We stayed five nights at this hotel and if I could give it more than 5 stars, I would. The hotel is elegant and understated, which I loved. Our room was beautifully appointed with a fabulous view of the Pantheon. The staff was attentive and helpful; in particular, Camille went out of her way to help us locate a patisserie I was looking for, and to try and get us a reservation at a restaurant I couldn't reach. She was amazing. I also loved the fact that we could have coffee delivered to the room each morning without there being a 'room service' charge. Very smart of them. In all ways, they made us feel welcomed, including a gift of a half bottle of wine as we were celebrating a birthday. And let's not forget the location! The Latin Quarter is filled with wonderful restaurants and a great place to stroll, and we were an easy walk to so many of the sights we wanted to see. Stop reading and go ahead and book a room - you won't be disappointed!

J have stayed in Paris six times, but j would always return because j love this city and in this hotel j felt at home. In this hotel j loved the cleaneless and the disponibilità of the staff, the room perhaps too small, but very clean and silent

While it rained every day we were in Paris, we could count on returning to relax at the Relais Saint Jacques. Great location a short walk from Jardin Luxembourg, a view of the Panthéon from our room, and on a quiet side street. Very comfortable bed and appreciated the strong hot shower. Most importantly, the hotel staff is excellent. The concierges helped us with dinner reservations and great recommendations on where to go and what to see. They were always smiling and ready to answer any question, and also willing to let me practice my French.

A tiny hotel, we were put in a new extension room on the 4th floor. Comfortable bed, good shower. Although you have to walk along an open air passageway to get to the main hotel for breakfast, just as well we had no wind & rain storm during our visit. Well equipped room, 2 USB charging points each side of the bed so we didn’t need power adaptors. TV French channels only, and even then not all had signal. But for visitor purposes BFM TV gave us all we needed to know about the ongoing transport strike. They offer wifi but it is hopelessly slow – 2 Mbps. I told reception and they said that the tech support person visits only once every two months. Good continental breakfast. Avoid the so-called scrambled egg, it’s a concoction with grey patches, presumably reconstituted dried egg powder. And the bacon is in strange pieces of circular bacon more like fried salami than rashers. Boil the fresh eggs supplied if you want eggs. The staff were welcoming, very polite and attentive and the free coffee/tea dispenser with madeleines was a nice refreshment in the evening after a long day’s walking. Price a little expensive for a three star (€140/day incl breakfast) but a nice place. One of the questions below is "Was there complimentary instant coffee provided in your room? " Better than that, it was a capsule machine.

I don't have a bad thing to say about this hotel! I went with my boyfriend for our 2 year anniversary. The rooms are lovely and the staff are even nicer, we got to the hotel before our check in time so they took all our luggage and put it in their storage so we could go out. The hotel is beautifully done up, like something out of a book - it's all got a very elegant yet quirky style. When we came back to check in, we were given a room on the 6th floor (top floor) which we had no issue with. However when we got in a few minutes later the fire alarm went off, the lifts then stop working so we ran down 6 flights of stairs (we passed a painter and decorator on the way who didn't look bothered so it must have been set off by accident) but it shook us up a little bit. They swapped our room without so much as a question. For one night we were given a ground floor family room which you get to from the garden, they are very lush if you are thinking of booking for more than 2! Sadly, they had guests staying in there the next night so we got a room on the first floor which I had no troubles with. It was on the main road side of the hotel but I never got woken up by any noise so that's nothing to worry about. We got breakfast included which was served from 7:30 to 10:30 I think, they had a nice continental selection, lovely dining area and always someone there to refill the buffet. Croissants, pastries, yoghurts, fresh fruit and juice etc, I thought for the price it was very good. One member of staff in particular spoke basically fluent English, she was amazingly helpful. Everyday we'd ask them directions to wherever as the people at the buses and metro are pretty useless. She looked them up and wrote them down for us everyday and we never had an issue with getting anywhere thanks to her! They seemed genuinely caring, one older man warned us of lots of pickpockets near the Sacre Coeur when we told him we were going there and said to be careful in crowds which I thought was very lovely of him. This hotel is situated in a great location - Port Royale is the closest metro stop, you turn out the hotel and walk right to the main road and it's straight from there so you can't get lost! Jardin de Luxembourg is a 5/10 minute walk at most, I definitely recommend giving it a visit, it's really beautiful. Pantheon, Notre Dame and the river aren't too far either, maybe 10/15 minutes away. The hotel is close enough to walk to many things but far enough that the area is very peaceful and we had no trouble which I was a bit wary of being in Paris. Shop virtually opposite and more cafes than you could ever visit, a bus stop at the top of the road and quite a few not so fancy restaurants nearby. On our last day we realised there is a restaurant directly opposite with a Michelin star! It's really hidden so unfortunately we never tried it, most the restaurants nearby were a bit rubbish, we tried a different one every night. but they were all very casual, burger

My boyfriend and I stayed there for a week after New Year. When we checked in, the guy at the reception desk kept chatting with my boyfriend in French without asking for any info to find out our reservation. After we got the key, he went on chatting... We tried to signal him that we want to go but he didn't pick up any. On another night when we came back, I didn't notice the front door was closed and I need to signal staff inside to open, so I just pushed hard as usual. Then I got a pretty hostile looking from another guy at the reception desk... And I even said sorry cos I felt a bit scared like I offended him somehow... Then another morning, someone knocked on the door once at 8:30 and then quickly opened the door while we were in bed... The knock only woke me up and I was just thinking if I heard it right cos the walls are really thin. So we shouted no and the door was closed... I was gonna chase the person down cos it's my instinctive reaction. It's really uncomfortable. After that I put the chair behind the door every night cos it can block the door from opening. I also told a third guy at the reception angrily and of course he didn't even write down our room number. I asked if he needs to write down anything and he said no. The only other thing he said is I'll take care of it. I don't even want to talk to anyone in that hotel afterwards... BTW the breakfast is awful. Can totally pay the same price somewhere else for a better one. I don't recommend this place at all. One more thing the toilet seat is tilted.

We stayed for 6 nights during a recent trip to France. The reception staff was very welcoming. The hotel is in a great location close to both the Cardinal Lemoine and Monge stations. So very easy to get around Paris. There are great restaurants within walking distance to the hotel. The hotel and our room was spotlessly clean. While not overly large, compared to the rooms of friends who were also staying at the hotel, it was decent size with a large bathroom. Two things keep this from being a 5 star review - the noise that carried over from other rooms on our floor. It seemed that the walls were paper thin. The other thing is that the mattress was super firm which is frequently the case in Europe, but still after 6 nights, we were ready for a change. It would have been nice to have a chair in the room rather than the 2 upholstered ottomans. Given the bed was not comfortable to begin with, having it as the only sitting option wasn’t too wonderful. As we booked on the hotel website, we did have breakfast included. It was fine and not dissimilar to other continental breakfasts offered by other hotels.

Visiting from Geneva we spent three nights in the top floor 2-bedroom apartment. It is really very nice, the best we've ever had in Paris in fact. Balcony with sufficient room for three to have a meal, facing the courtyard. Bedrooms face the other side on the side street. Nicely appointed, modern amenities. Air conditioning. The kitchen has a large fridge and is quite well appointed. We could cut up some fruits in the morning to enjoy and keep a bottle of Champagne cool for early evening. Very friendly and discreet staff. The one negative thing one might want to note is the quality of the sofa, which is not very comfortable, perhaps simply because it's also a bed sofa. Overall we'd be very happy to stay here again. This is way above the norm in Paris and is highly recommended.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Saint Christophe. I didn't know what to expect since she booked our stay for this leg of our trip so I'll list the things that stood out to me: - Conveniently close to at least two Metro stops, the 7 and 11. However we used the Place Monge 7 stop exclusively since every time we planned a trip that was the stop that always came up. - The boulangerie across the street. There's a sign in the elevator explaining what is expected from the continental breakfast available in the hotel in the morning. But I say maximize your Parisian experience and get a croissant and a cafe from the shop outside. In case you are wondering if it's a good place, definitely since every morning I went in there I had to queue up with all the locals before they made their way to work. Please don't get stuck on the fact there's no breakfast protiens available in the hotel or the boulangerie, it's just not part of a local traditional breakfast. - Staff: Everyone we interacted with in the hotel was very helpful and polite answering any questions or needs we had. You do have to hand in your room key when you leave the hotel and then retrieve it from them when you come back. Unorthodox in the sense we weren't used to it, but in the end I felt like the the hotel was more secure and the staff was always aware of who was coming in and out of the establishment. - Local neighborhood feeling: Glad we were in the Latin Quarter instead of a busy touristy place. Didn't have to deal with big crowds or the typical low cost souvenir shops every 10 feet. Every day we walked by the typical small fish monger, butcher, fruit stand, neighbhood market, florist, etc. Plus there were a number of times we perused the local farmers market at the Place Monge metro stop plaza. For dinner, we frequented Rue Mouffietard west of the hotel. - The room itself is small but cozy. Nice queen size bed with an adequate bathroom. There is a hair dryer if you need one, along with a small fridge/mini-bar in case you wanted to chill a bottle of water. There were two juliet balconies which was an extreme plus and when it rained, helped lull you to sleep. The room was consistently clean and the rainfall showerhead relaxing after a long day of hiking the city. The pillows are a little too thick for our liking, our necks would occasionally feel sore the next morning. - When leaving, you can arrange for van service to get you to the airport. Pretty convenient and the cost was comparable to what you would spend trying to take the RER. At the advice of one of the hotel employees about dealing with logistics we're glad we did it. Getting to the hotel with bags from Gare Du Nord can be taxing so maybe try to arrange for transportation to the hotel also. All-in-all a very enjoyable stay and we would definitely stay there again on our next trip to Paris.

The hotel was chosen for the last two nights in Paris. The big reason is transportation. It took a minute to get out of the subway. When I first came, I was a little disappointed. My wife was too young, and there were so many tramps on the street. There was no such thing as the Lafayette that I lived in before. But on the night of the stay, I felt full of enthusiasm and kindness. In the evening, I went to the hotel door and there was a glass security door. The security guard inside must open the door to enter, and suddenly feel very safe. Then the front desk service was also very enthusiastic, and the young lady took the initiative. Breakfast is also good, and it is a glass room facing the street, quite a feeling. But the room was really small, and it was a bit difficult to put the two boxes. Going back one day, I just met the big sister who cleaned and gave her the prepared 2 euro tip. She was very happy. Well, the whole is good. The picture is the breakfast environment.

My overall rating of this property is somewhere between "Average" and "Very Good", but there is no such option. We had a mixed experience at GHSM that would be more accurately characterized as "Good" overall. The staff could not have been any more accommodating... every concierge and housekeeper went out of their way to make us comfortable. The property itself was in need of attention. When I opened the door to our room, I was greeted by a number of carpet stains and an unpleasant cleaning product odor. Not small spots, but big patches of stain. Side chairs were covered with sticky vinyl material and the hotel information guide was tattered. On the bright side, the bed was comfortable with clean linens and the shower had good pressure. I hid as much of the tattered, depressing stuff as possible in the closet and cracked the window. We avoided having our room cleaned during the rest of our stay. We made it work, until we switched to our second hotel in a different part of town, but it was more work than I was interested in doing while on vacation. The photos online depict a cleaner, fresher more minimalist hotel with more upscale amenities than the one that we encountered in person.

The hotel location is very good, very close to the Arc de Triomphe, a five minute walk to the subway station can also take a direct bus to and from Charles de Gaulle and Orly Airport. Facilities breakfast also fully reached the four-star standard, the gym is relatively small. The front desk is more enthusiastic. There is a little brother who can speak Chinese, which makes communication more convenient.

I regret the booking of this hotel. The gentleman at the service desk when I checked in was incredibly rude and condescending throughout the process. The room was as small as expected however the beds and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable. The shower had minimal pressure. The AC whenever it was turned on left a gathering of dust over everything in my room. Whilst it is located quite a distance from the centre, there are several stations close by which is handy, unfortunately the food options close by the hotel are terrible. I left the hotel after three nights instead of the five I had booked and paid for.

Good location, nearby Carrefour, franprix and other supermarkets! I live on the 2nd floor facing the street, and it is very quiet at night, but the sound insulation between the room and the room is really average. The room is not large and has a balcony (not every room, so it is best to leave a message to tell the room with a balcony when booking) ), There is also a door in the bathroom sharing a balcony with the room, so the balcony is quite large. The hotel only provides shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer. Slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, so it is recommended to bring your own toiletries. Lines 7 and 10 are only 5 minutes' walk from the surrounding area. Line 4 is about 15 minutes away. The 5th district is a Latin area, surrounded by universities, so it is safe! The hotel has access control locks, staff need to help open the door to enter! Breakfast is an ordinary western-style breakfast, bread, milk, eggs, oatmeal, sausage and cheese. A tax of 1.88 euros per person per night, which must be paid to the front desk when checking out. This Ctrip will also call you when you are in China to inform you that this tax must be paid to the hotel separately! The hotel provides free wlan, but the Internet speed is average, the room has air conditioning and heating. In short, the price is high!

Stayed at the B&B hotel for three nights while visiting Disney. Anyone looking for a cheap place to stay this is perfect. Hotel is spotlessly clean, really friendly staff, good sized rooms with comfortable beds and shower room. The hotel serves a simple dinner of pasta or pizza which is great, easy to order and quick to come. Breakfast is simple but just want you need at the start of the day. Tables were cleared quickly and everything very clean and presented well. We were worried about the shuttle overcrowding but there are a few services which only run from the B&B hotel and others which go to the other four hotels on the complex which makes it easy. We always got on a bus even if it was busy and never had to wait long! Lockers are available to store luggage if your arrive before your room is ready or check out early. We will be back on our next disney trip!

For the first time in a hotel model, the century-old building is said to be a historical cultural relics protection unit in Paris, so it is completely banned. My old cigarette can only smoke in a small yard. Miss Luo is very enthusiastic, let us have the feeling of going home. There is a black guy in night shift who speaks Chinese very well. He said that he read a book in Guangzhou. In the morning, the girl named Marty also speaks Chinese. There is no problem at all, and at the same time give us a lot of advice on the tour, much stronger than those that are not reliable. It is very convenient to exit the subway 50 meters away. This area is a safe place for French people to live in. The room is big enough to be the floor-to-ceiling glass window in Europe. Our bedroom is very close to the yard, so the living room is a bit noisy. It is highly recommended to add a Chinese breakfast. It is really not suitable for those cheese breads, and it is better to have Chinese TV. If you have the opportunity to come back to Paris, you will still come to the Paris Residence.
