This hotel really misses the mark. They're trying hard for a minimalist vibe, and I dig that. However, they cheaped out on the finishes and the (relatively new) hotel has not aged well. The floors, furnishings, and fixtures are worn: scuff marks on the floors and furniture, loose and cheap fixtures in the bathroom, toilets that flush intermittently, bad wifi throughout the hotel, A/C that turns you into a popsicle and doesn't adjust... I only had breakfast at the restaurant but it was mediocre. It's not at all what I expected from a hotel like this. It was your basic eggs, beans, fruit plate you'd get at somewhere like VIPs or Martin's, except not nearly as good. This hotel might be cool if you're here on vacation with your girlfriend, but who the hell comes to Monterrey for vacation with their girlfriend? I get the feeling that whoever was the money behind this hotel had a wife who had a friend that claimed to be a ”designer,” and that's who got the gig to design this place. But she was in over her head and completely failed. If you're going for the mega-mamon, I'm-From-San Pedro-And-My-Family-Is-Important vibe, you can't do it with Ikea furniture. In short, it just doesn't work, especially for the price. The only bright spot was the maid service. Even though they missed my room and didn't come by until 5:00 PM, it wasn't their fault and they were very friendly and efficient. No chance I'm staying here again.

Best customers service received in a long while. All employees were very attentive and polite. Front desk and restaurant services were fantastic. I will be choosing this as my home property. The hotel itself is very nice. Pretty, clean, and kept well. The rooms as well, Were great; simple yet clean, comfortable, with great views and comfy beds. Even the bathroom was pretty. When you check in, they give you these vouchers for you and whoever is staying with youfor breakfast. So, if you forget it, lose it or just simply don't have it, you can't eat. Breakfast was pretty decent though, a combination of a continental and Mexican breakfast. Plus, staff in the dinning room were very nice and helpful and that is always appreciated, especially early in the morning. Wish their front desk was the same. Their parking is a bit strange in my opinion since they don't have one on site and instead you have to park in a shopping centers garage. I tried to get help from one of their front desk personnel and the look of annoyance on this guys face just irked me, especially since I approached him as polite as possible. At one point, he laughed at us when we told him the instructions he was giving were not making sense. In the end, I assumed he felt us being annoyed and just took a deep breath and drew us a map but even while doing so, was condescending with his tone. Not the best experience. There is a shopping center next to the hotel with stores, restaurants and coffee shops but for the most part, you'll need a car to go elsewhere since there was nothing else nearby. Again, beautiful hotel but not the nicest front desk reception at any point in the day.

We often come to this hotel because it is close to the area where we move normally. The value-price relationship seems to us to be fine, but unfortunately the experience with the receptionist named AZENETH has been of bad and cruel attitude. The first bad experience was once we called the reception to ask if we could get up a refreshment to the room and replied with bad will that we had to get down there, when things had already taken us to the room at other times. And perhaps she could have been alone and it would be understandable that they could not take us to the fourth place at the moment, but the main problem was how she said it and how she even seemed to be disturbed that you could be asked for something. The room was scheduled for one night and every day we could not get into the room we had to go down to ask you to activate it and again with his bad attitude and bad face. And today he touched us his most recent cruelty and that's why I finally decided to put this post. Not all rooms have netflix and when the lady that is in the morning has always been very careful and kind and has accessed many requests we have made to you, even searching for a room available with netflix, But AZENETH is today the second time we have to ask for it and in both of them has not even been taken the trouble to search, and his answer is that he doesn't know what they have and he cannot give us it; accompanied by his bad face, of course, as if we were to him. The hotel is a very good hotel, but it is a good hotel. During this last check in, he told us that 100 pesos were left out of a breakfast from the last visit, which we remember very well that it was paid. And at the time he delivers us the voucher of this stay we see that he only charges us one night immediately we realized and told him it was for 2 nights and so far we received his bad face and asked us if we want him to cover us the second one. In the night, my husband and I have to meet again with what? In the end ... not only bad attitude but professional zero. It is very unfortunate that you put someone like this on the reception that serves as if everything you are asked to do us a great favor.

We went to the dining room Sunday morning, it was buffet breakfast, we stopped to serve and already when we finished and we were ready to retire, my wife realized that there was no longer her bag, we went to reception and they gave us no kind of help, They told us they could not show us the rooms (which were outside the dining room because they don't have inside) that it could only be by court order and we had to make the complaint but nothing was resolved

Our stay was pleasant. We only had one problem when we arrived, because in the Trip.com advertisement, the room we booked included a minibar, microwave and dining room, but when we arrived at the room, it was very simple, without any of the three, they told us That is not included, they want us to pay extra for these services. In the end, they agreed to bring the minibar and microwave to the room without paying extra, and it is best to clearly indicate what is included when booking. Located 5 minutes away from downtown Monterrey and right by a medical center, this hotel has a lot to offer. I was here for an eye exam and it was such a convenience staying right next to the center. I had the opportunity to visit this hotel in September and everything was just outstanding from emails before arriving to checking out. Let's start with the room everything was comfortable from the linens in the bed to the amenities in the shower thanks to the housekeeping lady she did an amazing job! The front desk team was also very helpful in providing extra keys when our ones stopped working and accommodated my friend to check in before I did because he had reached the hotel earlier than I had and also because they spoke English because he was visiting from LA! The F&B team's special thanks to Gerardo, the entire kitchen team, and the front-of-house team as well. The food was good for the breakfast buffet although it was sort of the same and I stayed for 4 nights I didn't get bored of it. Thanks to the lady who made my eggs every morning at the hot station. Everybody was super nice and accommodating. Thank you as well to the chef who was assisting on behalf of the executive chef for the dinner provided for us. My only recommendation would be that management focus a little bit on the pool area because we did use it but no service was there I think after some days we checked out I saw on their social media page that they had service opened it with the bar available at it. The hotel is pretty new and even though it had a low occupancy it never failed to impress on service. Highly recommend!

It was almost 20 minutes to be taken into account in the row at the entrance When they arrived, they asked me 100% of the value of the credit card stay and was booked by travel agency, One week later I still contest to get the value back, and I was given the key to a room that was already busy, with the risk of finding another guest inside. The cards that open the door of the room demagnetize most of the times you will use, even away from the cellular, stored in the wallet. The room is small and dark and after it is all over in the dark, you find the first switch. The pad was opened in the room, the maintenance resolved after it was started, the breakfast has the main options, and when a few minutes left, open a window behind the dishes and collect everything.

The hotel is located just two streets from Cintermex and Fundora Park. I think it is one of the best options if you need to go to these places, not only for the neighborhood, but also for what is the new hotel, because it is located in a square that is still in construction. The hotel is very comfortable and the staff are very friendly, they are following appropriate health measures and the cleaning of all facilities is very good. I recommend it and would be my first option in the next trip to Monterrey.

The Gamma Monterrey Ancira is a wonderful hotel. The staff is amazing and always ready to assist and best of all everyone seemed to speak English, even the bellman. The rooms are nicely appointed with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The showers are strong and the water hot. I stayed on the 2nd floor and I could not believe how quiet the rooms are despite being in the middle of the historic district. The breakfast offers everything anyone could possibly want, it is delicious and best of all it is fairly priced. If you want an amazing luxury hotel with a wonderful location, free parking and well trained and helpful staff look now further. I look forward to staying at the Gamma Monterrey Ancira on my next trip to Monterrey.

In general, it has several disappointed aspects such as powder in furniture, some room contacts are not working and small parking. The hotel is very comfortable, but it is generally a good choice for you to go to a concert in a smelter or sandy Monterrey that are 5 min in car. One important thing is that the hotel offers a courtesy breakfast consisting only of yogurt and fruit but exactly next to the charolas there are eggs, chilaquiles, fries consisting of buffet that they do not warn and has a cost of 100 pesos per person.

I stayed for a week in the hotel and had stayed couple of months ago. It was a nice experience. The hotel and furnitures was Ok, personal staff attention was OK. The breakfast was complete and good. There are complimentary parking. The first day, when arrived, the elevators were not working, so had to go up by walking, personal staff helped me with the luggage. The gym is not that big, some machines, not bikes. Water and towels there for taking them. The cleaning was good. I had a problem with the internet, they solved it by giving me an special network. Check in and check out experiences were good. The location is really close to the airport.

What I’m looking in a hotel what makes come back, is a GREAT experience, as a service, cleaning, food, and speed for deliver. This hotel is missing one, SPEED FOR DELIVER. I request some towels, this because we got a room for 4 and they just give 2 towels. It takes more than 30 minutes, when it arrives we already finished taking a shower. It happens two times.

I chose this hotel while processing my visa in Monterrey and found it very convenient due to its proximity to the mall, the embassy and downtown (and hospital if you had an emergency). Traffic could be bad going back to the hotel ONLY if your driver doesn't know the right way, which is to go straight instead of turning right at that junction (ave san jeronimo i think). 1 out of 5 ubers we rode turned right...and it was a loong wait indeed. Our room was clean and quiet, the beds soft, the internet fast and we had a safe and ref inside the room. The breakfast had good variety - and the omelette was superb. Patricia in the front desk was very helpful, and even provided help when I forgot something after I've already checked out. The area was very safe, and we walked freely even during the night. I didn't get a chance to go to the gym nor the pool. Overall a relaxing stay.

Although the property is in a good location and includes limited parking, the room was dirty; with a peculiar smell the a/c didn’t work properly and the mattress is severely outdated: The springs chimed at the minor movement, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, as in the bath curtain I found hair and dust. The hotel is lacks manteinance. If it were earlier and less tired, i’d had move to other hotel.

Check in was fast. I had to accept a two bed room, to have an early check in and start all my working schedule. Rooms are modern and comfortable, with a very nice view, cause all rooms start from the 18th floor. Sleeping quality is great, very silent. Meals in room service and restaurant are so good. Service in the restaurant is not too fast, specially if you arrive before 7 am. Check out was really fast and easy.
