____________________ LA SITUATION GÉOGRAPHIQUE ---------- Très bien situé, au nord du centre ville de Mulhouse. A 5 min à pied de l'office de tourisme et donc en moins de 10 minutes à pied vous êtes dans l'hypercentre. Situé au bord d'une des routes principales de Mulhouse mais environnement correct la nuit. Arrêt de tram juste en face pour aller par exemple à la cité de l'automobile et du train. Nombreux commerces/restaurants à proximité de l'hôtel. ____________________ L'HOTEL ET L'ACCUEIL ---------- Hôtel tout à fait au standard B&B, très bon accueil 24/24. Le check-in se fait rapidement, ascenseur pour accéder aux étages. ____________________ LA CHAMBRE ---------- Chambre tout à fait classique B&B, pas grand chose à redire, vous trouverez TV, penderie, bureau, produits, linge de toilette etc. L'ensemble est propre, y compris la salle de bain. Comme dans tous les B&B, la douche est assez mal conçue et on mouille toujours tout l'extérieur. Calme la nuit donc on s'y repose bien ! ____________________ LA RESTAURATION ---------- Le service de petit déjeuner est proposé sous forme de buffet sucré/salé. Idem du standard B&B très bien. On apprécie le fait que le personnel vérifie régulièrement si rien est vide, et nettoie très régulièrement les ustensiles. Cependant attention, l'hôtel est très régulièrement occupé par des groupes de touristes ! Il faut s'attendre à parfois trouver la salle de petit déjeuner pleine donc vraiment pas top, il faut arriver avant ou revenir plus tard. ____________________ RAPPORT QUALITE/PRIX ET LES SERVICES ---------- Très bon rapport qualité/prix, et au vu de la situation. Comme dans tout B&B récent, à la réception on trouve distributeur et micro-ondes. Le wifi est gratuit et fonctionne bien. Un parking payant est disponible mais n'est pas à l'hôtel, mais dans un bâtiment de bureau en face, pas super évident à trouver la première fois mais ça va, il faut juste traverser la route entre le parking et l'hôtel ensuite avec vos bagages. ____________________ EN RÉSUMÉ ---------- Un très bon hôtel, bien entretenu, standard B&B, très bien situé à quelques minutes seulement de l'hypercentre de Mulhouse ! Parfait pour le tourisme du coup. Chambres, service et petit déjeuner conforme au standard B&B, c'est propre. Attendez vous juste à croiser souvent des groupes de touristes séjournant dans l'hôtel, avec le brouhaha classique et la salle de petit déjeuner complet.

Perfect location in the city centre, very nice quiet large room, in a newly renovated part of the hotel, room 437 (which room actually consists of 2 bedrooms - it can sleep 4 people, but we were just 2) with very comfortable beds, large excellent shower (unfortunately no bathtub), good functioning airco, very friendly, helpful english speaking staff/ownership (thank you Mme Caroline!), private secure parking behind the hotel.

The B & B Hotel Kingersheim has very clean rooms with flat-screen TV and air conditioning or heating. The bed was also very clean and comfortable. The rooms can only be entered with one key card and are therefore very safe. There was nothing to make at the cleanliness of the sanitation facilities. It was all very clean. The staff was very nice and friendly and helpful; however, speaks very little English. Breakfast was rich and very delicious. Very beautiful and clean breakfast room. However, breakfast is only served very late. Small stay at the reception is also available. The hotel is located directly in a commercial area and has super connection to the highway. The hotel does not reach attractions, museums, churches, city centre etc... but public transport (bus) is nearby. Several supermarkets such as Aldi and Lidl, also a BurgerKing and a baker are near the hotel or can be reached on foot. The hotel also includes a very large, free parking for cars and buses. The parking lot can also be closed by a large gate at night. The reception also includes several coffee and drinks and sweet machines. Credit card payment is possible everywhere. No 24Stunden Reception. But hotel can be entered outside the opening hours with the key card or code. There is no seat available. I would stay there again if I am near Mulhouse. Very recommended hotel with all the facilities.

Fast ein gutes Hotel. Wir waren zwei Tage im Ibis auf der Urlaubs Rückfahrt. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Nouveau Bassin ein Wasserbecken, von der Autobahn sehr gut zu erreichen. Achtung die Straße ist eine Einbahnstraße stadtauswärts. Am besten vorher die Av. Robert Schumann nehmen und bis zum Ende des Bassin fahren und dann auf der anderen Seite wieder zurück. Die Straße ist sehr stark befahren und es ist auch nachts sehr laut, die Fenster des Hotels sind nicht gut, versuchen Sie unbedingt ein Zimmer nach hinten zu bekommen. Wir haben das vorab in einer Mail versucht ebenso die Reservierung des Parkplatzes, leider wurde uns die Mail nicht beantwortet, dafür gibt es Punktabzug. Es gibt ein sicheres Hotelparkhaus das 7 Euro am Tag kostet, ein fairer Preis. Besonders zu loben ist die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals (englisch, teilweise deutsch) und das Essen im Restaurant, ebenso das Frühstück, es gab sogar Rührei. Wir hatten leider ein Zimmer zur Straße im 4. OG. mit einer seltsamen Aussicht gegen einen Betonträger/Schlafplatz für Tauben was den Lärm der Straße noch verstärkte und gegenüber des Aufzugs und das mit der Ibis Clubkarte, ein Clubvorteil war nicht zu erkennen, eher umgekehrt. Wir werden in diesem Hotel nur noch übernachten, wenn wir die schriftliche Bestätigung für ein Zimmer nach hinten haben.

Lovely spacey room. And big bathroom. The decorations everywhere are original and cosy. We were a bit hot in the room, as the airco wasn’t enough to cool the room. The very friendly man from the front desk brought a fan to the room. Great service. Just loved the parking in the same building. Very practical.

We completed our riding tour of the Alsace with our last night in the Parc. Our room was huge, as was our bathroom. The bed was also huge and very comfortable. We had dinner elsewhere and breakfast in the hotel's breakfast room. Staff there were excellent as was the buffet breakfast which we shared with our fellow riders for the last time. The hotel was nicely located in relation to the city and the railway station was only about 400m away.

The size of the room is OK in Europe. It has its own parking lot. It is very convenient for self-driving friends. The staff are very enthusiastic. After checking in, I knocked on the door and asked if everything was ok? Stayed for a few days and had a good experience. I met Chinese buddies when I had breakfast and lived here. I was very happy.

Gastvrij ontvangst, nette kamer. Heel basic. We hadden niet meer nodig. Wel hadden we vooraf een kinderbedje gereserveerd en dit was niet aanwezig. Wel lagen we op een kamer met een tweepersoonsbed + een eenpersoonsbed. Geen optie met een kleine baby. Lekker ontbijt. Bij aankomst waren er heel wat dingen op zoals koffie tassen. Maar die werken à la minute afgewassen.

I haven't experienced breakfast, but because of cultural differences, French breakfast is not comparable to China. French breakfast is just a snack in China. I didn’t ask for an extra bed. The one-room room I ordered was a room with two single beds. I don’t know if all the rooms have two single beds. The hotel has a parking lot and a good location. It's less than ten minutes' walk from the railway station. There are two museums, a cathedral, a large garden, a commercial street, and various restaurants not far away. There is a Carrefour Express next door which is not too small. Public security in small cities is generally good, and what surprised me more is that this room type has a complete kitchen and various utensils, kitchenware, refrigerators, microwaves, and so on. The room is quite big, in addition to a table where the computer can be placed, there is also a square dining table, WiFi is okay, and there is a bathtub. The hotel in France must strictly follow the check-in time given by them, because it is possible to go early and they may go for lunch and rest at noon, and they may get off work if they go too late.

Historical building with indoor courtyard where you can breakfast, we have made a comfortable walk from here to the old town. The parking situation was very pleasant, parking right in front of the hotel for a night free. The rooms are clean and not too large but sufficient , you can drink coffee and tea in peace . There was a bathtub that was large enough despite the limited place ! This shows that the spaghetti has been successful between the establishment of an old historical room and the modern demands of the hotel guest. It is placed on the essential values but no overflow is provided what is exactly my goal is to book a hotel and also the price-performance ratio is well described. In this sense, the review is perhaps only four but for me it was a five-star hotel because exactly what I want to achieve was achieved: without overflow the comfort and my needs fully fulfilled .

Good 4 star hotel in a commercial area on the southern outskirts of the city. Room big enough, comfortable and clean. Mini-bar. Hotel equipped with every comfort such as, among other things, massages, sauna and swimming pool. Brasserie located on the first floor, next to the hotel, the Hyppopotamus restaurant chain. Good experience with the receptionist. Good and varied breakfast. We arrived for July 14th and many services were not available due to the National holiday, but this certainly does not prevent a positive judgment.

Good location. Reasonable price. 7.00AM breakfast on Sunday morning was helpful as I had to catch an earlier train than expected to my next destination. Departures screen from Mulhouse Gare displayed in breakfast area was useful. Booking system warned me when I attempted to book the same nights twice. Breakfast items kept well stocked. Staff coped with confidence and good humour with a group of school age children -including a broken plate removed quickly without fuss.
