We have just returned from a wonderful week spent staying at this beautiful Hotel and feel delighted to discover a real gem for our stay in Tuscany. Our plan was to visit Florence and also Lucca and as we were going for a week we were keen to find a Hotel in a quiet situation away from the crowds to relax after our city visiting. This was a perfect choice, lovely setting, super pool, great junior suite, spotlessly clean and the most welcoming attentive and friendly staff. The perfect location with Florence in easy reach by train with a free car park at the station. The Manager Alessandro was very helpful and a fountain of local knowledge, advice and restaurant recommendations, all extremely helpful. The breakfast is superb and prepared by three delightful ladies who did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable, as did the lady who looked after our room so well. We loved Florence, particularly enjoyed a 2 hour Segway tour with an excellent guide to initially get a feel for the city. As pensioners this was an adventure in the crowded city as our previous experience had been in a forest! However we not only survived but loved the challenge and informative tour. Our visit to Lucca was equally worthwhile and enjoyed hiring bikes and cycling around the 4 kilometre walls. The peace, cooling pool and warm welcome at our Hotel always a pleasure to return to at the end of a busy day. Bravo and thank you to all who made our stay so memorable at Borge de Villa Castelletti, highly recommended.

Even though the B&B is about a 20-minute drive away from the Florence city centre, I would absolutely recommend this place. First, it's cheaper than anything in the city, second, it's so much more quiet! The rooms are basic but clean and have airconditioning and a small fridge, but let's be honest you're not there to stay in your room all day. There are two things here that were just great, the breakfast and the hosts. The hosts were lovely and super helpful! We had bought some honey in the store, earlier on our trip, that we didn't want to take with us back home, so we left it there. As a token of appreciation they gave us a box of Italian cookies, even when we insisted that it wasn't necessary! Absolutely lovely folks, salt of the earth.

My wife and I, along with a business colleague, were working for 3 weeks in Prato. The hotel we were staying at turned the A/C off automatically at 3 am and did not switch it back on until 2 pm each day. This was unacceptable so we began looking for other arrangements. We found the Euro Home and our colleague stayed in a single room and my wife and I occupied the 2 bedroom apartment just behind the hotel. Everything was fantastic from beginning to end. David and his parents were so accommodating and helpful and were quite responsive no matter the time, day or night. The apartment is well stocked and has 3 awesome TV's! The hotel rooms, according to our colleague, is spacious and well appointed. It is near restaurants, shopping and everything else one might need. We highly recommend these properties. And I might mention, the rates for what you get are a definite bargain!!

A very poor stay experience, the hotel is in a good location, five minutes walk from Milan Cathedral, but the hotel service is really average, especially the two female executives in the restaurant, went to breakfast three days during the stay, never with us Say hello, expressionless. This is not the case for non-Chinese tourists. Instead, the waiters in the restaurant were more enthusiastic and smiling. On the second day of check-in, we also painted the wall and did not notify the guests in advance, so that the children's clothes became dirty when they walked. The most annoying thing is that the hotel ’s scheduled visit to Da Vinci ’s “Last Supper” costs 50 Euros. Five-year-olds are also charged in full (but in Europe, five-year-olds are basically free) Since the fee was notified by phone, there was no written confirmation, but the fare printed on the tickets we received was 15 Euros, so that we did not know this until check-out. The hotel explained that this is a VIP service and this charge is totally unreasonable.

[Location] Super convenient. The airport train is just a five-minute walk from the Central Station. [Service] Check-in at the front desk will take the initiative to call for procedures. [Room] The theme is red and black. The rooms are not large but they are generally the same in Europe. The shower in the bathroom is particularly flush. The air conditioner is very cool. There are hair dryers. The floor-to-ceiling windows are facing the train station. [Characteristics] Breakfast and dinner are included, I feel very rich, there is a drink for breakfast, there is no waiter at dinner to ask if you need it, foreigners order more, white rice for dinner and some dishes are salty, and fruits, mainly worry about the day The unsafe black out of the house happened to be solved in the hotel. [Note] Dinner must go to the lobby bar on the first floor to pick up the roll, indicating whether it is to be eaten at 7:00 or 8:00, and the actual meal at 7:00 is half past six. [Details] The lobby on the first floor does not need to go down the stairs. There are public spaces in the lobby. There is a sofa lounge and a small bar. In the early morning, there are two sofas on the basement floor to sit and wait. [Overall] High cost performance is recommended.

Honeymoon + Birthday Trip: • Upgraded to Executive Suite (Pleasant surprise , much appreciated 🙏🏻) • Champagne & Fruit Tart/Cake on compliments (Thankful 🙂) • Was informed by Front Office personnel whom guided us to our room that everything from the minibar were complimentary. However, we were charged for consumption instead upon checking out. (2 different staffs for C/I and C/O) Attitude of staff assisting with our C/O could be improved as he ‘explained’ and gave us the same reply that “No, our minibar are never complimentary.” to our doubts. ** I’m a hotelier too and I believed better response could and should be extended for mentioned situation. ** Nonetheless , my husband and I paid for the additional charges without trying to be difficult as our ride to the airport had arrived too then . It was a modern yet stylish property overall with a little unpleasantness experienced towards the end of our stay .

The elevator in the hotel was really small and could only go in for two people. The front desk service was good. We arranged a large room on the first floor. It was heavy. It ’s very convenient to take the subway every day. The morning market is very lively and the fruits are cheap. The morning market goes further. There is an ice cream shop on the street corner. At noon, many foreigners buy that ice cream.

The hotel location is very good, only 7 minutes walk from the cathedral. If you want to get up early to take a picture of the church, do not miss this hotel. Each room has a separate small balcony. This is very good as an Italian chain of five stars. It has reached the international five-star standard. The entrance to the elevator has free sparkling water and mineral water every day. The hotel lobby is very artistic and the breakfast is relatively rich, but the European breakfast is not used to eating. Haha Hotel's capsule coffee machine is also very good. I have stayed at this hotel in many room types, including standard rooms, executive rooms, standard apartments and superior apartments. If you are preparing to cook your own meals, then choosing an apartment is a good choice. The superior apartments are large in size, the horizontal and living rooms are two separate rooms and are very comfortable. If you are traveling alone, the executive room is also very good. The area is large and the living room is large. There is no sense of cramp. In summer, we will open the outdoor swimming pool, sunbathe, and read books in the sun. I always stay at this hotel every time I come to Milan, the price is moderate, about 8 minutes walk from TURRO subway red line, the traffic is relatively convenient. There is a small supermarket PENNY MARKET opposite, which is convenient and cheap. Especially the best thing is that every room type in this hotel has a large balcony, which is rare in Milan and super convenient.

At 9 o'clock in the evening, I went to Milan to check in. The wind is light and telling me that a double booking has occurred. The hotel has no room. When I came up, I came to a waiter to take us to another home. Even the introduction did not, and there was no advance mail. The focus is on the Europeans coming in and out. So what is the meaning of your hotel without a room :)

The only hotel in the world, the first is located in Dubai. The restaurant of this hotel in Milan was a Michelin before, but now I change the chef. The smell of the room bath and shower products is my favorite tobacco taste. The service is really nothing to say. At night I thought the tram downstairs was too noisy at midnight. I upgraded a quiet suite the next day. I discovered that the iPad was out of control and could not turn off the lights. The air conditioner did not work before going to bed at night. I mentioned it when I checked out. After a while, the front desk deeply apologized and sent a scented candle as a gift. Milan gave me too many surprises, and I look forward to seeing you next time ~

There is no kettle in the room, there is no hot water (it is estimated that only the second floor restaurant can pick up hot water) but many drinks in the refrigerator are free. The bed is soft and comfortable and the pillows are not high. After check in, although the front desk beauty will take the room, but the whole process did not help me with luggage, including the steps, people feel that the five-star hotel is not worthy of the title. The so-called gallery hotel, the "painting" of the room is also a print, not a real painting. In short, the price is not high. Tonight, I changed to the Domo Townhouse Hotel next door, which is also a five-star hotel. The service is much better than the Vickers Gallery. My room rate includes breakfast, breakfast is order-based, according to the menu, the chef is ready to serve, which is also the style of a big hotel. The breakfast tastes very good too. From the arched windows of the restaurant you can see the center of the arcade of the Manuele II, seeing tourists and luxury shops coming and going. The hotel door is not facing the inside of the arcade of the Manuelle II, but the small road towards the outside. The door is small and not easy to find, but there is a waiter welcoming at the door. He looks like you are looking for it. The hotel will come to ask you.

The hotel is one metro stop away from the exhibition, clean and sanitary, and the price of dinner is expensive. Take their car to the nearest subway exit and take a stroll. Buffet breakfast can be eaten for two days a day, and long-term stay may not be able to stand. The service is not bad. What do you say to the Chinese? The location was near the station and there were many trains so there was no problem getting out into town. The hotel faces a residential area, and it seems like even a single girl is not as dangerous. The appearance was cute and I was excited to stay in Europe. The room was retro and cute as shown in the photo. There are no slippers and bathrobes, and you need to bring a toothbrush. The unfortunate point was that I prepared coffee and tea so that I could boil the water myself and drink it, but the pot was broken and I couldn't use it. When I asked the front desk if I could replace my cold body with warmth, I asked him to ask him to raise something he had come to see. I was told that I would give hot water when I wanted to drink, but I was told to come down to get it and decided that it was troublesome. After that, there was often a timing where Wi-Fi was difficult to enter when it was a room.

Great location directly across from the train station making it super convenient to checkout and an easy walk with luggage to catch the train from Milan to the other cities. The hotel is modern and extremely big. Convenient location with many retailers within walking distance. If you get a room with a balcony facing the train station the view is amazing!! The hotel also offers free chauffeur services in luxury sedans to close by areas. Kinda far-ish from the duomo cathedral and the shopping areas. Big buffet breakfast area with a huge selection, however breakfast attendant service lacks quality, food is good though, unfortunately this doesn’t go for all the food ordered via room service, hands down the most scariest tasting pizza I have ever eaten, bad, so bad. Rooftop bar and restaurant not so impressive surprisingly really small. The whole hotel is just really big a good walk to get from room to room. Our last stop is Milan, the location of this hotel perfectly satisfies our need to see Milan Cathedral and shopping. If your needs are similar to ours, then walking can be achieved without having to buy a subway pass. If you want to visit Milan, the hop-on hop-off sightseeing car in Cathedral Square is a good choice. After you buy the ticket, you can take a 4-line sightseeing bus and meet down with your favorite attractions. Then, wait for the squat sightseeing car to continue to other attractions, plug in the headphones provided by the sightseeing car or the headphones of the mobile phone in the seat, you can listen to the Chinese. We take the train to Milan, press google navigation from Milan Central Station to take the subway to the Cathedral Station, then walk 15 minutes to the hotel. The positioning of the navigation is not too accurate, more than 50 meters beyond the hotel, the hotel is on the street, the door is not big, we have not noticed, and found a pass. The front desk staff is friendly. The room is modern and minimalist, it is the most spacious (it is upgraded) and very clean. One of the benefits of the hotel is that there is a kitchen, you can do some food yourself, because it is the last stop, our Chinese stomach is a bit like wanting to eat their own meals. Open the cabinet, there is a two-eye induction cooker, IKEA frying pan, cooking pot, tableware are all available, but because there is no range hood, it is not good to do big meals, finally we bought some shrimp, eggs, in the supermarket, Rice and seasoning, made an egg fried rice, in order to disperse the fumes, we opened the doors and windows, but soon the staff came, saying that other guests smelled the phone and called them, let us close the door. It seems that this small kitchen is best to cook only a little something. The hotel does not offer breakfast, there are several shops on the downstairs that can eat breakfast, very convenient. Going to Milan to play, this hotel is still very good!
