Check-in: Smooth and friendly staff that speaks English. No doorman, so have to haul luggage to the room yourself, there’s an elevator so that helps. Room: Spacious with huge beds, not much else but can’t expect much for the room rates. Location: located about a block from the main road, so you don’t need to deal with the noise. There are street food options a block from this property that serves tasty bbq skewers. There’s also a massage spot across the hotel, 250 baht for 1 hour foot massage. 5 minute walk to BTS station, 10 minutes to Em Quartier Mall. Great value for budget travelers and would highly recommend this property

Convenient Location - close to the BTS and Many Restaurants - Emporium Mall/ EmQuatier Shopping Mall/ Cinemas/ etc. Only problem is the Air-conditioner is NOT strong enough - requires either 02 units or to install 02 more fans on the L & R of each room. If you stay on the Top L or R corner - there is NO air n unable to receive cool aircon..... The Doors require some cushioning or else u will wake up whenever someone leaves or enters.... Located less than a kilometer from BTS (Bangkok Train Station) Phrom Phong, this lovely little piece of beauty right in the middle of Bangkok certainly did not disappoint. Well-decorated, well-thought of and well-maintained, we had honest to goodness memorable stay here. People are lovely, attentive and kind. Rooms are of decent size, AC was working well, wifi was fast, pillow was nice, bed was soft and ok to my liking, there was a mini fridge, showers hot enough, window providing lovely Bangkok views and TV with cute Thai channels. Will defo be back here. I had a lovely stay here.

This place almost ruined my vacation. I get there shortly before 2 PM, which is the check in time. I find out that, despited having provided a credit card during the online reservation, they did not charge it and that I need to pay them with cash. I settle the bill and after 5 minutes I get my key to the room, which was the very first one on the ground floor. First thing that I notice that there aren't any windows. In fact, none of the ground floor rooms have windows as far as I could tell. This is really depressing, as the room has a prison cell feel to it and you never know what time of the day it is outside if you do not look at the clock. Also, the room looked awful. The pictures online were representative, but they also had to be at least 10 years old as well. Everything in the room was worn out. The walls had stains on them, the plugs couldn't to hold properly the European style chargers, so they did not always charged my devices. The security deposit box was missing from the room. When I asked about it, they did provide me with one. Needles to say, it was not fixed to anything, so despite being locked, you could take it away without problems. Locking it was also problematic, there was a key to it and a number pad, but no instructions. In the end I have decided not to use it. It was also too small, my 12,9 inch iPad couldn't even fit in it. However, they did recommend using said box because they do not assume responsibility for any missing valuables. But, since they do not clean the rooms on a daily basis, you don't have to worry much about that. In fact, you have to request your room to be cleaned (?!). I did it once, early in the morning, around 8 AM. I wanted it to be cleaned by 2 PM, which seemed a reasonable deadline, given that it is also the checking time and one would assume that the staff would be able to clean everything by then. To my surprise, at 2 PM, my room was untouched. I had to remind the from desk about my request and they did a rush job afterwards. The staff is not that helpful. Some of the front desk girls try to be friendly, others do not care at all. Also, there will be bugs. When I reported the insects, I have received a can of bug spray with the instruction to return it in the morning, but nothing else. The wifi was also problematic, doesn't always works, except for the front desk. The walls and doors are thin, and especially on the ground floor, you will be able to hear everything that is going on outside of your room. On the positive side, the location is rather good, the AC is working and you have your own bathroom, such as it is, on the cheap side. Also, if you are into such things, the staff doesn't seem to mind if you have guests of your own. But even so, the rooms are generally depressing and the service does not with its pay. Honestly, I think that I would have been much happier with a modern and clean hostel. I might have had to share the room/bathroom with other people, but at least some minimal standards

Near Phrom Phong BTS, Emporium and Quartier all about 5 mins walk. The hotel is surrounded by massages and good local food. The bak choi mee stall (Michelin 2 stars) opposite the hotel is nice. There is nice local food stall below the BTS (beside Naraya shop) serving good chicken rice and pork knuckles stew rice. The hotel served reasonably good breakfast for the price we paid. The room is small and reasonably clean and comes with a safe box and an empty mini fridge. They only have about 8 TV channels,no Mandarin channel. The toilet water pressure is good but they are stingy with the toilet amenities. We have 2 people in a room but they only provide a set of toiletries and it comes in a very small tube. One tube for one shower. Feedback to them and still replenish with one set the following day. They provide 2 bottles of water when check-in but have to ask for it on the 2nd day. They do not provide when doing house keeping.

Great stay with awesome location for me. It’s my usual area in Bangkapi where I have always stayed. Lat Phrao 101 BTS station is 8 mins walking distance about but taxi and motorbike all there as well so for my travel and business events it’s perfect location This is the newer hotel with convenient shops like 7-11, lotus supermarket, and many restaurant options within the area. Free parking if you drive or get dropped off, the parking lot has plenty of space. I’ll be staying there again for sure.

I am not expecting super clean nor super complete rooms in Pratunam area considering this area is very crowded with stores and market activities. This hotel has provide exactly everything we need for the area. Clean bed and bathroom, sufficient towels, free flow mineral water and very reliable fast WiFi access. This could be the most suitable hotel to choose in this area. We saw there are a lot more more 'fancy and luxurious' hotel nearby, however most of them located above very busy and noisy market with knock down stall which may cause unnecessary noisy for your sleep. This area is almost open 24 hours. Cloud 9 just the right choice which located on a quiet corner. This hotel could be hard to find even if you use online map. Try to look for Benz hotel. This cloud 9 is next to it. we will definitely choose this hotel again when we had a chance to visit the area. We do not hesitate to recommend this place to our colleagues and families.

Our stay at Shan villas was excellent! This is a new hotel in the heart of Bangkok and it did not disappoint! Great location, a short trip from the On Nut Station. The villas are spacious with a great open air concept, beautiful interior and really beautiful pool! We highly recommend booking the jacuzzi villa as you can spend time with your friends in a villa that is very reasonably priced! We had the warmest welcome from all Staff members and we treated exceptionally well, they made us feel at home instantly and assisted us at all times for anything we might have needed, our stay was truly made by the incredible service we received, the food was the highlight of the stay! We opted for the floating breakfast and it was amazing, and a night at the rooftop dome dining experience, the food was delicious and top quality seafood too! Very fresh and both options of Thai and Western food! We would definitely stay at Shan villas when we are back in Bangkok! A huge thank you to all the staff who made our stay so memorable! We will be back and would highly recommend this stay!

The hotel staff is wellcoming and helpful .The hotel is located close to the night market and many massage parlors. There is also 7-11 next to hotel. We have booked room Club-10，This room offers many complimentary services including free laundry, free minibar and access to the club lounge, The room is very spacious ，the bed is huge and comfortable ，the bathtub is right next to the window with a spectacular view. The housekeeping is great, ready to help with anything. We were disappointed with the fridge as it was not cold enough, our ice cream melted over night. The breakfast offers a variety of dishes, but the egg station gets quite busy, they also make fresh juice with a fruit of your choice. The swimming pool is on the roof with an amazing view. It’s not big but doesn’t get crowded. The only disappointing thing is that it’s quite cold especially early morning and at night. I would definitely come back to this hotel again with my boyfriend .😎

I stayed in two hotels in this location, this and the Tangman Hotel. This cleaner sanitation facilities are better. The hotel is situated not far from BKK airport and good for early flight or late arrival. Lat Krabang is the nearest station on the airport express. For longer stays the twin bed rooms are not very large. There is a fridge and kettle in the room and the rooms are clean with a work space. Outside is a lot of green and in the back there is a small pool with relaxing area. There is also a massage facility and a restaurant but both seemed closed. Friendly staff and nice coffee shop/ restaurant down stairs in reception with reasonable prices. Most of the shops, malls and restaurants are across the very busy road (do use the pedestrian crossings for your safety) with your back to the hotel Paseo Mall is about 12 min walk to the right and to the left in the direction of the airport you will find a market, shops and restaurants. Both are across the main road. Good value for money.

Stayed here for three nights on a quick “weekend” getaway trip, and wasn’t disappointed. The room was very big, with a bedroom and en-suite seperate from the living area and kitchenette. Bed was a king size and very clean and comfortable. En-suite was big, clean with a bathtub/shower. Toiletries and clean towels supplied everyday, but there wasn’t a hairdryer just FYI. Chaise lounge in the living area along with flat screen tv and DVD player. Dining table and full size fridge, with bottled water supplied daily. We bought our own coffee and milk, but complimentary coffee is offered every morning down in The Sip cafe. There’s a nice rooftop respite too, and the washing machine is up there if you need to do laundry. Staff are very friendly, accommodating and polite. We really enjoyed our stay here! There are also a couple of Michelin Star restaurants down the street, along with a very good suit tailor just around the corner. Highly recommend if you want clean, quiet, self contained accommodation not smack bang in the city. For us, it was central and an easy walk to wherever we wanted to go, but there are plenty of taxis and tuk tuk’s available in the street if you’re not a walker (like us). SBS...clean, safe, comfortable and affordable, we like it!!

The owner of the stall is very cute, but he can speak Chinese but not English. When checking in, it may be that there is something wrong with the Ctrip platform. The aunt at the front desk inquired for a long time and charged a deposit of 300 baht. At that time, I thought there was still a deposit. The page for booking was not written. I was a little unhappy, but I still cooperated with the payment. Returning the deposit is very reassuring and it must not affect the staff I like very much afterwards. The hotel provides a simple breakfast, including coffee, milk, toast, eggs, etc., but the Ctrip page states that there is no breakfast. My son wanted to have a pod hotel experience on our Thailand trip, so we choose this hotel for our last night before flying out early in the morning. I would say it was a great option for a younger backpacker/traveler on a budget. We bought out an entire room so had private showers. The lockers were small, but we didn't need them. Not the best option for a family with a lot of luggage, but pretty clean. We did have a few people knock on our door in the middle of the night and try to get in for some reason.

Location - nearby Phra Khanong BTS station (approx 5mins walking distance). But hotel do provide free transportation to this station, but u have to liaise with the receptionist. There is one 7-11 store nearby (approx 1mins walk). Mostly local street foods nearby this hotel. Transportation - I took DMK airport taxi to this hotel (40mins drive) and cost me THB370 (inclusive of THB50 airport surcharge and THB50 toll fee). It’s very convenient to take BTS to siam, pratunam or chilom area (about 20mins train ride. You may buy a one day BTS pass which offer unlimited ride in a day. Breakfast - good variety come with various fruits, drinks and dishes. Overall - highly recommended.
