent pas à la réalité, elles ne sont pas du tout reluisantes mais plutôt très vieillottes. La proximité avec la gare ne fait vraiment pas tout.
