This was the most perfect place to stay in Brescia. It's location is fantastic in that it's so close to beautiful old buildings, landmarks and ruins (5mins walking and only a 10min walk from metro train station). The room itself is beautiful, modern and very spacious. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Allison.

The hotel is located in the heart of Brescia, about 20-30 minutes walk from the train station. If you don't have too much luggage, you can take a look. Although the hotel is old, it is very cultural and very quiet. It is a quiet place. The shopping around is very convenient, and there are also local cultural relics to visit. Breakfast is very rich You need to bring your own toothbrush, slippers can ask the front desk to ask for it, but you are absolutely right.

The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff are very polite and extremely helpful. The rooms are nicely decorated very big with extremely comfortable beds and pillows. The linen was brand new. The breakfast was rich with delicious variety of cakes and dolci apart from the rest. The coffee is perfect. The internet connection was very fast and the parking easy with lots of parking lots. There is someone always available for advice, so our holidays were enriched with local tips. It is very close to supermarkets and the metro is nearby. The best gelato of the city is just across the hotel. We had at least one after every excursion. Brescia is a wonderful city and the hotel is a good base if you want to discover Brescia and the lakes. All in all, hotel Ambasciatori is highly recommended.

This hotel was fantastic for our weekend bachelorette party in Brescia. The staff could not have been more helpful! We had a very long delay before arriving and the hotel restaurant was closed so they allowed us to get a take away providing all plates and cutlery and a seating area. They helped us to book alternative restaurants and communicate with the taxi companies going above and beyond expectations to ensure our group of 12 had everything we needed. Amazing customer service. Our only complaint would be regarding the pool which is run by another company who own the restaurant. The pool was lovely but is often closed for private events which go on quite late with loud music though having noted a previous review we had contacted the hotel and found out in advance that the pool and restaurant would be closed for one day of our 3. The day we arranged to be at the pool was slightly marred by another man who was very unpleasant and argumentative throughout coming over and stating a lot of rules he felt we should be following (having among his own group smashed a glass, some of which landed in the pool and was never retrieved). He was rather aggressive and kept telling us we shouldn’t be there if we didn’t speak Italian. He insisted on checking whenever we had a drink that we were using plastic glasses and generally patrolling the pool making unpleasant comments and shouting. We tried to ask him what it was he wanted to stop and happily deflated a beach ball he objected to but this had little effect on his persistent interruptions. Upon complaining to the hotel they thought he might be the pool manager however when they described the man and came to see who we were complaining about he said he was not a staff member. The pool was closed early by the staff who were equally frustrated at the man barking orders to them about whether they should serve us or let us use their facilities. This made our experience in the pool rather frustrating however when we spent our last day there we had no problems at all and the staff where really pleasant. Overall I would recommend the hotel with reservations about the pool and restaurant which I would advise to check availability in advance to ensure the facilities are available.

STAY AWAY! We booked via booking.com two rooms for four nights (5 people) at il Leoncino. We found a filthy (kitchentte!) and very old room and furniture for three people under the roof, with a stark unpleasant smell (n. 207), as well as another room for two, very cold but already a little more alike the rooms advertised on booking.com (n. 7). Having looked at other options (rooms n. 205, 206 and 4) we settled for one night in rooms 4 and 7. Our parents in room 4 were kept awake the whole night by the radiator even though they turned it off, the kitchen next door woke them up at 6.30 am... anyway, we saw five different rooms, all quite different from the clearly photo-shopped pictures on booking.com. After one night, sleep deprived, we honestly could not even imagine to move yet (!) to other rooms in the hotel and, thus,  tried to cancel our stay at il Leoncino, but the only thing we heard was that it was impossible to be reimbused for our three remaining nights as we booked via booking.com. As we stayed there for our Christmas holidays, they were under-staffed, at first nobody around to talk too, we had to wait 45 minutes for somebody to show up, only to be very rudly interrupted when trying to talk with the manager. Highly unpleasant experience, especially claiming that had we paid in cash we could have been reimbursed, but with a credit card payment that was not possible at all. Even though we tried to reach out to the central administration of the hotel multiple times to find a compromise (partial reimbursement) in the two following our disasterous stay, we never heard back from them. In sum, not worth the money at all, very deceiving pictures on booking.com.

The room was big, clean and very cozy. It is in a quiet part of the city, there are no loud sounds and no chaos. I liked it here a lot, the beds were nice and big, the bathroom clean and very nice. The only thing I didnt like was the cold floor, since tiles are all over it and no rug or something like that. :)

I stepped by this Hotel for an overnight stay during a business trip: not 100m as advertised, but it's very near to the A4 Highway, good position as a break for a long trip. The superior room is very large, practically an apartment, with two-people Jacuzzi and a wide sofa at the entrance. Anyway, the place is advertised as an Hotel, but part of it is actually a Motel, which could be more clearly advertised. The option of bringing you car in front of your room is very practical, and the place has also an unguarded wide underground garage. I've been probably given the most noisy possible room, next to the road: my suggestion is to expressly ask for one facing "inside".

The elevator in the hotel was really small and could only go in for two people. The front desk service was good. We arranged a large room on the first floor. It was heavy. No haha breakfast is rich, but it ’s been for three days. The hotel location is very good. There are a lot of sculptures in the subway station next to the subway station. It ’s very convenient to take the subway every day. The morning market is very lively and the fruits are cheap. The morning market goes further. There is an ice cream shop on the street corner. At noon, many foreigners buy that ice cream.

Honeymoon + Birthday Trip: • Upgraded to Executive Suite (Pleasant surprise , much appreciated 🙏🏻) • Champagne & Fruit Tart/Cake on compliments (Thankful 🙂) • Was informed by Front Office personnel whom guided us to our room that everything from the minibar were complimentary. However, we were charged for consumption instead upon checking out. (2 different staffs for C/I and C/O) Attitude of staff assisting with our C/O could be improved as he ‘explained’ and gave us the same reply that “No, our minibar are never complimentary.” to our doubts. ** I’m a hotelier too and I believed better response could and should be extended for mentioned situation. ** Nonetheless , my husband and I paid for the additional charges without trying to be difficult as our ride to the airport had arrived too then . It was a modern yet stylish property overall with a little unpleasantness experienced towards the end of our stay .

[Location] Super convenient. The airport train is just a five-minute walk from the Central Station. [Service] Check-in at the front desk will take the initiative to call for procedures. [Room] The theme is red and black. The rooms are not large but they are generally the same in Europe. The shower in the bathroom is particularly flush. The air conditioner is very cool. There are hair dryers. The floor-to-ceiling windows are facing the train station. [Characteristics] Breakfast and dinner are included, I feel very rich, there is a drink for breakfast, there is no waiter at dinner to ask if you need it, foreigners order more, white rice for dinner and some dishes are salty, and fruits, mainly worry about the day The unsafe black out of the house happened to be solved in the hotel. [Note] Dinner must go to the lobby bar on the first floor to pick up the roll, indicating whether it is to be eaten at 7:00 or 8:00, and the actual meal at 7:00 is half past six. [Details] The lobby on the first floor does not need to go down the stairs. There are public spaces in the lobby. There is a sofa lounge and a small bar. In the early morning, there are two sofas on the basement floor to sit and wait. [Overall] High cost performance is recommended.

Purtroppo non ho pernottato presso questa struttura in quanto la camera a me riservata era inagibile. Mi hanno dirottato in un hotel di fronte e di categoria superiore. Esperienza comunque ottima. A very poor stay experience, the hotel is in a good location, five minutes walk from Milan Cathedral, but the hotel service is really average, especially the two female executives in the restaurant, went to breakfast three days during the stay, never with us Say hello, expressionless. This is not the case for non-Chinese tourists. Instead, the waiters in the restaurant were more enthusiastic and smiling. On the second day of check-in, we also painted the wall and did not notify the guests in advance, so that the children's clothes became dirty when they walked. The most annoying thing is that the hotel ’s scheduled visit to Da Vinci ’s “Last Supper” costs 50 Euros. Five-year-olds are also charged in full (but in Europe, five-year-olds are basically free) Since the fee was notified by phone, there was no written confirmation, but the fare printed on the tickets we received was 15 Euros, so that we did not know this until check-out. The hotel explained that this is a VIP service and this charge is totally unreasonable.

At 9 o'clock in the evening, I went to Milan to check in. The wind is light and telling me that a double booking has occurred. The hotel has no room. When I came up, I came to a waiter to take us to another home. Even the introduction did not, and there was no advance mail. The focus is on the Europeans coming in and out. So what is the meaning of your hotel without a room :)

The hotel location is particularly good, 200 meters walk from Milan Cathedral and 500 meters walk from the shopping center. The food around the hotel is also very convenient. The hotel location is very good, only 7 minutes walk from the cathedral. If you want to get up early to take a picture of the church, do not miss this hotel. Each room has a separate small balcony. This is very good as an Italian chain of five stars. It has reached the international five-star standard. The entrance to the elevator has free sparkling water and mineral water every day. The hotel lobby is very artistic and the breakfast is relatively rich, but the European breakfast is not used to eating. Haha Hotel's capsule coffee machine is also very good. Characteristics of many five-star hotels in Europe are also good

The only hotel in the world, the first is located in Dubai. The restaurant of this hotel in Milan was a Michelin before, but now I change the chef. The smell of the room bath and shower products is my favorite tobacco taste. The service is really nothing to say. At night I thought the tram downstairs was too noisy at midnight. I upgraded a quiet suite the next day. I discovered that the iPad was out of control and could not turn off the lights. The air conditioner did not work before going to bed at night. I mentioned it when I checked out. After a while, the front desk deeply apologized and sent a scented candle as a gift. Milan gave me too many surprises, and I look forward to seeing you next time ~

The hotel is one metro stop away from the exhibition, clean and sanitary, and the price of dinner is expensive. Take their car to the nearest subway exit and take a stroll. There will be two Chinese restaurants, one is pizza, the boss is a young guy and parents, very enthusiastic, the bulk wine in it is very delicious, and the other is Chinese In the restaurant, the boss spoke a little discriminatory to the Chinese. Although he was Chinese, he asked the boss to recommend red wine. The boss had a lot of guts: "Of course, the most expensive wine is the best." There is no kettle in the room, there is no hot water (it is estimated that only the second floor restaurant can pick up hot water) but many drinks in the refrigerator are free. The bed is soft and comfortable and the pillows are not high. After check in, although the front desk beauty will take the room, but the whole process did not help me with luggage, including the steps, people feel that the five-star hotel is not worthy of the title. The so-called gallery hotel, the "painting" of the room is also a print, not a real painting. In short, the price is not high. Tonight, I changed to the Domo Townhouse Hotel next door, which is also a five-star hotel. The service is much better than the Vickers Gallery. My room rate includes breakfast, breakfast is order-based, according to the menu, the chef is ready to serve, which is also the style of a big hotel. The breakfast tastes very good too. From the arched windows of the restaurant you can see the center of the arcade of the Manuele II, seeing tourists and luxury shops coming and going. The hotel door is not facing the inside of the arcade of the Manuelle II, but the small road towards the outside. The door is small and not easy to find, but there is a waiter welcoming at the door. He looks like you are looking for it. The hotel will come to ask you.
