I have no words for what have I have just experienced but I will explain... Perfect location... Very clean rooms... wonderful bed... Perfect... Then on check out.... on arrival I was apprehensive as I am recovering with a broken ankle that the lift was out of order and travelling with another female would have meant an impossible climb up a small wooden winding staircase... However I was assured the luggage would be carted to and from my room on both arrival and departure.. So, on departure I asked Dana if my luggage could be brought down... No she said as I am on my own... I politely said I could not possibly carry down the cases to which she slammed a sign on the desk protesting she was smaller than I... this is where it beggars belief... she kicked both cases down the first flight of stairs... I approached the stairs and asked she picked them up as my items will be damaged... she said sure!! I informed her I would be writing a review and that it was not acceptable to kick luggage down stairs... she then went into a rant that it’s not her fault the lift was broken it was not her hotel... in which I said but you are the face of the hotel and it is not four star to shout and kick luggage... this is the best part... she then told me it was I used bad language and was rude... when I asked her to repeat my bad language she said she did not know... I am a primary school teacher and the reception had young children... could you imagine me having that capability... I then asked her to write her name and the director on a piece of paper... she then told me she had a witness who was not in site during her confrontation... Dana also said she had emailed all other hotels to ensure I could not stay again.... and then called me a liar when I asked again when it was I was rude and used bad language... when again she could not answer.... Four Star... No lift... No porter... and the rudest person I have ever met in customer service in my entire life of travelling and working in a school. Apologies for the essay but just unbelievable and yet such a lovely hotel.

My wife and I and our two teen children stayed here for 9 nights in a quadruple room, i.e., a room with two full beds. Our experience was more pleasant than we could have imagined. First, the hotel is superbly managed. You are buzzed in instantly at the front door at all times. Maid service is excellent. The owner, François, a friendly and cultured fellow, is frequently at the front desk, and is a veritable font of valuable information, from transit tips to restaurants to out-of-the-way attractions. His wife and daughter are equally friendly and helpful, as are the others who man the front desk. The hotel itself has been nicely and even cleverly rehabbed. The ground floor entrance leads down a white tile hallway to a spiral staircase, which brings one to the entresol, with the front desk and breakfast room in one direction and, in the other direction, another white tile hallway with two sets of spiral stairs at each end leading to the rooms on the upper floors. The elevator (at least for the rooms at the far end of this hallway) is actually another flight up to the premiere étage, that is, on what would be the third floor elsewhere. So be prepared to haul luggage up two flights of spiral stairs. This is not necessarily a knock because it is not uncommon -- I've stayed in a small hotel in Paris where I've had to haul luggage up five flights of spiral stairs. Our room was on the deuxième étage, or what would be the fourth floor elsewhere. We were at the back of the hotel so there was no street noise. The bathroom was immediately in front of the door. It was well-appointed and sparkling clean, with black slate tiles on the floor, a modern sink and toilet, and a partial wall of frosted glass blocks setting off the shower area. The 140 square-foot room was a bit cramped, but still felt cozy, with two sets of French windows and a refrigerator. A small night stand, a long, narrow desk, and two straight back chairs complete the ensemble. We did not avail ourselves of the breakfast given our teens' difficulty in being able to leave the room before 10 am, but there is a nice boulangerie, La Mie Câline, around the corner on the Boulevard St. Denis, which François's daughter recommended, and at which one can easily pick up baguettes, croissants, and (most important) cafe au lait to bring back to one's room. I picked up breakfast there every morning; we kept orange juice, jam, and butter in the room fridge. The neighborhood is diverse, vibrant, and safe. It has not been scrubbed or Disneyfied. The funky Rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis is but a block west and does not lack for hip cafes and bars. Although the Metro is convenient, Beaubord, the Forum Des Halles, and the Île de la Cité are all within relatively easy walking distance. The Cosmotel is a precious little gem that I unhesitatingly recommend to anyone, couple or family, for an economical stay in Paris, short or long.

Our main criteria for Hotel selection was location and Hotel Les Theatres is perfectly located. Right off the metro stop of the 4, 8 and 9 lines, so only a few stops away from Paris’ main sights. On top of that, the Hotel is within a short walking distance from several of the neighbourhoods we wanted to explore: Little Egypt, Le Marais, République, we even discovered great cocktail bars and cafés around Porte St-Denis. Hotel rating is more 3 stars by North American standards, so manage your expectations and you’ll be fine. Yes, the room is very small, the lift is extremely tiny and there is limited closet space, but this is Paris and you’re not staying at Le Meurice. The room was well maintained and clean and our bed, very comfortable. Only downside is that our shower was flooding, so we needed to use extra towels. Staff was absolutely lovely and accommodating. We also very much enjoyed the “Theater” theme in the room and common areas. The quirky design resonated positively with us. Overall it was a pleasant stay and we would definitely return.

We stayed in room 62 on the 6th floor, family of 4. Small 2 person lift up-to 5th then flight of stairs (great winding staircase - kids loved it!) Room was a reasonable size although the sloping roof and beams made it feel slightly claustrophobic. Great bathroom, a third of the size of the room. Double bed and sofa bed (decent mattress but not as comfortable as a normal bed), limited storage, tea and coffee making facilities, safe and fridge (neither of which we used). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Situated halfway between Gare de Nord and the Seine and right next to Strasbourg St Denis metro station this has a great location. 20 min walk from Gare de Nord and 25 mins to the Louvre. Plenty of bars, restaurants and coffee shops in the immediate vicinity, we ate local every night. Definitely check out "Julien" restaurant on Rue du Faubourg Saint Denis for some authentic French cuisine in a beautiful old French dining room. I would stay here again.

The hotel is centrally located;15 min walk from the Gay and Jewish Quarter, 2 min walk from a mass of restaurants, 20 min walk from Notre Dame and is very close to the metro for attractions further away such as the Eiffel Tower. It’s not recommended you eat at the awful take aways as you turn left out of the hotel. Turn right and you will see lots of restaurants which are great. So the hotel, for 5 nights we paid less than £400 so we didn’t expect much being in the centre of Paris. There seems to be a number of review on here complaining about the rooms not being like a hotel which would cost double if not more in Paris. You get why you pay for here... The room was very clean, towels changed everyday and beds made everyday at around 2pm so this gave us loads of time for a lie in. The bedroom was basic (which was expected) with no kettle etc but had loads of storage space, television (french channels only) and a shower room. If you want a place to stay which is cheap, central, warm, a good hot shower, 24 hour reception and spend your time exploring Paris, then this is a great hotel to book. The only bizarre thing I found was that you have to leave your key at reception when you go out. However, this helped as we didn’t have to worry about loosing it. There is also no lift in the hotel.

Rooms were a bit smaller but other than that it was perfect!! Great suitcase storage too! We stayed in a double bedroom, felt small because we had 2 large suitcases in the way, great storage for clothes, the shower room was a bit small, but the shower was good to use! Thank you for your hospitality :) this was my first trip to paris

I spent 7 nights here due to a work trip. As many budget hotels in Paris, this one features very small room. This said, compared to my other travel experiences to Paris, this hotel is above average and it's good value for your money. First of all, it's very clean. As my window looked in the inner courtyard, at night my room was relatively quiet (I stayed there during a heat wave, so I had to keep the window open.) The room has no air conditioning (another common feature of cheap Paris hotels), but the staff provided me with a fan -- it helped me sleep comfortably at night despite the high temperatures. The staff was very helpful and kind. Another plus of this hotel is the location, right behind Porte de St. Martin, a few steps away from several subway lines (4, 8, and 9), and right around the corner from the Grand Boulevards. I walked to the Ile de la Cité in 20 minutes. Great area, packed with restaurants, bakeries, and bars.

Stayed here a few months ago and our stay was nothing but amazing. Top location, beautiful rooms, delicious breakfast, helpful staff. The location blew our mind -so close to the metro station -2 mins by walk, top location. The staff are so sweet. They really care about you. The hotel offers breakfast which is delicious so many options - croissants, sandwiches, coffee, fresh juice, yogurt, jam and so on. The wifi is also good. We really loved it there and we will be back !

We were in France near Paris to visit family and we felt like we couldn’t miss passing by the city of Love. 123 Sebastopol came highly recommended by friends of ours so we didn’t hesitate much before booking our two nights there. And we’re very happy, we did!!! Service was perfect, personnel warm and available for ANYTHING. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice which is nice because you don’t get bored eating the same meal every morning. On top of that, our room was clean and comfortable. It’s a genuine 5/5 for us. We’ll certainly come back if we have the chance.

My husband and I booked this hotel for our mini-moon in Paris after getting married in England. The location of the hotel is quite central, with tons of bars and restaurants within minutes of the front door. As with most hotels in Paris, the rooms were quite small with limited closet space. I loved the wallpaper and ability to open the windows into a terrace overlooking the street below. Given that the room is so small, it was a strange design choice to have the majority of the room be taken up with a giant freestanding bar. Cool idea, but that space would be better used for a place to store clothes, or even a small sitting sofa? The staff at the hotel was very helpful, offering great dinner recommendations which we took them up on for multiple meals. We loved hanging out in the cozy lobby by the fire and having a drink post-dinner. Breakfast was nice, with coffee to order and a small selection of eggs, fruit, and bread. No gym, but there is a partnership with a nearby gym for a day pass, but it seemed pretty expensive to me ($30+ dollars a day). I wish that there would have been some type of discount or offer from the hotel? Either way, cool hotel in a great location. We will be back!

Chose this hotel on the Accord website, with a specific request for a car park. This hotel came up on the list, in reality it doesn't have a car park, there is public one around the corner 500m away. On the hotel page it does say it's "in the proximity" of the hotel. So I missed that. The second point that was really annoying, due to an accident on the motorway we arrived at 22h30. At the reception there way a fantastic guy, really kind and as helpful as anyone could be, but he was an "Extra" who knew very little about the hotel, and there was no one else from the hotel in the place with him. We asked for room service, and he told us there was no room service available ! I understand that there are limitations due to Covid 19, but not even a bit of bread and cheese ! All that said, the hotel is very good, well worth a visit. Room was super clean and breakfast while expensive was really good as well. All the staff are really helpful.

We stayed here for 4 nights and to be honest could have stayed alot longer. Location wise this hotel was perfect and had loads of bars and shops within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was stunning and had a lovely patio area with chairs to sit and relax in (although in Feb it was too cold!) but in the summer I imagine it would be perfect (room 57) The only downside to our stay, was that there wasn't any tea/coffee making facilities and there wasn't much storage. I would definitely recommend this place.

The hotel location is very good, very close to the Arc de Triomphe, a five minute walk to the subway station can also take a direct bus to and from Charles de Gaulle and Orly Airport. Facilities breakfast also fully reached the four-star standard, the gym is relatively small. The front desk is more enthusiastic. There is a little brother who can speak Chinese, which makes communication more convenient.

Stayed at the B&B hotel for three nights while visiting Disney. Anyone looking for a cheap place to stay this is perfect. Hotel is spotlessly clean, really friendly staff, good sized rooms with comfortable beds and shower room. The hotel serves a simple dinner of pasta or pizza which is great, easy to order and quick to come. Breakfast is simple but just want you need at the start of the day. Tables were cleared quickly and everything very clean and presented well. We were worried about the shuttle overcrowding but there are a few services which only run from the B&B hotel and others which go to the other four hotels on the complex which makes it easy. We always got on a bus even if it was busy and never had to wait long! Lockers are available to store luggage if your arrive before your room is ready or check out early. We will be back on our next disney trip!

For the first time in a hotel model, the century-old building is said to be a historical cultural relics protection unit in Paris, so it is completely banned. My old cigarette can only smoke in a small yard. Miss Luo is very enthusiastic, let us have the feeling of going home. There is a black guy in night shift who speaks Chinese very well. He said that he read a book in Guangzhou. In the morning, the girl named Marty also speaks Chinese. There is no problem at all, and at the same time give us a lot of advice on the tour, much stronger than those that are not reliable. It is very convenient to exit the subway 50 meters away. This area is a safe place for French people to live in. The room is big enough to be the floor-to-ceiling glass window in Europe. Our bedroom is very close to the yard, so the living room is a bit noisy. It is highly recommended to add a Chinese breakfast. It is really not suitable for those cheese breads, and it is better to have Chinese TV. If you have the opportunity to come back to Paris, you will still come to the Paris Residence.

Good location, nearby Carrefour, franprix and other supermarkets! I live on the 2nd floor facing the street, and it is very quiet at night, but the sound insulation between the room and the room is really average. The room is not large and has a balcony (not every room, so it is best to leave a message to tell the room with a balcony when booking) ), There is also a door in the bathroom sharing a balcony with the room, so the balcony is quite large. The hotel only provides shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer. Slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, so it is recommended to bring your own toiletries. Lines 7 and 10 are only 5 minutes' walk from the surrounding area. Line 4 is about 15 minutes away. The 5th district is a Latin area, surrounded by universities, so it is safe! The hotel has access control locks, staff need to help open the door to enter! Breakfast is an ordinary western-style breakfast, bread, milk, eggs, oatmeal, sausage and cheese. A tax of 1.88 euros per person per night, which must be paid to the front desk when checking out. This Ctrip will also call you when you are in China to inform you that this tax must be paid to the hotel separately! The hotel provides free wlan, but the Internet speed is average, the room has air conditioning and heating. In short, the price is high!

We got a beautiful Junior Suite with Balcony, even in the city and on a street with traffic located, it was very quiet and you couldnt hear anything from outside while the doors are closed. It is very spacious and with a very pretty bathroom with luxury amenities from Hermés! And of course full equipped mini bar with Nespresso coffee machine. The breakfast is delicious and a mix from a la carte and buffet, what I love. So you can have everything what your heart desire. The best is the amazing Akasha Spa!! It is so big and has everything, big indoor pool, big sauna, big steam bath, big jacuzzi and a cold bath. Even if they are many relax beds to lay on, sometimes you are just alone and its like you have a private spa. Friendly and helpful staff all around the hotel! I definitely will return!
