This hotel is just like a hotel, clean and tidy. Located in the centre of Tourcoing, but a bit far from the train station. The inconvenience is that there is a limit on the length of stay. If it is too late, there will be no counter staff. This requires special attention.

After a long journey back from southern France to the U.K. we decided to rest up at the Lemon Hotel. Upon arrival we had the absolute disgusting pleasure of sleeping in the hell hole that is the lemon hotel. Greeted by the famous bolognaise/ashtray aroma, we were greeted by a snarling and unsavoury man who you wouldn’t want to have round for dinner who coincidentally was employee of the month for the previous month! After hauling our luggage through what looked like the Hostel movie set, I punched in my code and opened the door, only to be faced with........CIGAR MAN! Eventually, we were then thrown into a free room with no lock, stained sheets (with I don’t know what) broken blinds and faulty lighting. I then decided to have a shower but quickly decided against it and stood in the rain with my shampoo instead. If you can avoid the urine on the walls or the faeces on the toilet and don’t mind contracting hepatitis, go for it. I can’t disapprove this place enough and please for the love of god and all that is holy, spend an extra £10 for a hotel B&B or may god have mercy on your soul. This experience with Lemon hotels has made me feel very sour indeed. AVOID. Who is cigar man?

If you spend the night in this city, it's a great hotel. The location is very good, the surroundings are very quiet, and there are very good restaurants nearby. If you had stayed here, you would not have chosen another hotel.

The hotel room is very large, the design must be beautiful, and the breakfast is also very delicious. It's a typical American breakfast. It's very good to have a menu to order according to your taste. The house has a sofa. It's very considerate to have a waiter come to the room to open the sofa and put it on. Beautiful surroundings of the hotel

In the city center, near La Petite France and the cathedral, there are shopping centers nearby. When you check in, you don't need to look at your passport, just look at the photo you booked. But the room is very small, I don't know how other people's comments come from! The breakfast is average. The stated parking lot is actually not underground in the hotel, but a public parking lot with a stated price of 18 euros for 24 hours. As a result, we stopped at 10:30 pm to pick up the car at 3 pm the next day and charged us 35 euros! Overall it feels so so

There was no smile at the front desk when I checked in, and the corridor was very narrow and the room was small and the impression was average. Later, I found that it was quite good. The price is really high. The small lobby always has hot tea and snacks. The front desk is very patient in answering questions. Especially the man who didn’t smile when he checked in on the first day was actually very Professional and very welcoming, the recommended places to visit are very worthwhile, because Strasbourg has come to work without doing any homework, and it is very pleasant to meet such a recommendation. Go to the breakfast restaurant to buy a cup of coffee, the waiter is very nice to say that it is provided free of charge, just drink, do not pay. The hotel walks to the train station and walks for 12 minutes without luggage. Drag the suitcase for a few minutes. It is within walking distance of all the old town attractions.

The location is a bit off, but the tram stop is just outside the door, and it is only 20 minutes walk to the center of Strasbourg. There is no toothbrush or toothpaste in the room, nor disposable slippers. This seems to be a French tradition? I contacted customer service, and the customer service brother super helpful to help solve the problem. The overall living feeling is ok, although the room is not too big, but two people are enough (the bathroom is a bit small). Towels in the room are cleaned daily (no interruption required), and are cleaned up neatly & # 128077;

The staff were very friendly and responsive. Although it was a hot time, it was a hotel where we recommended a cold drink at check-in and a copy of a Japanese newspaper when going to breakfast. I booked a room for 3 people, so the quality of the auxiliary bed is a problem, but the bed here was good with no uncomfortable elements. However, the number of towels is quite small and the number is slightly smaller. Breakfast was almost the same in Europe, and the vegetables were only cucumbers and tomatoes, but they were all delicious with ham, eggs and cheese. It is close to the station, and you can walk to sightseeing spots, so it was a safe place, so you can stay next time.

No service at all. The reception is only available till 7 pm. So if you arrive 30 min later there is nobody to acomodate you not even by telephone. We booked the hotel exclusively for the underground parking but as there is nobody at the desk you cannot enter the parking either. The streets around the appart hotel al full of cars and there is no spot early in the evening. It is also difficult to locate the entrance of the hotel. We had to ask the neighbors as it is an entry for the apartment complex and another entry around the corner for the hotel. Via de email at 18.59 hr you get a message that they leave a credit-card form key for you in a locker that you have to localise inside of the lobby. An old person will not be able to follow these instructions. We found the key but did not enter the room as we first wanted to get the car parked. But as the hotel parking is only open with a remote control you cannot enter if no one is there. The neighbors are nice and let you in, but Néméa parking is blocked by a barrier and you cannot get in. Inside the garage are warnings not to park elsewhere or you are transpassing. So we got so stressed that we decided to leave and book elsewhere last second. It was 20.30 hrs in the meantime and bookings via booking.com did not get through. We had to book in situ. All with all a lot of stress. The people from Néméa were not apologetic that nobody answers the phone after 19.00 hrs not even at 19.30 hr, when we called. You cannot arrange for a parking spot only on the arrival day upon arrival. They do not tell you this nor that it costs you 50 euro extra as deposit that you hope to get back. Either ways, Néméa is not willing to reimburse us. We will definitely never book with them again. And if you come by car, unless you can arrive prior to 18 hr (so that you can be sure you can arrange the parking) avoid this place as well. The area is not safe to leave a heavily loaded expensive car on the streets. Safety first! Booking.com censors this review this is why we place it here❗❗❗

Free parking on the roadside, there is a police station next to it, don't worry about someone smashing the window. Beside the high speed, it is convenient to drive by yourself. The front desk of the hotel worked very well and helped us to see the parking location. The fly in the ointment is that there is no refrigerator in the room, and there is no disposable toiletries.

The hotel is very close to the church and the small French area, and you can walk right and walk across the bridge. The entrance is the tram stop, and you can also travel by car. The triple room we booked is actually a second room, very convenient and the bed is very large. Turn right at the door and turn left at the first street. There is a supermarket. The microwave in the room can be used. The backyard has its own parking lot. It is very convenient for 10 euros a day. We have two days to go and have free access. (Parking in the white box on the roadside is free from 6pm to 8am).

Compared to the ibis and other hotels near the train station, this price is not so high. This is more than one kilometer from the railway station. In fact, there are several mercures along the way. But this is recommended by Ctrip. The advantage is that he is in the city center, next to the Spring Department Store, and the lV shop. Shopping is convenient. But the service is not as good as the previous ibis.

There are no bus lines on Google Maps and Baidu Maps. But there is TRAM. It is about 3 stops from the train station. Actually walking about 800 meters, but this ancient city is relatively quiet and it is a bit noisy to drag luggage. Hahaha The room was great. Water, the first bottle is free. The water in the refrigerator in the back is charged, I don't know.

The hotel's infrastructure is in a good sanitation environment and it is difficult to find a parking space in the city center. Synchronize with friends to book two rooms of the same standard and at the same price. But the two rooms are a world apart, one room is spacious and bright, and the evening room service and small gifts are available. The other room is extremely rudimentary and has no service. The most unbearable thing is that one of the rooms did not have a TV remote control. The reply I received after calling the front desk was that there was no way to solve it. A four-star hotel doesn't even have a spare TV remote control. Even if there is no spare remote control, the service staff can take one from the vacant room. The front desk staff was arrogant and lacking courtesy. I will never stay again next time.

Hotel location is good, you can see the hotel sign from the train station; straight walk over the main square in front of the station about 100 meters, find the green Ibis logo is here; the room is small, do not think about the extra bed, slippers toiletries, kettle coffee pot No, but there is free coffee and tea in the lobby, and paper cups can be brought to the room; the hotel also provides breakfast, although it is not rich but can be full, breakfast is open at 6 am, convenient to catch the train

The location of the hotel is excellent, just opposite the train station, and the trip is extremely convenient. The room is also relatively large, and there is absolutely no problem with a child. The bathing facilities are a bit old and can feel that the store has been as clean and tidy as possible, and it is not easy for old hotels in Europe. The washbasin is a double basin, very good.

The entrance of the hotel is a one-way street, the parking lot is underground, and the front desk takes the password and then opens the door by password. The hotel is fully equipped with kitchen utensils, which can be made by yourself. If you have used it, you should clean it yourself. Walk to the center of the city for about 15 minutes, all the way to see the museum, the river dam. Stayed for three days, the price is very good.
