The good point is that the staff is very nice and the rooms are clean. However, do not expect to have comfort. The first night I could barely sleep as the heating was extremely noisy. Plus the shower was not working properly (you have to hold it as it was not possible to attach it to the wall as it was broken. In the next day I complained and I got another room which was ok in terms if noisy but same problem with the shower. I do not recommend it.FromUS$96.00

Had a one night stay here on a business trip to Paris. A very impressive chic hotel with decor to match. Very comfortable room (102) with street view. Hotel is spotless. For Paris the room size was a pleasant surprise, large double bed & plenty of room. Excellent shower that blows you away or wakes you up as needed! Very well appointed bedroom, with complimentary water, a chiller in wardrobe & allthe facilities you will need. Breakfast provided a very good range of continental offerings along with some hot food selections. Staff were very friendly, polite & helpful. The hotel has a small bar & a lrager area to relax in. It is an 'honesty' bar. One helps themselves & then complete a form as to what drinks are taken. This is then added to your bill. While I appreciate it is out of season for Paris room/breakfast £116.00 - bargain! Hotel area is surrounded by residential properties but restaurants and bars are all a couple of minutes walk. Definitely recommend Bistro 31 (3 mins away , see separate review) Overall an excellent hotel and would definitely recommend as a hotel of choice for Paris as many attractions are a nearby via a good stroll or worst case Metro/Taxi.FromUS$128.00

The location was perfect, near with Jasmin Metro Station. Old but well-managed. Room was comfortable with fully equipped kitchen tools. Sofa bed was provided in living area. Toiletries (Shampoo and Bath Soap) provided 1 time during your visit. Please consider if you need elevator, because they don't provide it. The elevator especially for special suite room. Other than that, using stairs. However, overall was goodFromUS$287.00

Agreed, this hotel is not next to Eiffel Tower and on other end than Gare de l’est but what a find. I never expected slippers, robe and toiletries for this price. This hotel has it all. Single room is big enough for one. Bijoux, but everything one needs for a comfortable stay. In the adjacent streets loads of options for restaurants and shops (pharmacy, spa, boutiques, supermarket) and a Saturday market around the corner. Metro station is 1 block away. It takes about half an hour to ride to tourist attractions, but I don’t mind as I’m in a quiet part of town. And you usually stay in the city all day anyway.FromUS$83.00

We stayed in Paris for 4 nights - the first 2 in Disneyland Hotel for the children (and us too being honest), then over to central Paris for 2 city nights. We were looking forward to the Square, having booked one of the best rooms. The area the hotel was in wasn’t very pretty but can live with that. The entrance to the hotel was small and the reception very small and quiet. We noticed how hot it was but thought nothing of it initially. On getting to the room it felt so hot - the a/c was apparently on max but we couldn’t see anywhere it could possibly be coming out and no noise. Thermometer on the wall was 29.2 Celsius. The same man came back to check (he seemed to be doing concierge luggage and maintenance) fiddled with the controls and nothing happened over 30 mins. Temperature was now rising. Shown another room and just as hot. After 1.5 hours decided we couldn’t stay and went to another hotel despite travelling with 2 autistic children (it takes a lot to suddenly change in those circumstances). Such a disappointment as the room was lovely in terms of size and decor. However we are sure there isn’t actually any air conditioning and were very surprised how few people were working. 1 receptionist and 1 person doing everything else isn’t ok for a supposed 5* Hotel. I stayed here for four nights on a work trip. It’s a cute little hotel in a charming neighbourhood but a bit dated. The metro station is literally one minute away and there are lots of patisseries, cheese and specialty food shops, brasseries and a supermarket around the corner. The reception staff was incredibly friendly and is there 24/7. My room was rather small but cosy, in old-school Parisian design (red leather chair, rose bathroom, plush dark red curtains...), with a big French window out on the street, a desk and a small closet. They have black out curtains and the noise from the street wasn’t bad at all. There’s a water kettle but no fridge in the room. Bed was comfy, bathroom functional with a bathtub shower but no curtain. The main issues for me were that a) the internet was terrible, at one point it didn’t work at all and it disconnected all the time, b) the blow dryer (fixed to the wall and seemingly a model from the 50ies) was super weak and cold 3) there were not enough sockets and one of them didn’t work and 4) it wasn’t possible to print a larger document at the reception and there were no copy shops closeby. You can also hear every noise from the adjacent rooms and the lift. That said, the staff were really super helpful - brought a better blow dryer, tried to fix the internet and gave directions to copy shops. All in all, if you’re travelling for work it might not be the best option but for a holiday it’s a nice base. FromUS$117.00

This hotel was the biggest blunder I did in my complete tour booking through my Travel Agent. I just had in mind Mercure and Eiffel and was all the time looking at the pictures of Mercure Paris Centre Eiffel Tower Hotel. It was a big shock when I arrived at the hotel, as it was no where near to what I had seen on TA. So it is a word of caution that there are a lot of properties of Mercure in Paris and please don't get confused like me. However in regards to the hotel, the rooms were TINY, with not even proper space to open your luggage or walk around, leaving aside the probability of an extra bed. The bed size is queen or maybe even smaller, as it was difficult for to adjust. The breakfast layout was very limited with hardly any vegetarian options. The staff is the biggest positive of the hotel, those guys were very co-operative in every sense. The location is decent, as a lot of restaurants and shopping areas are at walking distance. The property is good for people travelling on business tours alone.FromUS$119.00

Hi All, Going to try and keep this informative, honest & short (compared to a few of my other reviews)! The hotel itself is very modernistic downstairs, rooms not so much, but they are fairly spacious and clean. The entire hotel was clean. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was simply because of how close it was the Eiffel Tower, around a 10-minute walk. The majority of the staff were fantastic without anything to complain about and they dealt with any requests swiftly. The room service staff were a bit rude, but mostly nice. There are plenty of wonderful restaurants nearby and the staff always seemed to have great recommendations. The price of the hotel for its location is extremely reasonable (in my opinion). If you go to the lower entrance of the hotel and exit through the back you’re brought to a bit more of a rundown area that maybe not all people would feel safe walking around late at night, but that’s not something to judge this hotel off of, there is security all around the place. Was very surprised. We went over the Valentines period and all I can say is Paris is wonderful, especially at that time of year. Just a little reminder (!!!) - Remember Paris is a wonderful place, but as I am sure many people will know is it at times is filled with pickpockets. They will come up to you asking you ‘do you speak English’ with a clipboard of a picture of a disability icon and asking you to sign. Be careful! They are (I cannot obviously say all, but the high majority) trying to distract you whilst someone will come from behind to grab something from your pockets. Stay safe. I would recommend this hotel mainly because it’s clean, close to everything you need, and very reasonable for being so close to the centre of Paris. Do keep in mind, you’re in Paris - it’s not cheap. The drinks in the hotel for spirits are about €12 for a single & €24 for a double/per drink (Grey Goose price - cant remember other drinks off of the top of my head) FromUS$156.00

The second stay, the location is very good, the surrounding restaurants and supermarkets are very convenient, the price of the prime location of the Passy Tower is generally good. I am very satisfied for the first time. On the 0th floor, there is a small built-in garden to rest. The black Madama reception is very warm. This time on the fourth floor, the mattress was a bit collapsed in the middle. I want to change to another one.FromUS$79.00

Traveling solo, I wanted a secure facility that was in a well traveled area. I loved the location and price. I literally was able to walk in a direct line down one street to Eiffel Tower! And there is a restaurant attached and nearby shops for groceries, wine, bread, coffee, etc. I loved my little single room. It looked out on the street which I lvoed. Some people may find it too loud late at night or early in the morning but I didn't have an issue. I liked having the sounds. It does not have a 24 hour desk or regular desk hours that I could tell but the hotel was secure and I was able to get what I needed from staff.SOLD OUT

Great hotel very convenient to the Eiffel Tower and a shopping area is next door. Hotel is all about Marilyn Monroe so very cool decorating. Hotel was very clean and front desk was exceptioanlly helpful. Their english was very good which helped when trying to learn how to get to certain places. Rooms are very small which seems to be the norm in France. But we were busy sight-seeing so that wasn't an issue. We had a car so being able to use their arrangement with a nearby parking garage was great. Would highly recommend the Platine Hotel.FromUS$136.00

The hotel location is very good, very close to the Arc de Triomphe, a five minute walk to the subway station can also take a direct bus to and from Charles de Gaulle and Orly Airport. Facilities breakfast also fully reached the four-star standard, the gym is relatively small. The front desk is more enthusiastic. There is a little brother who can speak Chinese, which makes communication more convenient.

The hotel location is very good, in the Disneyland area, only ten minutes to Disney. The hotel has a shuttle bus at any time, the service is very good and convenient! The hotel facilities and services are very good, the staff is very warm and polite, and there is a dedicated parking lot

I regret the booking of this hotel. The gentleman at the service desk when I checked in was incredibly rude and condescending throughout the process. The room was as small as expected however the beds and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable. The shower had minimal pressure. The AC whenever it was turned on left a gathering of dust over everything in my room. Whilst it is located quite a distance from the centre, there are several stations close by which is handy, unfortunately the food options close by the hotel are terrible. I left the hotel after three nights instead of the five I had booked and paid for.

Good location, nearby Carrefour, franprix and other supermarkets! I live on the 2nd floor facing the street, and it is very quiet at night, but the sound insulation between the room and the room is really average. The room is not large and has a balcony (not every room, so it is best to leave a message to tell the room with a balcony when booking) ), There is also a door in the bathroom sharing a balcony with the room, so the balcony is quite large. The hotel only provides shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer. Slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, so it is recommended to bring your own toiletries. Lines 7 and 10 are only 5 minutes' walk from the surrounding area. Line 4 is about 15 minutes away. The 5th district is a Latin area, surrounded by universities, so it is safe! The hotel has access control locks, staff need to help open the door to enter! Breakfast is an ordinary western-style breakfast, bread, milk, eggs, oatmeal, sausage and cheese. A tax of 1.88 euros per person per night, which must be paid to the front desk when checking out. This Ctrip will also call you when you are in China to inform you that this tax must be paid to the hotel separately! The hotel provides free wlan, but the Internet speed is average, the room has air conditioning and heating. In short, the price is high!

Disneyland
Stayed at the B&B hotel for three nights while visiting Disney. Anyone looking for a cheap place to stay this is perfect. Hotel is spotlessly clean, really friendly staff, good sized rooms with comfortable beds and shower room. The hotel serves a simple dinner of pasta or pizza which is great, easy to order and quick to come. Breakfast is simple but just want you need at the start of the day. Tables were cleared quickly and everything very clean and presented well. We were worried about the shuttle overcrowding but there are a few services which only run from the B&B hotel and others which go to the other four hotels on the complex which makes it easy. We always got on a bus even if it was busy and never had to wait long! Lockers are available to store luggage if your arrive before your room is ready or check out early. We will be back on our next disney trip!

For the first time in a hotel model, the century-old building is said to be a historical cultural relics protection unit in Paris, so it is completely banned. My old cigarette can only smoke in a small yard. Miss Luo is very enthusiastic, let us have the feeling of going home. There is a black guy in night shift who speaks Chinese very well. He said that he read a book in Guangzhou. In the morning, the girl named Marty also speaks Chinese. There is no problem at all, and at the same time give us a lot of advice on the tour, much stronger than those that are not reliable. It is very convenient to exit the subway 50 meters away. This area is a safe place for French people to live in. The room is big enough to be the floor-to-ceiling glass window in Europe. Our bedroom is very close to the yard, so the living room is a bit noisy. It is highly recommended to add a Chinese breakfast. It is really not suitable for those cheese breads, and it is better to have Chinese TV. If you have the opportunity to come back to Paris, you will still come to the Paris Residence.
