|1.01km from city centerI found the B&B surprising value for money. Though located away from the centre, it's only a 10 minute walk to get there. Yes, the hotel stands by a fairly busy road and overlooks the main railway station but I was surprised how well sound-proofed the building was, and my room directly faced these areas. Also, bear in mind, activity on road and rail is minimal at night. The room with its bathroom/shower was to a high standard, modern, clean and functional. I'd read the reviews before my visit. On my arrival, I understood immediately why they were so good. If anyone is looking for an inexpensive stay in Ulm and doesn't mind stopping a little outside the centre, this place ought to suit. Out of choice, I didn't use the breakfast facility or the bar. It was a simple stop for me and I have no complaints whatsoever. For the price, the standard was excellent.

|1.07km from city centerWe stayed here for one night while passing through. It is good value for money as the hotel is very centrally located. The rooms were clean, some of the towels weren't (stains that didn't come out when washing). We were given two rooms on the same floor which was great for our one year old son as he could run to his grandma's quickly. On arrival and departure everyone was offered a bottle of water and our son a CapriSonne. At the reception one was very friendly. The beds are very narrow, so that it was quite tight for three (with a child). I only used the extra bed to protect myself from falling out, since our son wouldn't sleep there.

Careful and friendly staff. Optimale parking for 10 euros, also with bikes, as from the parking house a lift leads directly to the hotel. No 10 minutes walk to the Münster and further 5 minutes to the fishermen district.

|0.69km from city centerYou get what you see on their website. Rooms small, but very clean. No work desk. Not much privacy as sink and shower are behind curtain, but otherwise open. Restroom separate. Surroundings are noisy which is to be expected in that location between Main Station and Shopping Zone. Windows really tune out the noise, as a consequence room gets quite stuffy and warm. Plenty of pigeons running around on metal framing above window, sounds like rats running inside the ceiling. This might be an issue of the sixth floor only, though. Staff mostly very friendly. Had one grumpy person but maybe they had just a bad day.

|0.55km from city centerI had booked this hotel at 05.10.2019 (for 3 persons), the reservation was also confirmed on the same day. The hotel stay would have been from 25.12.2019 to 31.12.2019. Unfortunately, then I received a dismissal on 07.12.2019, justifying that the hotel is closed from 29.12.2019 to 06.01.2020. After a telephone call with a staff member of the hotel, I learned that we would have been the only guests from 29.12.2019 and that is why the management decided to close the hotel. On the one hand, I understand that it is also necessary to keep the entire hotel operations running for only 3 guests, which is also cost-effective. On the other hand, I do not realize that we are the only guests to bear the head for it! That is not my problem - but here it was just made my problem! I think that is the risk of the entrepreneur - certainly not my risk! I didn't have anything but to look for another hotel for the travel period in the short term to avoid switching to another hotel after a few days of stay at LeoMar - that's too complicated to me! I can't recommend this hotel - and this without being a guest there! That's not how you handle your customers!

|1.94km from city centerAlthough Maritim is a major chain in Germany as well as throughout Europe, this is the first time my wife and I stayed in one of their properties. All in all, a great hotel offering some incredible views of the Ulm Minster and the Danube. The check in was very easy with most desk clerks having various language skills. What I didn't like was how much more parking and the breakfast was added on to the stay. Still, I must say that the any breakfast offering champagne says a lot to us as we always enjoy several glasses before hitting the pavement to walk the city. We also closed out our evenings each night enjoying more wine and/or champagne. Next time, perhaps we will dine up here in the restaurant with a panorama view overlooking the Danube and the city. This place had an indoor pool; however, the water was not warm. Perhaps that was intentional to dissuade usage in this COVID environment. As Germany continues to open, I may have to start checking this chain out as we were overall impressed.

|0.77km from city centerDon't let the reception staff put you in room 241. It is what I would call a tip. We requested a twin bedded room. However, this was originally a double bedded room with two single beds put in it with no thought of lighting arrangements. The floor covering was filthy, the toilet smelled damp and the tiles on the wall and floor were infected with black fungus. The shower hose was black with fungus too. Not what any guest should expect to encounter in these times. The bed sheets were, at least, clean. The hotel shows some lovely photos of other rooms but room 241 looked nothing like the pictured ones. The breakfast was ok. The car parking was secure and much cleaner than our room. I should have returned to the reception and complained but I had had a long day driving and was in no mood to challenge anyone about the state of the room. At least my eyes were closed for most of the time and I could not wait to leave the establishment.

|1.3km from city centerThis trip went to several hotels during the trip. Except for the Hilton at the airport, this hotel was the most satisfactory one on this trip. The price is very affordable, the rooms are clean and clean. I heard that it was a new hotel that was renovated last year. I heard from the front desk that there is an old Riku Hotel about 10 minutes’ walk away from this hotel. Like other hotels in Europe, there is no kettle inside. , Slippers, toothpaste, toothbrushes and the like, shampoo and shower gel in a bottle. Other facilities are available, including tables, lamps, hangers, etc. The hangers are not fixed in the cabinet, but can be taken out to hang clothes, which is very nice. Besides the location, next to the ULM Cathedral, the entire town is built around the Cathedral, so I will never be afraid of getting lost, and I can go back to the hotel smoothly if I walk. Downstairs is a well-known restaurant for eating pork knuckles and beer, and there is an Alnature supermarket next to it, which is all convenient. By the way, the front desk of the hotel only works in the afternoon. There is no one in the morning and no one after 10 in the evening. Because the train is delayed, the hotel arrives after 10 o’clock. The key is to call the switchboard and get the key through the KeyBox next to the door. Come out, give a reference to those who are late.

Those with allergies should perhaps know that the rooms have carpeted floors.
Outside parking 15 €, we honestly found it too expensive.
Breakfast buffet was nice, fully automatic coffee machine with fair trade coffee, tea selection, fresh ginger and lemon... delicious croissants... the great thing, you can have breakfast on the terrace...
The staff were all very friendly :-)

|2.7km from city centerThe adjacent bar and restaurant is not connected to the hotel. The frontdesk has no clue what is going on there. I was rejected to eat/drink due a to private party which the front desk was not aware about. There is a vending machine next to the reception, but it is ruining you. 2,5euro for a 0,25dl sparkling water! Nor was it refilled during my stay and it was almost empty. My room was not well prepared upon my 3 days stay. There was missing cups, glasses and Nespresso capsels. Nor soap in the shower. The beds are okay, but window fronting to the hotel entrance is too noisy. No Aircondition. Rooms are very warm. The room need maintenace, it does not look up to date. My room was not cleaned on the second day. I left the room quite early and put out the note telling the cleaners it was ready for them. Facing the reception to confront this issue, it occured that the reception was not manned and was only available by phone! The breakfast... Is a very simple hotel breakfast. Not worth the money, not even close. Free parking though.

It takes only 5 minutes to turn around the corner to know the foreign parking is a trouble. Although the hotel does not have a parking space, it is 2 minutes walk from the hotel. One of the best places to watch the cathedral is to stop this parking lot. Just stay at this hotel and walk to the attraction.

The restaurant is very good and the quality of food is very good. The breakfast is one of the best I have had at a hotel in Europe. The staff are very helpful and extremely friendly nothing is to much trouble. The hotel has underground parking with a fee payable per night. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the city center and the train station. Once in the center there are many restaurants to choose from and if you have time at the weekend you can explore the old town of Ulm just a couple of minutes from the city center. I will recommend this hotel to colleagues who come to work in Ulm and also friends and family if they visit Ulm. Thank you to all the staff and management who made my stay so enjoyable..

American breakfast, similar to the average hotel, there are some, feel good. It is easy to find with navigation. In the small town outside Ulm, there is a free private parking at the door, suitable for self-driving. The front desk is off work at 8:00 in the evening, and the bar is self-service after work. Please enter a checkin first, please drink a cup, this is a bright spot

|0.75km from city centerDas Hotel ist für einen Stadtbesuch echt gut geeignet, bei der Anfahrt nicht unbedingt gut zu erkennen, da würde ein größeres Aussenschild helfen, aber sonst völlig ausreichend. Das viel zitierte Problem mit der Tiefgarage samt Aufzug ist überhaupt kein Grund zur Beanstandung, lediglich halt ungewöhnlich. Die Zimmer sind überschaubar in der Größe und die fehlenden Ablageflächen im Bad nicht optimal, aber für einen Kurztrip okay. Die Lage im Zentrum und das Frühstück sind vollkommen in Ordnung und auch das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Preis ist angemessen für das Angebot und wer mehr will, sollte sich klar sein, dass das auch mehr kostet, daher hier: empfehlenswert. ☆
