Positive (+) -Very centrally located -The breakfast was good the service friendly Negative (-) -The hotel is located at the intersection of two busy roads. It is therefore noisy in the room. If you are looking for a quiet room, you are wrong in this hotel. Especially the expensive rooms overlooking the main street and Notre Dame are noisy. -No air extractor in the shower / toilet. The showers are generally poor. The shower is not optimally positioned and it is always a lottery whether hot or cold water comes. -The hotel is quite run down and also reminds of a youth hostel. -The carpets in the room are deliberately chosen with colors that you can not see the dirt that is carried from the streets of Paris into the hotel. Fortunately, you can not see the dirt, but still very disgusting to sleep in such a room with carpet. -There is no coffee maker and slippers in the room. In summary, the hotel is highly overrated. We would never book in this hotel again. Also, the hotel does not deserve the name ”boutique”. It is just cheap and run down. It lacks heart and hospitality and you can tell that the owners are only in it for the money.

Our stay here at Hotel Les Rives de Notre-Dame, was like a breath of fresh air. We walked up to a small door facing the Seine, greeted by such a warm staff, Eliza, who welcomed us as if we were friends who came over to stay. We were surprised to be upgraded to the best room in the hotel for our 1 night stay. The room in the article was outstanding, every detail well thought of, the view from the attic windows, the little roller shades to block out light and for privacy, the bathrooms, closets and even the curtains to separate the bed from the living area. Beautiful, cozy and warm hospitality from everyone. Dino helped us with the checkout . He was so helpful and even bid us farewell as if we were friends leaving his home. I’d stay here again for sure. So lovely, we really didn’t want to leave. Thank you, very much.

An average hotel, one cent for one cent. The facade is hard to find, there is no elevator, the stairs are narrow, the walkways are narrow, hey. I arrived late at night and regretted it. I changed places after staying one night, see the picture ...

We have stayed at this hotel 4 times since 2014, 3 times pre-pandemic and the last recently. The location is fantastic. It is on Rue St. Jacques about a block off the Seine, one block east of the Blvd. Saint Michel. It is a heavy tourist area, with narrow streets and an endless variety of cheap restaurants of all types. But it is so close to so many things -- Notre Dame, the Pantheon, La Chapelle, Luxembourg Gardens. It is wedged between the fashionable 6th and 7th arrondissements to the West and the Sorbonne to the East. Other than location, however, the hotel does not have a lot going for it. On our last stay, we were given a very tiny room, and I mean tiny. It was a double, with maybe a foot of clearance on each side of the bed and no more than about 5 feet from the foot of the bed to the wall. Our booking said the room was 173 square feet, but this was nowhere close. I measured and it was about 120 square feet, including the bathroom and a useless little hall that connected the bathroom to the bedroom. If memory serves me, the measurements of the bedroom proper were about 8 x 11 with a 2 x 6 foot indentation where the desk/minibar was kept. There was not enough room to open our suitcase unless we put it on the bed, which is not optimal to say the least. (See pictures.) We objected to the front desk, and while the clerk was very professional, the bottom line was there was nothing he could do and he tried to convince us that this was a ”classic” double and would be the same at any other 3 star hotel. This is not true and does not explain why it would be billed as 173 square feet. The next day we were given a larger room which was 173 square feet and quite adequate, even comfortable. The bed, linens and towels were about what you would expect from a 3 star hotel, no complaints about that. The toiletries were minimal and practically useless. The internet was painfully slow. Housekeeping was borderline. The sheets were not changed, which does not bother me for a 3 night stay, but I don't think we were given fresh towels. The 1/8th inch sliver of soap was not replaced, nor were the 1/2 ounce tubes of shampoo / body wash. Breakfast is not included and unlike most hotels there is no option to include it. Thus you pay full price, which is way too much and has declined over the years. The offering is a couple types of cold cuts, a couple types of cheese in tiny individual wrappers, three flavors of yogurt if lucky, two types of cold cereal, a croissant, a few pieces of fruit, small loaves of bread, puff pastry pain au chocolate and hard boiled eggs. There is probably sliced bread and a toaster. Due to the limited selection, every breakfast is going to be the same. The tables are extremely small, and great care must be taken to fit everything, and we are talking about a plate, a cup and saucer, a pot of coffee and a small pitcher of warm milk. One careless motion and something is bound to land on the floor. One distress

The quality of breakfast in foreign hotels is not too bad. The highlight of this place is that you can cook eggs and eat the gospel of people who are used to hot food. Can add an extra bed, the room is also good, is the corridor and elevator are very narrow, common problems in European hotels. The geographical location couldn't be better. It is on the left bank facing Notre Dame Cathedral. It goes out to various popular attractions and the subway is saved.

The hotel is excellently located at the heart of the Latin Quarter, less than 50 meters from the Place de St. Michel. The hotel staff are extremely nice, funny and helpful. They offered us a room with a balcony and truly made our stay in Paris the most romantic ever. It was near the Tootbus stop, walking distance from Notre Dame, right beside the Metro and from Gare du Nord to the hotel by taxi was quite affordable. Some things maybe not so convenient was the size of the toilet and the noise from the streets below in the evening. Early morning wee hours we can hear some youths drunk and making noise below. But overall the lovely outlook of the building and its location outweighs any challenges. We highly recommend this hotel. The next time we're in Paris, we will surely return to this place.

I seldom bother to write reviews unless it's really good or really bad. In this case, Hotel Parc Saint-Séverin is just excellent. I decided to book this hotel because it has a very good review, its overall points were in the top 3 for the area. After 3 days staying here, I'm confident to tell you all, the good reviews are all true. This hotel has great location and great service, every person I met in the hotel was friendly and helpful at all times, lots of polite greetings and smiling faces every day! It's the one thing I really appreciate, for me it's the most important factor that made this stay so satisfactory. I'll definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. I'm just very sorry that I'm too poor to leave a big tip behind, but I will come back soon.

Beautifully designed hotel, they made good use of the space and in the rooms the finishings are super high end. Pillow was great one night and then the next I swear they changed my pillow. Room service is VERY SLOW - they will tell you they are coming but they do not. Staff are generally ok - one very typically rude person at reception, rolled her eyes a few times and was quite unhelpful Had a room without breakfast (Pauls and Laduree are up the road so there is no need to have it in the hotel) You can find street parking easily if needed. We had a kitchenette in our room - which was super useful It's a brilliant location for Champs Elysee shopping and for the George V metro line which takes you into the more central parts. There is no lobby / lounge as such so its worth getting a room where you can relax a bit. We had a deluxe room on the 1st floor

I stayed here with my sister during our holiday in Paris and I can say I was very happy with the choice made! Two-step structure from Moulin Rouge and its metro, 10 minutes walk from MontMartre , a spacious area, open mainly at night, a starbucks in front of the metro stop, then brewery, poke, hamburger, locals for all tastes + a large supermarket (also exactly at the out of the metro). Reception h24 - a little date structure, small stairs and a little uncomfortable but essential room, small, a small closet and a mirror, but for the location and price, for two girls is super recommended! I never had the feeling of being in a bad area, at the evening of a full-fledged, but quiet, and not new, but also here, for the price it is fully presentable and useable. The only sin (which was not a problem for us) is that at night it is not a quiet area, just not having light sleep problems and nothing to revert. The phone and telecommand of the TV are to be requested at the reception. As far as we are concerned, super recommended!

We recently stayed in this hotel as we were having renovations in our apartment. The first thing we noticed was the natural and warm professionalism of the lady on the front desk. Some people are just perfect for working with the public, and it was the case here. Always a natural smile, and ready to help or answer any queries without any hesitation. There is no lift in the hotel, and the stairs are very narrow, which made it a bit complicated with a large suitcase. The lady on the desk offered to help, but we managed. The room was newly renovated, and it was quite small, but this is par for the course in Paris. It had a window to a charming courtyard which was so incredibly quiet, we were able to sleep with the window open without any problems. The sliding door on the bathroom was quite a surprise but we soon got used to it. It was the first time we had stayed in a hotel where there was already a good, strong fan in the room upon our arrival, which was necessary as it was quite warm. The lady who was working in the breakfast room sometimes seemed a bit overwhelmed, especially on our last day, when it was very busy and she was working alone. The gentleman on the front desk as we were leaving was very friendly and professional too. All in all I would like to thank to thank the staff for their warm welcome and help. Keep up the good work ;)

Old style hotel which i liked, room was clean and comfortable bed and good shower but that is where the good ended. Location is not the best, not many restaurants around, quite a walk to the Louvre. Be aware there is a tiny lift but there are more stairs on each floor to negotiate with suitcases. I am loyal to Accor and feel as a gold member I received zero benefits. Room was not ready at 3pm (2pm check in) and had to wait with no chairs to sit on, no welcome drink offered, probably the worst room in the hotel, booking said city view instead we had a lovely view of an internal wall and windows on the 3rd floor, incredibly difficult to get a 1 hour late check out, constantly fobbed off to next shift, when finally granted the cleaners kept coming in so we gave up and left. Staff were unwelcoming and generally unhelpful. Felt as if I might have just walked in off the street instead of spending a lot of money this year in Accor hotels, in fact most of the Ibis hotels we used had better rooms and staff. Definitely better hotels in Paris

I have stayed at this apartment hotel several times. This time, we were assigned to the 8th floor by the hotel. The room felt very large. It is estimated that the overall area could exceed 26 square meters. Of course, the room facilities are also very good, and simple meals can be prepared. There is a Carrefour supermarket in the commercial center downstairs with sufficient goods. There is a farmer's market nearby on weekends, Tuesdays and Thursdays, making life convenient. Stayed here before returning home, and stayed here in France for the first time. I booked it from different platforms. There is an elevator. You can help keep your luggage when you arrive early or check out. The front desk can speak good English. Toothbrush and toothpaste should be prepared by yourself. The space is not big, one person and two luggage can not be opened at the same time, but comfortable. This time I stayed on the six floors and the lighting was very good. I forgot to live on the second or third floor before, and the daylighting will be blocked. It's okay to stay for one night. The location is very close to Lyon Railway Station, very convenient, there are Chinese restaurants (going right and turning left) and sushi restaurants nearby (continue to go along the direction of the Chinese restaurant, diagonally opposite the road), it is quite delicious, not particularly expensive, a meal is ten euros up and down, in that location this price should be OK. The difference is that there is a supermarket name on the street probably monop's(monoprix) orange red black match store, you can buy frozen food for fast food, Paris prices are OK.

This Hotel is in a lovely area of Paris. With good shops and restaurants just across the square in Bercy Village. The metro stop of Saint Cour Emillion, on line 14 is less than 2 minutes walk away, and all around is well lit and pleasant either night or day. We got an official taxi from Charles de Gaulle airport direct to the hotel, for the set rate of 55 euros. So arrived at the hotel at lunch time after our morning flight. Staff were helpful and had already arranged our family 2 rooms together which was great. I’d gone for a room with balcony and could see the Eiffel Tower out there, which was lovely especially at night when it was all lit. We paid in advance for the additional breakfast when booking the rooms. Which was fresh, good quality and an arrangement of hot cooked food, eggs, sausage, pancakes, cereals, fruit, toast, croissants, breads, fruit or continental breakfast. Plenty of drink choices of assorted teas, coffees and juices. There was something for everyone. The Hotel booked our return taxi at the end of our stay, and was helpful printing out boarding passes and attraction tickets when we asked for no extra charge. There was good WiFi reception throughout the hotel. It was my 2nd time stopping at this hotel the first time being 10 years ago and it was just as nice as before. We would all recommend it.

I spent 2 nights here for a business trip and had a very nice stay. The room was a bit small but the bed is comfortable and large. I am close to 2 meters tall and fit nicely, which is unfortunately something I don’t see in many other hotels. I appreciated the small details of the room. For example, the curtain is super long and close enough to the window in order to prevent any sunlight from coming in. The temperature is nicely regulated and I never found the room to be too hot or too cold. The staff as well were very welcoming and helpful. I dropped my credit card from my wallet by accident when taking out my room key and the staff were kind enough to inform me that they found it and leave it in my room. Firstly, the price was fantastic. The location is close to a Metro station and a bus stop. It is only 25 minutes from the Eiffel Tower by Metro. It is also close to the train station by bus. The reception area was welcoming they also spoke good English. The room was very clean, and had air conditioning. The shower was great and also clean. Don’t be put off by the stairwell on the road towards the hotel when you first arrive (coming from the metro). It is near a police station, very well lit, so also very safe. I would stay here again!

It’s a new Boutique Hotel with very stylish deco, Clean !! The staffs are very polite and helpful !!! I can say you feel safe when you staying in this hotel. Central location, within 1 mins walk to Metro -Notre-Dame-de-Lorette - which offers direct transport to Saint-Lazare Train Station. It takes you 20 mins to Gare du Nord from hotel !! If you love shopping, the famous Shopping mall Lafayette and Printemp, it takes you 15 mins by walk from the Hotel Bloum. Very convenient and central in Paris ‘ I was staying for 6 days, the breakfast is very simple, without eggs and omelette, coffee is very simple too . Need to improve for the whole breakfast honestly !!! I will stay again if I come back to Paris again !!!!

I had a really good stay here. The other travellers were really friendly. I felt very safe. We hardly bumped into each other in our rooms due to everybody waking and sleeping at different times, but they were respectful in the morning and nights. The rooms were big and the beds were huge! The shared bathrooms were really clean and modern and the showers were really hot (or cold). It was mostly all students staying here or young people, however I did come across a few older people staying, one in my room. Lots of languages are spoken here. Lots of french mainly. I am English. There was also a Spanish speaking guy in my room, and a guy from Thailand. I stayed for three nights. The first time in a 6 bed female dorm and the last two in an 8 bed mixed room. Everybody is super friendly. The staff are friendly, there's lots of them. And there is big spaces with tables to study or eat and chat with each other.

Good location in Montparnasse, the neighborhood is quite calm and quiet which I liked, yet still very Parisian. The closest metro stations (Alésia and Pernety) are 400-650 metres away. Within walking distance there are for example the Catacombs (1.1 km) and Tour Montparnasse (1.3 km). The room had a very comfortable bed, good air-conditioning and a safe. There could be more shelf space and the shower is tiny, so probably not suitable for a larger person. The breakfast was good, baguette, croissants, yogurt, fruits, pastries and such, in addition to sausage and bacon. I could return here.

The location is near the North Station. The traffic is very convenient. There are more black people at night. It is said to be chaotic and the law and order is not good. It is not recommended to run outside. Of course, going to the urban area is another matter. . .
