|2.83km from city centerThe best stay exparience I've had. Whenever I travel for work, I want the same experience I got at Hotel Victoria. The rooms where fine and cozy, the water was always warm, not my taste. I like cold showers. The staff: from Yvis, Zulio, the front desk lady and the Captain at night(the bald guy, he was amazing), to Edgard, Elizabeth and Ruben in the morning. You guys made me want to come back. There was a piano sir in the morning, I appreciate that. Food was great: dinner had a great appetizer, breakfast was very rich. Overall: I want to come back

|4.12km from city centerHaving booked our anniversary experience and chosen Cuba as our choice of destination from our bucket list, we were SO thrilled to have picked MYSTIQUE REGIS Boutique Hotel by Royalton as our preferred choice of stay. This beautiful newly refurbished boutique hotel in the heart of Old Havana was perfectly located with access to all key tourist and local sights, vintage car experiences, eateries and of course a comfortable and super clean rooms to come back to after a long day of sightseeing! Beautiful rooftop for sunrise brekkie to provide you with awesome City views! This is a must for daily starts.. Now most importantly the Welcoming staff were the epitome of Cuban hospitality. Always there to help and guide no matter how small or big the problem like booking taxis, site seeing, restaurant recommendations and moreover endlessly trying to help us communicate with the lost and found airport people who lost our luggage sadly! But that’s another story! Big shout out and THANK YOU to the Mystique Team Kim, Arianna, the marketing butler team and all the lovely reception ladies and bell gentlemen! MUCHO GRACIAS for making our stay a welcoming, relaxing and warm 1st time vacation in your fascinating, fun and fabulous Havannah City! Keep Well! Best Wishes Segun & Lucy THOMPSON

|3.43km from city centerAnother great stay at El Encanto. Everything is just so easy and they really give you that personal service like you are home. It is great to be back in Cuba after COVID. Everything is back and better. El Encanto is perfectly located in Central Habana. Super close walking distance to everything... the Malecon, Vedado, Hotel Nacional, Habana Vieja and Downtown. The rooms are well appointed with flat screen TVs, full bathrooms with plenty of hot water and good pressure, they even have little refrigerators for drinks and snacks. Definitely recommend staying here. Very safe area to walk at any time. Close to many restaurants. The hotel can exchange money for your which makes it super convenient and trustworthy. They know the area well and have plenty of recommendations. Taxis are easily available. The hotel can call and make reservations and taxis. They speak English. There are many room types for families, single travelers, etc. Great views from the roof terrace as well. They also have beer and water to purchase. The Wifi is included and reliable. Oh, and the included breakfast is perfect to start the day.

|2.89km from city centerWe rested in Cuba in April 2023. Booked one night in this hotel for 10.5tr. During the trip, it was necessary to shift the booking dates by one day (we really wanted to get to the Tropicana cabaret show). The Trip service fed promises to resolve the issue within 24 hours for three days. We did not receive a clear answer whether it is possible to change the dates of the booking. We had to book a second night for the date we wanted. This reservation cost 11.5t.r. the difference in price was attributed to exchange rate fluctuations. At the time of check-in, it turned out that the first night was paid for only one person, although two people were billed when booking. And the second night is booked for two persons. For the first night it was necessary to pay 85 €. In a word, I do not recommend using this Trip.com service. Now about the hotel: a huge disadvantage for the Russians is the inability to use cash. The whole hotel works only with cards. Russian cards naturally do not work, the Mir payment system has just begun to be introduced in Cuba. Accordingly, we could not use the restaurant, bar, pool. In general, the hotel is not bad for Cuba, the only thing that was very embarrassing was the peeled tulle. Well, right at all, with a tuft of thread on the floor.

|2.28km from city centerI would like to comment that I was not going to this hotel long ago, because of the situation we have suffered with the COVID, which, as simple as it may be, have a good service, a great treatment of all the staff, Today I was in the pizzeria and the very professional dependents, a great service, I also want to congratulate the pizzeria at this turn, that the preparation of the pizzas is spectacular and that I recommend them are strange.

|4.62km from city centerHow when you love so much that small defects go unnoticed, or when you return home and the warmth of home seeps into your bones... that's how I felt when I arrived at the Hotel, the evident passage of time could not avoid the infinite magic of the place, the sea invites you to listen and you can feel the sense of belonging of its workers who receive you under the masks with a sincere smile that decorates their eyes, the pink ribbon for newlyweds on the door of the excellent poolside cabana was a Exquisite surprise, the food was simple, but so well prepared that each bite was an invitation to tour the site full of history and life... in these times when peace prevails and we have learned to value what really matters, visit The Old Man and the Sea has been an enriching experience that I will never forget, I just think about going back and sharing with everyone what my stay there made me feel... just put your heart in neutral, the place and professionalism or the people who work it will take care of making the time memorable!! ❤️

|3.89km from city centerThe infrastructure is definitely the best in the area. At least bottled water is provided every day. The breakfast is rich beyond imagination. Eggs Benedict and omlete are available a la carte. The dinner at Roof is also very cost-effective. The restaurant service is excellent, but the room service is very average. The money exchange place on the first floor closes at 4pm. The exchange rate is not great either. . .

Havana
|2.96km from city centerThe facilities are slightly older, the service is good, and it is convenient to travel. The local name is Hotel Presidente. You can tell the driver this name when taking a taxi to the hotel. There is a City tour bus stop 5 meters outside the hotel. For 10$ a day, you can go to all the major attractions in the city.
The front desk can ask for an Internet card according to the number of people (1 card for 1 hour per person), or you can get the right to use wifi for a longer period of time (12 hours each time). Very useful when Cuba is disconnected.
There are always a bunch of taxis waiting outside the hotel, so don't be afraid that you won't be able to get a taxi. When you go to the airport, you can ask the front desk to communicate with the taxi driver to prevent the driver from asking for prices. It usually costs 25-30 USD to go to the airport.

|3.9km from city centerThere is a sightseeing bus stop near the hotel, $10/person
There is a shuttle bus to the airport for $5/person.
The exchange rate at the hotel is bad 1:120
Exchange with the security guard for 1:200
no napkins
A 1.5 liter bottle of water is provided on the first day of stay
The next day I started buying a bottle at the bar for 400 pesos.
It is recommended to live in the old building as it has more heritage than the new building.
Very close to the Hemingway store where Gou Huan checked in
The classic car distribution center is also near the hotel.
The swimming pool on the eighth floor is nice but the facilities are old.
Even if the air conditioner is turned off, there is still noise

|0.57km from city centerThe hotel is located in the heart of the city of Habana, close to the airport, with good auditories and a wonderful reception and reception staff: always careful and gentle. The hotel is a very good hotel for the best of the best rooms. The hotel is a very good hotel and is very comfortable and comfortable. The hotel's facilities for these effects are small, there is a swimming pool - which is filled in summer - and a gym something disregarded. Something positive in this line is that guests have access to make pasadies is the Habana Club, which is about 10 minutes by car, with beach, swimming pools, gym and very good quality restaurant.

|2.15km from city centerSecond stay in 2023 at this very comfortable little hotel next to Centro Chirurgico. Since my first stay this year, the hotel seems to have changed management, but without compromising service or quality (although the posted rack rate has increased by approx 5x!). In general, the hotel is clean, quiet, and safe. Surrounded by a charming garden and terrace. Gated, with security. Air conditioning in rooms is great. Dining area not air conditioned, so need to sit on the terrace for a breeze. Meals were sit-down with choice of fish/chicken/lamb. The meals (although simple) are prepared by a chef and very tasty. Much better than many of the bad buffets at other hotels. Small bar area is now open for drinks in the afternoon and evening. Staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. All staff speak (some) English. Location is close to the many restaurants at the bottom of Paseo. There are numerous small shops at the bottom of Paseo in the same area where you can buy beer, liquor, wine in pesos at reasonable prices. Location next to the heart hospital means you can easily find taxis near the hotel. However, the cheapest transportation option is to walk down Paseo to the Malecon and wait for the children's train which makes a loop from the Plaza de las Armas to the Riviera Hotel approximately every 2 hours for 40 pesos. Hotel will currently change money at the official government rate of 120/USD, but you this is not recommended as you can obtain a better rate easily on the ”informal” market. Wifi for sale at front desk for 40 pesos/hr. Coverage can be a little bit spotty, sometimes you lose the signal. Other reviews have raised water temperature/pressure issues: these are not generally the fault of hotels. Water system in Havana has lots of issues.

|4.4km from city centerThe inside of the homestay is very clean. It will feel dirty when you walk out of the homestay. When you walk to the street, you will see the endless sea and the classic cars of various colors. The homestay can cook. The fire is a bit small and needs patience. The homestay is in the center of Havana. There are few resources here. What you want to eat is actually quite difficult, the room signal is also very poor, but it does not affect its beauty.

Havana
|4.09km from city centerWe knew what to expect in Cuba, but still, you are not prepared for all.
First of all we lost our first night in Cuba because the airline company changed the flight so we arrived second night very late. We got our room and we went to accommodate us. The hotel has some rooms without windows and we got one of that. The smell in the room was so bad (mixture of mold and urine)you couldn't even breathe . Even the bed linen was dirty and smell bad. My partner said he could not sleep there so he went down and speak with the receptionist to give us another room or if nothing available to change the bed linen for that night and after will see. Luckily she gave us another room ( I think one of the best in the hotel) with balcony ( the hotel has only 2 rooms with balcony so we got one of them) The smell still comes from bathroom but after we close the bathroom door was OK and we could keep the balcony door open for fresh air.
The bed linen and towels look clean but with a lot of stains out. The breakfast was OK for Cuba, you couldn't expect more than that. Good coffee. The staff is nice and they try to help you.
You must pay for Internet each day ( very cheap) but sometimes in the morning was very difficult for them to get a code. ( you need a code for each device )
The fact that they changed our room make our stay in Cuba overall good.

|4.51km from city centerHotel is excellent except I am disappointed in the way the luhgage storage was handled. I checkrd out on Dec 23 and left my bG there for my return check in on Dec 26. Was told by receptionist & security that i have to pay for daily storage. I made the payment and there was no receipt provided. what is worst is the baggage storage jas no tah for reclaim. what if domeone accidentally takes away my bag which is a rimowa. after i insist on docrmentation i was given a hand written note to indicate my name. For a five star hotel you should be more professional in handling this ; charging returning customers for 3 nites to store a bag when i am returning? and mo receipt after i pay? and mo collection tah for security?

|5.6km from city centerI had a good experience staying at this hotel last time, so I decided to stay here this time. Although the hotel is a bit old, I really like the design style of this hotel. It is scattered and free, overlooking the blue sea view and passing through the green shade of the courtyard. Of course, the richness of the hotel buffet cannot be compared with domestic hotels, but compared with other places in Cuba, I am satisfied.

|3.54km from city centerThere was an older lady at the front desk who was very poor in front desk service. When customers asked questions, she liked to ignore them. Consult about WiFi problems, and do not give solutions. When the customer says whether they can buy it, they can answer that they can buy it. But when customers pay to buy, they say they can't buy it and need to wait. During the later period when customers repeatedly asked whether WiFi could be purchased, taking advantage of the language barrier, they fooled customers to ask for tips. And there is no WiFi available in the room, only in the lobby. WiFi is charged by the hour. No hot water in the room, unable to take a hot shower.

Havana
|4.05km from city centerThe location is very good, going to the old town is within a ten minute walk. Returning to the airport, renting a classic car, etc., please ask the grandfather of the hotel travel consultation to help arrange the arrangements, the price is fair. However, the receptionist attitude is very poor and very national. I don't know if it is because Ctrip has booked it, so the first floor of the room is very noisy. The breakfast can only be eaten in the restaurant on the first floor instead of the rooftop restaurant. It feels discriminatory. It’s okay to eat breakfast at around 8:00, and there’s nothing to do at 9 o’clock. The facilities are very old and psychologically expected. The toilets will be rushed from time to time and easily blocked. This season is very cool and there is no quilt, only the old blanket...

|3.45km from city centerUse for the first Cuba trip.
There was a word of mouth that casa was easy to take in the field, and the voice was taken at the station, but it was worried, so it was booked by Trip.com of the use.
The price was reasonable and the reservation was made as perfect.
The location is about 10 minutes walk from the old town of Havana (center, former Capitol building). One of the recommended places to melt into citizen life. However, since the location may be difficult to understand at first, I think it is good to go by taxi without hesitation at the pinpoint. You can go from the airport at €20-or $20-. There is also a Malekon Street nearby. The building itself is old but renovated and clean. The room we stayed in has a toilet and shower in the private room, and I am satisfied. The television also broadcast the movie, and the time was perfect to crush.
The woman who received the reception is kind and polite, hospitality is high and more than full score. WiFi was rented for 1 hour €1 or $1 (I didn't buy a WiFi card at the airport, but it was enough to rent it at this inn). When I had morning morning, it was said to be €6 or $6 and it was never cheap, but it was a kind inn, so I asked for two days.
